We stopped in looking for something specific that unfortunately they did not carry either. Rest assured, the staff was incredible and called other stores in the area to ask if they had it, explained everything they had that may be similar, and was overall just great! He gave us the insider scoop on the town and was so friendly and pleasant! We had a fantastic experience!

I got a defective vape and they’re highly overpriced. They have a good selection but you can literally go anywhere else & get vapes cheaper.

Cody is top notch!! He is extremely knowledgeable in all areas of vapor nicotine and its mods.. He has been with this company for many years and it shows. He is the manager now and the location on 5th street is the best by far!!Go there and ask for Cody.. you will soon understand what a gem this VaporWise location set the bar in Vapor nicotine and accessories!!

A guy named Nick gave me service and I asked him what to get for a vape and he recommended one that I really like. He was also really nice and actually communicated with me

This place is a joke. The girl working had an attitude when I asked questions and talked to me like we were in the hood. I purchased a vape and it was defective and wouldn’t hold a charge. I emailed the owner with the email she provided and not 1 response. I had to take the $30 loss and throw it away. Safe to say no one in my home will b shopping with them again. I made sure to relay the info to my neighbors so they don’t get scammed either

My first experience, n didnt even get n the door.😂😂😂 Note says b back 5 mins. Ive been here 10. I dont care who you think you are, but this is a ridiculous business If you think your customers are going to wait for u during open business hrs. You guys wont last long lol

As of 8/5/23 (Saturday night) WORST Customer service from who was working tonight. Girl walked up with vape hanging out of her mouth talking to me like I’m a complete idiot for asking a question about the vapes. I didn’t even purchase anything it was so bad. I’ll never be back, and this was my go to vape store.

They wouldnt even refund or swap out a bad battery even after I told him right away after testing it in my car before I left. Instead he offered me a small 10% discount on a new one of same model. Because he didnt have the authority to make a refund or swap out. Absolutely ridiculous. I always bought my juice here but looks like I might have to find somewhere else to shop.

This has quickly become my go to shop. They have built up to a nice selection of juices and they have the necessary hardware. Theres a young blonde woman that is super friendly and always helpful..(I know, Im terrible for not knowing her name). Easy location and right off the highway.

Substantial liquid collection, friendly employee. When I was in there, there were 5 other customers - someone new to vaping so he spent a long time questioning the only employee (really long - 7 - 10 mins & he was already checking out & asking questions when I walked in). Employee was patient with questions, but it would have been nice if hed have asked the newbie to hold on while he checked to see if any of us had simple sales. As it turned out, 3 of us knew exactly what juice/coil we wanted & were finished with our transactions in about a minute each. I hate to knock off a star for being _too_ nice, but both my friend & another customers friend had to come in & ask what was taking so long.

I recommend this place, I was served by a thin and pretty girl. She was always very kind, I told her I didnt know anything about vapes and she even installed my vape for me.

I came in a little under a month ago and the man working was super helpful! It was my first time being in a vapor store & I had just gotten a free pen from a friend. The guy helped teach me how to change the coil and how to use the juice because I was obviously clueless. Ill definitely be back!

Jessica was more than decent to me and definitely the prices are the best anywhere around town and beat most if not all online prices... plus no waiting around no shipping none of that. I love that its family-owned, which you seldom get anymore and they take pride in their product line and have authentic equipment made by the actual manufacturers. They do have some clone equipment which they have separated and outright tell you that its clone stuff which is refreshing. Their juice selection is simply the best around theres no BSN about whats in it and their prices on that again are just the best! I live about 30 miles away and it is always worth the ride to go there its an easy going place, always someone around there talking or having a good time and the atmosphere itself is not dark and closed in like a nightclub which makes it feel a little bit more inviting. On a side note if theres anything that you want and they dont happen to have it they can get it and quicker than you could by ordering it online for sure.... and youll know its authentic.

Drove out on my lunch break. GM Thought they had my coils in stock. Upon Arrival they did not, he still managed to get me the coils I desperately needed, and also talked with me at length about high end mods and coil builds. Extremely knowledgeable and inventory was the best Ive seen recommend 10/10

I Love Their Vape Juices And Vape Machines

I bought a vape on the internet and needed lessons as I am a novice. Tom White spent at least an hour with me explaining components of my device while cleaning it and reassembling. Then he found me a tailor made juice to suit my needs. Super service and advice. Would highly recommend this shop. Fantastic service and personable employee.

My family came in and the woman behind the counter where the tobacco pipes are said hi and kinda left us to look. No problem had a few questions, one worded response.. ok then she told us to come back later because her shelfs are empty but you couldnt fit more in the case? So we took her advise and left but didnt come back. Just didnt seem like she wanted to be there, Then the husband or owner sitting there completely ignored us but had all of her attention. And asking her questions on why the pipes are shaped like that when we are trying to ask about tanks and juice. Got an answer but a one worded one yet again. So save your money and go anywhere else

I go there once a month, and for the most part service is really good, prices are decent

The shop had some great products. Prices do seem a tad high though. We had a few questions and the gentleman had a condescending attitude towards my mother. Just wanted to know more about the Phix pen. He kept saying it was a waste of money and juice...which I get the reasoning...but being new to vaping just wanted to try something small and sleek before diving into buying a rig. After asking about the price on the phix it was at least 20% more than a shop I stopped in last week. So we asked him how much the jule was and said go buy it QT!? Not much of salesman and just gave off the feeling we were wasting his time. If you give good customer service most people will pay a little more to support local businesses...I wont go back and see by other reviews this isnt the first time.

Went in last night to get a new mod. The girl behind the counter was very informational and spent 30 minutes showing me almost all of their products that were in my price range. This will be my new shop I go to from now on. Great customer service and great prices.

Ive been to this shop twice and both times the customer service was just not there. It seems like the employees are more interested in helping the people that they know and come in often. All I wanted was some ejuice and the one I wanted wasnt in the nicotine level I wanted, so they offered to bump it up. I thought that was awesome. The employee takes the ejuice, sets it down and starts talking to another customer sitting down from me. I waited a few minutes and kindly asked is the ejuice ready, I guess I upset him by interupting and he said I asked you three times what you wanted it bumped up to which I did not hear him say once, (I told him three mg when I handed it to him) I ignored his rudeness and said 3mg. I waited at the register to check out once the ejuice was done and the other employee working walked right by me to help another regular customer and checked him out first. Their products are awesome and I am always satisfied with my ejuice which is why I didnt give them one star but to me customer service is everything especially new customers. Sadly I will be finding a new vape shop to go to.

Love the juices and the guys up there are very helpful. Better prices than most vape shops in the Saint Charles area that Ive tried. My husband and I wont go anywhere else now. also the owner is super nice to returning customers.

It was not my first vape store after using a vape to quit smoking. They have become my go-to, they have a good variety of brands and the staff has always been helpful.

All I needed was a 4$ glass piece for my vape. I made sure I called ahead of time and asked if they have it I was told yes ! So there I went. Once I got there theyhad the glass I needed in the box but it didnt fit he tried another and it was to short ? I didnt understand how they had the one I needed but yet it dosent work ?? So my next step would of been to spend 60$ on a new top piece no way I just replaced that piece 2 weeks ago from them . So I asked how come u cant just sell me the glass piece of a display and make a customer happy ?? And come back instead he told me Id do better going to a different shop so I did and got what I needed 3 bottles of premium juice etc... Ill never give this place another shot they suck !!

Clint is the bomb! Could not find my vape before going on girls weekend. Called and told him I had no vehicle to leave and he offered to drop it by the casino when he got off! Wow that is amazing customer service. Thanks for going above and beyond Clint!🤩

This is the most messed up place I have been. My dad went in and argued with them for 2 hours about them selling him a messed up rig. We just went back to get some vape juice and she had him try the juice on his finger? That’s not how you try vape juice. She was too lazy to get the Cotton to put the samples the right way. They were premium juices. $30 juice. He was gonna buy the juice if he could try it.

The dumbest and most unknowledgeable regards to ever run a business. Its like they want you to break whatever you purchase so youll have to buy a new item. They are highly not recommended. Go to the one on First Capital. They are cool.

I was having a vape crisis... my ADV has changed formulas and Im stuck with about 650mls of juice that tastes suntan lotion somehow. So my girlfriend and I went to the vaporwize in st Charles it was our first time at this location and I explained my situation to them and we sat there for almost two hours trying to find my picky a** something I would like to vape. Ive been to almost all brick and mortars around the Stl area and this place is different the guy helping us out (I was to busy ordering different flavors while he seemlesly fulfilled other customers needs to catch his name) really tailored to my personal flavor profile. Ive been vaping for 6 years and was so frustrated with my usual juices that I bought nicotine gum and was ready to call it quits but I love vaping its my hobby as much as a vice and this gentleman resparked my vaping passion. This place isnt like some other stores where you feel like youre interrupting some buddies hanging out that just happen to sell vape stuff. Anyway Im now rambling but happily as I vape on one tank of super strudel and one of bad drip cereal killer. Support good local business!

LOVEEEE DIS PLACE! the girl that always helps me is superrr sweet. the only prob is they run out of spearmint escos sooo quick. lol

It is now 10:20 am me and 4 other people have been waiting outside the store since 10 am nobody has shown up picked up the phone. The door says they open at 10 am. Clearly they dont have anyone responsible enough to open the store. Shame. I liked the juice here. But bad customer service is the number 1 reason I will never return to a place.

I go here once in a blue moon to buy my vape (I prefer other shops, this ones just the closest to my place), and whenever I buy a disposable vape there, something like 3/5 times it dies the next day. This vape shop gets bad vapes, not pleased one bit.

Worst place Ive been to by far. Very terrible customer service with an attitude to go with it. Very overpriced. Almost double the price of most area shops. Definitely wont waste my time coming here. Oh and did I mention their reasoning behind being so overpriced? Well it has to do with the $4,000 in rent they apparently pay a month.

Employees are really helpful and are willing to help you set up the kits you buy and will drip juice for you. This is the only place I go for vape stuff.
