Ive been to every smoke shop of the greater part of Riverside and I have to say hands down glass roots on magnolia right across the street from the Tyler Mall is the dopest smoke shop I have ever been to!!! The dude running the store is a solid and generous individual. He has awesome sales on top of already having the best prices in the 951 he makes his competition look like overpriced crooks.

The guy who recently helped me was very informative and non judgemental. He made me feel good about my purchase .. I will be back. Love the plug play thanx

Absolutely insane selection! So many pieces sliding up and down the price scale. Sam was super helpful from the moment we walked in. We gave him a vague idea of what we wanted and he picked the perfect one for us. Very knowledgeable and patient. Shop was clean and well lit. Will be back for sure!

Dang! What a little secret. This shop must have opened recently and man do they have quite the selection. All the tobacco you would need and a lot more. Sam helped me out with exactly what I needed and I was totally satisfied. Ill be back for more.

Shop is a 5 star, parking is a -5. The shop has a great selection, the people are friendly and knowledgeable. Love the artwork and little gift items as well. Please get your parking lot fixed, I hate going to the shop down the street. Waited and waited to park yesterday afternoon, finally gave up and left.

Great service. Dude up front is soooo helpful made awesome suggestions. Love how youre not pushed to buy something. Overall really nice clean place. I think a lot of their products are high quality and speaking of products they have so much variety! Came in looking for flavored papers and ended up leaving with a new ash tray, paper, roller, and new filters. Definitely would recommend.

This is my first time here. This shop is pretty big and lots of cool and interesting things to shop for at this smoke shop. Been in a lot of smoke shops and I’m happy that I found a cool shop by my house. Upon arriving the shop, I was greeted by Joe. He acknowledged that I was browsing and was friendly enough to ask what I was looking for and helped me out find a good pipe. Going to be coming here more. Thanks Joe for great customer service.

Right upon entry, we were stunned at the presentation of the store. It truly felt like the Wonka Factory for adults. The hospitality of the team was phenomenal and they helped us find exactly what we were looking for. 10/10 would recommend for anyone in the area.

Had a little issue when I received a empty box for a product I bought. however, the employee was more than willing to reprimand the issue! their store is clean and very appealing to the eye, the staff is very friendly just a small mistake, would recommend to a friend but double check your items!

Drove by tyler and saw this shop just opened up, a very large selection of glass, i had the intention of just looking ended up walking with 2 new piece with my collection. Ended talkng the the dude behind the counter, they were very patience with me and understood what i was picky with after checking out 30 glasses to find what i was looking for, he also said hell look into finding studio ghilbi theme glass. So ill definitely be back once i see or here about it. Looking forward to my next visit when i need get something new for my collection.
