I had THE best massage with Nancy. She listened to what my target areas were and focused on those with perfect pressure. Front desk was pleasant and atmosphere was relaxing.

My husband got me a gift card a few months back for a massage and finally got to use it today. First of all, when he got the gift card he asked for a massage and a facial cost on it. The sales person told him I’d be $180. Called to book the services and was told the first service is $80 and second $130 without membership. Didn’t seat great with me but ok whatever.. at the massage I’ve asked if they could honor me the free 30 extra min that came with the gift card since it was a couple weeks past expiration day… they didn’t even let me finish my words and was shut with a NO, and acted like I’m 2 and said well u can still use the gift card..anyways, I asked for the enhanced foot massage and the essential oils to be added to the service. Got none. Not sure who forgot, but that wasn’t given to me and the front desk again, acts as if I’m stupid and tells me don’t worry we want charge you for it. Huh. Glad we are ok the same page.The massage wasn’t bad but the lack of professionalism sucked, and not being able to honor those 30 min to a mother of two babies who never has time for herself sucked. Learn some business strategies so you can stay afloat. I will not be returning to this location

I signed up for massages two months ago. I went tanning the day before and got pretty burnt so I called to cancel. They charged me for my cancellation and said I no showed for my appt. I tried to cancel my membership as Im not happy with the massages or with their policy. They said I will be charged $80.00 for the next 10 months. This is nonsense. Ive tried two different therapists wasnt happy with either one. Will not be recommending massage envy to anyone. Poor service and horrible cancellation policy.

Neurologist suggested I get massages due to Occipital nerve issues and Dominic Ernst my Therapist at Massage Envy is doing a wonderful job!. Truly a God Send for me!!!He is totally professional and super skillful. Extremely knowledgeable in this field. .I feel very comfortable and relaxed THANK YOU so much Dominic!!Youve been a God send...

HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! I would recommend that you do not sign up for a membership with Massage Envy. Its almost impossible to cancel, and Alyssa was very rude when trying to get it done. I have tried to cancel my account after the year contract timeframe ended three times and still getting charged. When I called to dispute yet another charge with this location, I learned that my account is under an email address that I havent used for 10 years which is why I never received the cancellation form. I then asked why it is taking me three times to cancel. She tried telling me that I needed to cancel through another location even though RH is the location I started my membership at back in Dec 2022. I stated that I would be blocking any other payments going forward and she said that she was not going to bother sending me the paperwork and would just let it go to collections since I was just going to block the payment, anyways. When she refused me talking to management, I stated that I just wanted to get the cancellation paperwork sent to me, and demanded speaking to a manager. I was told that I would not hear anything from someone until Sunday and that I would be charged another month and/or go to collections if I didnt pay. This upset me and asked her to just go ahead and send the paperwork so I can still send it in. I was hung up on and when I called back, put on hold and hung up on again!

I love this place. My monthly chemical peels have helped my skin so much! Highly recommend getting a membership here

I was disappointed to find out that massage Envys out here in Michigan dont have hot packs available for clients. My Appt time was scheduled at 6:15; I was taken to my massage room at 6:20. The massage itself did not have any fluidity. The service was choppy with regards to the massage flow. I was hoping for a more experienced massage therapist, but the therapist that was available only had 2 years experience under his belt. I recommend someone work with him on his fluidity and possibly more classes to help him learning more techniques to aid in his future as a therapist. I know that everything therapist has to start somewhere and its a learn as you go career. I dont recommend his service at this time; even though he did have a calm and relaxing demeanor about him. I truly needed someone with a larger skill set to help me with the pain I was feeling. Hopefully this helps with regards to molding him into a better therapist. Sincerely, TH

Wonderful experience at this location! I was able to book an appointment same day on short notice for a 60 min custom massage. The atmosphere was clean, modern and soothing. I made great conversation with the front desk staff, who was super helpful and courteous! Kevin did a wonderful job with my massage, and he was very thorough and professional! 10/10 would recommend this location, and Kevin for your next massage! 😁

Booked for a 60 minute deep tissue with Nancy and after arriving perfectly on time I was seated and told to wait for her for 10 minutes. Between that, telling her what to target in the room, and undressing I was looking at about 15 minutes killed off. Little did I know that would be deducted off the actual massage…I essentially was punished for something that was out of my control and did nothing wrong. I paid full price for 75% of the actual service and I simply don’t like being ripped off. I still tipped the standard; however, if this is how Nancy and this business operates I can’t recommend it to anyone.

I am so glad that I stumbled upon this place!I moved to Michigan one year ago, and am getting married this coming weekend. I have never taken the time to treat myself or paid attention about skin care.I have been working with Rachel for the past year on making my skin look amazing for my wedding day. She is incredibly knowledgable and I very much enjoyed seeing her every month and learning how to be better at my skin care. I can proudly say that my skin has changed for the better and that I truly feel confident with my skin for my wedding this Saturday. I cannot thank Rachel enough for the time, energy, and true passion she has for helping others!Also, this facility is extremely clean and the staff are always so warm and welcoming upon entering and exiting. They were always very good about scheduling as I have a very strange schedule and were always very kind to me.Cannot recommend this place enough, especially Rachel! I highly recommend Massage Envy. I had the best most thorough massage ever. The only bad part was how fast the hour went by. I feel like a whole new person. Ask for Cheyanne she is the absolute best!! I will definitely be back!!. Im 63 and left feeling 40 again!

Had back surgery over a year ago and had a lot of hardware removed a few months ago. Been going to physical therapy for over a year but still felt extremely stiff and sore. Had my first massage ever yesterday with Nancy, and it was great. I felt loose and my back wasnt sore for the first time a very long time. Definitely recommend going, and I will definitely be going back again.

My fiancé went here and had Dominic as his therapist, he was incredibly unprofessional and unkind in how he spoke to him regarding his fitness or hydration. Saying things like “I’m sure you know this already but you could stand to hydrate more” or telling him he had abnormally low muscle tone? Speaking to a client in such a way is incredibly uncalled for and disrespectful as a professional. If he spoke like this to someone that is healthy and in shape physically I can’t imagine how he’d speak to someone that wasn’t, choose your words better even if you think you’re looking out for someone’s health. He came to have something worked on that was hurting him and this made it very difficult to enjoy the experience.

This massage was part of my Mothers Day present from my daughter. Everything was super clean and organized. I felt very safe. Nancy was amazing! I was so relaxed! Everyone there was so kind and helpful. Thank you to everyone at Massage Envy Rochester Hills for such an enjoyable experience!

Rachel is always so thorough and educational as she goes through her 90 min facial experience with me. She has such a gentle relaxing approach and it is truly a wonderful relaxing experience after a full busy month. Rescheduled my next appointment to secure a spot with Rachel. I have been a member of Massage Envy for 10 years and been going to this location and seeing Alissa for the last year or so. Alissa is amazing!! She listens and caters my massages to fit my needs. She is very skilled and knowledgeable. I highly recommend her! Also, the staff at this location is always pleasant and welcoming. Nancy is always great! I feel better everytime I go to see her. She has helped my muscle tension greatly and shes always a pleasure to be around! The rest of the staff is very friendly as well! Would recommend seeing Nancy to anyone especially those who have never gone to a massage therapist. She is warm, kind, funny and really listens to what you need help with.

The staff here is always very friendly, the greet you with a smile and get you into your appointment quickly and on time. Stefsha is a wonderful therapist, she is caring and walks through your comfort level and any issues you are dealing with every visit. I live 40 minutes away from Massage Envy in Rochester and not to say the other massage envy‘s are bad, I have been to several of them (a lot closer) and they’re all wonderful and great, but the young ladies and the people at the Massage Envy in Rochester…. I wish I could take them home with me, they all are wonderful and great and my massage was SO RELAXING!!!! I didn’t want to go home! My daughter and I reschedule immediately for our next appointment for next month with them!!!! We went for my birthday on October 30, 2021 in the evening. I have had many massages over the years, but Massage Envy aims to please. Stefsha is by far the best out there. She knows where the apply pressure and how much! It is just wonderful 😊 BEST Ive ever had!! It is worth the 35 min drive!!

Every time I enter my appointment there is only a brief waiting time. The ladies at the front counter are very pleasant and helpful. My masseuse did an excellent job. The only thing I would improve would be the availability to set a regular schedule for specific masseuses.

I hate to state this publicly because my masseuse is in such high demand but she is nothing short of amazing. Leah is attentive and has amazing hands. Kudos to the best front desk that Massage Envy of the Village of Rochester Hills has ever had. Thank you for the great service.

Nancy is the greatest of all time! She was able to fix chronic problems I had on my back and shoulders that chiropractors and acupuncture couldn’t. Now she has been supporting my high intensity endurance trainings with her massages on my legs. She is very professional, knowledgable and kind! I highly recommend Nancy and Massage Envy at The Village of Rochester Hills.

I have been a member for over 10 years and have seen multiple and amazing massage therapists. Nancy continues to surpass my expectations with each massage she gives! My preference is deep tissue and Nancy excels with always providing the perfect amount of pressure and persistence needed to have me leaving with a relaxed body and mind. Nancy also has an amazing disposition and great character!

Stacy did a great job on my prenatal massage. My lower back and feet were the areas I’ve been struggling with this pregnancy, and she paid especial attention to them. I am planning to go back every other week to see her for the duration of my pregnancy, if midwife-approved, and continue to see her after!

Due to me not being able to go to my massage because my therapist was out due to Medical. I wasnt able to get my appointments in the Troy location called several other location spots and I was able to get appointment booked at Rochester Hills.It was a little bit of inconvenience because it was farther than what I drive to my normal location. However Leah definitely did a good job was able to relieve me with most of my muscle aches and pains. She listened very carefully to where I was aching and provided the service where I needed it. The only thing I was disappointed in as I can only have my one-hour massage when I generally get 2 hours.It would be nice if you would let therapist come to other locations where the customer doesnt get stuck driving that far

Desima is one of the best massage therapists I have ever encountered! She knows how to make me feel human again! I have a desk job with lots of shoulder issues and she really knows how to fix it. One of my favorites and highly recommend!

My therapist Joel is definitely the best! I had an amazing deep tissue hour massage..I definitely will be getting a 90 minute next time🤞🏼I have really bad knots in my shoulders and middle of my back and trigger points in my neck and lower back..I can’t even express into words how awesome he is!! Can’t wait to go back!!

I was there on Sunday (May 2nd, 2021) and received a 60 minute massage from Joel. I had an absolutely wonderful experience!! Joel knew the exact pressure I needed and could tolerate, which he adjusted through out the session. He is very kind, comforting, and an over all beautiful human. Massage therapist was very good, and sensitive to my needs. However, brighter lighting while clients are filling out forms would be beneficial, and all employees should wear masks.

I had Stacy today. She was absolutely wonderful. I have PSA and like RA affects all of your joints. My fingers and wrists hurt so bad I couldnt type on my laptop.She streched out my fingers and wrists, worked out all the knots and tension in my forearms. I have been going to Massage Envy in Rochester Hills for years and have never had a bad experience! Great people from the front desk to the therapists. They are all very professional with great communication skills and they always have a smile on there face. I wish I could give them 6 stars. Without Stacy this message would not have been possible. Mariah is the only therapist I will see at Massage Envy. She has amazing strength in her hands that helps work through pains in y my body. She is very professional which helps puts me at ease and i can enjoy my fullBody massage. She generates good vibes throughout the session.

Susanna showed great concern in wanting to help alleviate pain through the initial session as well as care in following up with future sessions. The stretches helped to provide instant relief in lowering some pain and tightness levels. Stefsha was very attentive in discussing problem areas and working through those areas keeping comfort in mind ensuring pressure levels were tolerable throughout the session. The therapists truly showed care and professionalism in wanting to help alleviate pain and soreness. I would highly recommend both for future sessions.

The session started off really great. I had a problem with my shoulder/pain. I know what the problem is and where the pain is. I told the massage therapist this repeatedly. However instead of listening to me and providing a massage to soothe the area and calm it down they spent 30 of the 60 minutes having me move my arm in different directions to try and diagnose where the pain started. When I literally explained this at least 15 times during the session and left feeling almost no relief. So instead of the 60 minute massage I paid for I got a 30 minute massage and very heavily focused on one side. Spent MAYBE 1-2 minutes on the opposite side which is also extremely tight. I had heard really great things about this place so I’m really bummed out and disappointed.

Im reading these reviews and everyone is complaining about being charged without using the membership once a month service. READ your contract. That is what you agreed to. Once you cancel you are billed one more time. Its states in the contract there needs to be a 30 day notice. I just signed up and their contract is no different then any other massage service membership. I was impressed by the desk staff. Very friendly, very thorough, and very professional. The only negative I can say is, I was very disappointed that I could not use my own massage oil.

3-stars in my humble opinion (because the people are nice, the place is clean, and they have good products for sale).As far as what I had paid for - a massage:It was okay - twice. A little pushy on the sales/subscription, and very strict with time. I’ve been to some great massage places, and at the end I feel like the masseuse had covered the areas where I had pain and concluded the massage… it’s hard to explain, the best way I can describe it is probably time management: how well the masseuse controls the time they spend on certain areas and how they wind down the massage to an end. After having two massages down here, I feel like the massage just need a another 10-15mins tea to wrap up, then it’s over… you’ll get 45-50mins of massage for your 1hr session… and maybe that’s what it is.Then again, it’s a franchise, so I get it. I’m not a detractor, but I personally won’t return. There’s definitely better alternatives not too far away for value for money.Try it for yourself and see if you agree.

Alyssa is highly skilled and recommended. My skin feels amazing. I would go get a facial rather than a full body massage any day. This girl needs a raise.

Appointment was set for 11:15 - my wife and I didn’t get started until after 11:20. We paid for an hour massage and my wife was done at 11:55 I was finished at 12. Charging $130 for two massages when we tipped each therapist $20 seems insane for a half hour massage.This massage felt rushed, felt like they were on a clock. The moment it finished our therapists stopped what they were doing and said, “all done have a nice day.” And ran out the door. There seemed to be absolutely no sense of relaxation from start to finish.The massage was okay. My wife said her therapist only massaged the points she put to focus on and didn’t do any of the other parts even though it was “full body.” My therapist was good just was done short like my wife’s.

This is the worst massage Ive ever received. First, if a customer asks you to wear a mask you should do it. The explaining your situation to me didnt change that I asked you to wear it when we were facing each other ONLY. I only asked for it to be worn when we faced each other. Second, I received a glorified rub down. He had me start on my back and didnt assess me properly. When he had me turn over the massage went downhill quickly. Just rubbing when I said that I wanted deeper pressure. I asked for a deep tissue massage for a reason. I will not return. Im oily and more tense than when I arrived. This is horrible

My last massage was ok. Needed the room to be warmer and the bed. It was only 70 degrees in the room. Last masseuse Desima was friendly too much pressure at first but after being asked to lighten up, she did. Wasn’t my most comfortable but wasn’t my worst.

Mariah is amazing. In my 20 years of getting massages she’s the best. I say this in that she finds a way to remove the toughest knots or pain points while providing a relaxing service.

Rachel was awesome. She had a very calming, professional and caring attitude. She was thorough and gentle. So relaxing of a service that I signed up for the membership.

Stefsha was probably the best massage I’ve had at massage envy her attention to detail and not rushing specific areas was appreciated. Next time i’m back in the area I definitely will book with her.

The massage therapist are amazing. But the desk people are something else! I cancelled my membership & still got billed. Then called to use my last prepaid (which she said i still have) went to use the last of it & at the end i was told i owe 95$!!! BS! They will try to get as much $ out of you as possible! I will never be going back. This is the second time having a problem!

I was specific about wanting only emphasis on my lower body, specifically my legs, as Im recovering from a stroke that affected my right side. Wanted to augment my PT with more leg stretches & massage.Efia insisted I get a stretch her way, spending much time on upper body, cause she had to do it as they taught her in school. My leg stretches were nothing special, but when she finally got to the massage on my legs, it was great.I recommend massage from Efia, but I dont think Massage Envy teaches stretch like a person trained in physical therapy. Also, when I inquired about a therapists background, I was told they cant share that info.

Efia gives the greatest deep massage. She can easily target my problem areas.The only thing I would change is different “music”. It needs to be more nature sounds. I find the instrumental at times not relaxing at all

Desima is the worlds greatest masseuse! She always hits the main pressure points you might need and I enjoy that we don’t talk too much for a relaxing environment :) She deserves a bonus!

Nancy is phenomenal! She takes the time to understand what your needs are & tailors your massage to match! She is one of the best!

My experience here was terrible because a massage is supposed to be relaxing not a session where the person tries to sign you up for different memberships for the whole time. If they were really good at what they do I would have been less annoyed but the massages aren’t that good (Go ti lifetime)!

THIEVES! WATCH OUT! They save your credit card info. They run it once a month rather you go or not! Once you realize it and confront them they wont ever reimburse you a cent ! Really bad customer service. Employees at this location do not care about their regular members. My appointment was handled very poorly by multiple employees at this location. I had to book an appointment here as the usual location that I go to closed for good. Never booking here again.
