Hate to have to do this, but this dispensary has absolutely terrible customer service. I’ve never actually had a problem big enough for me to write a review until today. Came to place a simple order and waited up at front for the longest before Anybody even came to greet me and no there weren’t any customers in store or in line. Once the lady finally came out, she just kind of stood there and stared at me as if it was some kind of joke, I’m like okay…. And I begin to ask her what her cheapest eighth is, but before I could even get it all the way out, she cuts me off and asked me for my ID, which i’m aware that I need to make an order. I began looking for my ID and instantly realized that I left it in the car which was parked a while away told her I had absolutely no problem with going to grab it but again really quick. But I asked again What’s your cheapest 8th so I know that I’ll actually be buying and not just wasting time to come back, she literally wouldn’t even answer me and said there’s absolutely nothing. She could do for me after initially leaving me sitting there without helping. Keep in mind. I’m a regular customer also there’s absolutely no law that says you can’t tell the price on one of your products. My biggest issue is that she had an attitude from the beginning to the end, and all I was trying to do was support… literally showed her a picture of my ID just to get a quote and she refused.

Had good customer service until today. 2 people was just sitting up front talking and when I asked if they was open the lady up front told me no and while I was walking off she decided to laugh. I dont find anything about it funny. Most likely wont be coming back.

I came in for a disposable vape. They only had one kind that I liked. They charged me for it and then told me they didnt actually have it and wouldnt give me my money back. Be careful to confirm that they have what youre looking for before they charge you.

Walked up on a whim. I wasnt impressed with the selection, nor the place itself.I went for a vape cart.. had 3 choices. Two of which required their own special battery I didnt already have. So really, left with one choice. I dont trust all brands.Ended up with a preroll instead. That was 10$ and it sucks. Cant even suck the smoke thru it. I just wasted money instead.The person working was nice though.Wouldnt go back.

All i have to say is this place sucks and so did the one on El Camino they should just close the one downtown as well

Great people great place good service. Could use more concentrates..... but other than that its awesome place to go to on Kst by the Doco center.

This is more of a CBD distributor than a recreational dispensary. Thus, they have a VERY limited selection of cannabis products- particularly edibles.I also had to wait outside in the hot as Haides sun for about 15 minutes before they let me in.

Came in from out of town. Stopped by on the way to Kings game arena is right by. Tender/owner was super cool and knowledgeable. Super easy process and have a vip lounge for those out of town. Vibe and energy was all good

Bought a one use battery and cartridge, it lasted only 2 puffs, tried to charge battery and still wouldnt work. Waste of money and oil. Never coming again.

Rashida was very knowledgeable and kind, and had a calm and friendly energy. Her recommendations were on point, and this shop clearly cares about effecting positive change within the community. Definitely check this space out!!

Empty store. Shelves are literally empty. No drinks, no edibles, wouldnt be surprised if they went out of business. Doesnt open on time.

So glad I went here , the only problem with this place is that I didnt come here sooner . Awesome place ,friendly customer service since I was kinda new they explained everything for me . On top of that everything I bought from there was great product.

Good dispensary with great prices

Second dispensary I went to on my first business trip to Cali and I must say for $100 I got two 8ths of some of the best ⛽️I ever 🤤. I’m from Ohio but when I come back I’m definitely shopping with lil bro and nem again

Horrible store , false advertisement, they will try and convince you into buying anything and lie behind the product . They took advantage of my gullible girlfriend and sold her faulty untrustworthy products. Deserves 0 stars.

10/10 if you need hemp derived thc or cdb then this is your stop. These guys are as genuine and friendly as they come and I cant wait to return again!!
