Best vape shop in the Richmond/ Houston area!! The 2 Indian gentlemen who own the store are so kind, helpful, honest, and incredibly creative! I should have left this review years ago. I’ve had the honor of getting to know these brothers as well as watch their business blossom and grow. There is nothing that these kind souls wouldn’t do to help someone. Best products, consistent stock, and very competitive prices. I won’t shop anywhere else. 10/10!

I’ve been coming to this shop consistently for all of my vape/smoke/incense/pipe/delta 8/Kratom needs. The wonderful Indian brothers who own the store are by far some of the friendliest people in Houston. Charlotte is wonderful as well. Great staff, great atmosphere, amazing prices. I’m always greeted with a smile and when they ask me how my day is, they actually care about my answer. It’s rare to find such welcoming, knowledgeable, and honest vape shop owners, I know because I’ve tried different shops all over town, as I travel for work. I always end up back at light it up vape shop!

Is this place under new ownership? The two Indian (?) Men in the store this afternoon were completely unknowledgeable as I overheard them telling a customer misinformation and attempting to sell the wrong product to the customer. We miss the young lady who is usually there!!! She was awesome!!!!

I came in to shop some different vapes etc and Charlotte helped me through my decision. Definitely will make this my go to shop!

I absolutely love this store they are Definitely like nothing I have seen in this area . Ive lived here for over 10 years and we have never had a smoke shop like this . Every thing in the store is genuine. Every glass piece every grinder and the mod kits are absolutely beautiful. Mr Ali the one thats always there he takes pride in his store and he always tries to get you the best price around town. The juice always stays stocked along with the mods and hes always adding new pieces to his store . This shop is definitely something we needed in the area .

Hands down the best place in town for your smoke shop & CBD needs. The staff provides excellent customer service and treats you like family! Additionally, they off the best and lowest prices for all their products. I recently stopped by to pick up a CBD cream for my moms arthritis, Ali offered us his expertise and guided us to see which product would best work for my mom considering her pain level. When I first saw Light It Up Smoke and Vape by the new Chevron on 359 I thought, “Here we go again. Another smoke shop that won’t last 3 months in PG!”But boy was I wrong…Upon first entering the shop, you are immediately aware of how freaking CLEAN the place is! The shop is relatively small, no more than the width of a London corner shop, and about as deep as a Domino’s kitchen, but AMAZINGLY there seems to be more on offer than you expect.Giving the selection a closer look, you will realize this spotless establishment possesses an eclectic repertoire of goods. The artistic allure of astounding glasswork and all the variations of consumable options show you that this tiny shop is no joke; a serious contender to be reckoned with in the suburban small business arena.And then you meet the guys who run the place. And talk about customer service! Some of the friendliest business owners I’ve met and both truly genuine souls who are helpful respectful and motivated. Definitely NOT your run-of-the-mill slack-jawed smoke shop employees. These guys truly care about their business and their customers.I highly recommend this place. Couldn’t put more than 5 starts but I would give it 100 out of 5 if I could!

The only place to go in richmond/houston. Huge selection of vapes. They honestly treat you like family. The best value for dollar for sure. Ali is just incredible. Every other place Ive been to on 359 and over most of Richmond is ripping you off. They dont do China glass. Its all boro. List could go on for days.

Came in here a week ago looking for a new rick and morty glass piece. Wasnt disappointed with the 12inch beaker I bought. Prices seem good for the area (im from california, so you know). Ahli (I believe that was his name and how you spell it) he was super cool, helped me out, worked with me on the bowl. He did everything right to me, chatted it up, asked me my name and got to know me. Ill becoming back because of him. Thanks dude.

Over over priced guy tried selling me 5pack camos for 3.99 and he said it’s because it comes with 5. Been all around Houston / Katy / sugar land/ never have i seen this price 1$ each pack is what I always pay , on the way out I glanced at the bongs and jeez this store is just got scam written on it . I get people gotta make money but I do not support any business that scam anyone , if you have a lot of money or not you should still get an equal amount you will expect to pay at any store . Before you buy here please do you’re research and compare prices to other places .

Super clean, well lit, all products were displayed so you can see their selection. Owner and staff are friendly. Its a new store just opening in the Jones Creek Shopping Center next to the Chevron station. Light it up Smoke and Vape wants to be your local go to shop. Theyre willing to work for your business and want to carry the products customers want. They have a good selection of name brand kratom products as well as a few Id never heard of. At their suggestion I tried out a new brand (Earth Kratom) that one of their customers recommended. I came back the next day and bought a kilo. Pricing of products including kilos are the best Ive found at a local shop. I like that they have pre-capsulated small bags that I can try out before I commit to a large amount.*Dont waste your money at the smoke shop down the road in the Shell station. I bought some stuff there that made me sick after taking it.
