Always come here or OFallon.Get rid of the slot machines, thats absolutely embarrassing.They never should have been put in. Some of yalls decisions are wild and its the customer service of your dedicated team who keeps the customers.

I purchased two disposable ESCO BARS brand vapes from the St Charles location. I opened them both in the store and tried them before I left the store (which is always suggested in case it’s defective). One of the two vapes had a burnt taste and I let the guy know. His response was “there isn’t anything I can do if it taste burnt, If it didn’t work then you could exchange it”. I buy that brand all the time, and if it has a burnt taste, that means it’s a defective coil. I was HIGHLY disappointed and left the store. This was my first and last time in this store. I will not purchase any other products from them. It’s sad because I love to support small businesses. I’m only taking my time to write this review to help another patron and keep you from wasting your money.

First time here this past Saturday 02/06/22. I walked in and was disappointed they had very little premium juices to choose from, however, after speaking to the very knowledgeable and friendly staff member, I selected a small bottle of Green Apple. This is some of the best juice I’ve ever had and I’m really happy I went in. My only complaint is traffic, trying to exit, but totally out of their control.

Prices are great on the equipment and the price on juice is better than a lot of stores, which I only buy house made NEVER pre made but the problem I’m having is, the flavor.. time and time again I’m getting flavorless juice even after switching the flavor. My husband is new at vaping and he even agreed how tasteless it is. So sadly I’ve switched places. :-( Sorry StL.. love u guys just somethings got to give with the flavor mixing!

Always consistent with juice orders. Knowlegeable staff. Fair prices. Always open as posted. No closing early because its slow like other places. Showed up 5 min before 8 (closing time) and still open to help with glass breakage on my vape. The guy stayed open to help clean it up put it back together for me.Been going there since 2015.

I bought a smok tank there and a few months later the tank started leaking. I was not expecting an exchange just some suggestions as to what the problem could be. The guy with a tattoo sleeve said its the coil which I had already replaced. He then said i wasnt hitting it right. Ive been vaping for years and to say its a user problem is ridiculous. I took it to another vape store who took the tank apart and fixed the problem. You have poor customer service. I will be spreading my experience.

I go to St.Louis Vapor in St.Charles, and they are always professional and accurate about any information or product. Actually, I’m surprised I haven’t posted a comment yet, now that I’ve been going there only for about 2 years now! I know I can always, if need be, quickly go in and out, even if they might be a little busy. They always know exactly what I want, so it makes it all so easy! The best part is that I trust them and their product! Hope all of you stay well during this global crisis! ☮️

Will mislead you into buying mis matched and useless products if they can tell you dont know any better. Moment you step out the door, they refuse to exchange even if you realize youve been duped in the parking lot. Scammers.

I was used to bland flavors until the other day when I found St Louis Vapor.. the manager was very smart ( later I was informed that they are required to have a college degree to work here ) the MANY flavors that are available here should make everyone that Vapes wanna come here for all their needs. Very helpful and nice staff !!

The staff is always friendly and helpful. I usually stick to fruity flavors, but whenever they reccomend something outside of that, I still love it! I drive out of my way to go here now that Ive moved.

This is a self-brand in house vapor shop. You will not find the typical brands you may already expect and look for. And trying new vaping related anything is trial and error. So for that reason Im out. If you already know what you want, dont go here.

Over 300 flavors to choose from and you can also have them mix two flavors together. They have a buy one bottle get one for 25 cents special at all times. Also a punch card where your seven purchase you get one for 25 cents as well.this is the only store i come to.

The customer service is very good. Their products however, not so much. I bought a pencil vaporizer which I like but literally every time I buy wicks theres a problem. Either they dont have them or Im sold the wrong one. Its a hot mess!!

My girlfriend and I love this place. We are there on a weekly, sometimes daily basis. No other vape shop has the variety of juices available. No matter what we need, juice, coil, or even the newest mods, STL Vapor is the place to be. Plus they have the absolute best prices out of anyone.

Ive never vaped before, went here to buy my 1st. The guy at the counter treated me like an idiot for not being a vape expert and asking about the different products. Very pushing, asking every minute if i made my mind up yet, i just walked out. Not cool.

Never had a problem that they didnt easily solve and the best choices of good juice to vape on. The best and very knowledgeable! I dont go anywhere else

This place has the best e-juice out there. Not to mention, the guys that work there are incredibly handsome and very knowledgeable about the products. Would never shop for vapor anywhere else!

Overall nice store the return policy for their products is atrocious. 15 days is not enough time and they will eventually get sued for something like this.
