The associate was very pleasant and took the time to show the various products, explaining the differences and helping me find just what I needed.

I’ve gone to this place many times. Good service. Only down fall was years ago they sold me juice that lost flavor/had little flavor and I just had that juice sitting for a year. Then I go just recently mentioning it to the worker. Since I’m buying salt nic this time. I gave it a second go, turns out it burnt my new coil the next day. I’m a religious vapor. So if you understand then you get it. No hate on the store but seeing the stock on that brand still being high I understand why they try to sell it to customers

This has been my go-to place until the inventory kept dwindling and they haven’t been restocking. Please restock more 12mg hawaiian fruit flavors and more lava flow! Last time I went in they didn’t have anything that would work for me (and nothing 12mg). The staff is always friendly but if they don’t have what I’m looking for why go there? Time to start shopping elsewhere!

Purchased some edible treats I was told had psilocybin. When i got home it was amenities muscaria which does not have any psilocybin at all and is a myotoxin. I wanted to give micro dose to my dad with lions Main, niacin, and vitamin D for a nootropic stack to fight his dementia

Matthew was great to speak to, super knowledgable, and patient with all my questions as a visitor from Canada.Had a great selection of product and great deals too. prices are pretty in line with what I had in mind.Looking forward to another visit in the future

Honestly I amam not person who goes on to review anything. I just am very busy with the kids and work. The Manager and sales staff have been doing incredible work. They always serve politely and promptly and if it werent for them dead serious i would be going to a smoke shop in Tukwila that has both vapes i use but as some one who worked in customer service 💯 that is more imperative in a constant business situation. They even offered to order my random geek bars. Andrew and Joel are very good people. Everyone should be like these people.

Bryce was so incredibly helpful and this shop is amazing! Selection is out of this world in both hardware and juices and their prices are the lowest out of everyone! I wish they had one in Idaho!!! They helped my sister get exactly what she needed and they had every flavor of my favorite kind of ejuice for the best price I have ever seen! Every time I am in Western Washington I will be coming here and stocking up like crazy!!! These guys are highly knowledgeable and are willing to spend as much time with you as you need!

I go out of my way to shop here, all of the staff I have interacted with have been great. The last time or two Drew helped me and he was excellent, he was very friendly and knowledgeable, and helped me choose a setup that is both economical and efficient. Drew is cool. I like Drew.

This is the BEST vape shop ever!!!! The have the lowest prices!!! No joke!! And the best selection! High quality juice for the lowest prices. There prices are better than online prices on most of there juices. I was absolutely blown away. Jimmy helped me out and was amazing!! I normally buy my juice online. This place is amazing. The employees were very friendly and welcoming. Once inside, your eyes are bombarded with sparkling glass and fruity aromas. This store has everything from vape mods to herb and dab pens to good old fashioned bongs and pipes plus everything else in between. Great customer service, great experience, 5 stars.

Hands down the best vape shop Ive ever walked into. Rather than putting low end vape products to market lower prices they have high end known brands at the best prices I have ever seen. They carry 60-120 ml bottles that dont exceed $20, I bought my 100ml bottle for $16. Very happy, will be getting my business from now on!!! Excellent customer service as well, I was helped by Jimmy he was patient and helpful as I scoured through the juices. Big ups!

Friendly staff, good service. Selection can be a bit erratic at tubes, but has improved recently. Very slim selection at 3mg, but 6mg had plenty of choices.

Closest vape shop to where I live but still hardly go there anymore as they never seem to have the juice I use in stock. After months of weekly visits only having a success rate of about 1 in 4 visits to find what I need I realized that this should be my shop of last resort not the first option.

I like the place and the staff but they cant seem to get the stock in order. If you find a juice you like there, good luck getting it again. I get a lot at a time and maybe 1 out of 4 times, they have the juice I want.

I went in with my friend and we got the best customer service ever by Von. He was nice and very friendly and got our attention real quick. He explained the products we point out and recommended the most frequently bought items and gave us a discount afterwards. I’m coming here from now on!

Best customer service ever!!! Walked in without any knowledge of what I wanted beforehand, but they took their time with me and were very patient. They didn’t try to upsell anything instead they paid attention to what I was looking for in both a new build and what juice flavors I might like and got me squared away to what fits my needs. I started off with manny helping me pick a new juice and he recommended the hi-drip peach mango. Delicious, definitely a life saver when you’re hungry at work but can’t take your lunch yet. Then Vohn helped me out as well since I wanted a variety of flavors and he recommended my current favorite with the peach bluerazz. Definitely can’t go wrong with it. Near the end Bryce the manager helped me pick out one last flavor with the white currant. Definitely it’s own unique flavor. He also helped me with a new build. Definitely coming back again. Great customer service. Lovely selections of juice. If you haven’t been in yet definitely check it out.

This place is my favorite!!!! They are so nice and so helpful! They always are so welcoming, give good deals and accommodate to your needs. My vape batteries shorted in a vape I bought from them and because it was passed the 14 days they still gave me a discount on a new vape; they didnt have to do that.... They are amazing I highly recommend them!

Savon is the best vape shop employee ever. Too many times when I go shopping the salesperson is only concerned with how much i wanna spend or just pushing whatever is popular. Savon actually know the products he sell and takes the time to listen so its a low pressure environment where i am happy with my purchase once i leave the store. I work in customer service and i wish just half of my coworkers we as competent as him. Keep up the GREAT work!!!

This is my favorite vape shop here in Renton. Very knowledgable staff who will go above and beyond to educate you or get you whatever you need. They still have a good supply of juice, but also sell bongs, glass, nails, kratom, and most any other smoking equipment you may want/need.

I pass by two other similar shops when I go here because the customer service provided is excellent and their prices are fair. They have a few things I can’t find at other places as well. I would highly recommend stopping in.
