Annette is out of this world amazing, I went in for a massage and when I tell you it was the best massage I’ve ever had in my life, I mean it, no exaggeration. Annette took her time, she wasn’t in a hurry or a rush, her energy was very calming and relaxing. She made sure I was comfortable constantly, she got every single knot out my body and hit all the right points , she gave me services I never had before like the hot towel and a little stretch and hitting points I didn’t even know was there, all the massages I’ve ever gotten have only been that, a massage. But Annette put care into her craft and made sure I walked out different from how I walked in. She is awesome and her technique/ her work is incredible and this woman definitely is a great part of massage envy, she deserves a raise, employee of the month, any and everything because she takes pride in her work and we love a person who loves what they do! Keep up the great work!

I got this gift certificate from my husband and my daughter for massage and facial for my BD. I had tried different massages before. Some were good some were not so good.This place had it allI want to admire the front desk staff all were very sweet and welcoming especially the 3 siblings from Egypt Nour Dina and I believe her name Inass I could be wrong 🫢 very friendly. I do enjoyed my facial with the amazing Madi she explained every step. She took her time. On top her touch showed on my face I felt glowing. Definitely I’m going back to see her again soon. As far as Ms. Yolanda was good. She started with the hard massage while I did ask for a very soft massage. I told her to be easy she did and she did a!good job. The only thing is the language barrier. I had told her that I have a really bad headache, and she could focus on my neck and my head, for some reason, she did not touch those. I think she miss understood but overall the place the experience was good and definitely definitely. I will be back soon.

Madelyn was an excellent aesthetician. She asked about my needs and her recommendations were excellent. She talked through every step and was gentle but effective with my microdermabrasion. My skin feels much improved.

Would’ve given a higher rating but I suffered a traumatic head injury a couple of weeks ago. After the massage I realized I was suffering from whiplash from my injuries leaving me with severe headaches and a very stiff neck. The service was nice but I don’t think I’ll be able to continue the massages until I go thru some serious physical therapy.

Yolanda is my favorite massage therapist. She really cares about your needs and cured me from my scatiatic pains which I had for 1.5 years after my first pregnancy!

I’ve tried several therapists at this location, and Teresa is the best. She is very gentle and uses just the right amount of pressure. Her massages are very relaxing and make me not want to go back to reality! Ask for a head/scalp massage - so good!

The atmosphere of this location is great. If you have never gone take advantage of the introductory rate. Love the waiting room that you go to after checking in. My masseuse used warm towels to wipe off massage oils which felt great. I will try a different person next visit for hopefully a slightly better fit, but still very relaxing.

This Massage Envy was absolutely top-notch, five star rating. My husband and I had a couples massage for his birthday there with Teresa and Yolanda. They did a wonderful job and we will be returning back. Is perfect for a couple day date massage and lunch.

Been to this location before and nothing ever stood out compared to the other nearby locations but today I had Brandon and he was amazing!!! I’ve had a membership for years but haven’t been able to find a massage therapist that really perfected their craft. He had magic hands and really knows what he is doing. He will be my forever therapist going forward!!! I didn’t want to reveal his name because I don’t want him booked but y’all deserve to see what I’m talking about. Go check him out. You won’t be disappointed!

Had a full body massage with Martha on Saturday and OMG! It was the best. She woke up some muscles in me that idk I had. She’s very attentive and thorough and even had some tips on some exercises that I can do work on those muscles. This massage was everything. I highly recommend scheduling yours with Martha!

Pearl is the best! I have suffered with horrible neck and back tension since an accident in 2021. She is very knowledgeable and she uses different techniques to help alleviate my discomfort from chronic muscle pain/tension. She is very intentional and she will take the time to really understand your individual needs.

Pearl (massage) and Maddie (facial) were amazing! I get massages pretty often, but Pearl was able/willing to really work on my hips and help with the pain I’m having. No one else has been able to do that.

Martha is an professional massages. My lower back and left side back where I had a knot. With Martha healing hands helped me to walk and stand better. I was in really bad pain and now I am feeling so much better. I am an assist teacher today was a good day so far.

I thought I knew what a real massage felt like until I met Rachel. She did such an amazing job. I could see how its soo addicting. She even spent a little extra time with me. Didnt work on hips or lower back. I asked for full body and got a partial body massage. Going to try another therapist. After that a different place. Its disappointing because I was a member for years in the state I just moved from.

The chemical peel by Madi didnt make my skin peel, it just made it beautiful for the first time in years since struggling with rosacea. The difference is extremely noticeable immediately and the texture is completely gone days later. Her chilled, calming hands were perfect for redness in the middle of summer thanks Madi!

This location is a great environment if you are wanting to get away and relax. The employees and the therapist are very humble and knowledgeable in their craft. Its such a warm and comfortable environment and the front desk ladies put the icing on the cake with their warm welcomes.

I have been a loyal customer of massage envy for years, never missed an appointment and I’m rarely ever late. The former branch manager Tonya was amazing! She would always greet me with a friendly smile and worked with me to ensure the best service was provided. Currently, I have been dealing with high levels of stress and scheduled a session for 1 hour. My wife and I went to go vote early and ended up standing in line to vote for a lot longer than we anticipated. So as a result, I missed my appointment (barely) and was charged the full amount of the massage that I never received. When I arrived at Massage Envy, I explained to the new clinic manager Traya Monquin, that I have been a loyal customer who has never missed an appointment for years and that I only just missed this appointment because of early voting lines being extremely long. I also explained that they were supposed to call me in advance and I received no call or text. Come to find out Massage Envy called the wrong number to inform me of my appointment. I showed her staff my sticker but Ms. Traya Monquin refused to accommodate me. Traya made no attempt to reason or entertain my suggestion of just rescheduling. She accepted no responsibility for calling the wrong number repeatedly. She wanted to charge me for a completely new session which I think is unprofessional and flat out cruel. It is for this reason that I’m giving this place a bad review. You should always be willing to work with your clients, especially when they are gracious and friendly. I think you should also treat long time customers with respect and dignity.

Poor Customer service. I scheduled an appointment as a gift for someone and they lost it. I understand mistakes happen, so I called them. A simple sorry for the inconvenience would have sufficed; but the front desk attendant on the line spent more time trying to prove that I never made an appointment than fix the issue. She hung up on me at some point. Their possible saving grace was the massage was ok. This is my first time ever using their service and I do not feel that I will ever use them again.

Sorry- but its a hard NO for me. I went the 1st time to check it out and to purchase a massage for a friend. I typically get massages every month so- so I know what to expect and I make those needs known. The first time I had to ask a couple times for the bed warmer to be turned off. Mind you its July in Houston. The first time I asked the massage therapist laughed. I had to reiterate, maam can you please turn it off, at this point I was moving my legs from underneath the sheets so she obliged. The pressure wasnt that great even after letting her know she could be a little firmer in the pressure.I paid $190 for my first 1 hour massage and a 1 hour massage for a friend.The second time I returned- was 2 thumbs down.I hate to say it but it felt like I was getting a massage from a 5 year old- meaning it was beyond gentle.A nice little buff -if youre in to that.I get massages for tension relief. If this is what youre seeking go somewhere else.Ill be sticking to Texas Massage and Body Works!Oh and I only got 45 mins. Showed up 5 mins early, waited for the therapist for 10 mins. Then after I slid off my dress in 30 seconds once I was in the massage room. I laid in the bed and waited another 5 mins. So I didnt even get my full hour!And the second massage was $150 (with only a $10 tip :/So annoying when you waste money on mediocre service.

I was pressured into becoming a member, the services arent up to par for the amount being spent. When I tried to cancel my membership for unsatisfactory reasons I was told canceling membership wasnt an option unless I had a medical reason. However whenever I call to make an appointment no one ever answers. Im still being charged every month and not being able to make any appointments. Can anyone help?

Booked a massage for my mom and it was very simple, the staff was very helpful over the phone when I made the reservation as well. I dropped her off at the parlor and that was it, when I picked her up she had a Huge smile on her face meaning she enjoyed herself. Great place!

I just moved here, and I was looking to use ME here in Richmond. After reading the reviews for this location, I may have to look for something else. Hopefully, the owner is taking note and making the required changes. However, I will give you a chance and see what happens.

I went in for a massage and it really sucked and it was not relaxing at all. To top it off they charged me twice for the services. I called on Monday and Wednesday to get a refund for the double charge and they gave me the run around that the manager would get back to me. I also went in person to try and get my refund and still no phone call back or money back. The massage was lousy and their customer service is even worst.

There is a reason they have such a high turnover rate here. They mistreat their employees and any quality therapist would not be ok with their standards and unhygienic conditions. Male therapist looks under sheets and inappropriately massages under drape and management does not take it seriously and forces other therapists to stay in the room and look the other way they care about money over client needs here. If you are a client, be careful and make sure you request a female. If you are a potential employee, look elsewhere.

An amazing place to escape from realty of life to complete serenity. Their tranquility room brings instant peace and calm. I train at the gym 5 days a week and my progress was compromised due to muscle and tendon tightness. My hips and lower back issues almost made me quit my workouts. I read about ME Aliana and that was the turning point. The entire staff and owner are class act. Great service and reminder calls to keep you on schedule.Therapist Nancy is a magic worker. After a serious and detailed consultation she devised a program which has allowed me to repeatedly surpass my lifts at the gym. My trainer is both shocked and impressed at my progress. Both squats and dead lifts are up over 100%. If you value your health and body I would very strongly recommend this faculty. I would also recommend 2 sessions a week if you are a serious and dedicated body builder. I am truly grateful to this wonderful staff and to LMT Nancy for helping me reach my goals and making both my body and my health much bettter today than it was just two months ago.
