The best massage I have ever received. Wonderful!!! If you have a little time between flights, I highly recommend. Had the deep tissue massage for the shoulders and neck with Micheal-mikhal? (different spelling). Amazing!!! If I lived closer, I would visit the airport just for the massage. I feel wonderful !!! Thank you ! Jaime

Had a 15 min massage with a male massage therapist. He barely spoke with me. I tried to explain I had a injury on my left shoulder, he didn’t even say much when I tried explaining. Thought about walking out , but it felt a little too late to leave at that point. While he barely spoke to me, and almost seemed judgmental towards me, right away when we were done he asked me for a tip in a way that seemed pushy. I always like to try spas at different airports. Out of all the ones I’ve been to, this one was probably the worst.

Erin and her staff are amazing!! Its like I have known her my whole life. During our layover, we needed a pillow. She helped us find just the right one, and because she was so nice, we decided to get the 20 min upper body massage.. let me say I have had messages at top-notch spas, and this was probably the best massage I have ever received!!!

Incredible customer service! I had a fantastic treatment, they give great massages and they sell little repair kits with bandaids and first aid. Ask for Erin if she’s there! The place must be under new management because I have no idea what the other reviews are talking about.

What a great experience! Erin and Milah were fabulous, they took great care of me. Milah was excellent at getting my knots out in my neck/back. This was the perfect spot for a layover and I will definitely be back, money well spent!

Best experience I’ve had at an XpresSpa! As someone who travels often for work, a quick massage in between layovers goes a long way. Erin and her staff are amazing!! They turned a long, stressful travel day into one of the best experiences I’ve had at MPS airport. I highly suggest you stop by this location and check them out. Thank you to everyone who turned my day around. Looking forward to flying into MPS again.

What a great experience today. My husband and I were stuck at the airport in between flights for several hours so we decided to get massages. Excellent and our host “Q” made us feel incredibly welcome and comfortable. His service and hospitality was literally impeccable.

The massage was terrible and the therapist left bruises on my neck and collar bone…I finished within the time because it was so bad and I was still charged full price. Will never return there and I highly don’t recommend that business to go to relax before your flight!

Was really looking forward to a quick massage during my layover. I was advised it would be a 10 minute wait. I said ok, Im going to run to the restroom and be back in less then 5. I was told they will not hold my place- its first come, first serve. They make me wait for them but cant wait for me? Actually, they wouldnt have to wait. The restroom was next to it.I would have enjoyed a massage but not when I needed to quickly use the restroom! Dont waste your time and theirs I guess!

We had a long layover on our way home from Europe. I originally went to the incorrect side to schedule an appointment. Once I located the appointment area I was told they operate on first come first serve basis. There was only one person ahead of me in line and the staff offered my husband and I use of the massage chairs while we waited. The original person I spoke with on the incorrect side checked to make sure I had been helped. The massage chairs were a welcome luxury as my husband and I sat and visited about our vacation. I had a pedicure and manicure and it was fantastic. They finished up in plenty of time for us to catch our connecting flight. Relaxing spa with great customer support and service.

So disappointed. Had 90 minutes between flights so went in for a manicure. I didnt look closely until I left an oh it was horrible. Nails only half polished, jagged lines...legit embarrassing. Less than 48 hours later all of the polish has bubbles and SEVEN nails have peeled off. For $45?! When I went in I indicated I wanted shellac or something that would get me through 10-12 days. Not a chance! Total waste of time and money. The man who did the work was very kind. But should not be doing nails.

Had 3 hours to kill at the airport thought I was in need of a haircut and walked in the Regis Spa terminal F. The first impression was the place was empty and it shouldnt take that long. The guy at the register was sleeping when I got there. He said it would be an hour wait. I looked around as there was only one customer in the facility. I said sure, he then said it was first come first serve and that I couldnt leave. I said ok and sat down. He then said he didnt think they would have time and asked when my flight departs. I told him I had 3 hours. After sitting for about 5 min he came.back and said they wouldnt be able to do it in time. Really??? It was clear these guys do not like to work and Im hoping the manager or owner of the store reads this... Really??? 3 hours...

I was 45 minutes on the waiting list to get a haircut. There were 6 chairs empty, 1 person working. I dont want to give names but, that person was cutting hair for the first time in her life. Chopping like my head being a tree stump ready for carving. These people need to be shut down before they do this to someone else. There was 1 person with a license to do hair. Perhaps it wasnt specified on her license that it was for dog grooming not humans grooming.I will go out of my way to make sure they will be closed down.

I was so excited to get a Mani Pedi because I had a four hour layover and went to the express spa Counter on Concourse F and they referred me over to Concourse C, That’s the only location in the airport that day to have that service.website says they’re open till 10 PM. I walked all the way over to get one and the woman who does them is leaving at 5pm so she doesn’t have time. They said she was ill. She standing at the podium watching me chatting away with one of the other employees.

If youre looking for a manicure, look elsewhere. On 02/08/17, I initially went to the XpresSpa (in MSP airport) near Gate F6. I was told the only manicurist was down at their other location near Concourse D (next to the McDonalds). They were nice enough to call to the other location and get me a 3:30pm appointment (it was 2:30pm at the time). I was told I needed to go over there and be physically present in order to hold my appointment. I walked down to the other location and told them I was there for my 3:30 appointment. The girl was very pleasant and walked me over to the other side where there ended up being some confusion as to whether they were going to be able to accommodate my appointment time, since the other girl who was apparently also supposed to be there was not. I took a seat anyway. The mandatory waiting wasnt very convenient, but I got to wait in a massage chair, so it wasnt too bad. As I waited, I watched the continuous general confusion of who-was-next, what-is-the-wait-time, whos-coming-in-to-help, etc. It is VERY apparent that they need better management. When it was finally my turn, which did end up being on-time, the manicurist was nice, but not very good. She could not accommodate my request for a nail design, because the other girl can do those, but shes off-shift now. I said ok, and just picked out some sparkly color. Also, as a side note, their choice of gel colors is NOT extensive; maybe 20... After I picked my color, I proceeded to have a very PAINFUL manicure. LITERALLY. YOU CANNOT USE TOOLS AND CLIP CUTICLES ON DRY NAILS!!!!! I have skin cuts on two of my nails and another two just plain hurt from her dry scraping! The overall gel polish turned out ok. Literally, just ok. I have the whole gel set up at home and can do a better job. The color is even, but the nail tips arent closed very well. So anyone familiar with gel knows that theyll last about 3 days if Im lucky. The manicure was NOT worth $50, or the literal pain that came with it. I will NEVER return. 2 stars because staff were pleasant.

My wife had Nathan do a neck and shoulder massage in terminal “C” in Minneapolis. He did an unbelievable job helping her to feel better. HOWEVER, his supervisor Seena was a completely unprofessional and horrible customer representative of the business. She overheard a very small part of the conversation we were having and jumped in and basically called my wife and I racist. After some addition back and forth, where I was unsuccessfully attempted to explain our discussion, I told her she was completely wrong and to butt out of our conversation...her response was to call security......Pathetic, cowardly response for a supervisor to exhibit. Totally happy with Nathan, completely disgusted with Seena.

I went there to get a manicure/pedicure and they told me the wait would be 2 hours or I go to the other Terminal to get my manicure/pedicure. Well my flight was going to board in an hour. There were only three people there and there was a sign up sheet but she crossed my name of as well. These people need to shut down if they are not willing to serve travel customers then someone else needs to take their place. They are not customer friendly and for what you get is very overpriced. If there was an option for no stars I would give them no stars. Poor service, Snobby employees, and overpriced. Please shut this salon down.

Great massage but jacking the price up to $40 for 15 mins is OUTRAGEOUS. I get massages at airports all over when I travel and this is extortionate. And yes I paid it this time. But never again. Comparison: SeaTac airport $23 for 15 mins. Perfectly acceptable.

You’re rolling the dice with this place. I just had a horrible (and very expensive) chair massage. He just kept poking me in random places - wasn’t actually hitting any trigger points. I was uncomfortable the whole time, and honestly feel worse than I did before the massage.
