Bought 3 vapes and some glass from a kid named Josh that werent working correctly. Gave me a small discount for giving a 5 star review in front of him (Probably to mask all the one star reviews). Great. Probably a gimmick but $20 is $20.Went out to my car and took a puff of 2 of the vapes that tasted like nothing. No flavor at all. I went back inside and asked if I could trade the 2 that didnt work for just one of the other brand that did and he told me because I walked out the door he couldnt refund them. I was literally in the parking lot for 30 secondsHe spent about 4 minutes cutting me off and telling me it doesnt have flavor because its 0% nicotine, (oh..?). And sorry, its policy. I told him you should probably have people test in the store like the Holy Smokes in New Braunfels and he cut me off to add that they are of no relation to any of the other Holy Smokes locations (which I guess is good if its true because the one in New Braunfels is great).I am a business owner so I am pretty understanding of policies, and ignorant customers. But being rude about it and talking over me, telling me my ignorance is the reason the vape didnt work is unprofessional, as is blowing a vape cloud in the face of my girlfriend and I when showing me things behind the counter.So here you go Josh (made sure to tell me his name for his 5 star review), you saved $40 on my return but it cost you this review.

The Aesthetic in here is like unlike any other Holy Smokes Ive been to! Luna was such a big help & very informative about the products. Definitely stop by this shop if youre in the mood for good products and greater customer service!

This is my one of my favorite smoke shops!! Im 42 and have been to many throughout the years and Holy Smokes in San Marcos TX is by far one of the best Ive had the privilege to shop at. The staff are awesome, helpful and professional. Theyre also extremely knowledgeable about all their products. Prices are really good and fair. They always have deals going on! If youre in the area and you like shops like this youd regret not stopping by!

Would not recommend doing business here.Employees not even familiar with their own inventory.No point in testing purchase products in store if they can’t swap out for compatible carts due to their own incompetence. The associate sold me a pen with a product that I asked in advance was compatible. He guaranteed and sold wrong size pen for a 2 gram cart.

This place is ridiculous. Kids work there that just cuss and complain. I hope the manager reviews the tape for today at 5:04 pm. I tried to give them another chance but after being cussed out by some child not even as old as my son...I am done. DO NOT COME HERE! Edited after response. Do better at being a business providing a non harassment environment with better customer service. There are so many other professional shops in SM choose wisely yall. I have spent over $1000 here in the past its a shame.

Absolute WORST smoke shop experience i’ve ever had. i visited last tuesday and the place was dirty and smelled mildly of mold. the cashier working was on his phone, didn’t even greet me when i came in and had the audacity to scoff at me and roll his eyes when i asked more questions about what yall had and the items i wanted to buy. never coming back

Relatively close by and because it’s 24/7 I can go anytime which is great for me because I work really late. Their recommendations on carts was top notch and I’ll definitely be back again soon. 10/10

Just went here for the first time with my boyfriend and bought a water pipe for almost $200. The lady who helped out was really kind and helpful, but when we got home we noticed a hole in the ice catcher after putting water in it. We called the shop and were told to bring the broken piece up there to exchange it. Upon arriving, the male worker with a beanie and shaggy brown/black hair told us that we could choose what we wanted to exchange the broken piece with. He then took the pipe to the back to examine it some more. Immediately after coming back from examining the piece he asked us if we had broken it ourselves by putting ice in it because that’s what it “looked like happened”. My boyfriend and I respectfully explained that that’s not what happened and he kept accusing us and using profanities while doing so and even told us that the exchange would most likely be coming out of his paycheck. After being disrespected, of course my boyfriend lost his cool which is when we got kicked out and asked to never return. I do not appreciate being accused of “trying to get one over” on their business or being spoken to with the use of foul language. I will NEVER be coming back again and will advise anyone I know to not come here either. This male worker was rude, disrespectful, and unprofessional.

It’s a beautiful shop inside and the customer service is a ten star service but the best part is that they stay open 24/7 so the shop stays open .You never know when you need help for an emergency.

In the process of making the switch from disposables to refillable tanks. Gave this place a shot as it was closest to my house. Spent almost $100 (maybe more, dont remember) yesterday on a mod, 3 bottles of juice, and 3 extra 0.6 tanks. The girl that I dealt with was very short with me and seemed annoyed by my questions.Upon arriving home, testing, and doing research, I determined I needed 1.0 tanks, and wanted to exchange one of my unopened juices as I didnt like the one I opened from that brand.I went in today with my receipt, expecting an easy exchange, only to be told by two different employees that, as per store policy, they dont do exchanges or returns. I tried to reason with them that these products were purchased yesterday, the juice was clearly unopened (the girl I delt with yesterday opened the 3 pack of 0.6 tanks on her own volition to make sure they fit my mod. I did not ask her to do this) and that they would be losing a long term repeat customer since I live close, to no avail.I find the customer service to be severely lacking and their return/exchange policy (or lack there of) to be completely unreasonable.Buyer beware.

Went back this morning and a guy with glasses basically told me I was supposed to test it before I left and there’s no refund or exchange on bad products once they leave the store. Never coming back.
