I got a 30 min massage for 40$. Massage was okay but the place isn’t the cleanest, no locker for clothes, masseuse kept insisting for higher tip even though I already tipped. Very forceful on getting a more expensive massage also. Overall not the best experience but massage was still good.

Not a good place to go if youre looking for an actual massage. If you want soft touching and friendly conversation, this place might be okay. But as far as an actual muscle massage goes, it just doesnt hold up. I came with shoulder and neck pain specifically let the masseuse know this, and she spent only maybe 5-6 min out of the 1-hour session on my shoulders. By the time I left I pretty much felt the same amount of pain on my shoulders as I did before, and the overall muscle tightness pretty much felt the same. When I go get a massage in other places, I at least feel relief for a few days.Also, the amount of oil used was quite a bit excessive. Ive been to several massage places before and its never been this much. After what I consider to be one of the worst massages Ive ever had, they have the audacity to ask for a minimum of $10 tip. I would be happy to tip if the massage had actually been decent quality, but it was not.Definitely not coming back to this place.

Id give zero stars if I could!!! I bought my wife and i a deep tissue 60 minute massage with aromatherapy and foot scrub couples package for $90 off of Groupon. I made my appointment on Thursday for Friday the next day 3pm. First the owner calls me at 1:30 to ask me if we could come in earlier, we couldnt because we were at the doctor. Thats why I made the appointment at 3 in the beginning. The Owner did my massage and she was so sloppy and unprofessional. I kept telling her where to massage, my low back because I suffer from sciatic nerve issues so thats why I get massages. Well she kept forgetting and moving to my upper back because she kept taking phone calls and booking more appointments all while trying to massage me with one hand. She answered 4 separate 3 minute calls in the span of 60 mins i paid for a massage.Then telling the customer who called in dont book thru Groupon, just pay her the money. I was so appalled. She so was loud on the phone so wife could even relax and get into her massage. Over use of oil but no massage technique. Barely rubbed my feet. I was in more pain when i got off of the table. Never again! Then chased me outside for a tip. I asked her was she serious? Horrible experience!

WILL NOT HONOR GIFTCARDS OR GROUPONS. Spoke to the owner yesterday to arrange an appointment for 11am today for couples massage. Here now at 10:45am and the lady at front desk refuses to see us. She will not take the valid Groupon we have already paid for and the business has already been paid on.

Compared to others in the past i visited this was the best. was not dirty like other posts had said. and i booked a couple massages and it was great. they went over by 15min but great. no what to get into our room. and was in sooner that booked. also all the staff were very plight and whined on us like royalty. The price was great for a 1 hour couple session. No complaints whatsoever.A great valentines excursion.

My first time getting a couples massage (get the deal on Groupon fam - includes the 1 hr massage swedish or deep tissue, hot stones and a foot scrub). Took my bf (he tried to sneak his phone under the table and I told him no, enjoy the experience as it is the first time lmao), and it was really nice. He was very please and surprised by how much he liked it (hes never even gotten a solo one either). The massage ladies did a really good job and they were very accommodating (we were running late and they still took care of us). Would highly recommend giving them a shot. We plan to get regular massages now ☺️

If I could give this place no stars I definitely would.This place us dirty & not at all relaxing.I booked a couples massage for myself & husband, hoping to hve a relaxing, non-stressful time & it was anything but.There were 2 ladys there for our massage, the room was filthy, like it hadnt been cleaned for month, the walls had scuff marks ALL OVER them. It definitely needs a fresh coat of paint.The lady working on my husband even brought the business line in the room with us and continued to stop his massage to answer the phone, VERY LOUDLY! Its was anything but relaxing.She even climbed on top of him at one point to massage him. He says he was very uncomfortable.The lady working on me seem to use her elbows alot & even when i asked her to stop & that it was hurting she continued.Needless to say we will not be returning.So uncomfortable, unprofessional & unsanitary.

I been coming every month and I get the 90 min massage with Fanny. She goes above and beyond making sure my back releases the tension on the shoulders. They are doing good job checking temperature and keeping up covid safety protocols. I am glad I found this place.

I had a horrible experience. Paid for 1 hour swedish and the lady asks if a male masseuse is okay, I said no Id prefer a female. She starts the massage and the male comes in and shes basically training him while giving me my massage. I have him touching me while she was and I felt uncomfortable.Masseuse did not know what she was doing. My massage was honestly painful. She kept answering the phone while working with me, there were washing machines going, very distracting. Do not come here.

Had an appointment at 4:30 arrived on time and the lady that came to the front told us she gave our appointment away because we were late??? I’ve never experienced anything like this ever. On top of that she wouldn’t give us an explanation on why she canceled our appointment. She stated that she called and we didn’t pick up the phone. Which isn’t true at all. Then she walked off and closed the curtain on us and continued to do whatever it is she was doing. Just rude and unprofessional I will never go back to this place!!!

Groupon says $47.20 for a 60 minute Swedish massage. I call to make an appointment and the lady says I don’t need to get the Groupon and they will give me a good deal. So I ask how much is the deal and she says $100. I said how is that a good deal if the Groupon is $47.20? So she offers $89. Seriously?

Really just a disappointment. I got this thru Groupon and trust me there are better options. They did not do a consultation prior to the massage. This led to my knee being moved in a way that caused a lot of pain. I also have a floating broken collar bone that when my arm was twisted back was enough to have me crying. No worries though no one will notice because the face holes in the table are so small you can barely breathe. I left with severe lower back pain and my knees aching. I wrote a review on Groupon that was just meh. But did list obvious flaws in their business model. They claimed I was rude and didnt tip. Thats the only thing they are right about. I didnt tip because my husband had to almost lift me off the table due to extreme back pain and I limped out because my knees hurt so bad. I think the only happy customers are getting extra benefits because it looks like it belongs on an episode of cops.

I did a 60-minute massage program today, and it felt so good. I will come back.

I had an appointment booked at 10:00 a.m. . When I got there they said they had a mistake and overbooked. I was not able to reschedule as I had other appointments due to it being one of my Fridays off. Im really upset because I was really needing this appointment and they saw the other people instead of me. Yes they did it try to provide me a free facial if I rescheduled but I do not live that close so I was very disappointed. They really need to pay attention to their scheduling

Scam! Run from this place and don’t bother trying to use your groupon. Waited 90 minutes for an available appointment time then when I showed up they refused to honor my groupon. Making up some rule that it required 2 weeks notice. There was none such listed in the restrictions or instructions. Bad business trying to rip people off. Checking after there are more who experienced this also

They told me I had to pay BEFORE my massage. When I asked why, the response was that she (the woman at the front counter) doesnt know why and shes only doing what her boss tells her. Yeah, ok. I left. So disgusted.
