Ebb & Flow Massage Therapy

My experience at Ebb and Flow was amazing! Lavonna was so kind and professional. She really focused on the areas on my back that were bothering me, and I already feel so much better. The massage studio has a very clean, welcoming, and relaxing atmosphere. I can’t wait for my next visit!

They got me in last min for some major neck and shoulder pain. Brandon was amazing! He really took care of my issue on top of just being professional and a wonderful presence, Brandon was also very personable. Ive not had a regular massage therapist, but Im going to now! Thanks so much cant wait to come back.

Great place! We had a couples massage with Kyle and Ashton. The atmosphere is great, and the massages felt wonderful. Were excited to find someplace close-ish to home, finally!

I called in dire need of a massage on a Monday afternoon and they were able to get me in same day. Brandon was an expert to work on relieving my extremely tight neck and upper back muscles. I highly recommend and I have another appointment scheduled.

Kyle is the absolute best massage therapist around. Over the years, I have seen many, but Kyle is, hands down, at the top of the list! He is friendly, respectful, professional, and so incredibly skilled. I always leave feeling like I need to be poured into my car. Thank you for taking such good care of me.

After a week of neck and shoulder pain I am grateful for the same-day appointment with Kyle. He is very knowledgeable and worked to relieve some of my tension. He also provided some stretching exercises to help me stay loose. I will be returning. Thank you!

Overdoing it on some home improvements left in some back and leg pain that wasn’t going away on its own any time soon. I booked an hour with Brandon and he honed in on the areas that needed worked on and so much of my pain has been relieved.

Can’t say enough good things about LaVonna! Lower back was giving me fits. When i left after my hour deep tissue, I had so much relief.

This was the first professional massage I’ve ever received and it was better than I ever could’ve expected! My husband and I got a couples massage and left feeling like different people. Let me add that I received this massage at 34 weeks pregnant! The room was so relaxing with soothing sounds and smells and the massage therapists Kyle and Kaleigh were so accommodating and made sure multiple times throughout the massage that we were as comfortable as could be. Ebb and Flow is a wonderful massage service. I’ve only had experience with one therapist, Kaleigh and she is fabulous. Very sensitive to the needs of my body. Cranio-Sacral work and targeted massage are helping me with vestibular issues as well as lower extremity, and SI issues. She takes her time and even gives me suggestions for stretches and exercises to do at home to help regain mobility and live pain free. I would highly recommend Ebb and Flow.

I have been going to Ebb + Flow for 7 years now! Been through 2 pregnancies and even a car accident and Lavonna is who keeps my back functioning and not locking up. She is absolutely fantastic with deep massage techniques and ashiatsu! She really focuses on the areas you are having issues with and provides a super calm and relaxing environment. I strongly reccomend Ebb + Flow to help your body stay healthy!

I went to Kayleigh at Ebb & Flow for the first time a week ago - immediately made an appointment for this week and will be visiting her regularly. This is therapeutic massage at its finest. No doubt that you might be a little sore for a day, but after only one session I could turn my neck further than I have been able to in a while. You dont realize how much tension you build up in your body sitting at a desk - but my muscles feel more free and fluid than they have in years. Kayleigh and Ebb and Flow are absolutely worth the time and money. You wont be disappointed.

Love love love this place. I’ve had great massages each time, the first was a focused massage for some upper back pain and the rest just for self care and relaxation. The room is set up perfect with such relaxing colors and aromas. I’d recommend her to anyone.

Thought I would try this place out here in Richmond and I’m glad I did, I previously had gone to Lexington to get my massages but this place is so much better. Two words: LaVonna & Ashiatsu! 😍 She is one of the few therapists in the area who is Ashiatsu-trained. I highly recommend her. If you have never tried Ashiatsu, but you love deep tissue work….you will love Ashiatsu.Ashiatsu is a barefoot massage technique in which the the therapist holds onto bars overhead which allows them to deliver deep, broad, consistent pressure while utilizing their feet and body weight.LaVonna is super attentive to muscular issues and definitely has a talent for helping the body release tension and get back mobility.

I’ve had two massages from LaVonna now, and she’s amazing! The building is so cozy and relaxing and the massages are out of this world! Cannot recommend them enough!!

Perfect environment for relaxation massage and deep tissue therapy. The therapist that worked on me, LaVonna, was excellent. I felt comfortable immediately and recieved a very skilled and professional therapeutic deep tissue massage that helped me out immensely in pain relief from work and play.
