The front desk ladys were super nice. The person that gave me a massage (jamie) on the other hand made me feel kind of uncomfortable. They seemed a little off and was sort of jolting/shaking during the massage, I almost wanted to ask if they were okay but didnt want it to be any weirder. As a first time customer there, it wasnt really a good first impression..
The good: Massage therapist was nice. He did a good job (could have gone harder with the pressure (as I requested) but he was respectful and was trying to be mindful of my health history. The Bad: When I scheduled with him the website did not state that he was an elite therapist (still does not). However, I was charged elite prices and also when I joined their massage club the price she quoted was also higher. Its been 3 months since my massage there, I have yet to be able to go back and actually use the massages I am paying for because there is never any availability to accomodate people who work during the day. All availability that I have seen has been day time working hours.
This was my 1st time getting a professional massage. I was always so nervous, intimated to go into a massage parlor. But Im so glad I took a chance with Elements Massage. My therapist was Markessha and she was professional, nice, attentive , knowledgeable and you can she loves what she does and she cares.I walked in there so tight with tight muscles and I walked out of there feeling light like a feather.FYI.... I got a membership
The massage therapists are incredible but the manager, Carlos, is rude, intolerant and difficult at best to communicate with. He made racist remarks to an employee while I was waiting for my massage. I found him to be unacceptable and I will never go back again.. To be clear, the therapist and desk staff are friendly and kind. I am disgusted with the manager Carlis and how he treated the staff.
I had an experience a few weeks ago that I had to take time to process. Trusting a therapist with your body and hoping to feel seen can be a hard quest. I had a horrible experience with Zach. I looked multiple times on their website to read each therapists description on their skills and decided to go with Zach because it said he had strengths of all levels. I was looking for deep tissue massage with a lot of pressure as I suffer from chronic back pain, whiplash and lots of shoulder pain. I even confirmed with the front desk lady over the phone if he could perform deep pressure and she said “yes he does 1, 2, 3” which I’ve never even heard of pressure being expressed in that way. As soon as I got there, I had to fill out an intake form which talks about all the body parts I want focus on. I was really excited to leave feeling refreshed only to be disappointed. As soon as Zach laid his hands on me and continued on for 15 minutes, I knew in my gut that I made a mistake booking here. There is no deep tissue and all light pressure and Swedish/just gliding hands all over. It is more “relaxing” than it is “helping” but for sure I wasn’t even relaxed one bit. I asked for a lot of pressure in the beginning and he kept saying “At any point in time if there’s too much pressure please let me know.” But there was NO pressure at all. 20 mins in I asked for more pressure and you could hear him sigh. Even as he raised the massage table lowered so he could use his body weight as leverage, still no deep pressure, not even “medium” or 2 pressure. He had no flow. I felt so uncomfortable I just asked to end the session calmly “can we just (I paused for 5 seconds) end the session?” Because I genuinely didn’t want to cause any harm. And he responded “Yeah I don’t even know how you could handle so much pressure”. The audacity and the gas lighting to even say such a thing when he could’ve just ended it with a “Not a problem at all, yes we can.” When I walked out to talk to the front desk lady, she was very empathetic and understanding and told me her general manager would reach out. Zach then proceeds to come to the front and tell the front lady while I’m there (not even looking at him) “I need to speak to you when I’m done.” Which was a very unnecessary presentation for him to acknowledge his presence during a private conversation. You couldn’t just wait a few minutes til I leave to discuss? In a moment like this, he should have been more professional. I understand perhaps he was tired because it was his last session of the day at 7pm, but come on. I am paying for a service and for the price, definitely NOT worth it. Even folks from the mall massage better because they at least hit the trigger points. Why have a detailed intake form for clients to fill out if the therapists aren’t even gonna focus on the specific areas or aren’t educated on how to properly relieve pain as stated on the form???? Not asking for someone perfect. Just a therapist who cares. The general manager reached out and listened to me very respectfully and made me feel seen. He refunded my money and even offered one service on the house. Unfortunately my experience was so terrible that I would never come back. It is only because of the general manager that I am not rating this place 1 star.
I had a membership for a couple of years with Elements and experienced many great massage therapists. Unfortunately there is a lot of turn around and I decided against renewing. Front desk staff are always so welcoming.
The atmosphere was very clean and relaxing. My massage therapist, Ruth, was respectful, professional & knowledgeable. And the receptionist (unfortunately, I didnt catch her name) was very friendly and helpful. She went above and beyond to meet my needs and answer questions that I had! I will definitely be coming back :)
Matt is an excellent massage therapist. Key word here is therapist. It is not going to be a relaxation type massage, but something that will get to your issues and make them better.
Ive been going here monthly for the past couple years. Ive never had a bad experience. I was nervous for my very first appointment, but everyone was kind and made me feel really comfortable. Highly recommend.
Kamille was awesome! She focused on my areas of concern and made me feel very comfortable during my massage. I will definitely be back.
1.5-year update: Unfortunately, Dawn retired. But we ended up switching to Matt after going through a couple of others, and are even happier than before. Matt is so talented and a great message therapist! He really knows his stuff and has different suggestions and techniques to help with specific areas. Plus, hes friendly and easy to talk to. With his quality and the price of the service through the monthly subscription, I wouldnt go anywhere else.Original post: Dawn offers the best massage Ive ever had. Its personalized and carefully-provided, attacking areas my body really needs worked on. She doesnt just give the basic shoulder massage. Plus, the prices in the monthly package are so good...why would I ever go to a fancy spa again and pay 3 or 4 times the price? The only trouble I find is how busy she and the other therapists are. It can be difficult to get it without booking a month or two in advance.
Ive been to both the Woodbury and Roseville locations. No complaints about either; however, I have found that I can get an appointment much faster/sooner at Roseville. At Woodbury, Tara (if they are still at the location) is great and I absolutely recommend them for a massage therapist. Tara is very attentive, asks for your feedback, and listens to what you need.Ed is also great at the Woodbury location; same compliments I gave to Tara.At Roseville I have seen Angela; she is fabulous. She is the elite level, so the cost is a little higher but 100% worth it. She is attentive, asks for feedback, and was able to get me back to turning my neck both directions again.Skip Massage Envy and try Elements Massage. They have a new member promo if you go online, too. :)
I had my first massage with Eli, who was great. She was kind and had good communication. I cannot say the same about the rest of the staff. During the massage, I could hear loud laughing and conversations in the hall outside the room. It is very hard to relax when you are hearing how they only change the fitted sheets of the massage tables once a week “unless the person is very sweaty” and how excited they are to have a working microwave again. It was very distracting and I probably won’t be returning.
Message was supposed to be medium pressure, it was light at best, even after feedback real time. Came home after $120 spent and zero knots had been worked out or relieved in shoulders and neck. Will not go back.
Massages received here were fine.Be warned that if this is not your home location and a manager is not there, they refuse to use any account credit to pay for add ons. Was charged an extra $30 even though I had a credit on my account. They try to get even more money from you, regardless of how much youve already paid to Elements. I will not be back to this location again.
I bought an hour long massage online, as a special for new customers. I was directed to call to make the appointment on the website, and the staff answering the phone was very helpful. They asked what I was especially looking for, in terms of the reason for the visit, etc, and suggested a therapist. I was able to book an appointment for less than a week away. The atmosphere of Elements massage is very nice and relaxing. Plenty of parking and an easy to find location. The therapist I saw was Jacob (I think!?), and he was very skilled at massage. It was one of the best massages I have ever had! I would definitely recommend him to anyone, and he used some techniques that were very nice, such as some certain stretches.
I am giving this location a 1 star only because Google doesnt allow me to accurately rate it a 0/5.I called this location because it is situated close to my home. My sister bought me a gift card and I was excited to use it.The phone picks up with an automated message, Thank you for calling Elements Massage, where your utopia awaits. Then a lady(whom I am told is the manager) named ALICIA picks up. I made a joke because of that welcome message about utopia. I said, Hi Im searching for utopia as a fun joke. ALICIA said something along the lines of, Uh, no and then hung up the phone on me.I then was flabbergasted and confused as I was making a fun joke with their automated welcome greeting. She treated it like I was a scammer. I called again and she ignored my call and it went to voicemail. I called a third time and told her lets start over and that I am a paying customer who would like to set up an appointment.I also asked to speak to the manager(which I am told by another location is ALICIA), and she said she was the only one there.I told her that this was the worst customer service I have ever received and this is no way to treat prospective customers. She then asked if I would like to schedule an appointment. I said definitely, but no way in hell with her Roseville location.I went to Saint Louis Parks location and relayed my story and they were shocked and apologized for this mistreatment. I booked with SLP.WORDS OF ADVICE(WHICH I NEVER GIVE, BC WHO WANTS TO HEAR IT). - ALICIA, YOU NEVER KNOW WHO YOU ARE TALKING TO SO ALWAYS BE POLITE AND COURTEOUS. YOU ARE IN SALES AND SERVICE SO ACT LIKE IT OR FIND A NEW PROFESSION THATS NOT CUSTOMER FACING.ALL MY LOVE
I was referred to see Sylvia because I needed some deep tissue work. She was amazing. Ive never actually been able to feel the difference physically when a massage therapist announces theyve broken through the knots. When Sylvia was working, I didnt even need her to announce it, I could feel it.The environment was clean and relaxing. The front staff explained membership options and I signed right up.Update: Sylvia is no longer a therapist at Elements. I saw Tim this time and he was also incredible!
This is my second visit to Elements Massage in Roseville. The entire space is wonderful. The staff are all so nice. I cant wait to go back.
I had canceled my membership but then I got Chad for one of my last massages and I renewed my membership because I enjoyed it so much. I do like the shop it’s just kind of far from my house but I’m going to do it anyway!
I had a great 1 hour massage with Markeesha! She did an amazing job with the knots in my upper back and neck.
Juanita- you guys- she is amazing!! Just had a session with her and I feel like I’m floating. She alleviated so much tension in my neck in shoulders while providing such a comfortable and relaxing experience. She’s super versatile in technique and type of pressure she can apply. Highly recommend this place and especially Juanita.
Great manual therapy to relieve plantar and neck pain. Im an Occupational Therapist and was super impressed by the therapists knowledge of nerve entrapment and variety of techniques available to assist as well as their professionalism.
Emily is an amazing massage therapist! Also, managment is very efficient and helpful. I had an experience with a different therapist that I didnt like and both the owner and the manager Angel took care of it swiftly and painlessly. They truly care about their clients and I felt like my customer service treatment was top notch.
I went to get a massage at this location with its previous owner and honestly, worst massage I ever had. This time, I was in dyer need of a massage and Elements Massage had an opening. I am happy to say it was EXACTLY what I needed. I saw Rachel and she was absolutely fabulous. She listened and focused on the areas that I needed the most, plus she gave recommendations. Will be seeing her again real soon! :)
I was gifted a massage by my Mother in Law and had been looking forward to it all week long. I was greeted well and the massage therapist was good about asking what I was looking for. Up to that point it was good...my massage therapist had recently had his Covid vaccine which was making him feel terrible. He sniffled (to put it nicely it was worse) the entire 90 minutes. It was not relaxing and he made it seem as if he had done me a favor by coming in instead of having me reschedule. I would have preferred to reschedule. He shouldnt have come in to work, doing the job he does and feeling the way he did. The employer shouldnt have allowed it either. I did tip 20% out of obligation. The following Monday I called to speak to a manager who then listened to my concern but didnt seem to care and said shed take a note and let the general manager know so they could call me. I have not received a call which is why I felt the need to put a review. Im really disappointed.
Ive been to various massage places around the cities and this is one of the best experiences Ive had. Their prices are fantastic and Gina is wonderful. She listened to my concerns and help laid out a plan going forward to get my body in better shape for my true passion, working out! :)
The ambiance and setting in Elements is calming and inviting. The people are kind, receptive, and accommodating to your needs. The only thing I would note is that a 60-minute massage is more like a 45-minute massage and a 90-minute massage is more like a 75-minute massage. Every time I have had a massage at Elements they cut out 10-15 minutes from the time they actually massage you. Other than that, there are no complaints. It is a great place to receive a massage. Just be aware that you aren’t actually getting the time you pay for. Knowing this, however, I still would go back to them.
Unfortunately, I have had mixed experiences at this location so far. The experience I had the first massage I got was nothing like what I expected. The studio called to confirm my appointment and I confirmed with them that I would be paired with someone who was able to give a deep tissue massage they said yes. So, I had requested a deep tissue massage and they paired me with a massage therapist who only provided light tissue massages. Also, I requested hot stones massage and she used Himalayan salt stones instead of the basalt stones. I thought maybe the stones she was using were old or cracked and then at the end I realized they were the wrong stones. It was very disappointing.
I received 2 massages from two different people at this location. The first one was wonderful and the second one was less than fair.It wasnt the actual massage that caused me to give them 1 star but the fact that I was misinformed that my membership had been canceled when in fact it had only been suspended and they continued to charge me.Once I realized I was being charged again, I called and asked to be refunded and was told that I needed to speak to a manager to authorize the refund. Its clear that there was a miscommunication by whoever I spoke to that I believed no further payments would come out. Instead of just refunding my money, I am now waiting for a call back to see if the refund can be processed.I dont usually ever write reviews but this is amazing that this type of service still exists. What happened to the customers come first? Clearly a miscommunication occurred. Instesd of having me jump through hoops, just refund my money.I am incredibly frustrated and disappointed as I have no desire to ever go here again and Im unsure whether I will even get a refund.
I went there 2 weeks ago for the first time. The staff at the front desk is very welcoming and respectful. I got a massage from Vicky. Oh My, I never had a massage like that before! I felt the effect of that massage for four days if not the entire week. The benefits were both mental and physical. Vicky put the pressure were needed in such a way that I was relieved from lots of my pain and aches from a car accident. My shoulders felt so light and were less tense, my neck and my back are really improving. Since then I already went back 3 more times. Its that good!
This was my first ever massage. Ive always been a little hesitant about letting anyone touch my body, but this was VERY comfortable and they ask you ahead of time what parts of your body you want massaged. Also was very set at ease by an explanation of how the process works before the actual massage takes place. Its all about your comfort level! And it was FANTASTIC!!!!
I have gone to Elements Massage a few times now and have loved every time. When I call to make my appointment, the person doing the scheduling is genuinely interested in what I want out of my massage and will match me with a massage therapist who has the experience that will be the best fit. Each time I have gone, I have had a different type of massage and they have all been great. The staff are all very professional and friendly, the environment is clean and relaxing. I would definitely recommend Elements Massage!
Bruce was amazing! One of the best massages Ive ever had! He was very courteous and always made sure I was comfortable. He is deep tissue and I felt so much better after. Highly reccomend!
Have been here several times over the years since Elements came to Roseville. The customer service at the front desk is fantastic and helpful. They also know which of the therapists specialize in what or do a deeper massage. Overall very accommodating. All the therapists Ive had are great too - Becky is one of my favorites!
I am always impressed with the friendliness, cleanliness, and relaxing atmosphere of Elements Massage in Roseville. I appreciate the service these folks provide as they are often seeing me at my most stressed but never fail to have a kind word and a smile for me.
I recently heard great things about Elements Massage of Roseville from a close friend, so I scheduled an appointment. The staff and overall experience was fantastic. I had not had a deep tissue massage for quite some time and now I remember why I need to make it part of my regular plans to feel great. Massage therapist Sylvia really helped me pinpoint nagging aches and pains and she put great emphasis on them. Days later, I feel SO much better after a 55 minute session, that Im surprised they can do so much good in so little time. Thanks!!
Had an amazing 90 minute massage with Chad! Best I’ve had in a long time, he listened to my concerns & worked out a lot of knots & tension!1
Eli was knowledgeable, profession and responded well to requests for pressure changes. So pleased with the staff that welcomed me as well. it was a great experience! The staff was also very flexible with many appointment and service changes I had to make!
Excellent massage. Therapists really listen and help you relax and heal. The wellness plan is a good value. I scheduled an appointment once and when I arrived there was no record of the appointment and the therapist was out of town. I was promptly rescheduled with someone else later that day.
Matt is the best. I’ve seen many over the years, but he is super great and can really pinpoint the bad spots. He’s also really fun to chat with the whole time.
From the moment I walked in the door on my first visit, I felt welcomed at Elements Massage. All staff members have been very helpful and friendly. Bruce gives excellent DEEP tissue massages. I enjoy monthly massages as a member and highly recommend their services to all!
Although the front desk staff is friendly and attentive, the therapists are another story. The therapists know what they are doing, but none of them listen, most of them like to chat, and all but one that Ive had there had provided me with a service that I expected.... Meaning I was disappointed with the service.I prefer an upper body service, and only one therapist had actually listened and followed through with our intake conversation.I also had a therapist who was so brutal with her pressure and rude that she said to me that I shouldnt ask for a deep tissue massage and have the audacity to complain when she went too deep on the sensative areas. (Shes the LEAD therapist.) Im a practing therapist. I know what too deep is for my body.Overall, good body work, but experience soiled by the lack of listening by therapists one of whom had nothing but total disrespect and disregard for her client. Will not be back.
I have always liked Elements Massage in Roseville. I have had 3 or 4 of their therapist just to try a few and have had fabulous massages every time. If you tell them what you want, like and dont like they will help match you with the best fit. Do you want relaxation, pain relief, muscles tightness worked on, etc - they are great at all of it. Very nice people at desk and as therapists. Try them once and youll be back again and again!
I had a fabulous 90 minute massage by Angela last week! I’m looking forward to my next massage with Angela soon. Shopping before or after at Har Mar Mall is an extra bonus!
I have been a member of Elements Massage for over a year now. I have had many great massages there. I particularly like Patch the best currently. I love the online scheduling of appointments and the flexibility of being able to share my monthly massages with another person.
Emily is truly amazing and really professional. If you need a deep tissue massage, I would definitely recommend her. The staff is great as well. Couldn’t be happier to have found such a great therapist!
If I could give a lower rating I would!!!!! Worse massage of my life! My body is extremely sore after my massage, I can still feel her hand prints in my back! It hurts to move my shoulders and it completely threw off my day. The pressure was so bad at one point I had to ask her to ease up and to move off of legs because it hurt too much! She also forgot to use hot stones until I reminded her and she only used them for roughly 4 minutes of the 90 minutes!!! Last but not least they give hidden fees such as a $20 tax!!!! They also try to force you to leave a tip no less than $15!!! Please do not let the 4.6 star fool you!!! Trust me save your money and time! I paid $308 for my sister and I to have a ghetto 90 minutes massage!!!!!
I bought a Groupon at the end of January and they said they were booked until March. I received a voice-mail asking me to switch my massage time. I called back and left a message. I never got a call back. I called a week later but still no response and had to leave a voice mail. My boyfriend and I took the day off of work to get this massage as they said their only time available was Friday at 2pm. I called the day before our appointment to get a confirmation on the time since no one had ever returned my call. The receptionist then told me that the therapist had called in sick for the next day and that I needed to reschedule. I need to point out that I was the one who called THEM 7 times about the appointment, and I was the one who called THEM without knowing my appointment had been canceled. The therapist had called in sick that morning and I called them at 2pm to be told this info, not knowing there was even a problem. The receptionist offered aromatherapy for free whenever i was able to reschedule. We waited over a month for this appointment and the both of us already took off work. We shouldve gotten a massage for free. I wrote an email to Groupon requesting a refund. Ill take my business to a more professional establishment.
My daughter and I did a 90 min hot rock massage. The first hour of the massage was incredibly relaxing (just what I needed the day before my wedding). The last half hour of the massage, the massage therapist wouldn’t stop talking. This was incredibly annoying and unfortunately ruined my experience. All of the stress was on its way out after the first hour. Then unfortunately it all came back the last half hour of the massage. I just wanted to tell the girl to shut up, but I have more class than that.
After moving to the area I struggled to find a place that was convenient, affordable, and did an effective job of a sports type massage. I have only been to Elements once but will definitely become a regular customer. Good prices, talented staff, good availability.
I was able to get a same day appointment when I was really needing a massage. The massage therapist (Bruce) was kind and listened and addressed my areas of concern. It was the most focused massage Ive ever had and he was very concerned about alleviating my pain. He checked in frequently to make sure I was tolerating the pressure. It was not what Id call a relaxing massage due to the state of my back and neck and the pain I was in, but I had immediate pain reduction and increased range of motion afterward.
I have nothing but good things to say about Elements in Roseville. I have been going for about a year and a half now, as regularly as I can. The first time I went I explained what I do and dont like, and they matched me with Sylvia, who is fantastic. I had been wary of going to a chain because others like Massage Envy give such a hard sell for memberships at the end of the massage that it used to ruin my experience on the way out. But Elements is low key and not aggressive in that way, and their membership program is way more flexible too. I think this place is great!
This place was amazing! I loved the front desk person and my massage lady. She was amazing. She helped me feel so much better. I told her my problems that I was having and she knew exactly what to do and how to help me. She even gave me exercises for me to do to be able to continue to feel better.
It was very relaxing, the music was also calm and relaxing as well. The hour FLEW by like it was nothing. Id definitely recommend going here. They can accommodate 2 ppl for a massage at the same time as well. My wife and I went and both got a massage at the same time in different rooms.
Staff is friendly. A lot of turnover of staff in our experience between two different locations in search of the best fit. Both my husband and I have lost two great ones plus others that were acceptable.
I never had issues with this location until I tried to terminate my contract. I had emailed them asking my options and got very short responses back. I was told in an email that I could scan and email my termination form back which wasnt true at all. When I emailed over my form, I asked for confirmation that everything went through. In a week nobody had responded back to me. I emailed again asking and once again received no response back. I finally went in person and did it. Once again the customer service wasnt that great. Nobody apologized for the lack of responses back either. To find out now that they arent responding to the location that I am using my massages at is really irritating and shows lack of professionalism. I wouldnt recommend starting a contract at this location. I am highly disappointed in how Ive been treated!
I am new to massage, and signed up for this through a special. I have enjoyed the therapy- seeing Sylvia for deep tissue and Dawn for lighter relaxation. Not certain that the membership is really a good deal, but it does make one plan for future me time.
Every aspect is superb. Very flexible plans, all staff from front desk to message therapist are very competent, friendly and people oriented. You have a fantastic team of folks. Keep up the extra ordinary good work.
Ive found a massage therapist that I really like. Shes frank and honest, quiet but communicative, and makes sure I know whats going on and how best to care for my body. Jolynn is 200% my favorite and why Im sticking with Elements Massage.
Had a great experience at Elements Roseville from the time called them to find the location in the mall to the time I exited after massage. Sussie was great and helpful in relieving muscle stiffness and pain. Definitely recommend!
Absolutely disgusted. They discriminate against people at that location, specifically the manager & there was also a man involved and was unprofessional with how they communicated with others. They should learn to take a different approach with communicating with others, and be more professional. If you decide to get massages here just be aware they discriminate people. I for one will not stand for that type of behavior, nor will I ever be coming back to this location, and I will let people be made aware.
Wonderful massages! And easy to make appointments that work with my hectic schedule. Very informative about things I can do to help my muscles not be so tight on a daily basis. Would definitely recommend.
I saw Joree today and she was fantastic. So relaxing AND therapeutic. She used the perfect amount of pressure, but made sure to check in to make sure things were feeling ok. She found all of my tight spots with very little guidance from me, and definitely knew what she was doing to release those spots. Ill be going back to see her!
One of the best massages I have had in a long time. I felt relaxed and all my muscle tension relieved for days. Great customer service in the front as well.
Great facilities/massage staff. However, they will ask you to sign up for a membership, say it is totally free but then charge you monthly... it is totally free to sign up, but not free as they will make it seem. Shady business practice.
My massage was extremely relaxing and just the perfect level I was looking for. This was my first ever massage and Dawn did an amazing job talking me through the process, I have never felt more relaxed in my life!
Unfortunately the experience I had here last week was disappointing. I was supposed to receive a deep tissue massage and thats not exactly what I got. I was having low back and hamstring pain, which I mentioned to the masseuse. When she started, she agreed that I was tight in those areas but also noticed that I was tense in other areas. So instead of focusing on one area and making a difference, she worked a small amount on several areas and spent 30 minutes of the 60 minute massage stretching out my legs
Absolutely amazing place for a massage. Greta is extremely skilled and knowledgable. She is very willing to talk through the reasons certain muscles are stressed and the ways to alleviate them in the future beyond more massages.
Dawn was very responsive and attentive working on my strained shoulder, and it feels MUCH better following the session. She also provided tips for continued care and recovery, and showed genuine interest in me feeling better. Thank you!
Bruce is my favorite massage therapist ever. The best deep tissue. He is considerate of the pressure, works out all the knots, and is very respectful. I will always come back!
I like deep tissue and usually see Emily or Sylvia. If I’m brave enough for very deep tissue, then I’ll see Bruce. I really like all the therapists. Also, they have a great prenatal program!
Rachel does an amazing job every time Im there! She takes care to focus on any problem areas I mention. Thanks so much for the great service!
The only place to go for a good massage. Fantastic people and great serviceEdit: Recently went in after about 8 months. Knowing I still had at least one massage from their wellness plan. Apparently, they do not stay.
It was my first professional massage ever, I was greeted immediately and my massage therapist, Summer, made sure we had a game plan and that i knew exactly what to expect. They arent overly pushy about a membership, which made me want to join, and I did :)
I purchased an 80-minute massage through Groupon ($64) for a hot-stone massage. When I arrived for my appointment, I was told the Groupon was not for a hot-stone massage and they wanted to charge $20 more. When I questioned that, they said, ok, youll only need to pay $10 more but youll have to pay taxes for the full amount of $74. Ive NEVER had to pay taxes for any massages in the past. If the Groupon is not for a hot-stone massage, then they should not misrepresent their Groupon promotion by including a picture of a massage using hot stones. The massage itself was wonderful, but being I felt I got ripped off it was difficult for me to relax to really enjoy the experience. I will NOT go back there again.
What a Joke!!! I was actually looking forward to getting a massage and took the afternoon off work to get an opening with Becky. While I showed up 15 minutes early only to be told she called in sick this morning. I never received any phone call, email or anything. Thanks for wasting my time elements!!! I drove from Minneapolis to try here. Took my afternoon off work and all I got was a sorry, try another time.At least the crappy places in malls can even hold a schedule.
Jonita was simply amazing! I was skeptical about getting a massage at a member type place after many disappointing experiences but Jonita exceeded all my expectations. I will definitely be back!
Tom Ketchmark does an outstanding job. He found problems I didnt even know I had. He also gives great advice to help prevent further pain.
The team at Elements is really great! I had been a member for two years and have always been happy with my massages. I definitely recommended them.
I cant wait to go every month! I found just the right therapist to help me relax and de-stress. The membership makes it not too expensive, but I wish I could go even more often!
I had a wonderful massage from Jonita today. She was so skilled and professional with a wonderful personality! Definitely going back to see her!
I had the privilege of working here while earning my second reiki degree. The owner Tom fosters an exceptional business model offering promotions that competitors have yet to emulate.
This is a really relaxing place with great therapists. I used to come here monthly, but since they increased their membership price I cant swing it anymore. Will still plan to come here to treat myself on occasion.
This is my favorite place to get a massage in the Twin Cities! Friendly and helpful front desk staff and amazing therapists (I highly recommend Israel and Bruce). 5/5 stars!
Highly recommend this place. Ask for Sumner. Shes great. Tell her the areas you want her to focused on and shell accommodate you
Sylvia is a miracle worker! Her therapeutic massages help me function and get rid of my migraines. I would recommend her without any hesitations!!!
Whenever Ive gone to Elements Massage, Im often so welcomed I feel cheered! The massage therapists are excellent and I give them 5 stars.
I love going here for my massages. I’ve never been one to get them but Elements makes me feel very comfortable.
The atmosphere at Elements is warm and welcoming, yet, maintains an excellent level of professionalism. I would and have recommended Sylvia and Elements to my family and friends.
Thanks to Sylvia at Elements, I am finally pain free after years of sports and dance injuries. The staff are friendly, professional, and courteous.
Always a good experience. The membership process is not pressured or pushy, and is reasonably priced. Very easy to book online with plenty of convenient time slots available.
Dip nails brushed on instead of being dipped. Gaps left on nails. Technician didnt wash her hands between clients.Nails came completely off in less than a week.
Professional and massage therapist did amazing! Left out of here feeling relaxed. Neck and shoulders felt light and great!
Dawn is amazing. She really listened to what I had to say and she really knows her stuff. Everyone was so nice here and it was very clean.
Perfect balance between an inviting, relaxing, personalized experience and reasonable cost. I like their wellness plan and range of massage therapist styles.
Rachel’s massages are awesome! They hit the spot. I’m glad that I found her.
I don’t recommend this place I spent 100$ for my session. I cancel it because I have Covid they charge me 35$ and they cancel my gift card.
Excellent staff and masseuses. Lovely rooms. I like that they send reminder emails a few days before my appointments. Convenient location.
I love their system, staff, and therapists. Great place for a membership!
Great Mother’s Day promotion gift cards...I think the monthly membership is a good value very flexible with online appointments.
Decent, depends on location. Sometimes you can get in right away if needed.
I go here at least once a month, for several months, and love it. They always get me in on my schedule and every visit is fantastic 5/5 would recommend
Love Bruce! Most massage therapists can never give me the pressure I need in a massage and he is the best. :)
I’ve been goin here for years! The staff is fantastic, and the massage therapists are out of this world. Becky and Jonita are my go-tos!
Relaxing, professional service. JoLynn, the massage therapist I had was very knowledgeable and spontaneous. On top of that she has great hands!
I appreciated the warm welcome I received from the moment I walked in until the time I left. I also received an amazing massage from Emily!
I have only had excellent experiences with Jonita for massages. Great customer service; easy to manage and transparent about pricing.
The Elements Massage team are fantastic. Professional, positive and extremely respectful. I highly recommend their services.
No frills, but the massage was great!
Very good professional services in a clean and comfortable environment. Staff is very competent and put extra effort to understand your needs. Prices are very reasonable.
I had a super tight knot in my back, but a day after my session with Lisa the pain was gone! I will be going back.
I have been seeing Becky for almost a year and she has helped my overall health and well-being immensely!
