DO NOT GO! OLD TOBACCO. This store knowingly sold an old pouch of American Spirit to me today. Once I opened the wrapper there was the 50 rolling papers that used to come in the pouches prior to 2016. The tobacco was dry and dated. I checked the date on the pouch and it was from 2015... Went back to the store and asked for money back 15 minutes later after explaining purchase. Store did not care and refused to refund. There whole supply is probably tainted in the same way.... have heard of these places before.

I went in with my boyfriend, & there were two younger guys working. they were super chill & really nice. i was short a couple of dollars & they just let me have the product anyway. i love this store!

I am very disappointed in the service that I was provided today. I just came from the shop about 30 minutes ago, and had an issue that they didnt care to resolve. I told the employee what I wanted to buy (male employee) and after he told me my total and completed my order he decided to THEN let me know that he had slightly chipped my credit card. It was a minor small corner, yet I dont like the way he handled the situation. All he said was Im sorry, its not that big of a deal. Of course it wasnt, because it wasnt his card. I then asked if it was any way I could get a discount and of course he says well I already swiped the card. Which meant he had no intention on trying to resolve the issue, rather than saying sorry (which I really dont care for). Before I left he tried to offer me a pack of papers (which I didnt really care for, but I took them anyway). I returned maybe 5 minutes later to ask if it was any way possible that I could get a discount for the next time. After I left the shop the first time, I realized that he did this (and in this order)...1). broke my card (without first informing me about it before my purchase was complete), 2). swiped my card (knowing that he had just broke it), 3). this is when he decided to tell me that he broke it. Not before, but after the fact. Its the principal and the fact that they didnt realize or care for it just proves exactly why I will never go again. I explained to the female employee what had happened and all she had to say was well he gave you the papers didnt he...he didnt mean to do it. Thats easy for them to say because they are on the opposite side of the counter making the money (as Im spending mine and regretting it now). They made sure they got their money but were basically saying its your card, so its your problem now. This is very bad service, and I wonder how they would have reacted if they were on my side of the counter. Im not that upset because its very very small crack in the corner but if it had been a bigger issue I wonder how he would have reacted then. Smh, Im very very disappointed!!

They are really knowledgeable, and would rather someone be safe than spend more (it seems with my experience). Lots of cool and fun stuff, pop culture out the wazoo .I really cant speak highly enough of the people, though. I will now pass several other tobacco stores to come here (which has the potential to wear my shoes out faster,but its worth it). They are on point, every time I ask something that stumps me (which again, is often). Highly recommended.

Hit or miss but mostly a miss. the disposable vapes i have gotten there are almost always defective, and im pretty sure two ive gotten from there were fake (printed text on vape didnt match with others of the same kind, color was different). also, i once bought vape juice that was already slightly burnt.

Just as a warning to other shoppers: sells faulty and leaking Juul products. When I brought this to his attention and showed him the leaks, he not only refused to refund the money, but he was extremely rude and dismissive. I would suggest avoiding this place unless you want to get scammed.

I was so pleased with every aspect of this shop. The staff was very knowledgeable and helpful. Also the large variety of products and different brands is awesome and the prices are very reasonable. Ill definitely be a repeat customer and highly recommend others to visit and check it out.

Best prices. I used to shop at another large head shop chain. But there prices where very high. These folks have great deals. And had what I needed In stock. There is nothing worse than driving to the store to find out they are out of an attachment you need for your rig. This will not do in a pinch. Best place to buy glass and accessories. The one next door to them says they have the best prices but it’s a lie!!! From personal experience (I’m also from out of town) this place has the best quality pieces and accessories, knowledgeable staff and BEST prices I’ve ever seen in Richmond Virginia AND Kansas City Missouri. I love this shop!

Called this place for pricing to see if it was worth the drive and received a ride answer and was told no pricing over the phone. Instead of trying to explain a reason or at least trying to be more courteous explaining I simply got hung up on. So RUDE!! Dont waste your time. People complain of no refunds and old products. Beware!

We called bob Marley at 9:55pm and asked them to please stay open an extra 10 minutes. We were 15 minutes away. They politely agreed, they will forever have my business for staying open just for me, on a Saturday night. Thank you for being awesome people and an awesome store!!!

I bought a KangVape - Cola Ice this morning and it’s fake. I went to the website and tried to enter the product number and it showed “Product Not Found.” Carytown Tobacco down the block had one for the cheaper than what I paid at Bob Marley, and it was a legit one. Proved on the KangVape website as a valid product. The packaging of both vapes looked different, tasted different, and smelled different. Don’t recommend.

This is currently BY FAR THE BEST head shop in richmond. Dont waste your money or time anywhere else. This place has everything you need at a crazy affordable price. Im talking easily half the prices of what you will find ANYWHERE else in richmond. Ive been to almost every shop in rva and this one takes the cake

It makes me laugh to see people go to carytown tobacco when this store is right next to it. carytown tobacco is an example of a rich guy trying to get as rich as possible by feeding off ignorant college kids. bob marley is extremely more superior and actually caters to human beings.

I am a vendor and i called earlier and asked to speak to the manager and was told to call back they were very busy and hung up on. i called back almost an hour, hour and a half later and was told manager just walked out and was hung up on. i find that very rude of your staff.
