Sarah is extremely knowledgeable and does a great job at putting her clients at ease! You are truly able to relax while you are receiving a treatment from her. I have had multiple facials with her and have never been disappointed. I struggle with chronic headaches, I usually have 1-2 per week. But, when she does the massage portion of the facials she makes them disappear for weeks at a time! She knows exactly what my skin needs each time I go. I always leave feeling like a brand new woman!

I had a massage w Molly and it was amazing. First, I loved the ambiance of the boutique. It’s small, simple and inviting. I have no irritation or pain. I wasn’t sticky or slimy afterwards.Everything was clean and the studio is super cute.Just go see her and put your shower spread eagle to bed. Was in Rochester for a quick weekend and looking for quick waxing service on my neck and shoulders before my haircut. Sara the owner thankfully severed the phone and skipped her lunch to fit me in her busy schedule. She handled like a pro and before i knew it she was done and i was surprise in how quick and painless she worked. I later went back after shaving my beard and haircut for a facial. Only have experienced 3 in my life but this one the most comprehensive facial Ive ever received. Sara walked me threw her every step because its been a long time which was a breath of fresh air. The boutique is decorated perfectly and its always a calm and relaxing atmosphere. After multiple chiropractor visits with little success, I decided to try massage therapy and I have never felt better. With a physically demanding job and hours I look forward to meeting with Molly Smith every month to relieve physical and sometimes emotional stress. Her schedule is accommodating too! Im a bit late posting this, but its been about a week or so after my first Brazilian ever in my life. But Im grateful that I went to Sarah for my waxing needs based off all the reviews she received from here and facebook (best decision thus far). Sarah was very pleasant and nice and made me feel at ease and in less than 15 minutes she was done. She kept you talking throughout the session so youre not focused on whats happening (haha). I’ve been going to see Sarah for waxing for almost two years now and I never leave unsatisfied. Anytime a friend tells me they are thinking about getting their first Brazilian she’s where I send them to. Makes sure it’s never awkward is fast and she’s super friendly.

This was my first ever Brazilian so I had no idea what to expect. Honestly I’ve only ever heard horror stories of how much it hurts and how long it takes. Julia was amazing! She made me feel so comfortable and had a conversation with me the whole time (the whole 7 minutes lol) which helped distract me!! The only thing that I was a little disappointed in was I left with patches of long hair that were pretty easily seen. I could’ve fixed it by cutting/waxing it myself at home but I left it alone so she can fix it at my next appointment. Going forward I wouldn’t mind the wax taking a few extra minutes just to make sure nothing is missed. All in all it was a great experience and would definitely recommend them to my friends!

Very pleasant experience. This was my first time getting a Brazilian Wax and I was very nervous but the nice lady helped me feel at ease and made nice small talk! It was painful for me but definitely worth it. It literally took like 6-8 minutes at most and I’d DEFINITELY go again!

I received a massage from Molly and Ive got to say- she is one of the most attentive and effective massage therapists I have ever had the pleasure of seeing. She can gauge exactly what your body needs even if you dont specify certain areas of tension or release needed. Her energy is welcoming and warm. I felt like a new woman after just 1 session. I was so impressed I even purchased a surprise massage for my fiancé, who desperately needed it. He was also very happy with his experience. Molly is absolutely amazing at what she does and she truly cares about her clients. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND HER!

Really nice atmosphere - you walk into a nicely decorated, relaxing space. I had only had my eyebrows waxed before so I was nervous, but Sarah made me feel comfortable and was quick and thorough!

I booked a Brazilian wax online and made a note to specifically leave a landing strip. When I came in for my appointment, we discussed leaving a landing strip.The wax was fine—painful, which is to be expected, but she did a good job of removing the hair. Actually, she did too good of a job removing the hair because she didn’t leave the landing strip.So for the next month or so I have to walk around looking like a child down there because I was waxed completely bald, when we literally discussed leaving a landing strip not even five minutes earlier.It doesn’t sound like a big deal, but just as I and most others make conscious efforts to style the hair on my head a certain way, I’m also very particular about how I keep my body hair. I’ve had a landing strip for over ten years and my hair grows slowly; I’m pretty upset with the results and the final look and I don’t feel very confident—which was the entire point of booking the waxing session in the first place?She also essentially just laughed it off when I expressed I was not pleased, and I think she could have handled it better.So, if you want to be completely hairless then perhaps this is an experience worth looking into, but ladies with landing strips BEWARE.
