Great food and atmosphere! FYI - Bloody Mary cocktail drink ordered didn’t come fully garnish as stated in their menu. Was told, bar stop serving it after 9pm and had already put away all their garnish items away already and made an acceptation for us and this drink one without it. Bit disappointed, wish I had know wouldn’t order it in the first place. The mojito I got was good too! Ordered the full size rib, steak skillet and wings. Food was great and pack with flavors! After receiving our food, two groups of 20+ people came in and we knew right away our service attention was going to be longer and short staffed. Seeing that our waitress was running and pacing was enough. Had to wave down our waitress for drink refills and to pay our bill. She apologized and we said it was understandable. Their entry door is in the far end facing Radio Drive when you enter the parking lot. Will update rating if we go again.

Kaylee K. did an awesome job. Very personable; very attentive. She’s definitely a good server. The food ( bbq beef brisket sandwich) is yummy 🤤 definitely recommended.

Always have a great experience when I come here. We got the Chicken Sandwich and Mac N Cheese. Abby H. was our server and she was amazing!! I recommend coming here with family or friends!

Had a great time tonight had dinner and played bingo with my gf. We normally get fried pickles but perfer pickle chips not spears so we got the chis and queso which tasted good but it hardened up over time making it kinda hard to eat. Our server Taylor was amazing she answered ever question we had and gave good suggestions. She was very friendly and from what i could see did a great job taking care off all her tables. She refilled our waters multiple times with out us having to ask. I got a cheesesteak and the meat was super juicy i normaly get a french dip so i kinda wish there was an option on the menu that suggested adding au jus for dipping. I got the cajun ranch but i wish there was a little bit more on it. I got a side of thier house made buttermilk to dip my fries in and it was amazing!! My gf got the boneyard bbq mac the ribs were a bit hard to get off the bone so she had to cut the meat off with my knife. Darrian checked on us I think she was the manager because she kept having servers come ask her for help and she seemed very fast at helping her team. She ended up getting my gf more bbq sauce for her mac because with the struggle to get the meat off the bone she needed more. She said the jalapeno corn bread was delicious.We stayed to play bingo. 8 games for 16$ I was really glad there was a decent amount of time in between games that I had time to eat. They have screens all over that show the number called and all the numbers that have been called which helped me alot. Although the time on the screen was 30 min off and it said it was Saturday not Wednesday.Last thing was I didnt really enjoy the bathroom sink with built in hand dryer wing looking things. But all together we had a great date night

Stopped into Wild Bills Woodbury last night for dinner and sat on the bar side. Our server Jordan was fantastic, she was fast, friendly, and always knew what we needed. The food was delicious and hot.

Stopped in for the 1st time with a friend and we were pretty stoked.Had a lively atmosphere and a pretty decent crowd in enjoying themselves as were we.Burgers were solid and enjoyed the drinks but our favorite part was the service we received from a fun little waitress Megan.She was funny and attentive but wasnt over bearing allowing us to have conversation and enjoy our night out without needing anything more than what she delivered. Just a cool chick...Mad a fan so we will be back with friends..

Tried out the Fajitas and they were delicious!! Definitely going back. Jamie, the bartender was fabulous and attentive. I was surprised the manager, Darrian stopped by to check on me and make sure I didnt need anything. Super sweet!Good service is hard to find these days, but this place had great food and great service! Highly recommend!

There is an amazing server that works here. Her name was Mira. She was the most amazing and sweetest person we have ever came across in the industry. She came back at the perfect times when we needed something. Very attentive, extremely friendly and overall just an amazing person to associate with. I will request her every single time!!!

Husband and I stopped in for a drink and app at the bar. Our bartender Jamie was AWESOME! Very attentive and great conversation! Decided on the pretzel, and to share the street tacos. Both were amazing!! Was also great to have the GM Darrian stop by and chat to see how our experience was, really topped off our afternoon! Will definitely be back!!!

Who runs the world? Megan! Server Megan is an absolute staple to the success of Wild Bills. I have seen her with a full section while still managing to stay on top of refills, running food for other tables, and bussing. I think she could take that whole restaurant on her own with out missing a beat. She gave my group great recommendations for dinner and we all enjoyed our choices very much. I will be asking to sit in Megan’s section every time I come back to Wild Bills. She is also very witty.

I was told I needed to try this place for so long, and it did not disappoint.First of all the food was awesome, and we totally cleaned our plates.Second the manager Darrian was so friendly and it was really refreshing to have the manager involved in our dining experience.Third, our server Brendan made the whole experience PERFECT, remembering every detail about our order and just radiating positivity.10/10 recommend and will be back

Best restaurant in the Woodbury area for service alone. Friday and Saturday nights you can come in for dinner and they stay open until 2 for drinks and appetizers. Ask for Jamie! She makes your time fun and makes sure you get everything you need and fast. Sundays are great here too, for a usually more chill time- Jamie is there all night ❤️

Came in for dinner and was greeted by Madison the host who was super friendly and accommodating, our server Brendan came over and recommend great food and was the best service Ive had in awhile. The General Manager Darrian even came over to check on us and to see if we needed anything. Was a great experience overall and definitely going back

Went here the other day and my experience was amazing. The fried pickles were BUSS and I want to say thanks to our server, Abby H., for her amazing service. She made us feel comfortable and gave us our drinks right away, even with a table of six.

This wings here are crazy good! And my favorite server/bartender I’ve met, is there every weekend. Jamie always has me taken care of, whether I sit at the bar or in her section she makes me feel welcome and knows the restaurant so well.

My first visit here, and I sat at the bar for drinks and dinner. It also happened to be Bingo night, and I wanted to play but was unfamiliar with the rules made me feel comfortable, and not only helped me get into the Bingo game, but took great care of me with my food and drinks! The other night I went out with a couple friends for dinner and the service there was amazing, our server’s name is Mira and she has been the most attentive server we have had in a while, in addition to that the food tasted amazing and it came out not too long after we ordered. Overall I’m definitely coming back, loved the atmosphere, the food and the staff.

I came here with my kids and fiancé, after not being here for a couple years. Our food, service, and whole experience was great. Our server Megan made our whole dinner, super friendly and recommended almost everything that we ordered!

Carissa is fantastic. She is always pleasant and a great server. She usually is responsible for the entire dining room and easily handles it, yet is able to take time to talk with us. Fajitas Thursday is a standing monthly meeting.

Convenient location near the 494/94 interchange and friendly staff. The patio is really nice on a sunny day, which makes this spot a good option for happy hours or hanging out with friends. Ask for Ella, she makes a great martini!

We come most Sundays and sit at the bar. We are always greeted by Dayle with a smile. She always remembers our drink and food order. The bar is always clean and the garlic buffalo chicken tenders are always a hit! Definitely recommend!

All around, wild bills is a great place to be, from breakfast to late night drinks. Our server jamie did such a phenomenal job that I had to let the manager know. The manager was Darrian, and she was so respectful, polite, and so supportive of her staff. I will be going back many times over.

Jamie was the best! We were a group of 20 at seperate tables, she was organized, on top of everything, drinks never empty and bills correct! She made the whole dining experience perfect and carefree!!

We went there last night for some drinks and to watch the Wolves game, and we were immediately greeted warmly by Patrick and Dorian. They got us to our table and drinks came promptly and were all made correctly. Patrick and Dorian both stopped by to see how things were and were genuinely interested in our feedback. Weve gone to other Wild Bills locations however, this location exceeded our expectations. The service was great, the bar was clean, lots of TVs for watching the game, and overall just better vibe than other locations. If youre in the area I highly recommend stopping by!!

First time back since Covid first hit, were not from the Woodbury area. We went for Saturday afternoon bingo at 1:30, make sure to arrive early. We like to finish eating before starting bingo. Quite delicious food here especially with their huge menu. We had the Southwest egg rolls, Chicken and waffles, and Caesar chicken wrap.

Very basic fare. Service was sub-par.We ordered buffalo wings and southwest eggrolls for the table and the on-the- run burger, bacon cheeseburger, and a philly cheesesteak. The burgers were not bad, and the cheesesteak was okay. The biggest issue was the service. We came in for an early supper on a Saturday. It did not seem busy as there were several open booths and tables.Our server wasnt friendly from the get-go and seemed bothered when we asked for extra napkins and brought just 2 for the 3 of us. She looked at my empty glass twice and decided not to ask if a refill was wanted nor offered one. I had to place my glass at the end of the table, and eventually, someone else came by and asked if wed like a refill. We then asked this new person for extra napkins, which she gladly provided.When we were finished with our meals, we asked our server for a box, and she rolled her eyes but grabbed one anyway. Top notch service indeed.I wish we wouldve tracked down the helper to give her the tip instead, as she actually earned it, but my party was forgiving.No one in my party would return to this establishment. I would not recommend spending any money here.

The food here is amazing which is one thing, but Mira, our server was outstanding! Even when it was really busy, she was still on top of everything. Can’t wait to go back and hope she’s our server again!

Horrible experience. We came in on a SLOW Sunday (9:30 p.m.) Had to ask to be waited on. Waitress forgot half my order, then brought it out cold. We were told it was because there is a language barrier with kitchen. She apologized & said the manager was on the way to talk with us. He never came. She forgot our drinks because it “Got busy out of nowhere”. We just walked out. Very disappointed. No stars if possible.

Id never been here before and am happy to have visited.The place is easy to get to. Parking, though, can be difficult as there doesnt seem to be enough spots, so just a heads up.Nicely decorated. You definitely feel like youre in a rustic, western setting.I enjoyed the Chicken Bacon Ranch Wrap with fries. The fries were nice and hot (a pet peeve of mine when they come out luke warm). The wrap was delicious and fresh. I couldnt say anything bad about it if I tried. I would recommend this meal, hands down.Nate was our server and was spot on. Not gone too long and not hovering over you to the point of driving you crazy. He was just great.I really recommend that you stop by here. Even its just for drinks to enjoy the atmosphere.I hope this helps. Cheers.

Where to start, first off lemme tell ya had mira as my waitress and she was as sweet as a bottle of rosé on a summer afternoon. She belongs on a sports illustrated cover and probably will be soon. If you havent visited and felt the need to tip 100% yet you will after meeting this gold mine, dont miss it.

The food here is insanely good but the service was extremely awful. Our waitress was very rude and hardly said three words to us beside what we wanted to eat. We also got change from the bar and the bartender didn’t say a thing either. Very unpleasant experience. Probably will not be back.

Came in with a group of guys after golf the other day. Megan was our server and just absolutely killed it. We were being difficult ordering all kinds of drinks and food sporadic throughout our time there and got us separate tabs without a hitch. Lyric, the manager on, helped out a ton as well. She brought out our drinks while Megan helped other tables.

1. Food was okay. Not bad, but nothing special. Typical bar food.2. Service was not good. Even though the place was not busy, and several tables were empty, our service was still extremely slow.3. The insulting part of our experience was when we received the bill. The bill contained a 3% Service Fee. When I inquire about this fee, the server replied saying that they did not want to print new menus with the new prices, so they just add a 3% increase to the bill.This type of bait and switch practice seems unethical, shady, and probably illegal!!!!!!I certainly wont be back, nor would I recommend this place.

Red-haired Mohawk bartender refused service even though we had valid IDs and are of legal drinking age. Never have experienced such awful service in my life. Don’t recommend.

Traveling through and just happened by this resturant and thought Id stop in. At first appearance, seem like a pretty hopping western style Saloon. Was seated very quickly by a very friendly young lady so first impression it was very good. My server Josh also got my menu and drink order literally within one minute of me sitting down. Its kind of unheard of. Josh was very friendly and attentive.Now to the food. I ordered the street corn, and to be honest it completely missed the mark. The corn is boiled and has very little flavor. If it wasnt for the Cotija cheese it would be almost flavorless.Next came the meal, I ordered the Southwest steak wrap and again was very unimpressed as the meat was colder then the rest of the wrap ingredients. Again, not much flavor. I do have to say the french fries were on point! Some of the better Frys I have had in a while.I gave a four star rating due to the atmosphere and service. The food would have earned a two-star if thats what I was reviewing. If I am in this area again, I would give it another shot and maybe next time try one of their burgers or wings.

The service was amazing! Food was not the best though. Hot sauce is not really hot. Wings were OK at best. And the waffle fries were soft and lukewarm. But it might’ve been some of the best service I’ve ever had. Don’t recall what our servers name was, but she did a fantastic job!

If you are looking for a college town bar feel with food, this is your place. The music was so loud it was hard to have a conversation across our table. When they finally brought out my correct order, it was cold with not a lot of flavor.Our bill had a 3% service fee. When I asked our waitress about it she pointed to the bottom of the bill to explain it. I asked if it was on the menu too and she said it was but when I looked at a menu I could not see it. Either she was not telling the truth or it was printed small so hide the fee. Either way, we will not be coming here again as I won’t go to places with a service fee. Raise your prices but don’t hide it in fees that are not easily identifiable.

I had a great time at Wild Bills. My waitress Mira was delightful and very knowledgeable of the menu for food/drinks.

I ordered a Philly Steak Sandwich when I received the sandwich I cut it in half and went to take a bite it had no meat on half the sandwich, there was a lot of orders going back the same time as mine I watched the manager start doing the cooking I think they need to retrain their cooks and waitstaff

Won a “golden ticket” for the Super Bowl party. The free drinks and food were a nice perk but the ticket advertised a bunch of other contests that never happened and the raffle prizes were absolutely terrible. They handed out drink tickets but wouldn’t let us share them amongst the group and they have a service fee for both cash and card transactions.I will disclaim that I have been here many times before and it’s usually a pleasant experience without too many issues, just a normal chain restaurant with a good variety of options but the service was much different today than usual.

Mediocre place with bait-and-switch pricing.They tack on a service fee to keep prices low.How does an extra hidden fee keep prices low? Theyve already raised prices and reduced quality, now they want extra money for nothing, so they call it a service charge.And it doesnt even go to the waitstaff.Im done eating here.

Food was good, however my steakhouse wrap barley had any actual steak in it like you would expect for a steak wrap. My fiance ordered Chicken and Waffles and they didnt bring out the bacon. When she brought this attention to the food runner She said I dont know I just bring out the food not a way you should respond to paying customers.

Perfect place to be on game day! They run specials and the place is so lit. Bring the family or go alone will still have a good time. Sundays they have brunch and everyone eats their football attire. Most days the bathroom is clean but there are those days when you just may want to hold it!! Could be the drink special days 🤷🏾‍♀️

I give this place a 2 only because the food was good. I was part of a party of 7 who came here for a work dinner/get together. Our waitress was extremely nice, but multiple times she kept forgetting to bring items we had ordered to our table. Some of my group got a little loud and I felt bad for her so I tipped her 40% of my bill for keeping her composure and staying polite and professional the entire time. We then moved to the patio. I was the only member of my party not drinking but was told I still needed to show ID just to sit outside, which was not a big issue. Now admittedly my ID is expired, however I was not drinking ANY alcohol. The patio police/hall monitor (idk what his position is), told me that even though Im still clearly WELL over 21, I wasnt allowed to be there past 10:30. Even though I wasnt drinking at all, and never intended to, I wasnt welcome to stay because my drivers license was expired. I understand alcohol compliance is important and Im glad they take it seriously, however there is a very obvious lack of common sense on part of the patio police. My review is not to discourage people from eating here because the restaurant seems great despite my being kicked out past my curfew. Ill honestly probably come back again, but my experience tonight was very disappointing. I hope management takes customer feedback as seriously as the patio police took kicking me out tonight. 😊

I had the burger called the Work. It was really good. One of the best burger I ever had. Also cant forget the waitress. Great customer services. Made me very welcome. I definitely will go there again.

Great local hang out that has a casual atmosphere and great food and drinks. The patio is wonderful and the summer specials are on point, I recommend the empress lavender lemonade, it was delicious.

Subpar food, service, and the prices were outrageous. I spent 145 for a dinner for 2, and we both had stomach problems afterward.Do not go, go anywhere else

No wild game, no specialty drinks, fries were late for no reason given, burger was cold. Late fries were good, 2nd burger was messy and good, the wrap was fine.Strange night, I dont expect this to be normal here. But we shall return, hoping for a better outcome.

We had to leave it was too loud with music playing, yelling out bingo numbers,and was super packed with loud customers. The breakfast food was marginal at best. Our server was spot on, which was amazing given how crowded it was.

Two friends and I decided to frequent this restaurant. Took a while to be seated, once we were seated were promptly given menus and water to drink. The waitress was kind of hitting/flirting on my friends calling them Sweetie , Honey One friend had the ribs, another had a burger and as I was not all that hungry to begin with I just ordered the onion rings. Food was excellent. I paid, the friend with the ribs asked for a to go box, the other friend and I went outside for a cigarette. 10 minutes later friend inside was still waiting for a to go box. We sat in the entry way and waited for the other friend. Finally got his box and we left. As I recall the Atmosphere was loud, somewhat obnoxious with people screaming. Though I should not expect too much this is a sports bar. $65 - $80 with tip. Just not one for loud and noisy , the food was excellent.

Ignorant waitress: I first made the complaint (on 24th Jul 2023) using the contact us option, however, I havent received any response from the management hence I have to make this complaint in google review.On July 21, 2023, I visited with two of my regular friends, as we often do every couple of weeks. However, on this occasion, we had an unpleasant encounter with one of your servers, Gabriella H.To provide some context, I have noticed Gabriellas behavior during our last 4 to 5 visits, and I regret to say that it has not improved. She approaches our table without introducing herself and takes our order in a rather detached manner. When serving the food or drinks, she merely places them on the table without uttering a word before leaving promptly.The most troubling incident occurred when I ordered a second or third drink during our conversation. Suddenly, the drink appeared on my table without any notice or communication from Gabriella. It was quite evident from her facial expressions that she was not interested in providing us with good service.Even though we understand that the restaurant can get busy, we noticed that she spent a significant amount of time talking and smiling with the security/bouncers, which was disheartening to observe. Regardless of the workload, such behavior is unacceptable when it comes to customer service.I sincerely hope that you will take this matter seriously and have a conversation with Gabriella H regarding her behavior. Training and advising her on the significance of excellent customer service would go a long way in ensuring a positive experience for all patrons.

Not returning. First time and food was cold, chicken dry and tough to eat. Drink had very little alcohol. Waitress was very pleasant. Maybe the cook was having a bad day! Or maybe should hire better cook?

Great lunchtime or anytime meal. I never thought I would say this but, their Mac and Cheese is better then mine.

The food was decent especially for a bar. They were great about giving extra dressing for the salad. During bingo, in-between rounds felt agonizing due to them consistently walking to each table asking if anyone wants extra cards instead of announcing it and giving directions on how to do so. More than 5 minute wait between rounds is unacceptable let alone over 15.The wait staff tried their best, the leadership was disorganized. Wait staff had trouble getting dishes to the correct table and patrons. The wait staff was nice and courteous but I could tell there was clear disorganization from top level down which made tasks more stressful for staff. Would I attend again? Most likely yes. My favorite place? No.

I do not blame the low staff for the wait time, and I came on a weekday for lunch, so I will assume they have more waiters/waitresses during the busier hours. We were served their hottest wings (hot buffalo), and their garlic-parmesan wings, and I took a steakhouse wrap to-go. The garlic wings were the best part and they were standard, which is good, but you can get that level of wings anywhere they are served. The hot buffalo were not only as mild as dipping them in Franks Red Hot sauce, they were hot wings with a cold marinade, which could be that they actually were dipped into the sauce right out of the fridge. The steakhouse wrap had meat only where they cut the wrap in half, and the rest was a wet mess. I forgot, we also had the cajun fries, but they were the same as the better wings, but The Tavern does them better, and those arent even cajun seasoned.Maybe Ill come here again, but just for the garlic-parmesan wings and some beer. Maybe I just got the wrong choices with the other wings and wrap, so I might give one more option a try next time, whenever that is.

Best chicken wings in town. So many sauces to choose from. Beer is always ice cold.

Did not have to wait to be seated. We got seated in the perfect location. The food on the menu all looks good I was recommended something and it was awesome. Very friendly waitresses, cheery and helpful with beautiful smiles. Portions were large. I took some home in a box and it was even tasty reheated. I also had a salad and the salad was very fresh and tasty.I would recommend anybody going to eat there.

Met a girlfriend for lunch and drinks. Fun atmosphere. Our waitress was engaging and informative. Lots of options for beers and drinks. We split a delicious juicy burger and a healthy portioned chicken salad. Enjoyed everything. Were planning on meeting there again next month! Fun and Yum!

Only been there twice alone and once with my son. The time with my son, the first time, was great! Awesome everything. BUT...both times I tried to visit alone on my way home from work, terrible.No joke, both times they said how many and I say one and the fun and customer service stops unless I suppose you belly the bar which is not me. Both times were late afternoon. Both times the host made an awkward situation during seating by confusing me as a part of some random nearby people and upon correction, trying to seat me before them, angering said randos.So, again after correcting that, both times I got dumped into the table just next to the door and told it will be a minute. Both times, the floor was so sticky around and under this table that the flies were nuts and my shoes stuck hard. (I was wearing shorts with flies continuously landing on my legs) After about 13 minutes, I got up and told the bar people I was moving outside only to immediately see the host get visibily upset and start gabbing at the bartender within earshot of me, upset I was moving. I didnt care who helped me just send someone, give me some product to consume for the sake of Pete!!!! And clean the floor.Finally, the server/host/not floor cleaner, who was very crabby with me because my table was now in the area of a much more pleasant seeming server who was tending to their tables quickly and efficiently, approached me and said only, what do you want to drink?. I got that in but took another 10 minutes to get and didnt see the server to place an order another 10 minutes because it was someone I didnt recognize that sat the drink down.I couldnt get anyones attention to order even after I left my table and approached the bar. So I used their online message system to which I am yet to get a reply about 4 days later to see if I could get a manager over because I was over an hour in. I got another person to find my server so I could order. It was short, rude, and without any eye contact. The appetizer and food came out all at once lightning fast so I had a critical choice to make, food or appetizer???? I boxed, paid, and left. Ate it cold while not watching sports television in a cool atmosphere but at home. Cant imagine it would be good next time. Im sure my message on their chat service hasnt been seen.

I had the chicken fajitas. It was very good. Price was right at $12.99 available on Thursday afternoon and evening.

My food was not prepared right and I called was told to come back. This Manager guy was extremely disrespectful. Basically with people all around made it seem like we didnt have money and its embarrassing to ask for a order to be remade. This is terrible..... I dont know who to talk to I spend 60 dollars this is so sad. The Manager guy had like a scruffy beard.. UPDATE: THE district manager took care of me with such compassion such a sweet lady ! Made my day

It was out first time here. Food was great. I had the Burbon BBQ ribs. Great dinner. Ill definitely bring the family back here.
