Great service and selection.I work at 7-eleven across the street and go there daily.Im friends and first name basis with most all the staff, and actually it is one of the highlights of my day going there after work and being greeted by everyone and treated like just one of the gang.That kind of customer service would be welcome at 7-Eleven unfortunately we do not get the training or compassion from corporate to be able to have that kind of rapport with our regular consumers. Great Job. And everyone there is friendly well trained and knowledgeable about the products offered.

Chris is a stand up guy he makes your experience inside the store memorable ! Hes always down to have a good chat and his employees are wonderful Id rate this place a ten out of ten on the customer service rating . The store is always a clean and everyone is always super welcoming there . Great experience all around !

Best Wild Bills I have ever been to! They have basically every brand, Camacho, Montecristo, Undercrown, Deadwood, and more. They even have an actual lounge with potential locker program coming soon. 10/10.

99% of people there are amazing. Only 1 person there, Chris, had ever been rude.The first time, even though he could see under my number that I had just bought a certain vape, he decided I needed to be reprimanded for losing my receipt. Today I went in to discuss being over charged last week and instead of fixing it and calling the other store himself, he decided to explain inventory to me like I was a child and to tell me to go there. Why?Thanks for mansplaining inventory to me, but as a former store manager, all it takes is a phone call. I dont believe Chris had ever treated me as anything other than condescending in the years that I have been going to Wild Bills. I will never return to his store again if he is there.

Tim was fantastic and very helpful. I went in with no idea what kind of disposable vape I wanted and he helped me and talked to me the whole time. Have gone to the Roseville MI store multiple times for cigars. The humidor is huge and the selection is great. Staff is always nice and ask if I need any help

WORST vape store ive even experienced! I went in here and was immediately accused of trying to purchase a vape for my 11 YEAR OLD SON!?!?!!! I was appalled! So after sending my son to the car I asked to speak to the manager about being disrespected in this manner and they lied and said they were the manager (Ive since found out they are not) so then asked for the owners contact, they gave me a fake phone number. I spend a lot of money on vapes as do my friends and theyve lost all that business. They need to address these so called workers and teach them how to respect customers. They were also trying to intimate my son and even asked him for his ID!!! Hes 11!!! I used to love Wild Bills but theyre custom service makes no one want to shop here anymore. They keep this up and these ppl wont even have jobs anymore, I hope they realize this. They even went as far as to call the store down the street and tell them not to sell to me!?!! WOW 😆 🤣 😂 if that right there dont explain the treatment I received! And I guess they didnt think Id just find the real ppl in charges phone number 🤷 but wow, save yourself the harassment and stay clear of this establishment, at least until they get some real employees! I give them a ZERO rating!

Coporate vape store suck. Go indie. There’s really no deals here, imo, they’re robbing you compared to an independent vape store. I suppose if you smoke cigars it’s ok. They have a cigar room. Staff is trained well, but high turnover.

Wild Bills always has friendly service a wide selection of unique a different glass pieces and a nice comfortable little Lounge section where is nice to watch some games and be able to have patient tells our conversations I have a wide variety of subjects with friendly people nice havent been in there much since the remodel I hope they still have that long should I wish more stores and I have a little Lounge like that its a nice little thing is pretty cool all at all did shop and it was one of the nicest Wild Bills Ive been in

Helpful staff. I bought my nord4 there and they have almost always had my coils and pods. Also I like Lemonade Monster juice that they carry. Pink Lemonade 24 ml is my choice.

There are many Wild Bills tobacco stores in my area. But I always go the extra few miles to this location after wonderful continued customer service.The store is always clean. The humidor is well stocked. And the employees are knowledgeable in most aspects of the store, and are always smiling.Thats nice on a rough day.Good management.

I’m a new cigar smoker and decided to stop in for a few cigars. Wow. This place is now my go to shop. The humidor is huge and always stocked with great cigars at good prices. The staff is very genuine and friendly. They treat you great whether you are buying one item or 100. They are always willing to help and offer great suggestions. I won’t shop for cigars anywhere else.

This is one of my favorite cigar shops on the east side. Very diverse selection and well maintained humidor. Anthony is a true aficionado and great guy. Go there and you wont be disappointed.

My 1st time at this location...not from the area but was traveling through.. super friendly staff and customers. It’s not unusual I’m usually the only female in a facility like such (smaller locations) but I enjoyed myself in the smoking lounge with a few older guys watching tv and relaxing. If your looking for a chill spot and new to the location they will definitely welcome you 🥰

Sells to minors, good for minors the workers are trained to not give receipts to customers so no returns, greedy scam owner trying to take our money parents should of learned him about taking care of customers 90% of everything sold in store can be bought online for half the price, gas stations and party stores sell there own mr. vape products cheaper than this location...

If I could of gave this a zero star I would of I go here 3 times a week know.all the workers my 30yr old daughter brought a box of tubes to the counter and the girl was so rude she didnt have her ID and she refused to sell my cigarettes to me because my daughter had no i.d n I was the one buying ciggs not her the co worker said she seen my ID before n this girl still refused to sell til the boss came n gave total attitude will be calling corporate I believe her name was Caron or Kate or something

Im having trouble on my bday after making an impulse purchase at this store...The new vape kit I bought somehow contained worn out batteries that now fully discharge upon any attempt to use them in this device,,, your store manager ignores the fact of my attempt to charge them for hours before returning to the store. He says Ill put them on charge.... 🤦🏽‍♂️

Their prices are decent but this location only does buy one get one for $1 on mr vapor e juice on weds, while Fraser location is 7 data a week. Very helpful otherwise and open later than other places.

Place has a great selection, as do most wild Bills. And they follow suite qhen it comes to great customer service, welcoming you as you walk in, and making sure that your not aimlessly walking around trying to figure out if this piece is a bowl or if its a new type of gravity filled- Gasoline powered bong that extraterrestrials beamed down to their quaint little store one stormy afternoon in spring (Let me just say to those wondering, it isnt, its just a glass bong that some Glass-Bong-Making artist created, slapped with a price tag well beyond your means of living) but disregarding my previous statement, their prices are fair. Their sales are worthy of coordinating for, and the employees are professional, Nice, and attentive to the customers needs (They will not be this way if your a soulless douche that treats Customer Care/Sales employees like the face of evil that kicked your dog yesterday and deserves the retribution your bringing down upon them/your personal slave that now needs to follow your every whim to the T in order for them to gain atonement in your eyes for their recent Dog kicking deeds) Be nice, be respectful, and Im sure we would have alot more 5/5 reviews for establishments as a whole , but Im off topic, Good place, 5/5 would shop here again

They dont let you exchange juice if you dont like it and they dont let you try before you buy like other places do. Not sure if I will be returning to any of your stores. I have bought many juices from you and have like all of them until recently when I purchased one and it was supposed to be a smooth good flavor but it is horrible, not smooth at all. Really harsh. When I tried to take it back to see if I could exchange it, they said no.

Been coming here since i was a smoker, then a vaper. They have a great selection of everything a smoker needs. They also have a fantastic selection of juices and vaping products for every type of vaper. The cigar room is fantastic with too many types to count. The staff is always friendly and very knowledgable, and help out if i have any questions. Will continue to support this location for a long time.

Good first time experience... knowledgeable, friendly salesperson and they have a good selection of what I was looking to buy (dry herb vapes) and idk why so many reviewers mention that this location is high in price.. my pax 2 was the exact same price as it is currently on the Pax website... Always had a great experience with this location of Wild Bills, the staff is knowledgeable about their products and courteous. I would highly recommend this location not only as a tobacconist but also for their glassware products and overall expertise

They had some alright pieces but they didnt let you put water in them to see them being dry hit and percolate...why would you buy a piece without hitting it to see how it works that makes so sense. Ive never heard of a smoke shop having that policy...and they lost a sale because of it. Never going back there.

In the store, tell the guy what vape I want and he tries to sell me something else, so I said no thank you. He continued to try and sell me until I said, I know what I like thanks....

Expensive ..also i am a single mother with deceased parents..i have NO ONE to watch my 5 yr old.. so the one day I needed to get tobacco I went in with my five year old I held her hand and she was very quiet and didnt touch anything. I was told by the cashier that shes not allowed in the store anymore. That they had young people cause problems in their store so theyre no longer allowed to be in there. I Explain to them that I had nobody to watch her and that she wasnt going to touch anything that all I had to do is grab a bag of tobacco. They told me next time dont bring her

They are always stacked with everything I come in for dont let them talk you into coming back on Wednesdays they do give you amazing deals but nothing I go out of my way for.

I found them to be short as a general state of mind. I have said hello to everyone when I walked in and not 1 of 4 employees said hello back. There is another Wild Bills at 10 Mile and Kelly where you blasted with greetings the second you walk in the door and the prices are the same.

Open past the others on Sunday, and has very knowledgeable staff that offered an item that would have saved me 50 dollars over a year. My unit from here has lasted 1.5 years of serious abuse.

I bought a hookha from Wild Bills today they took apart the hookha put it in bags when I left I looked in bags notice the bottom vase was chipped so I pulled over to check the rest of it and a bigger piece was broken so I called and they said tough luck it wasnt broke when we wrapped it so I asked youre not going to do anything about it Im just stuck with it she said Yes i spent a lot of money in that store over the years the guys speak every time I go in this is the last time Ill ever shop there i know they got other customers so my dollars wont be missed but as long they dont get it anymore.

Great place to pick up cigars they treat you well and I like the fact that they point out their specials but on the other hand they need to be more knowledgeable about the products they sell that was my only concern but if youre going into a store to buy a product you should be equally is acknowledged

Guys are very polite here, store is always clean, and always keep a large stock of inventory I live 45 minutes away and still go out of my way to stop at this location only!

Staff member harassed me and my girlfriend accusing us of stealing. He asked me to empty all of my pockets (inappropriate) to which I complied. I removed all items from my pockets to show I had not stolen. Employee rang up the cigarettes and vape coil I came for I, I paid, and employee continued to berate us with accusations. I picked up all items I had removed from my pockets and left. Employee then tried to follow us out to my vehicle and try to approach us threateningly. Completely unprofessional.

Probably the best Wild Bills location in Macomb County. The best cigar selection that Ive been to other than a cigar lounge.

Totally overpriced. Not much else to say typical tobacco place. I would not buy CBD oil here. The guys working there dont seem to have a clue what it is and the products they carry are way overpriced. You need to go to a dispensary or order online.

My husband is disabled and he can NEVER get a handicap parking space. The all day smoking room crowd takes them and are not asked to move their cars. EVER!! He even mentioned it to an employee who said nothing..
