Lorality is, hands down, the best place for top-notch treatment. The staff is exceptionally friendly, and the quality of their work is outstanding. Every visit has been a great experience. If I could give them more than 5 stars, I would. The facility is always spotless, the team works seamlessly together, and the ladies are genuinely caring. I couldn’t be more satisfied!

I absolutely love Lorality. Everyone here is so warm and welcoming. All the girls know exactly what they’re doing when it comes to all Post OP care! Literally the best spa in New York. I am not sure where I would be without their support and assistance post-op. The staff remember your name, your procedure and give you an individualized plan to be SNATCHED! I so appreciate Claudia and Kim for their listening ear and empathy. I found Lorality on instagram and I was super impressed with what I saw, so I decided to book them for my post op recovery journey. It was absolutely the best decision. 10/10 highly recommend, it’s stressful enough going through this process but they make it so easy. Everyone there is very knowledgeable and welcoming. I travel almost 2 hours but it’s so worth it, Kim has been with me since day one. i am now 1 month po and have beautiful results thanks to her and her team.

Hands down the best place to go for all your post op needs! The massage therapists are not only extremely sweet but very knowledgeable and well trained in what they do which is very important after getting a serious procedure done. From the moment I walked in the first day I felt welcomed and right at home. Luisa, Kim, and Lauren have been nothing but AMAZING taking care of all my post op needs during and after the massages. The facility is well kept, clean, and a peaceful space to get all your beauty needs. Although it is a bit far from me, it is well worth the drive and the money since I always come out feeling my best after a massage. I highly recommend coming here you will not regret it!

I came to Lorality for massages, but ended up with so much more. My surgeon did me dirty and dismissed my concerns, not only was Lorality professional, but the owner took time out her schedule to check in with me often, made numerous video calls to me so follow up with my recovery and made great recommendations. Something that was NOT included in my package with them. The level of care and empathy is beyond what I expected when booking massages here. Not to mention when getting the massages they were kind, took their time and ensured I wasnt in pain or uncomfortable. This facility is clean, comfortable and welcoming. This is hands down the best around and they are worth every penny. I highly recommend!!!!!

I’ve had surgery in DR almost two months ago and I’ve been coming all the way down from New Jersey to get my post op massages at Lorality. They right away assessed some of the complications I had such as lumps and fibrosis, and adapted the treatment to what I needed at no extra cost. Unlike other places, they genuinely DO care about your recovery, health and results. I saw major improvement after the first week, and they drained any fluid present as needed. They also have specific injectables options that helped me so much with my bumpy scars and my scar tissues. Valeria has been taking care of me most of the time and she is doing an incredible work !! I’ve had some sessions with the other masseuses too and they were amazing as well, so whoever you’re assigned to, you will be happy! I’m so happy with my progress and results and I am so thankful for them ! I highly recommend getting your post op massages there even if you leave far like me, it is worthy! The BEST post op place ever, I have been their patient for both Round 1 BBL 2 years ago with Lauren and Round 2 BBL now, This time I have Valeria as my massage therapist , she helped me pick up the right size of faja and accessories that needed for the recovery. This is the best place I can ever imagine to find it 🫶 in the beginning before I get to this place I contacted them on instagram message just asking so many stupid questions 🙈and I was so surprised because they answered all I MEAN ALL of my questions. What makes me more surprised than is the owner actually answering those questions, and she’s the one who helps me to go through all the preparations till the end of my rehabilitation and fully healing process. I were have a problem with my healing, doctor were told me to use one of the ointment, but it was not helpful at all, as soon my girls see it (I mean Loren team girls) they the only who was helped me with this otherwise I was thinking to go to the hospital because my wound didnt heal . She and her team were there for me all the time 24/7 any questions that I asked, they always answered me and helped me to understand everything that I needed. I will even say my mentally changes sometimes was not easy but they were there for me with this too. Those girls became my second home, my massage place, my therapy place I can keep continue. All I tried to say with this review if you care about yourself about people who you around. YOU HAVE TO COME TO THOSE GIRLS THEY WILL TREAT YOU AS A FAMILY MEMBER AND WILL HELP YOU WITH ABSOLUTELY EVERYTHING THAT YOU MAY NEDED!!!!🙏Thank you girls for your patience and support!!!

Just wanted to share my experience.I was really excited to go here after my surgery especially when I saw my dr repost her work.Upon first meeting her and her team I was 1 week post op. No hardening and no fluid as per the massage team I used in Miami. After 5 massages with Lauren’s people (because she doesn’t do her massages) my stomach was severely hardened and I was very swollen constantly. I inquired to her on multiple occasions how I can help this, she always brushed me off saying “I’m newly post op” never giving me suggestions. Not to mention consistently telling me I had fluid and opening my incisions every session with a needle. (I fainted the first time) I was very uncomfortable after the fifth massage I decided not to return my body was getting worst and not better.I eventually texted Lauren about my feelings and requesting a refund and she did fortunately refund me for my full 10 massage package (didn’t expect that)I am posting this to bring awareness, do your proper research before allowing places like this to reopen your incisions. ONLY A DOCTOR SHOULD REOPEN YOUR INCISIONS.

I have been getting serviced by BodyByLorality since I was 3 months post op. I had a tummy tuck withLipo and was in desperate need of compression as I was very swollen. I was immediately assessed and given a proper routine along with massages. My waist went from a 28, to a 25 in a matter of months. I was provided with consistent care and always being checked on to see if I needed anything in the process . There garments are also great quality, all I have to do is take them in and hand wash them. I’ve saved so much money by not having to constantly buy new garments. If your looking for a place that will assess and assist and be honest this is the place. You will be cared for after surgery in every way possible. I’m not 8 months post op, I’ve lost weight and I’m in love with my results. I will continue to follow there recommendations as they are the best.

If I could give a ZERO. I would. Lauren is very unprofessional. I once had an appointment with her and not only did she want to open an incision , which she is not allowed to do , but I also heard racist remarks about her clients and mocks their looks, smell, etc. never again

I came here with 3 year old fibrosis not expecting much of a difference but I see about 50-60 improvements after 2 months. It’s not perfect yet, but I feel so much more comfortable.

Very unprofessional, she opened my incisions even after the fact i said no i was uncomfortable doing that and basically insisted that i needed more draining. a week later i ended up in the hospital due to both incisions she opened becoming infected and she blocked me !
