Just came in to get rolling papers & tips. The woman at front was super nice and helpful and let me know of the Delta-8 drinks they had in stock as well as the lottery tickets that have been winning lately. Definitely my favorite tobacco shop in saint charles which luckily doesnt have too much foot traffic. Im always in and out

Every time I come in here they ALWAYS have what I need. I live in pain every single day, having the Kratom I need to function makes going to school full time and working full time more bearable. They are always smiling and not afraid to talk to you. Prices are definitely comparable to the other locations close by their location. Atmosphere is definitely better here. ❤️❤️❤️

They didnt have exactly what I wanted but the lady at the counter who I assume is one of the owners said she would order what I requested and to check back in a week or two. Great experience that I just had to write a review about because service like that is rare these days, not many shops would order something just one person asked for with the enthusiasm she had. You can tell she really cares about her customers and the product/service they get. They also have a great selection of tons of products from many brands!

BEST PRICES AROUND! I have been to multiple shops in the area for Posh XL and this place by far has the best deals! The staff is very very friendly and helpful. I have not been to many other vape shops since I found this gem.

I’ve been turned onto Delta 8/THC-0/acetate here, acetate there, only recently. As a medicinal cannabis user, this stuff is a GAMECHANGER. I love the variety they have, as well as the reasonable prices. I can find relief at half the cost-while getting double the quantity-utilizing these amazing cannabinoids stretches the good stuff out and makes it last, even helping with tolerance. Everyone here is friendly, especially when it takes me 30 minutes to decide which product to try. I will continue to purchase from here.

Good selection of products. But the thc carts need to be checked before leaving as theyre constantly. And although the selection is good they are more expensive than most other places.

These guys are great, their is new owners now and always opened on time, they always make sure my cigars are in and I travel a lot so they even call me so they make sure Im stocked. They made the store nice and Jagu runs the store with great customer service, I couldnt be happier.

Update 9/15/2021 - My husband went here today to buy a vape set. The one he got said that the battery was included. When he got home, he opened it up to use it...NO BATTERY! He went back to the store and they wouldnt return or exchange it! He asked to buy the battery...lo and behold...THEY DONT EVEN CARRY IT! And still would not accept the return. They said it wasnt their fault! Turns out that no local vaping places carry it! He finally found it somewhere else so he will go purchase it there...but thats more money that he shouldnt have had to spend! This place is VERY UNPROFESSIONAL! I would advise everyone to steer clear! There are PLENTY of other tobacco places in the area!Need to update your hours online. Said they were open til 7 online. Got there at 4:32 and sign on door said they closed at 4. Very annoying!

My new favorite tobacco shop - small yet good selection, friendly proprietor, and good prices. Some shops obviously tack on a huge upcharge but not this place. Discovered some blueberry swishers here which I didn’t even know existed.
