Pipe Dreams has a huge variety of Kratom and their customer service was great. The owners were helpful and very kind. I definitely found my new go-to smoke shop.

I was sold a faulty tank and called the store to let them know it wasnt working. The employee told me to come back, and he would check it out. Turns out that the company that made the tank shipped out a broken one. The employee had me pick out another (nicer and more expensive tank) and let me have it. I had another issue with juice I bought. I mistakenly bought it thinking that it was a normal juice, but when I tried it, it was menthol. I mentioned it to the same employee who helped me with the tank, and he let me trade it out for another juice (that I love). This employee is the entire reason I keep coming back. I unfortunately dont know his name, but he is extremely nice and understanding when you have any sort of issue.

Made my first stop by there today and sure wont be the last! Very professional and friendly, helped with every question and left happy!

Advertised to be open until 11. Showed up at 9:42 and the doors were locked. Waste of time driving there (and eventually to a vape shop that was actually opened as advertised).

Super awesome experience. The shops got a great atmosphere and a pretty good selections of all offerings. It has a pretty good rewards programs for this type of store and pretty decent prices as well. The part that blew me away was the customer service. They give each customer the attention they need, and are super knowledgeable and friendly. Will definitely be coming back!

Gage was a doll! Such a great helper. I was on a short trip & left my kratom at home. I have severe RLS & cannot EVEN sleep without it. He led me straight to it, was knowledgeable and just precious! If I were 20 years (+) younger & single, Id have spent much more time. HAH! THANKS, Gage!! Great job! (Cant wait to try the chocolate, peanut butter drop before the concert!!). ✌️☮️

Theyre new and I really like the sales people they are friendly and informative. They have a for every dollar spent you get this much off a future purchase club which is always a good thing. I had to return a vape pen once because it was defective and they didnt give me a hard time. It was an honest problem so I was glad that it didnt turn into anything. What I just wrote shouldnt be confused with a theyll take anything back! I had never purchased anything defective from them before so just take that to mean that this is a good place to take your business.

My new go to. After having a not so hot experience at another chain (they said my pods were no longer being produced and tried to sell me another device out of ignorance or greed, who knows) Im just going to stick with these guys. I had messaged the owner on here to double check about my pods being in stock an hour before they closed, and he got back to me promptly.One of the retail employees did a good job recommending juice during a previous visit as well.

This smoke shop is a one stop shop for everything you need. The best part is this is their third location. These guys are great on keeping the best of the best products at their shop. They’re also excellent on replying on social media if you have any questions. They have a great, clean, unique smoke shop that will literally have anything you need. Def going to these guys for all my smoke shop needs 10/10 recommended.

So glad they have a location closer to home! This is my favorite spot in Georgia. I’ve been a customer for years at the Norcross Location and always have had excellent customer service. They have an amazing selection of vapes, juices, glass and other tobacco accessories. I really do recommend you shop here. If you need it they got it!

Pretty cool owner, hell always take an extra minute to talk about whatever product youve been thinking about would even educate you about it and let you know what he personally thinks about the product. Highly recommend great atmosphere with room to grow. He also got me to sign up for text rewards that literally texts you money, obviously this only applies if you go constantly go to re-up or upgrade in any smoke shop.

I went in for some new coils on an old rig which had been leaking and Greg realized the ones sold to me from another store were the wrong coils for my device. The leaking s fixed.Greg and Ian were both knowledgeable and sociable and gave great recommendations, will definitely be going here and only here

I was a very satisfied customer at their Norcross location, so I’m very pleased that they’ve opened another shop closer to me in Roswell! Decided to visit this shop for the first time today as I am a manager of a nearby retail service business and I wanted to meet the new neighbors.First impressions are everything in business and doubly so for one specializing in non-necessity luxury goods in an area where competition is fierce, disposable income is available, and customer loyalty is king. My first impression and thoughts as I walked through the front door included noticing the clean wooden floors and glass display cases comfortably spread in a wide open space under a high ceiling.The owner/manager who greeted me was very professional and personable making me feel at ease immediately. While Im not currently a customer for all the different categories of products offered at pipe dreams I felt compelled to fire questions and observations at the store keeper about the different sections of the shop and he was able to provide accurate and knowledgeable responses to all my inquiries.There were a large number of sections each with display cases and many with corresponding shelf space. Everything from vape juices and devices, kratom leaf powders and extracts, professionally bred hemp flowers, cigarette papers and pipes and hookahs, lap trays with beautifully printed designs, and peripheral items like scales small glass containers, and herb grinders.All in all Im excited to have discovered this shop and am glad to have them in the same neighborhood as my business. Five stars for this location, its staff and owners, and the wide selection of desired, useful, and sometimes eclectic smoke, vape, and CBD products.

They allowed me to make use of their parking lot to search maps on my phone. I didnt go inside and they didnt disturb me. Yeah theyre cool. I cant text and drive. I was in a real bad situation and I appreciate it. I will recommend them highly.

Large clean store good selection but rather expensive. I bought a very small bong for $99 on sale for 4/20 so it was 30% off and I still some how spent $86 on it. Something was wrong should have been $69.30 plus tax. JUST BE AWARE to double check everything. ✔️ Im hopeful it was a accident.

Not so fun experience here as the employee bent my ID to try to say it was flimsy and not real. Its my REAL ID. You guys should get ID scanners as opposed to bending someones ID in half and making them feel super awkward. Was planning on buying a grinder and possibly a waterpipe but am heading down the street to go spend my 200 at Xhale city.
