Its A no for me! 20 a piece to get in an empty club where the manager or someone of corporate in charge walked around managing the entire time. It was a super uncomfortable experience. How can anyone have a good time in that type of atmosphere. Drinks overly priced. 71 dollars for two drinks. I probably would have considered going back if I didnt see the micromanaging and inspecting happening
It was hot as hell, they didnt turn the air on. No water bottles for sell.
Reluctantly spent $40 to get in and the place was empty, no refunds after being inside for 3 minutes.
Ghetto with a capital G! 20 dollar cover? Get real, the atmosphere isn’t worth 20. Fight also broke out. Talk about feeling like a shooting was totally possible.
I went there for the first time... the bartenders were great but the atmosphere failed miserably. Overcrowded and could not even order or enjoy your drink without havin someone spill it every 10 seconds. Not to mention way to many guys , the ratio was about 20 to 1...oh and the cover was 20 bucks which really ticked me off... it was barely worth 5 bucks
Went there for our first time last night 6/23/2018 with my friend and girlfriend. We liked the lighting and the atmosphere and the DJ was playing good music. We were the first ones there and got there right when they opened at 10 p.m. The bouncer let all three of us in for no cover! Went upstairs and to the bar and told the bartender its our first time here. He was awesome and said our first round of shots were on the house. By 11 p.m. it was busy and there was a lot of ladies on the floor, and the whole crowd seemed to be down to earth and cool people, despite Royal Oak being known for its pretentious population. By midnight the bartender told us he was giving us another round of shots on the house to keep us going, and shortly after that a waitress was walking around with free Captain Morgan drinks. I was surprised at the service and great time we had, the staff was great and we will definitely be returning here. The only thing is that there is no sitting room unless you reserve a booth area for bottle service (besides outside on the patio balcony). But that is to be expected at a nightclub like this. So I will probably do that next time, I think they said bottle service starts at $150. We definitely saved over $100 during this visit because of the free drinks and free cover, and the generousity of the staff. We even saw the TV lawyer Mike Morse there and thought that was pretty cool. SCL rocks
Hell one bottle of beer cost me $8 and it was like 10:30pm. Now thats just crazy talk. Dont get me wrong, they have a nice view of things and inside is nice. But its not California in a real up scale life style to pay $8 dollers for a bottle of beer, get real now.
Stairway was very racist. A white security guard was racist and gave them a very hard time to re-enter. Basically they were trying to re-enter and were denied to get back in and also offered to pay to get back in!
Rubbish place just close down already.
Really great spot in royal oak. Classy environment, good vibes. Good looking friendly girls. Friday nights are Latin nights and the DJ is great!
Be sure to bring cash or have cashapp/venmo at the door, and to tip the bathroom attendant.
Always a great crowd and the staff is extremely accommodating, highly recommend this place for your next event or just a fun night out!
Superb sound system. Professional bartenders. Excellent atmosphere. A resoundingly fantastic time for Metro-Detroiters!
Nice venue. Great people, friendly staff and low prices. Worth going and enjoying a great clubbing night.
Security is very barbaric and disrespectfulI was beaten without any reason and I will file a lawsuit against the place soon
Amazing service Love Awsem and his great hospitality we go there at least once a month.....
Does this jacket belongs to somebody who was yesterday, the 9th of November 2018, in SCL??
It’s small Royal Oak, not Miami
Packed every Friday & Saturday
Loved it!
