I have been a member for many years, and have always had excellent experiences. I love getting text updates with last minute openings for many different services. I have had massages, stretch sessions, and facials, with a variety of providers, and they are all professional, friendly, and really put you at ease. The location is always clean, and I immediately feel more relaxed just walking in! The desk staff are outstanding; helpful, efficient, and so warm and welcoming. Thank you for many years of excellent service!

DO NOT SIGN UP AT THIS LOCATION, I REPEAT, DO NOT SIGN UP AT THIS LOCATION UNLESS YOU WANT TO BE PERMANENTLY TIED TO THEM. My wife was a steady paying client for YEARS and wasn’t able to make a scheduled appointment on a particular instance due to a true emergency with us losing power in our home. They still charged her despite her trying to cancel. On top of the terrible customer service she politely asked for them to pause her membership with them keeping 4 months of credits in their pockets and they literally denied her the ability to do so and said it wasn’t possible. We had to cancel her debit card and put a block on any charges made from Massage Envy because of their refusal to let her out of the membership. Come to find out they were still able to charge her on her Apple Card because of a random purchase she used it for TWO YEARS AGO. They went back into her transaction history to find another payment option in order to charge her the $75. We are currently disputing the charge since she is no longer a member and having Apple put a block on their end as well. So if you’re willing to be tied to them for the rest of your life, by all means go ahead.

Id leave 0 stars if I could 🙄 If your a woman DO NOT book with Jeremy 😡 yesterday 3/19 was my birthday and he wasted my time left me sore and just didnt care about my experience. It was the driest massage Ive ever had as I watched Meagan treat my partner like royalty it really shed light on how terrible my RUB DOWN was. No recommendations no warm towel started me on my back to finish on my front I literally cried on my birthday because of Jeremy !! Had I not had so much to lose I wouldve walked out and not paid a penny !! TOTAL WASTE off my 188 dollars and then to ask me about a membership HAAAAAA HAAAAA the jokes just kept rolling SMH I never leave reviews but there was NO WAY Id let another woman wage their experience on JEREMY I love us too much anywho Ill be getting another massage this weekend because Jeremy almost gave me back burns massage was so rough and dry DO NOT BOOK HIM UNLESS YOUR A MANNNNN !!

I’ll start by saying I will update my review and a later time if I feel it’s worth it. I just recently signed up for ME 6 month membership and booked my first massage with them. The massage was booked for medium-firm with a few select focus areas. This was all confirmed just prior to the massage starting. Once the massage started there were times were it felt firm but only with fist or palm pressure and for short periods of time. No fingers used to help work through those nooks and cranny’s. The amount of lotion or oil used was at excess. **The majority of the massage felt like I was simply having oil *rubbed* on me.** It’s safe to safe my body and my mind feel worse after leaving. Especially when I approached those at the front desk after my massage and explained all of this and they simply said “too bad so sad, better luck next time” - I went on to explain i’d rather them just take my money for the next 5 months and not even bother coming in for the appointments because at least then I’ll still have my time, and my sanity. A little bit of courtesy goes a long way. A simple “how can we ensure you have a better experience next time” would’ve solved a lot of frustration and angst. Incredible that I was suppose to leave there feeling more relaxed and I feel more frustrated than when I first walked in.At this current moment.. not worth the money unless you have a provider you’re sure of. They did recommend me two providers that customers seem to really rave about but how unfortunate for your newer customers who don’t have the inside scoop. In reality, when you’re providing a service such as these.. a good majority of your providers should be providers that your customers “rave” about. We shouldn’t have to play the game of musical providers until we find one that provides that services we signed on for.

I went as a gift My massage therapist was jay he was very nice and did a great job the bed was comfortable and I felt very relaxed considering this was my first massage ever he was great I felt comfortable with him. The girls were nice when I walked in and when I left. My 3 only side notes are my husband had put down for a deep tissue massage and This may be me not knowing any better but I figured it would be more intense. Tho my body did feel good after just a thought it would be more . the other thing when I left they definitely wanted me to sign up for a membership which I can see why the price difference is huge when your a member you clearly save a lot but I just don’t have time to go. And the last being it my husband tried booking a appointment in December and we couldn’t get in till the end of February when he did it online he added on treatments which when I got there they couldn’t be preformed cause it wasn’t offered by the therapist they had put me with which didn’t make sense to me. As to why if it was selected in the first place I would have gotten matched with someone who didn’t do them. Again jay did a great job the 4 starts are just cause of the other things I had happen

The time at Massage Envy was well spent! Both the massages & facials are top notch! They always make sure you are comfortable, warm, and that the pressure isnt too much. I havent had all of the LMTs, but Gina & Nephy are the ones to see for the massage and Alyssa gives a phenomenal facial!!!!

Second time here and its very relaxing and peaceful. I always leave having all my stress relieved. So far Ive worked with 2 different providers and they have been AMAZING! Kai and Katherine, Thank you!

Absolutely LOVE the staff here. It started out as a gift card visit and turned into Absolutely necessary MONTYLY membership visits. The staff is filled with friendly and talented people. I prefer Jared for massage but he books pretty far out. As far as facials, again they are all talented but my preference is kailey. She left my skin glowing and I felt like a brand new person. Ive had a stretch there as well but I cant remember the womans name. She was super friendly and funny. 10/10 recommend Massage Envy in Greece. I have my first chemical peel scheduled and Im terrified but I know that they will make sure that Im comfortable with this experience. Ive been going to Massage Envy in Greece since February.

I was very hesitant to ever let anyone touch my skin as I have always had very sensitive skin. Alesha is always reassuring, knowledgeable, and so friendly! She always makes sure I leave with samples as we are still trying to find my best skin care regime. I would recommend her to anyone!!! She’s wonderful!

I always look forward to my monthly massage and sometimes an added stretch session when needed or a facical once in a while. Iv never had a bad experience and the staff will go above and beyond expectations to make you comfortable and relaxed.

Gianna was amazing and easy to talk to- super relatable! She really loosened up my back and neck muscles and went deep enough to get knots out. The environment was very nice too. Warm blanket and a fan was going with dim lights and meditation music

I received a gift card, so it was my first time getting a massage at the Greece location. The ambiance wasnt very relaxing, but Jessie did a great job working out the knots in my neck, shoulders and back. She was very professional and helpful.

Sean was a Great Massage Therapist, he has wonderful customer service skills. I just don’t appreciate how on the app I was booked for $70 and then after my service I was charged $120. False Advertisement is never good for business. Now I remember why I left before. Smh

Sean was very friendly and nice, helped so much with tension and helped me to understand the root of the issues. It was definitely a positive experience and the rest of my day was much more relaxed. The rest of the staff was also so pleasant and made me feel comfortable there.

Lovely experience with this location. The front desk staff were friendly and my massage therapist, Jay, was fantastic! I left feeling so relaxed and booked with him again!

I had a wonderful experience here at the Greece, NY location! Kailey was amazing and I really appreciated how personable and kind she was! The facial was extremely relaxing and I left feeling very refreshed. Excited to go back!

Massage Envy membership helps me keep my commitment to better health. The changes regular massages have brought me include better movement, less stress, and better sleep. I can stand up tall again. Massage Envy has a masseuse for every style - relaxation to deep tissue and even couples therapy. My therapist gives me a 10+ visit every time!

I have been a member for a little while and came here after my massage therapist retired. I have had very good massages from a couple of therapists and they have been wonderful. When I lost my job I had no issues with rescheduling down the road a new massage appointment. This location I would recommend to anyone the staff is very professional and kind and always helpful. Very clean facility. I look forward to my upcoming April visit. I found my new place for massage.

It was my first professional massage and was kind of nervous, but Kai made the experience very comfortable for me. Awesome session, 100% returning.

This was the first time I visited Massage Envy and have to admit that it was a gift from someone, I was pleasantly surprised. I had a 60 minute facial with Guen that was awesome and am considering a membership. The only reason for the 4 star rating is because the bed could have been a bit softer, other than that it was a great experience!!

Kaisean gave me a comfortable, friendly and relaxing massage experience. He listened and made sure to give special attention to my problem areas. I felt great relief and will definitely be back again!

Had my first facial and had the pleasure of meeting Melinda. She was absolutely amazing! Very knowledgeable, took the time to make sure all my questions/concerns were addressed. She explained the entire process to me and made sure that I had the products I needed to continue my care at home. Made sure I scheduled another appointment with her before I left. If you haven’t had a facial with Melinda, make sure you get scheduled today, you won’t be sorry!

This was my Mother’s Day gift from my family, and it was a wonderful experience! I enjoyed a 60 minute facial with Guen. She was so kind and personable. Very knowledgeable about the products and what would work best for my skin type.Also the ladies working the front desk were so pleasant to talk to as I walked through the door.All in all I had a great first experience with Massage Envy and I’m excited to go back for my next facial with Guen!

It was an amazing experience first time I got a facial and it was wonderful I felt so relaxing Guen did an amazing job she explained how everything works she was great would recommend her to anyone wanting a facial!

The massage was great. However, scheduling has become ridiculous. I had to book 4 months out to even get a decent time that works for me. My husband did a 6 month program and at least 2, if not 3 times we have had massages (of the 5 we have had scheduled) scheduled together one of us has had to be cancelled due to the therapist being “out”. He can end his membership on October 12 and he is going to. He had to transfer credits to me to not loose them because we can’t even get him in to use them. That’s ridiculous. I have been a member for a while and was understanding during COVID, but if this continues then I will be cancelling as well.

I enjoyed a 2 hour session at the Greece location in Rochester NY. I received a one hour massage from Terri which was AMAZING! She gave the desired amount of pressure and was communicative throughout the massage. She gave suggestions at the end and told me about problem areas I’ll want to address in the future. Aleshia gave an amazing facial and walked me through the whole process as she worked on my face. Left feeling like the queen I am!

Terrible and very misleading people. I signed up for a 6 month subscription for my girlfriend. I cancelled it so I would not be charged additional months after the 6th one. I went to the location where I bought the subscription and asked if it was cancelled, they said it was. I didnt sign any papers so that was strange I thought. I went in again later that week to double check and they said it wasnt cancelled so I signed the papers necessary. They are still charging me and refuting my credit card company. Never purchase a membership through them unless you want to be charged for the rest of your life. Will never be back!

Ky is a fantastic therapist. He asked me many questions to tailor my massage to my needs. He has a very firm style which I love. He was very polite. I can’t wait to book with him again!

I went for a facial and thoroughly enjoyed it. It was oh so relaxing. Aleshia is very knowledgeable and quite pleasant. I recommend and will definitely be back! My next appointment is already scheduled!

Love getting a massage at the Greece location. Warms your muscles and your soul. Jason is awesome and he work my shoulder that I carry my baby on all the time and made it much more manageable to carry my 2 month old ! Feel 100% better after these massages! Showed up for my 90 min massage and was told my massage therapist had just left for an emergency, but they tried calling. (They called, no voice message). They apologized and asked if I had been there before and I said no. They said it was too bad because the therapist who just left was one of their best. They tried tried to then sell me on the business and let me tell you more about us... I said thanks but no thanks. What do I need to hear other than you cannot accommodate your paying customers. I then received a follow up email saying were sorry you had to cancel... I understand emergencies pop up, but to try to sell someone on the spot like that after cancelling was tacky and the follow up email showed laziness on their end. Ive always heard less than stellar reviews about this place, but wanted to see for myself. And I did. Will not be back.

My partner and I use this location frequently. Im kinda shocked reading some reviews - weve never had a bad experience here and its always consistently well-ran. Everyone has been top-notch in both of our experiences, and Ive seen a few therapists who have all been very good. Not only have they been great at working out knots or other pain points but have talked me through avoiding them enough to go solely for relaxation at this point (thanks Josh and Mary Elizabeth!).

I have been a member at massage envy since 2015 and it was the best decision I have ever made. Sean is my massage therapist and is so polite and professional. He targets the right spots and communicates with me about pressure through out my session. I leave feeling refreshed! I always look forward to my monthly session!!!!!

Kai was very good. He took the time to work out the tightness in my back and was very careful when he got to my right shoulder which has a torn rotator cuff.. definitely recommend him

I had prenatal massage done by Katherine, she was so knowledgeable and professional. It was my first ever massage she made me feel some comfortable and ready. Cannot wait for my next appointment with Katherine!

Shakenda was amazing! So kind and mindful! Made me feel comfortable with my first massage right from the jump. I could feel the tension melt away. Would 100% recommend this establishment AND the masseuse to many family and friends! Thank you shakenda for a wonderful first experience! Hope I get to see you again soon!

Kai was very knowledgeable and also gentle, very mindful of any pain levels I felt. He found my target areas of muscle stress, and was very attentive and kind.

I have been going to Alesha for chemical peels for several months and have been so happy with the results. Alesha is extremely knowledgeable about skin care. She is genuinely interested in helping you achieve the results you are looking for. I look forward to my next service with her.

Had a massage lined up for my wife’s birthday. Called ahead of time and let them know the occasion. I believe Sherry is the manager there and set everything up.After my wife goes in for massage, Sherry talks to me about membership packages and discounts that’ll save me money. Asks if I’m interested. I say yes. Then says it’s going to cost $60 per person each month. I say I’ll have to talk to my wife because we don’t want to add anything to our monthly budget. I was lead to believe it was free.After we are done, she tells my wife I’m interested in the membership, which I was not. She keeps pushing and pushing the membership after I said no numerous times. All I wanted was a nice relaxing time with my wife and it was so frustrating. DO NOT GO HERE.Stephen was good with his massage and I enjoyed talking to him but it’s not worth the hassle.We get a few massages a year and I will never return to massage envy.

She gives a Great massage.She is very polite and very professional. Down to earth. I would refer my family and friends here.Suzanne

Booked online and got a confirmation. Received a call from office after saying someone else had taken that time. Well it was open online?? Complained to corporate and never revived a call. Won’t be using Massage Envy at all.

Kaisean is awesome! He is very knowledgeable with all the muscle groups that need to be worked and gentle with his touch. I trust him completely.

Katherine really listened to all my needs and met them 100%. I always feel great afterwards, which lasts the entire day. Best birthday massage EVER!!! Keep up the good work Katherine.

Stephen is always professional and does great work. I leave the spa feeling refreshed and in less pain. He targets the specific trigger points I need released and with the firm pressure I need. I’ve been going to him for about a year and admire his character and dedication to the job. Great masseuse 👍🏻

Jessie is a great therapist at Massage Envy Greece. I would recommend her highly but then it will be hard for me to get an appointment! 😊 I’ve never had less than a 5 star experience at Massage Envy Greece!

Mary Elizabeth is the massage therapist I use and I absolutely love her. Shes great at what she does and shes really personable. As a member, I pay monthly for my massage credits and I like that I can transfer some of my massage credits to other people because its nice to give my mom or friend a massage every now and then, especially because I often dont have enough time to go in monthly to use all of my credits.As for accessibility, the front desk is high so wheelchair users need to go to the side of the desk to actually interact with the receptionists, the bathrooms are accessible, and the tables are adjustable they are able to put the table at a height that is comfortable for transferring from a wheelchair.

Service was great. BUT most people have to freshen up after a service. The ladies room had no plug for a blow dryer, no shelf to even place your stuff on. Better accommodations are needed for sure. Maybe even shower facilities.Thanks

I’m glad I’m a member which motivates me to go otherwise I would give up gradually. This service is an award to me to take care of myself. I enjoy how I feel afterwards that I did it for me. The staff has always been friendly nice soothing and attentive. Showing respect to the client.Suggestion for the parlor would be a relaxing essence as you wait for the attendant. Perhaps the soothing music a little louder.

Guenevere was very sweet and explained everything as she was doing the facial. She also went out of her way to research what type of facial would be best for me after I told her I had an electrolysis appointment the following day.

Massage Envy has been absolutely wonderful. The services I have gotten include massages and facials. Both exceeded my expectations and staff were very knowledgeable and professional in every way. Aleshia is my go-to aesthetician - she’s fantastic, and Jay is the best masseuse!

They book out pretty far but the people and the masseuses are great they listen to what you want!! They also offer other treatments... facials... stretching feels great always left happy!

Professional, relaxing, Ive never had a bad experience. Ive been a member for over 2 years. Everyone is respectful and listens to you. Jason, sean, aleshia, Stephen, amber...and everyone else Ive seen! They were great.

I have been a member of ME for a couple years, and often come to the Greece location. I havent ever had any of the negative experiences noted by other reviewers. The therapists here, especially Gordon and Jason are great. I have had professional massage approximately monthly for at least the last decade, for a variety of issues, and this spot is better than average. My main concern is not always getting appointments when I need them.

I thoroughly enjoyed my massage from Clarence, perfect pressure and targeted all my trouble spots. My not so great review was based on the experience. I had called two months ago to find a Saturday appointment that fit my schedule and I’ve been awaiting this lovely day, I had asked on the phone to please put me down for the Lavender scent enhancements, as I love the smell. All was well until the massage started, and I clearly wasn’t getting any lavender :( then the conversations that were had right outside the door about someone’s visit and how it went were the beginning of the distraction, shortly after that someone in the room next to us was very loudly banging something against the wall for what felt like a good 5 minutes. I know it’s sounds ridiculous to complain about nosies, but you come to get a massage to be relaxed, It was very distracting and took away from any relaxation I was trying to have.

Terrible location. Ive been a ME member for years, but after having many bad experiences at this massage envy, enough is enough.I have had too many bad experiences here to let this go on and I feel obligated to warn others about this location.After contacting management in hopes that they would make things right, it only got worse from there.The customer service rep left a voicemail and email, never once apologizing for a bad experience.The general manager left a voicemail, as well. Again, no apology for a horrible experience and refused to refund the 90-minute massage that was ruined.*side note: massage envy lies about the massage times. For example: one 30 minute massage is only 20 minutes of massage time, if that.Would not recommend this location to anyone.

Ive had about 20 massages in my adult life and theyve all been at privately owned, independent licensed massage therapists. The idea of going to a chain like Massage Envy Spa wasnt something I would have considered until my wife went and said how great an experience it was. She booked me a 60-minute massage and I was very impressed! The whole process was very professional. There were a few forms to fill out, and I met with the massage therapist for a few minutes to talk about expectations before beginning the treatment. She used very deep pressure which was wonderful and I left feeling very good. My only complaint was that I entered the room at about 12:05, talked for 5 minutes and when she left the room it was 12:55. By my count that was a 45 minute massage.

Courtney did a great job of communicating and informing of additional services. I was really hurting and she was very thorough and addressed the problem. The front desk was very attentive and efficient !

I am cancelling my membership. In the past I have had a good experience but in the last year the turn over if therapists is ridiculous. In addition I can’t get an appointment sooner than a month or more out and usually not with a therapist I have had before. I like having a regular person or two who knows what I need and follow up on any recurring issues. I have 6 unused services that I can’t use due to inability to schedule so the company will enjoy the money already given. My mom has had the same experience and has 9 unused services for the same reason-and is quitting also. We will go elsewhere. I dont know why the turn over is so massive but it needs to be addressed.

Guen is always a pleasure to work with! Lately, her recommendations have my skin clearing up and glowing! I’m starting to love my skin again, Thank you Guen!

DO NOT GO HERE!I booked a massage for today at 8pm and drive 30 min to this location.1. I enter and no one says hi or acknowledges me for 10 min2. Lady (who turns out to be Meg Spinder the general manager) finally asks how I can be helped.3. She informs me that the appt is for tomorrow and offers no restitution.4. I confirmed that whomever booked confirmed today. She proceeds to argue with me and say they always repeat the date and time with each appt.5. I asked for manager info. She finally discloses shes the manager and I ask how does she propose we handle this.6. Finally offers an enhancement and apologies.A customer should never have to ask for an apology for things to be made right and a manager should never argue with a customer. Im not sure if this was a race thing or what but Im a black doctor who drove from Webster who was treated less than kindly by Meg Spinder. I would NOT recommend for others (especially minorities) to go here if they want fair treatment.

Had a massage by Sean. Hate to say it because Id like to keep em for myself. Lol But his massage was perfect. I have had a lot of massages from different places and know a good one when I get it.He had a perfect blend of swedish and deep pressure. I am a happy guy.

Do not sign up for their membership… they misinform people about how it works to get you to sign up then you’re stuck in a membership contract. I ended up spending way more money on services with the membership than I would’ve if I had scheduled appointments without the membership.Not trustworthy or reasonable. They’re money hungry, not customer centric.

She (Terri/Shakenda) applied great pressure while focusing on all my desired areas and let me jabber about anything. She also communicated well with everything she was doing while also entertaining my conversation. I appreciated the experience with her.

Katherine was very relaxing and made our first experience a good one. I was very impressed by the detail with her amazing delicate hand massage. Thanks for taking my stress away.

Massage was alright, she spent the whole time talking and not actually massaging me. I didnt want to be a dick so I kept answering her questions and chuckling at her witty remarks. I got there 15 min early and when they called me back it was 5 min past my appointment time. That didnt bug me except for the fact that instead of going an extra 5 min past my time they went an extra 5 min short. thats not taking into account the time I layed there waiting for her to start. So in total I had about a 45 min massage but paid for an hour. And to be completely honest, I went in with a sore back and left with a sore back and a headache!

Alyona was very thorough and professional in explaining the steps they were taking throughout my facial. Alyona made me feel comfortable and at ease and helped me understand what to do to maintain my skin.

Sean is the best! My husband and I both see him for services and it has really helped our muscle recovery from running and workout programs. We highly recommend him and this location of Massage Envy.

I had such a great visit with Katherine. She listened to me about my problem areas, and worked her magic. I left feeling so much better.

Jackie is so professional, creating a relaxing, peaceful environment. She checks in on preference of firmness, but otherwise lets the music create a peaceful space to let go of tensions. Cant say enough about her skill and method of massage, excellent in every way.

Definitely a great experience with Shakenda! Her guidance and education thru my first kind of deep massage was definitely appreciated!

Amber is amazing for a stretch session, love her! She has the most amazing energy and I always feel sooo much better after seeing her. Shes awesome!!

The customer service at this location is the worst. The manager, operations manager and General Manager are the worse. I guess you can’t expect anyone else to be decant because they learn from them.They should be removed from there jobs and sent back to basic customer service training, as they have none.To the owner: I want my issue resolved, apparently your General Manager “can’t” or won’t- my guess is won’t because she said if I complain to corporate the issue will come back to her to resolve, so she can resolve but won’t.It’s also good to know that your business is bombing that you are willing to loose members that have been with your location for several years and total with ME for over 4.

I purchased a giftcard for my wife to enjoy a day off from work with her best friend. The day of her appointment, an hour before, the Greece Manager Jeremy calls to say he had to cancel both my wife and her friends sessions because a therapist had just called in and they couldnt do anything about it except perhaps schedule something another month! My wife was very disappointed and so was I. Two sessions canceled? An hour before? Manager wasnt even polite about it, acted like it wasnt his problem and oh well sort of attitude. Never going there again.

Jaime is wonderful and very knowledgeable. It’s been hard to find someone who knows how to do firm pressure while still providing a relaxing experience and he definitely has it down.

I came here because I had a gift certificate. I didn’t feel any better walking out after a so called massage than I did walking in. It was more like someone just rubbing lotion on me than a massage. Then they tried to sell me a membership. No way.

My neck was stiff all day from sleeping on it wrong to the point that it caused a bad headache. After my massage with Sean my neck felt amazing and my headache dissipated.

I only gave one star because giving zero stars isn’t available. I had a membership for a year and massage envy is the worst especially the Greece location. The therapist never come get you out of the tranquillity on time, the front desk staff is extremely rude, the therapist come in smelling like a full pack of cigarettes. I would not recommend getting a membership here at all.

Terry is the best!! She took her time with all of my knots and problem areas and listened to my needs fully

I use a walker to walk...my surgeon suggested Massage Envy...but my boyfriend had bought me gift certificates before...the stretching was the best...better than any physical therapy...feel better and even the next day...am a member!!! Cant wait to go back...thank you...Carpe Diem.

Very personable made me feel very comfortable. Good pressure, GREAT massage technique and draping technique! I will definitely be booking with Jay again!

1. The massage therapist was amazing!2. I was deceived! They talked me into getting an extra service and failed to inform me that IT COST EXTRA.I went because it was a gift. I kept saying that from the moment I walked in. I kept saying...well whatever that includes. This was a gift. They just said it was a one hour massage. So when I checked out she blurted out how much I owed and I said again that this was a gift and I shouldnt owe anything. So I had to adjust the tip amount from the massage therapist that worked on me. Which again he was amazing. So basically they charged me $12.00 to rub biofreeze on my back at the end of my massage. So I had to reduce my tip based on the EXTRA charge. I think they owe the therapist that money. Very unprofessional on the front end at check out.

Asked for a simple scalp massage. Came out of the room after 30 mins feeling the same as i went in. She “floated“ my head for 20mins and said you are done. At the end of the session she stated that wasnt a regular massage !! You think?? YOU DIDNT GIVE ME A MASSAGE. Period. You didn’t touch my scalp. Period. She ended up give me chiropractor advice. Which i didnt ask for . Where is my scalp/head massage which I specifically asked for prior to start of the session. Charged me 36$ for nothing.

How does a place like this stay in business. once you go here youll understand that the employees really dont care about the customer. The employees would rather talk among themselves than do their actual job. i will never go to a business, if you can even call it that, that treats their employees the way that they do. i do not recommend anyone going here unless you want to flush your money away, go buy a scratch off instead.

Its ok. They attempt to upsell you on multiple occasions vs letting you just enjoy your day at the spa. Hand & Stone has a pressure experience thats above what Massage Envy has to offer. They focus on the experience and the massage which then makes you want to sign up vs asking, re asking, and asking if you want to sign up prior to you ever getting into the message room.

I had a Massage . It was good until I got home, broke out in a rash from oils they used on me and was very sore in upper body for 2 days. It was my first massage. Told the receptionist I want just a basic message and it ended up being deep tissue.

I dont remember the massage therapist I saw on October 30th however she was very friendly and professional and I would recommend her to anyone. I look forward to my next visit at massage envy.

Trying to schedule an appointment ,online, is a nightmare. I’ve been to the site twice ,once to try to get a facial and once to get a massage and there were no specialist available at all. I tried many different days and got the same result. So I have a gift card that it seems like I can’t use because I live in Brockport and do not plan on trying the other two stores.

There employees are clueless about there policy.Ask about cancelling my membership and was told three different storys.when I did cancell the remaining hours my wife and I had left they erase them.They were all nice to us when we sign up till we wanted to cancell. Then the manger acted like we were never members that her time was more valuable in her office.Worst customer service ever would not recommended this to my worst enemy.

Bought my girlfriend a massage for Mothers Day. I specifically asked the girl when I called (Kayla very pleasant and nice she was great) that she would want deep tissue and she said that they would figure all that out when my gf got there and she would fill something out basically saying what she was looking for. Her main concerns deep tissue and to really focus on lower back and also asked to have her butt rubbed. Got no deep tissue and the girl never once touched her lower back or rubbed her butt. Sorry guys u failed on my Mothers Day gift.

This was my first experience with Massage Envy . Stephen was able to remove knots in my necks and shoulders that have been bothering me for months . Great massage , great experience.

The massage therapist was very nice and the enviornment was relaxing however i went in due to sciatic nerve pain from my pregnancy and told the massage therapist where i was hurting which was lower back down into my upper thigh i even pointed to the area i was hurting. My doctor actually recommended massage therapy to help with my sciatica. Im not sure if the gentleman that had me felt uncomfortable touching me as a woman but he didnt touch anywhere from my lower back down to my knees. My main problem area went completely untouched. I wore underwear to make him more comfortable. If its an opposite gender thing that prevented him from touching me then he probably shouldnt massage women or should pick a different career. Iv had alot of massages in my life and this by far had to be the worst. He was good with other parts of my body but i was waiting for him to go to my problem area and then he says times up. That was it.

If you want a massage without the full spa experience, this is where you go. They are efficient. The therapists are great, and the staff are helpful. Just dont go expecting ot to feel like a spa.

I didnt want to leave any stars. They wont let you break a contract if you cant go anymore unless you have a letter from the doctors. They call all the time harassing you to go. I wasnt happy with my service and didnt want to go back.
