I went there and bought a fume mint ice unlimited vapor and went to one store in the plaza and it started leaking I came back immediately and they would not take it back or exchange it. If you have defective products why are you still selling them and then this keeps happening I’d give 0 stars if I could. Unacceptable.

Do not go to this establishment. Not only is it overpriced but I purchased a vape, was asked if I wanted to try it and I did and it was not right. It tasted burnt and was not right When I told the employee while still at the counter I was told to bad. What!? How can you run a business like this? I would understand if I walked out the door and walked back in and said this but the employee opened the vape, handed it to me and this transpired. There are vape stores on every corner I will definitely take my business and my money anywhere but this place. Wow $26 for absolutely nothing. I worked an hour and a half at my job to make money to buy this. I’m so mad 😡

Just had the worst experience at the shop… normally the employees are so kind and welcoming. Tonight, I bought a vape that was clearly defective by the strong burnt flavor. I didn’t even leave the store, right in front of the employee and she was rude and snappy and said there’s nothing she can do because she is new. I’ve only had one defective vape out of the 100’s I have bought before so I was shocked at her attitude and not even apologetic.. it’s really easy to be kind.. some customer service training would be beneficial. 💔

This is definitely my go to store! Emily is there most days I come in, she is the sweetest and most helpful employee I’ve met! Greets you every time as I’ve walked in and will help with any questions or concerns I have! This is definitely the vape shop I recommend to anyone that asks about the best store around!

Emily is amazing! She is super quick at her job and she is extremely friendly. At this point she remembers exactly what I want whenever I come in. She is honestly the BEST.

This is my go to store! I bought a new device and was burning through coils and I couldnt figure out why. I went in one day after work and one of the girls from another store was there filling in. TJ was there as well. I explained the situation and how much money I had went through in just 1 week trying to get this thing figured out. They both took their time with me, explaining different situations. They helped me make sure the coil was primed properly and sent me on my way with 2 different types of coils to try, if the one we decided on in the store didnt work. They both were very understanding and wanted to make sure I was good before I left the store.

Emily was so helpful and so friendly I did not know what I wanted and she recommended me some really good vape flavors. 10/10 would recommend to friends or strangers looking for a good smoke shop!

They have a decent selection of glass, wraps, vape supplies, etc and the prices are pretty decent as well. I like the variety of flavors they have for the high hemp wraps!

Great place to get vape juice and other items you can find at a vape shop. The staff is always welcoming!
