Millenium Smoke Shop

Been buying from here for about a year consistently and have had great service everytime. I am familiar with mostly all employees that work the counter and can say they are all very cool and down to earth. I just bought a vape around 10 pm, July 10th and I cant thank the 2 men working the counter tonight enough. I went to the store after ordering online for pickup, and before I pulled in a car began to follow me, followed me into the parking lot and as I got out of my vehicle, they honked while shining their headlights at me🤔. Long story short, the car parked behind my car, and blocked me in after I walked into the store. I noticed then told the 2 gentlemen as we were having a normal convo and immediately they offered to walk me outside to make sure I was safe. ( I have my whole work uniform on and I wanted to avoid any conflict while in uniform as possible) the car ended up parking a few cars down for some reason and sat there.. but Yes I made it home safe with no problems and one of them walked me outside💗100/10 service keep it up guys👏

Their 3DotBlaine pipes are way, way overpriced compared to some of the other shops in the area, definitely not going back, Ive seen them for $10-$15 less 5 miles away

Offer no buyers protection on vapes purchased. Bought one last night, this morning it’s fully charged and not working. Poor customer service.

I am a service connected disabled veteran. I have a disability that prevents me from wearing a face covering. I called ahead of my visit, and spoke with Ashley. She was so super friendly and welcoming, I felt like this would be the place for me.When I arrived, the manager, Bee, helped me by offering to personally bring the R.A.W. items I requested, out to me. He even had a great suggestion for a cheap grinder, since I wasnt able to bring my paraphernalia from my state.Im thankful this place was able to make reasonable accommodations for me.Im not sure if they offer any veterans discounts or loyalty programs, and I didnt even ask. I was so thankful that these guys offered to help, it never crossed my mind.Thank you so much for not treating me like some kind of scammer or lepper, or terrible person because I cant wear a mask.I will 100% be going back.

Took my money then said I have to call my bank to get the money released back to me after I placed an online order that they didnt receive while they were standing right in front of me making the order...after I showed them my bank statement they still refused to help or release the item I purchased....

Bought a Delta 8 vape, took three drags and was completely unsatisfied. They do not accept returns on vapes. Just beware if you spend $50 and you dont like your product theres no chance for refund.

Im bummed but not that bummed. This is the 2nd time they double charged me for 1 product. I tried to rectify it with management, but it was same run around. I buy weekly.You unfortunately lost a customer.

Outstanding and large selection of smoke shop equipment, especially glass and water pipes.Customer service was amazing, the associates were very helpful and friendly.Very large selection of glass/wood/water pipes including hookahs and rigs as well as top tier blown glass for serious buyers. Great variety of vaping mods, juices and accessories as other electronic delivery systems such as herbalizers and self heating rigs. Also have wraps, rollers, rolling trays/mats and CBD oils as well as much more.

Went thr to buy a new Puffco Peak today and the guy who help us was a super cool guy. Tried to help me out and get my current peak working but my old peak gave up on me lol left with a Brand new Puffco Peak and im super happy 👍 Thanks again

Customer service is non existent , Owner is super rude, no one speaks or greets upon entry , low selection of vapes. Went across the street to 3 Monkeys Vape Shop and found what i was looking for ! Plus AMAZING customer service , highly recommend that place over this one you won’t be let down 👍

Absolutely would not recommend wasting your money here. Shop had a tube that I was interested in marked at 5k for years , and suddenly when I showed interest in the tube the owner switched up the price on me and told me it was now 9k and did not give me a reason. Would never shop here and I have to say I was not suprised by the other bad reviews.

I placed an order online. It said 1-3 business days to ship the order. I waited….and waited….and waited. A full week went by before I received a text saying one item was out of stock, and that I could substitute. I picked something of equal value. Sent an email with my choice. No answer, nothing for days. I called finally, only to be told only Erik could help at 3:30. Huh? Anyway I called Erik, who told me it took so long because the other item I ordered was in another store, and he would ship it out THE NEXT DAY. No tracking or anything came. Waited two more days, called again told to call at 3:30…no one else can help, only Erik. I wanted to cancel the damn order because it still wasn’t shipped. He told me it had. I still hadn’t been charged andPost Office was notified that a package was getting ready, but still not sent over. I continue to be jacked around. Still haven’t got my order. Won’t ever order from these clowns again!

I love this place very beautiful pieces unfortunately Mr. Glenn was unfriendly and rude. I heard him greet 2 people he was a whole other person. I got a racist vibe.

Probably won’t come here again. First time was great as I got what I needed and got help. This second visit wasn’t so great. I bought a vaporizer and some other things, the vaporizer doesn’t even do as intended can barely even draw smoke, so I don’t know if it just a faulty one but it was also 15$ more than on their website, so I felt that wasn’t fair there. Plus I signed up for their rewards program the first time I came spending a certain amount to receive next time purchase credit, I didn’t get it. Thanks a lot Millenium I won’t be coming back.

The guys in the shop are very knowledgeable on the products that they have in Carrie friendly atmosphere every time they greet me and provide great service. And they carry good conversations you feel welcome here replaced I totally recommend this place.

Horrible prices, most of what they sell can be found either at nearby shops or online for much cheaper than here. Employees are rude and unprofessional would never come here ever again. Also about 70% of the vapes everyone I know has bought from you guys has had an issue with it and that really shows something......

My second time in here absolutely love it! The glass work is perfection. They had everything we needed. The customer service was excellent specially Ben, not only did he help us pick out our huni badger but he was very knowledgeable about his products well defendantly be reutuning.

Over priced for vape gear and juice. They have a lot of glassware which I didnt need but Im sure a toker would love the selection. Dont know if those prices were good or not. The staff was excellent so that was a good thing. Just not the place for vape stuff which is going out of style anyway.

They used to be great and close to my home. The last few months its gone downhill. They never have the products Im looking for. Then they try to sell me something I dont want! The last 2 times a young kid with reddish hair helped me. He didnt know the answers to any of my questions!!! He just stared at me and said I dont know. Hes supposed to know...he works there!!! He also doesnt understand the different types of products they sell! I feel like I was training him more then getting helped by him! I will be going to a different smoke shop further from my house from now on! I recommend you do the same!

Absolutely horrible experience. We just spent $36 on a piece of glass so cheaply made, that it broke as soon as heat was applied. We called & they said there is nothing they can do. I am so disappointed in this. Selling overpriced, poorly made glass & not caring when the quality of their products fail. We didnt even get a chance to use the piece before it broke! Obviously, this was a fractured, faulty piece of glass to break as soon as it was heated. Overpriced, low quality.

Great customer service! Both Brittany and Megan were polite and helpful. Brittany was quite patient with me. Today was my first visit to Millenium Smoke Shop and first time purchasing Kratom powder in California.Waited to post review until I sampled the powder. Glad I did because Im pleased to share that they provide good quality product at a good price!Definitely will return. I highly recommend this shop!

Its rare that you meet someone behind the counter as cool as Ashley. She knows what shes talking about, shes not pretentious, she is super chill. Ashley is the epitome of what Millenium Smoke Shop is to me. Very courteous and professional staff, the man who helped with my purchase was very knowledgeable and knew what I was looking for right away. I got a great price on name brand products and ended up saving both time and money compared to purchasing it straight from the retailer. Also this store is huge and has a nice selection- I dont think Ive ever been to a head shop this nice

Bee and Ben are exactly who you want in a store. Educated, enthusiastic, and humble. They were more than willing to help me with everything I had issues with or questions about. They fixed my puffco and took care of my cap/tether problems cheaper than anywhere else in the city. If u want the best deals and service, go and ask for Bee or Ben. Tell em Jah sent you. God Bless

Giving this place four stars because theres no option for 3 1/2.I like this place. Been here a couple times. Its kinda sad because Ive been shopping at TWISTED for years and theyre around the corner from my home. Millennium is not.What I like about millennium is that they understand that they arent a head shop. That todays cannabis customer is not just some young punks tryna hide their stash from their folks.The place is large and well lit, and theres plenty of room so you dont feel like youre in the next customers way.Theres a lot to look at. Some of the the pieces sell for thousands of dollars. Im not buying any of those but theyre nice to look at.The staff at Millennium is usually friendly but Ive yet to see the same employee twice.This last visit, I was help by a young lady named Kaitlyn. Sorry if its spelled wrong. I saw no name tag. If they dont wear them, thats cool, but they should maybe introduce themselves.Anyway, she was a nice, friendly young lady.As a salesman, I do appreciate her enthusiasm. She tried to sell me a $70 grinder. It was nice and maybe worth it to some, but she might try working up to the higher priced stuff.She did sell me a nice little compact battery for dispensary style cartridges. I really like it so far. Curious about its durability though. What I didnt like was that the unit came with no instructions, so when I went online to find simple operating/charging instructions, I found that I could have ordered the same unit online for about $15 less.I get that local places need to make a profit.But an eighty percent mark up from online prices when you probably buy in bulk to get even better prices is probably not the way to retain repeat customers.Kaitlyn did seem pretty knowledgeable and I can appreciate that so Ill give her/them a pass on the price.I probably will visit the store again but Im going to check out other places first.The fifteen minute drive plus higher prices only makes sense if I cant find a decent looking store with more moderate prices closer to home.I did find a slightly smaller grinder at a small shop two minutes from my home and it was only $25.Overall the experience was good.I might visit again when Im in the area.

By far the Best Glass shop in the area! They have a huge selection of american glass and puff pens! B is very knowledgeable and even helped me figure out what glass function fits my needs. 10/10 will be back agian.

This place has EVERYTHING your little heart could desire when it comes to recreational activities. Literally if you can think of it they have it, and can show you exactly how to use/work it so there is zerol risk and maximum enjoyment. There products are durable and consistent. The thing that truly sets them apart though, customer service! Sarah is a godsend and was able to walk me through everything i needed to know about cbd, and about a million other things i was curious about. Thank you so much! They have definitely gotten a repeat, happy customer out of this girl! :D

I came in today to buy the atomizer of my puffco peak. (most smoke shops dont carry the atomizer by itself) and Im thankful they had it because I didnt want to buy from puffco.com and wait 2 weeks for it to be shipped to me. Although I am writing this review due to their excellent customer service because I called back and explained an issue I was having with my puffco and they helped me identify my issue over the phone and how to fix it. Not at all their job, they went ABOVE AND BEYOND what another smoke shop could have done for me.

I went for a Wax pen battery and I went home and it didnt come work at all . I charged it and clicked as many times and it didnt work. I spent 14 dollars on it. Made me very sad because I was so excited !

Went to Millenium for a dab rig, and Ben was awesome! He really knew his stuff! I ended up getting the new high hand e-rig and it works like a charm! Although it may be a little more pricey here, the quality is much better.

Horrible customer service. How do u advertise something on the website and try to charge me double the price when I show up. I drove very far to come in and to get what u advertise on your website and they just told me, oh that’s old price and not updated. Same item they sell it at Amazon for three dollar cheaper from your website but when I showed up there you’re trying to charge me $35 bucks for it. Don’t waste your time or money here.

I love this shop! They have the best variety of everything smoke, vape, cbd, cigar, oil, etc. related, of anyone in the Sacramento area!I was helped by a woman at first, who seemed to be a little snobby and impatient. The gentleman working took over, and I was glad he did! He was patient, kind, and super friendly.The other great thing about this shop is their rewards program. This place can be a bit $$$ that said theres a quality of product above any other place like this and unique, adorable, fun, funny items I would guess they have a couple hundred to thousands of pipes organic, metal, glass~single, double, triple blown Glass pipes by several Artists they carry and unbelievable amount of water pipes, bongs, if you can think... Of it..... they have it!!!...... for tobacco, (they also carry tobacco products) and any other smokable substance they have the item smoking a very large supply of hookah pipes I have a refillable lighter from there with a lifetime guarantee this was purchased 7 years ago and still looks great and works amazing!! I have gone through several other types of refillable lighters after about 3-4 months they stop working this one has never failed me this store ALSO carry clothing funny and fashionable this STORE is a must see go in and check it out!!! You wont be disappointed!!

Great shop, has alot of different things so its a nice onestop shop but one thing i dont agree with is the no return policy. I get it they dont want to sell used items. I went to go buy a enail quarts banger because mine finally broke and i wasent 100% on coil sizes and i got a too big of one so i ask if i can exchange it at the least with a different nail and they said the owner was very strict on refunds. So bieng desperate i asked if i can exchange it with a cheaper nail so i could get something useful for the 50 dollars and they still hesitated but thankfully gave me the cheaper nail and they kept the 20 dollers on top of it! So just i guess know what your buying dont reily on them helping you!

Be very very aware of the no refund no exchange policy when you go there to buy something. Follow your first mind don’t let anyone tricky into buying something that’s not gonna work for you.

Sold me a bad disposable vape (Puff Xtra - Stawberry Kiwi) that they replaced once but the replacement was also bad (did not even light up). I wanted to change to a different flavor because the whole box was likely bad but they wouldn’t replace and wanted to sell me a another for %20 off. I even tried both of the bad vapes in the store right in front of the guy… They said it was a loss of profit for them… But that’s the risk they take when dealing with these type of products. Never coming back to a place that does business like this.

Every time weve gone in we have had the best service. Everyone is pleasant and knowledgeable and always helps finding what we need. We drive up there from Sacramento every time, well worth the time and effort. A++÷

I have been coming to this shop for years, and I wouldnt go anywhere else in Sacramento. Yesterday, I went in to get everything you need to start dabbing (bong, nail, torch, cap, etc.). I told them how much I was looking to spend and they hooked me up with an amazing setup 10 bucks under my budget!

I bought my dad a wood tobacco pipe for his 83rd birthday. The pipe was in excellent condition by sight. When my dad smoked it, the pipe cracked. I called and asked if I could exchange it. The person I talked to said no. I feel if the pipe had a flaw when created and when it got heated up, it cracked. Millennium does not stand by their product. I will be sharing this with everyone.

Nice place, huge selection. Only issue was they didnt carry a certain piece and the chick at the counter kind of made me feel stupid for asking about it. And I also bought a nice Aspire vape pen there recently and I guess the girl who was helping me at the counter didnt know much about how vaping works and while she was showing me diff ones she had pressed the button on a vape pen with no juice in it which burned up the coil. It started to smoke and she was like how cool. I ended up buying that vape pen, forgetting she had done that. I got a mile or two away and put my juice in it and before I could even try it I smelled the burnt coil. So I had to drive all the way back to exchange it. Not a huge deal. Just should be noted they should train their employees a tad better on handling the products. I def wouldnt discourage anyone from going there because its huge, has a great selection, and a nice ambiance.

Really really expensive. Ive been there 2x for a case of butane and they told me it would be $160!!!! A case of butane should cost about $40-50 not three times that. Its a great place to look at some awesome glass art and to window shop but Id never pay money for anything in this shop waaaay too over priced. Even for the stuff they have. You could get the basic glass stuff on Dh gate or some Chinese seller. But their prices are rediculous.

Yeah should be zero stars. I bought a broken external battery charger and they told me. I told you it was bad when you bought it so I cant do anything but give you another janky charger. They never told me that. Why would I buy a broken charger on purpose? Terrible experience. Not worth the time.

Expensive. Paid $33 for 2 generic 18650 2600mah batteries (packaging erroneously said it was eFest 3000mah). Clean inside. Looks like it would be interesting to browse, but I was in a hurry. Stays open till 11, which was pretty awesome.

Theyre always nice here, compared to some other places around.. AND THE EMPLOYEES ARENT TWEAKERS!!! Such a refreshing scene to see NORMAL people selling pipes, bongs, vapes, exc.I give this store front an A+ for Awesome service i tell you what.-Hank Hill

Really poor selection of cigars, and each one I bought was dried out. For a place with a walk-in humidor it was really disappointing.

Staff was rude, unhelpful, and she acted like she was super despressed. No smile or anything as I greeted her. She just looked at me. Ill NEVER go back and will tell everyone I know to take their business elsewhere. Worst smoke shop Ive ever been in. Dont waste your time here. Besides theyre way overpriced. T-shirts $50!!! Ridiculous.

I was told that the nail that I was buying for my rig was quartz and that it would not break. Well mid use it broke on me today. I am not a fan of having to clean what I assume is actually glass out of my hair and my clothes from it shattering during use.

If youre looking for a vape shop, keep looking. Nice store overall and they do have a few decently priced clone mods, but extremely limited juice selection. They are mostly into tobacco products with one small section of vaping gear. Moving on...

Bought a vape through Millennium, after less than a month stopped working. Took product back for exchange or... something, no help. Asked for advice or how make the thing work, again...nothing. I have 2 of these identical items, one bought off internet and the internet bought one works perfectly. The one from Millennium barely works, if at all.Also noticed their prices are incredibly high compared to internet prices- I paid close to $20 cheaper for internet vape that works perfectly. Pretty disappointed in Millennium. Electronic tobacconist is a much better deal on basically everything.
