Massage Envy

From when I arrived to when I left:Front desk staff (those I interacted with AND those I overheard): 5 - All were so professional, nice, helpful and genuine. I didnt feel like anyone was pretending to be something that they werent. I really appreciated that.Lauren (estitician): 5. So kind, patient, and competent. My facial was just as, if not more, lovely and relaxing than most facials that Ive had and Ive had a lot! ;) She really listened to my wants and needs and checked in with me along the way. During my facial, I asked if she minded if I just listened to music instead of chatting which she was perfectly fine with and respectful of my request. She seemed very comfortable either way. I have two jobs that are often very high pressure and I needed this. Im 55 and while Im embarrassed to say it, I was a little concerned when I saw how young she is (or at least appeared to be??) however, she is an old soul.I have had very elaborate, expensive spa services in the past that ranged from wonderful to disappointing.The problem is that I never knew what I was getting yet the high price tag was the same which was frustrating. I got the impression that this was not goi g to be my experience at ME. My facial with Lauren and time at Massage Envy was such a lovely experience that I bought a membership.

Stevie is the best!! She met my needs from my feet and hands to my neck and back. She knew just what to do for each aching area. I love deep tissues messages, so I truly needed Stevie for this! I do hope She stays on with Message Envy for a long time.

I did not have service. The manager used my certificate due to my not being able to make it!!! I fell on my job, my Employer gifted me a certificate. I worked and could not make my appointment. The manager advised the workers receive payment from the clients directly. She said she’d take 75.00 from my gift certificate which had a value of 125.00.

Julie is the best! I always feel 1000 times better when I leave. Every session is individualized. I highly recommend Julie and Massage Envy!

Tiffany was very good. Pressure was on spot. Only confusion was I had booked with Matt and was told on phone that Matt wasn’t available and that Tiffany was available. Would go back to her again. She gave a very good massage.

Jessica was absolutely wonderful. It was a great experience. I plan on seeing her again. I LOVED my massage!!!

Carrie gave me a great microderm facial yesterday. It made all my rosacea calm down. My skin looks glowy today. She also had some helpful tips for me on skincare and was able to answer all my questions. I highly recommend her and this Massage Envy location!

UPDATE: it has been 3 weeks and the location still has not contacted me.Massage therapist was nearly 10 minutes late and cut the massage short. I looked at my watch when I left the lobby and when I got off the table at 6:59 (for a 6:00 massage). The manager challenged as to if I knew it was only a 50 minute massage (even though I’m a member). To be the full 50 minutes, I would have had to get to the room, debrief with the therapist, undress, and redress in 2 minutes…not the case since I also spent longer than usual waiting on the table for my therapist to come in and start. Interesting the therapist did not meet me after I dressed either as is typical, probably because she knew she cut me short. The manager seemed very unconcerned.Update: I put in feedback directly with the business at the link the owner provided a few days ago and have gotten no response.

Definitely made me wanna go back…she hit all my problem areas and made had me feeling the most relaxed than I Have in a long time!

Wasn’t impressed at all with the massage. I asked her not to turn me over but concentrate on back from head to toe. After about 20 minutes I felt she mainly concentrated on upper back around scapula bones and only used 1 hand in circular movements. I had to ask to do neck and head but it just wasn’t done like I’m used to having. Felt like she was washing my hair movements. I didn’t feel 2 hands on my back at the same time barely at all. She did glutes for about a minute on both sides and back of arms and legs for some seconds and then it was over. Honestly I wanted to get off the table after the first 10-15 minutes. I felt like I wasted a whole hour. I did not feel relaxed or good about my hour massage.

Lauren was very pleasant, did a great job and was accommodating. I plan to go back to her again.

Matthew always gives me a great massage. He is the only one I let work on my neck. It is amazing. I am really sorry that he will be moving on.I dislike the current background music. For me, it isnt relaxing.

Lauren was wonderful! This was my first time at Massage Envy and my first facial. I really appreciated the pre consultation and Lauren letting me know about each step. Will be back and will break with Lauren!

Kelly was really a good therapist . I really enjoyed my conversation with her and the relaxing massage. I will definitely recommend her and come back again asking kelly.

Lou Ann was personable and I enjoyed the 30 min Rapid Tension session very much. It helped break up some long standing tightness as I laid on the table fully clothed. Great for those short on time.

Not a great massage, very basic and painful. Therapist talked too much about her family even though I was barely responding - trying to indicate that I just wanted a peaceful and relaxing massage.

I have been a member since 2008. Curtis was the best massage I have ever had! I have already booked the next month with him.

Sharon gave me the best massage. Not just saying that, I couldnt form words the first couple minutes. She worked on knots that NO other massage therapist has even touched. Ive already made 2 more appointments. Sharon is also very sweet, informative, and very good about making sure she can provide you with whatver your needs are! Just Phenomenal!!

Tiffany was amazingly thorough. Her movements and applied pressure were so effectively orchestrated. I could not have been happier.

Heather is AMAZING!!! she is very nice and is fantastic at her job! I wish I could come see her more (unfortunately its just a little pricey, and so is the membership). Shes also very gentle, where theres other estheticians out there (not here) that are a bit rough. Shes also very fun to talk to!

I was having some neck and upper back pain and Julie listened to where the pain was and what I was doing whenever I began feeling the pain. She worked to help the area feel relief and I was able to turn my head without pain whenever she was finished and have a good nights rest. Much appreciated!

Tiffany really knew how to give a medium deep tissue on my back. Feel great today. Not aching at all

I love going into Massage Envy in Cottleville. The ladies at the front desk are always so friendly and knowledgeable, and CARRIE is the best! She is extremely good at what she does and knows her products well. She even wrote down, step by step what I needed to do after my chemical peel. Great job ladies!!

This was my first time at the Cottleville location. I arrived, was greeted , and immediately felt comfortable there. I wish I would have asked who checked me in because she made me feel welcome and important. Jacqueline was my masseuse and was phenomenal. Definitely recommend everyone at this location. Shady business practices. A single gift card for $100 purchased, and they enrolled me in a membership debiting $75/month. BBB complaint filed and unanswered. Now escalating to MO AG Office.

Finally used my gift card for a massage. Kim T did an excellent job and would come back if we werent moving from the area. She was chatty, but not too much. As she worked muscles I could feel the tension release...so relaxing and the soft music was great.

Make sure if you want a deep tissue massage to ask for a masseuse that can do one when scheduling. I made the mistake of not and was scheduled with someone who (based on my own opinion), could barely give much pressure at all. The year before when I was gifted a massage there (get one about once a year and therefore look forward to it so much), I was given a masseuse who had arthritis and could barely put any pressure at all. You pay so much money all to not enjoy it. Wish the front desk girls would ask what pressure you like while scheduling so they can put you with the right person. Lesson learned!

Always friendly and willing to accommodate to your needs. Kelly was very thorough and knew just how to treat the specific areas needed. It was very relaxing and therapeutic..

I went in to cancel my membership here, because you have to cancel at the location you signed up at. I signed everything, and moved to Atlanta. I scheduled an appointment at an Atlanta location to use remaining credits I had already payed for and was informed my account was never canceled. The worst.

My needs were addressed for specific muscle issues and the massage was wonderful! Victoria is amazing!

Lou Ann is the best! When I started going to her I had very limited use of my shoulders. I was not able to extend my arm to close my car door. With regular visits she was able to reinstate my flexibility and eliminate the constant pain I had. I now am able to do everything I want to do pain free. THANK YOU SO MUCH LOU ANN.

Heather was phenomenal! One of the best massages Ive had. She must know her anatomy incredibly well, she seemed to know exactly how to approach each muscle and area of tension. She shocked me with how well she did. As a nurse, I know the very basics of anatomy and physiology but she would start massaging something and I’d wonder what she was doing and then suddenly I’d feel the relief in a connected area of tension - it was the most impressed I’ve been with any massage I’ve had!The room lighting was a little bright and the bed/face holder was not too comfortable. The right side of my face was rubbing on what felt like a hard plastic/metal rim. But heathers massage was so great it was worth it haha

Jasmine at the Cottleville location is Amazing!!! She is so professional and really knows what she is doing. She gave me a 90 minute facial and it was fantastic. My skin looked much improved the following day. I highly recommend her, 5 star experience for sure.

Kayla was an excellent massage therapist. She listened to my needs, knows how to work the muscle groups, kept the pressure just right all while keeping the movements fluid. She was professional and comfortable. I will most definitely book her again and would recommend her services.I would give the experience 5 stars, however, I would like to have seen masks still being used for the projection of the guests.

For the second time in less than 2 months, I’ve had a scheduled massage (months in advance). When I arrived Massage Envy Cottleville they did NOT have me scheduled. In late October they rescheduled me with a complimentary massage. This time Lacey did not apologize and acted like since something was not showing in their system, that it was not their fault. I’ve worked in the service industry, for 5 star hotels, and award-winning JD Power Customer Service teams. This is a lesson on what NOT to do. It is also very disrespectful of my time and energy, giving me the exact opposite of calmness and relaxation. I’ve been a customer for approximately two decades. They suggested a possible massage for tomorrow, but (1) I would need to rearrange my schedule and (2) did not know if it would be complimentary. Keep in mind, it is not as if I randomly show up at businesses when I do not have an appointment. Looks like it’s time to move on. Too bad, really liked my massage therapist who will suffer the consequences. Prior therapists there have shared their discontent with the front office staff / owner. PS. Previously I’ve left messages with this location that were not delivered. Sub-par…starts with the management.The manager Kim finally called me at home, hours later and apologized. That is the right thing to do. Thankful for that. She rescheduled a complimentary massage. I’m had to change my schedule to make it work. Generally my massage lady Patricia is very good and has it noted on my chart the areas NOT to massage, but she put pressure on the double spinal tap area where it was painful!! We’ve discussed this in the past. Then Pat proceeded to massage it again!!! I told her to leave it alone!!! Wow!!! Hard to believe…disappointed .

Megan is fantastic!!I love that she respects the fact that I don’t want to talk the whole time during my massage! She’s very knowledgeable and seems to know exactly where I need the most work and what to do!

Overall I had a good experience. My one complaint is that the massage therapist kept talking to me during the session, which kept me from relaxing. It wouldn’t have been too bad except she was talking about drama with her sister, which felt like the wrong place wrong time for the that conversation.

Julie is awesome. She has a great personality and is very informed about her profession. I dont know what I would do without her. She has also become a good friend. What a wonderful surprise Julie had an extra 30 minutes so I got a 90 minute massage. Just what I needed.

The therapist I saw, Jacqueline was amazing. I have been getting massages for years and always struggle with feeling bruised afterwards however I don’t have those issues with her. It is by far one of the most relaxing experienced I have ever had. I would recommend her to anyone. Outstanding job.

Ms. Pat doesn’t mess around. I only wish she had more 90 minute options at 4 o’clock so I didn’t have to miss so much work or family time to get a 90. I know scheduling is hard.

Chris E is AMAZING! Really took the time to focus on problem areas. Also explained what she was doing and how to do some stretches on my own. I was having some sciatic pain and walked out of there feeling amazing. I will be requesting her again. Also super friendly and personable.

We always get great massages here, all the therapists are great. The one thing that always keeps us coming back though is Erica the front desk receptionist. She is the most kind, sweet person. She greets you with a smile, she is helpful and a pleasure to talk with.

I thought my therapist had left the facility but she is still there and what a day. HEATHER was able to provide a wonderful massage and without direction. She is able to locate the tense areas and remove the tension with great relief. I cant wait to go again. Thanks, so much Heather.

Best deep tissue massage I’ve had!

I go twice a month for a massage with Victoria and adleast once a month for facial with Jasmine all of the staff are very personable and professional. The location is always clean the waiting area is inviting I enjoy all of my visits thus far there

My therapist Chris is awesome at explaining which muscles connect (and where they connect) and identifying potential changes that can be made to my daily life/routine to improve my overall health, including the way I sit in my desk to different stretches to do.**I am editing my review not because of my therapist, but because of the management. I have had a subscription multiple times, and every time I encounter problems. For example this time I had to use 2.5 credits by a certain date, so I called three weeks in advance to book a session. My therapist wasnt available until a week after the date when my credits expired and they told me too bad, see someone else or lose your credits. Why wouldnt they work with their customers when there are therapists that are so good that they are always booked? I have experienced some real poor customer service with this management and I wont go back again. The reason why I cancelled my subscription to begin with was because they didnt tell me until an hour before one of my appointments that my therapist didnt do Tuesdays anymore, and she hadnt for weeks, and that someone should have told me. They are really flaky with scheduling but strict when they can screw you over and keep 2.5 credits that you paid for.

Carrie has a comforting touch and is a delightful talker. I found the whole experience peaceful, and my skin glowed afterwards. She was also knowledgeable and professional with her massage techniques.

I felt as if i was at a clinic. I did relax because of the feeling.

Julie S is a TERRIFIC Massage Therapist. She always takes the time needed to give you and your body exactly what it needs for a relaxing and healing massage. I would recommend Julie to everyone I know.

Patricia is truly amazing. Even though she is booked out usually a month in advance, I grab whatever appointment I can from her and she is always worth the wait. Her personality is as soothing as her technique, and she tailors her approach to your pain or goals of the day. Phenomenal. This location is even further from my house than other locations, but she is worth the extra drive.

Pat provided a most excellent massage and pleasant overall experience. Would definitely request her again and highly recommend her for anyone who likes firm pressure.

I brought my mother in for a massage and selected all the areas for a massage on the iPad, but her person did not do all the 3/6 of those areas. I think if there is an option allowing for selection it’s only right they’re followed through. And when I asked the receptionist about it said she will call me back and never did. Overall poor communication and service will not be returning.

Kayla is my absolute favorite therapist. She consistently provides excellent service and works hard. She listens to my areas of concern and responds with the appropriate massage or stretch. I completely trust her with my experience.

GM Kim and her staff are amazing and ALWAYS exceed my expectations. They are very flexible and accommodating to all client needs and request making sure they assign a great fit for your physical needs and customer preferences. I highly recommendJulie S, Jacqueline, Christina and a few others I wish I could think of their names but under my profile. I deal with chronic pain from multiple neck and back surgeries and Massage Envy is by far my greatest source of relief and how I was able to get off all the pain meds my Pain Management Doctor has prescribed and told with all my injuries I would be on for life and I was not willing to except that and I hope all those in severe pain will not either and try Natural and Holistic ways such as Massage Envy with LMT’s that are great and understand our pain and address accordingly to our specific needs. This is a way overdue letter of thanks to ME and all their team members from the front desk to the back! Thank You!!

Pat is the best message therapy person I have ever had. I dont want to say more as she is already hard to get an appointment with because she is so good.All I can say is I have been able to get two massages with Pat because the scheduling staff called me when Pat had a cancellation. Pat is such a great masseuse that getting on the schedule with her can be difficult. So cudos to the scheduling staff that called me with a opening with Pats schedule. Also I have lots of orthopedic issues and that is why Pat is so critical to my pain management as her hands are so strong and her knowledge of massage is out of this world. She is the first massage therapist that suggested stretching could help with my orthopedic pain. I didnt realize how her helping me stretching could help with my pain management. But after a session with Pat doing stretching and deep tissue massage even though it can be uncomfortable during the massage it really does make a Hugh difference in lowering my pain level for days after the massage. She is pure gold as a massage therapist. As I choose to be nude during my massage because much of my issues are due to low back and glut muscles causing spinal disk issues at lumbar 4,5, she is always making sure of my modesty and I am covered. She is pure gold for massage envy.

This was my first visit to Massage Envy and it wont be the last. Carrie made me feel welcome and special. I gladly became a member because I felt the service was worth pampering myself! I highly recommend Massage Envy!

I had the very best massage at the Cottleville, MO Massage Envy. The whole experience was amazing, from the second I walked in the front desk associates Lacee, and Jess were so friendly and helpful. Then I experienced the hands of a GOD with the therapist Lancaster. He was so fluid and the pressure was perfect. If you’re in need of pain relief or just relaxation I highly recommend this location and this therapist. I’d give 100 Stars if I could.

I have been receiving massages for at least 20 years. I have gotten them from 5 star hotel spas, world reknown spas, etc. I have been a member with Massage Envy since they opened and I must say that Patricia is the most knowledgeable, thorough, professional, caring massage therapist I have ever encountered. She genuinely cares about you and wants to make sure your experience was relaxing and therapeutic. I didn’t even want to do a review because more people will find out about her and she is hard enough to get into already! Ha! But she deserves to be recognized!

I had Kayla as my massage therapist at Massage Envy in Cottleville, and she provided one of the best deep tissue massages I have ever had. She was very professional, and even offered suggestions that would benefit me. I have a desk job so I build up a lot of knots in my upper back/shoulders and she spend a good deal of time working on them to get them loosen up. I can’t wait for my next massage with her.

Therapist talked the whole time and took away from the relaxing experience. The actual massage wasnt that great as they focused on single knots WAY too long and thus made the end feeling worse and I was more sore leaving than coming in.

I have been going to Luann for quite awhile and she is so good. It is amazing how she can tell when I have a headache and she works the scalp to relieve the pain. She is constantly asking about the pressure to make sure it is not too much or if she needs to apply more. Luann is a very thorough massage therapist! Thank you Luann!

Sharon did a great job on my massage. First time in a while that I had someone do the perfect amount of pressure during a massage. Staff is friendly and they’re doing a great job with safety during the pandemic.

Kayla always does a fabulous job! She listens when the pressure is too much and she is able to get rid of muscle knots without it being painful. She is easy to talk to but is ok to not talk and relax or fall asleep too.

I had the best customer service while I was into the Cottleville location. A sweet girl, Ashley, helped me with every question I had and was very knowledgeable. I asked if she was a manager and she sadly said no, but Ill be glad to get her for you. I said oh well you definitely should be promoted to one! The way she cared for me was great. Everywhere should have great customer service like Ashley provided for me that day when I walked in.

I have been a member for a year and a half now and I love this place. They are friendly and full of smiles when you first walk in the door and the therapists are wonderful. I suffer from migraines and fibromyalgia and they are good at making me feel better. Heather and Candice are miracle workers. Definitely worth the price of the membership and when I can I love the aromatherapy. Would definitely recommend giving this place a try.

Jasmine is a very conscience esthetician. During my consult she analyzes my skin and selected a perfect process to help me improve my overall skin care. Very happy and would recommend her to anyone.

Had a membership at the Cottleville location for at least two years maybe more. Chris is the best and always get the 90 minute massage. I go every other week to help with my arthritis and it the best ever. The front desk is always helpful. I love it there. My happy place.

Hardest place to ever get an appointment. Will schedule appointments then cancel them. If you have a life that does not revolve around massage envy, then good luck scheduling an appointment here.

The front desk staff are the reason there is one star dropped. Honestly, I understand, they are just doing their jobs. Overall, they are extremely friendly, but for a time where you are supposed to be relaxed and without any worries upon leaving when you do NOT have the membership versus when you do... can add stress at times instead of allow it to be taken away. The massages are always great but again, I don’t want to walk away from all my worries to the front door where during payment I start to feel a little defensive over my NON membership decision. I’ve had to sign back up every visit I’ve made the decision to leave their plan to get them to stop pushing so that I can have a few more enjoyable moments. That’s starting to make me steer clear 😭I really did enjoy the experience other than that. They welcome you in, give you a heated and scented pillow, used to offer tea and a quiet room, WONDERFUL massage and now multiple other spa-like options, and then water and recommendations for the rest of the day.

Carrie did a great job as always with my back facial. Im never disappointed with her services. I was just disappointed and frustrated that when I went to check out the front staff stated that there was a $12 upcharge for the back facial. I have been a member with the Cottleville location for over 2yrs. I inquired when this change occured and was told for awhile now. I inquired further as to when and was never give a straight answer. I have never been charged an upcharge for a back facial. If the front staff had just stated the number of months and it didnt overlap with my last back facial, ok fine no biggie, but she would just say for a while. I have a strict budget so I ended up cancelling my next appointment because I ended up using the tip I reserved for that massage to pay the upcharge and tip Carrie. I feel bad for cancelling a much needed appointment especially since my previous 3 appointments were cancelled by them due to COVID and they had a delay with a carpet delivery for their remodel. This was the first available I was able to book for a facial and massage and only got a facial out of it! Your staff needs to communicate better with your customers. When the membership costs increased a letter was sent out, why was there no notification sent to your customers when you added the upcharge? Or even have a notification on the app when the appointment is scheduled. Or that a confirmation of cost of services sent at confirmation of the appointment the day before? Just some thoughts from a frustrated customer.

I am so impressed. I have had many massages through my traveling, never here at home. I was going through physical therapy for my shoulder and my whole body was out of balance from working my left side and not right side. I was in extreme pain with my neck and upper back. My doctor and myself was trying to figure out if it was muscular or if something was really wrong with neck. I didnt want to have more surgery if it wasnt necessary. I then been having massages to try to figure out what the problem really is. It has been helping me figure out what is going on. Kim listened to everything I had told her and really knew what to do, I was shocked she was so knowledgeable about what to do. I told my Dr. everything she had done with the massage and what her suggestions were. My Dr. was very impressed and we are figuring things out. The impressive thing was Kim really cared and remembered details of my situation. It has helped me to function better and relieve the pain. She is very professional. I feel more on the road to recovery, and it helped to guide my physical therapists as to the proper treatment. Now I am sending my husband!! Good customer service doesnt exist anymore and I feel very lucky to have Kim.

The massage was good, but I could hear all of the talking from the front of the building and in the hallways. And there was a LOT of loud talking. It was not very relaxing. I don’t think I will ever go in the morning again.

Ive experienced services from several companies and many LMTs, some of whom are extremely knowledgeable. Im my opinion, Jason is the best. Hes the only one who has methodically worked the areas that have caused me pain for months. I am now pain free thanks to his skill and knowledge.

I love visiting Jasmine each month. She always knows just what to use for my facials. She’s helping me to develop good habits and she gets excited with me when I’ve seen improvements.

Start to finish, horrible experience with the management and the admin staff. I had a 90 min massage scheduled, over a week in advance, received a vm roughly an hr before letting me know the massage was cancelled due to poor scheduling on their part. Their manager offered to give me a free 30 min added to my account. When I tried to use it, she acting like I was lying about being given that stating I dont know why I would have done that and acting like she had no recollection of that happening. then when I froze my account I was told that they would contact me once the account needed to be taken off hold before resuming anything. they did not do that instead just started charging my charge. spoke with them through phone calls and text messages, did not want my account taken off hold. requested refund of what was charged, they refused. I finally emailed them to request my account be closed and a a refund for what was charged. they then stated due to inactivity the money I was charged is now just theirs to keep and my account closed. completely ridiculous. They do not communicate well at all, state one thing and then another, do not care about their customer experiences, and keep money for services not rendered. Do not recommend this business at all. The massages themselves were great but management needs some help.

Massage experience was great. But they push WAY too hard to get you to become a member! I don’t want to leave a relaxing experience by awkwardly pushing back several times with a pushy front desk worker. They don’t seem to understand that this kind of behavior actually discourages many potential clients. Never going back.

Therapist didn’t ask what was wrong, or what needed to be focused on. Didn’t ask about pressure or type of massage required.

Massage Envy Cottleville was clean and taking Covid precautions. Herman is a great therapist. He listened to me and only worked on the areas we talked about. He applied just the right amount of pressure. I look forward to my next massage!

I was a member for over a year, had some good massages, some not so good. I had to physically go into the location to cancel the membership, which is pretty typical for a business. I signed paperwork which was filed with their office. Three months later I realized they were still charging me and never canceled the membership. When I inquired about the charges and requested a refund for $180 for the three months, they said they had no record of me canceling. The woman I spoke to at the front desk specifically recalled canceling my membership but informed me that I need to keep track of my paperwork because they lost their’s. That’s so crazy because I don’t remember getting hired as a secretary at massage envy. The supervisor that was spoken to decided to refund me but only refunded two out of the three extra charges. I had to physically go to my bank and file a fraudulent charge to receive the remaining amount. There are such better facilities out there that have a higher quality of customer service, if you were looking for a massage membership I would highly recommend going elsewhere. If you’re looking for a subpar cheap massage I would probably go here.

I am a very “spur of the moment” kind of facial/massage person as I never know when I will have time to treat myself. They usually don’t have same day appointments available, and at times I’ve looked online and it says someone is available so I will call immediately and be told oh no that person wants to leave early. I bought the monthly membership and used it once.

Never not once has this place had available appointments within a 2 day request. Always completely booked. Its been 2 years since Ive become a member and have like 15 massages racked up bc they can not ever get me in unless I make an appointment weeks in advance. Luckily the maple wood location is awesome and very accommodating. They need more staff at cottleville. Just saying.

Had to change my 5 stars to a 3... not for the massage or the person giving it, but for the way they do business monetarily (without going into too much detail). Anyway, I havent been here in a while, but saw that I gave them a 5 star review before and couldnt leave it that way.

Customer service is always excellent at this location especially jessie! She went above and beyond for me for an incident at the winghaven location. She explained to me they have different owners! Well winghaven you better step up your game! The only downfall is cottleville doesnt have the couples room! I dont think i can step foot into the winghaven location knowing how terrible they treat their customers and employees! I also notice how managment responds to these reviews but i also made a review on winghavens page and they dont respond at all to any of the reviews! Perfect example that winghaven needs some cleaning up in management! Its disheartening to know im limited with locations now when my client works as the district manager at massage luxe but i have refused to switch since i have been with massage envy for over 10 years. I know you are owned by different people but you share the same name so that could definitely hurt business!
