Liz was the woman that massaged me and she did such a great job. The ladies that run this place are so kind too! She was able to find the spot on my back that was super knotted and she worked her magic! I’m impressed at how consistent the pressure that she applied was. I will be coming back here and also referring my friends and family!

Jenny did a great job. It wasnt completely Thai massage, since you still have to take your clothes off, but she did a lot of traditional Thai moves, including walking on my back, which makes this the closest thing to traditional Thai massage that I have found, and I will definitely be back!With that being said, I cant give it 5 stars because this isnt a spa type place with private rooms and doors; its curtains only, and you can hear everything, which wouldnt be so bad, except the other employee who was working was talking to Jenny (the person doing my massage) DURING MY MASSAGE!!! Please dont talk to/distract my massage therapist WHILE they are working on me!!!! Really?!?!? I find that to be very unprofessional. Here I am trying to relax, and the person who works there is talking!!!!

Aimee is the best massage therapist I have ever experienced! She always puts me to sleep half way thru the massage. Her technique of finding your soreness at the root and being able to work it out is an art form she has truly mastered. It can be painful but worth it. After having over 500 massages over 35 years to say that she is the BEST I have had is very difficult for me because there are so many GREAT therapist out there. But Aimee truly is the best I have experienced!

Amazingggg experience. So good I scheduled weekly massages. The massages are out of this world. You feel like you left your body and went to heaven! Such nice ladies and very welcoming warm environment.

Best massage ever! Since my first visit about 2 years ago Amy has consistently done wonderful work. She has fixed a significant problem with my shoulder and problems with my lower back. No more need to see the chiropractor. Lots of stretching. I would give 10 stars if it was possible. Highly recommended!

This was my first deep tissue massage in almost 4 years, scheduled to help heal my achy back after a paralyzing pulled muscle 2 weeks ago. I called mid morning and was able to see Alice within a half hour. What an exceptional massage from this petite professional! I highly recommend her. This Spa is a great find and worth EVERY penny. I have been to many many massage places and this one is the BEST! I recently Moved down here from LA area, and I have been looking for a good place down here. I live in vista, and have been searching and trying many different Thai massages. Well, I finally found my spot....this place is legit! All the ladies here know the human body so well. I have been going with Amy the past couple weeks. Shes been working out all the knots and tightness out of my hamstrings calves and back. They are very good at finding those deep tissue trigger points, and working them out. It can be pretty painful at times but its honestly the only way to get them released and you always feel 10 times better afterwards.The rooms are separated by curtains, and you can hear other people, but I honestly dont care. Im there to get all the kinks out of my muscles, and they are the best!

This place never disappoints. Always phenomenal regardless of who you get.

First time trying Thai massage, I was a total nervous newbie, but Sarah made me feel at ease right away. The rooms are dark, comforting, and you will be draped in fine cloth imported from Thailand. The tables are enormous! Ive never had a massage on such a big and sturdy table! It helped her move my body around (Im tall). I felt so much better immediately. My chronic back/shoulder/neck pain has been wiped out! 11/10 recommend, super clean, friendly, and well priced!

Crippled for two days due to a long walk, a bad working chair, and the usual 64-year-old ailments, I went to see SARAH at Sabaidee Thai Massage today. This morning I could barely move - now it seems I could easily play a soccer game!This was my first visit and I was very well impressed. Its a small but very well-appointed place, with a sober, yet friendly and peaceful, Thai decoration motif. As usual, Thai instrumental music adds to the amenable temperature and overall silence to create an environment where Sarah, a petite Thai masseuse with better-than-average English, works her craft.And, boy, does she!Although physically as small as a 12-year old, Sarah managed my 240-lb. body easily. Using feet, arms, elbow, and hands, she gracefully contorted me, stepped on me, pressured me, made me aware of muscles and tendons I had forgotten existed decades ago. She put my limbs in positions I didnt know were possible any more, especially since Ive had a both a shoulder and a knee surgery in the last few years.Contrary to my expectations, I left Sarah feeling absolutely better, exempt of pain and stiffness. Ill be back and Ill have my wife and sons see her too.Go for it - Sarah is the best!

Wow! I’ve had many massages all over and this was the best I’ve ever had. The ambiance was lovely and the studio clean. I love that you get to specify what type, pressure, and focus areas you need. Every single movement from my masseuse felt great and loosened up my muscles that were tight after a weekend of strenuous hiking. She was very attuned to what spots needed extra work or ease. I walked into Sabaidee with stiff legs and pain, and out feeling like I could go hike some more. The prices are excellent as well. I’ll be a frequent customer!

Everyone is super kind and accommodating. I never know when Ill have free time to come by so I end up making some last minute appointments. I always leave feeling relaxed and ready to tackle another week. Its clean, relaxing and well-priced. The first few times you fill out a form to communicate the type of massage and firmness you would like. Like any relationship, respectful communication about expectations is super important. Basically this place is pretty great and if I could go more often I would.

This is my second time for massage in this place I came back again because the first one with Sarah is really good its a different approach in massage it help me in my muscle back pain I decided to come back because I feel I needed it again then Im with Irene this time because Sarah is not working Sunday and Monday. Irene is very good too she has a different style in massage focuses on whats necessary. I loved Sarah and Irene. I recommend this place..

Best massage in my entire life! Sarah is so attentive, professional, and strong! Omg, my back was killing me, im a driver (driving 10 hours daily), and she just did some magic, so i feel relieve after 1 session!Heads up, choose 90 min, 1 hour is not enough, if you have issues.Totally coming back weekly from now on!

Went on a walk in and they took me right away. Unfortunately I was told one price and when I was done they changed the price. Although the facility seemed clean. They place you in a room that is not very private. There is no door, its basically a shower curtain. Who likes to change down to under wear and possibly someone passing by gets a peak. Also bc there is no door you can hear people in rooms next to you talking etc, can hear the employees talking and hear people walking in the front door. So its not private and because the added noise it wasnt very relaxing. The masseuse spoke little to no English, so she couldnt understand my trouble spots. The massage was ok at best and days later I feel no relief. I will definitely never go back. Not worth the 145 bucks.

Amazing thai and deep tissue massage. Ive had a lot of massages and they know what they are doing! Sarah was able to get me in last minute on their books. Super helpful with scheduling. I got a 90 minute with Jennie and felt amazing after. I was super tight and she did an amazing job unlocking my muscles. Ill be back for more!

I had rotater cuff surgery and bicep anchor surgery almost 4 months ago. The surgery went perfectly, however the physical therapy was lacking. I went to see Sarah and explained that I had a recent operation and was concerned it doesnt get over worked. I have been there a few times since and feel so much further ahead of my recovery because of Sarah and her associates. I will recommend her to everyone that has experienced the same, especially with a delicate situation like mine. Keep up the great work!

The atmosphere is beautiful, the space is comfortable, the music and smells, all contribute to a very pleasurable experience.The prices are affordable and Jeneys attention to my needs was spot-on. She engaged me as necessary without too much talk , the pressure used and therapeutic, complete approach was perfect!Ill be back soon and recommend to all! I feel great.

Just what I needed. I had a baby 1.5 months ago. All of my muscles were tense and I had terrible pain in my back. I found this place on yelp and decided to check it out because of the amazing reviews. And I am so happy I did. I have been to many massage places and spas in San Diego and around San Marcos. While a lot of them were good, I can say that I have never had a massage like this. It was amazing. Jenni - my massage therapist wasgreat! I asked for medium to strong pressure of a combination massage and I guess I know what a Thai massage is now. There was a lot of stretching, Jenni worked out a lot of my knots and really really worked on all of my tension. I did not even have to say anything to her. She is a great professional and knew what she was doing and what my body needed. I think it was the first time I was able to have a deep breath and relax after childbirth. It was really the best massage I have ever had. No back pain and I can stretch myself finally! I definitely recommend this place. Oh, the massage tables are separated by a thick cloth, but it did not concern me at all. The room felt very cosy, private, warm and relaxing. Jenni had a heating pad for me which felt great and after the massage I was offered a cup of hot green tea and sweets which were very tasty. In pain and need to relax? Go there. Just make an appointment, this place is popular and is often fully booked. But it is not overcrowded. It is really private and cozy. Check it out!

Ive been to a couple different Chiropractors &  Massage Therapy locations & this is by far the best!!! This is my 2nd time @ Sabaidee Thai Massage  - Place is very Clean / Comfortable & Professional Environment. 1st time was with Jenny - Jenny is amazing - I did a 90 minute Thai Combo - Jenny was able to really work the stress of my Back & Muscles - she also stretched me out to crack my back in locations that I have never had cracked before!!! 2nd visit was with Sarah - this time I did a 2 Hour - Thai-combo - Sarah has a very Positive Healing Energy - she is able to sense where you a tense & really release the stress from your muscles, Sarah also was able to relive all the tension that I had on my neck - for people that suffer with sciatic nerve pain - you definitely need to see Sarah. Sarah is OFF Sundays & Mondays - Sarahs Saturdays get booked up Fast!!! So try & schedule in advanced or you might try calling back on a Thursday or Friday to see if someone has cancelled their Saturday appointment.

It is not a very clean bed cover and not even seems to be changed frequently. It was my first time to this place but I have the experience being in different Thai massage places. And the massage was not good and the masseuse was in a hasty mode so she was not courteous enough to give grace period one after the other appointment time. But one thing I heard there are good masseuse are in this place which I was not run in to, so I was very disappointed of the overall service based on the price I paid.

Its the best in the area for an intense therapeutic massage!

The best experience I have ever had in my life!!I’ve had many massages in my lifetime and today was the best! Kim and Sarah went above and beyond to make our experience unforgettable. My wife turned 38 and she loves to get massages, so we went to Sabaidee for the first time and the massage was out of this world. I have an injury from the military and Is hard for me to move like i used to do Kim (massage specialist) twisted me and did all kinds of stretches and massages that have me feeling like a new man, then while we checked out to pay they bring an ice cream pie with a candle and sing my wife Happy Birthday!! I got choked up. To top it off they heard us say we love Thai tea and they had us two cups of Thai tea!!! I will never go to another massage place, I’m recommending everyone to go to Sabaidee Thai massage and Spa. Ask for Sarah or Kim.

I found this place accidentally. Clean, relaxing, nice. Believe me, it was the best massage I have gotten. Jenny is very professional, and friendly. After massage I felt my body more flexible and less pain. I definitely will be back, and highly recommend Thai massage at this place.

I just came back from Thailand for a family vacation. My family and I had a couple of massages in Bangkok and Koh Samui from prestigious hotel spas. Although the massages were good in Thailand, they dont even come close to the excellent massages at Sabaidee! My husband and I have recommended everyone we know to Sabaidee. Those people in turn bring their friends and family! They are that AWESOME! Massage therapists are all Thai and excellent! The place is clean and relaxing with Thai decor. Prices are reasonable. I recommend the combo Thai massage.

This place was amazing!!! First off the people who work there are really nice and friendly. Me and my girlfriend were in town for her birthday a randomly decided to go for a massage and this place was exactly what we needed the massages were amazing. they listen to what you want and a very attentive asking if you would like it harder or softer as they go. Then to top it off we had told them it was my gf bday and after we were done came out with Thai ice cream with a candle and singing happy birthday.

I had an appointment with Sarah and she was really great!! I got a 1.5hr massage with combination swedish, thai, and deep tissue massage and it improved my body condition completely! Everything was clean and she is professional. five stars!

The best Thai massage I have tried so far in San Diego. This’s exactly for people who works a lot and like to spoil themselves sometimes with a deep tissue massage, you will literally enjoy every minute. I’ve being there twice and I would definitely come back again.

WOW - This was one of the best messages I have ever had. This is a brand new place that is very clean and nicely decorated - very high end and luxurious feeling without the high end prices. Jeney applied just the right amount of pressure to stretch everything without hurting. I would highly recommend it to anyone wanting a great relaxing massage.

Amie does a great job digging out the painful spots and has been working on getting rid of numbness in my arms and fingers. This numbness is almost gone and I expect it to be gone in the next few weeks- thanks to her help.I highly recommend Amie. She understands English very well.

A hidden heaven in San Marcos.This little small retreat is neat and serene.My masseuse, Jenny, was very professional and friendly. She gracefully performed the classical Thai twisting massage on me which was exactly what I was looking for. Afterwards she smartly combined several types of treatment to make the muscle knots on my upper back went away.Really recommend this place to all the weary and the knotty fellas

Place was clean and relaxing. The massage was excellent. Mimie stretched me and have me a hard massage which I needed. She is attentive to detail and help relieve pain in my lower back. The massage was also affordable and I will be back soon. Highly recommended!

Sara (Oey) is talented and I had a nice first massage. Problem started with second massage. Made an appointment for 10 am and arrived a few minutes early. By 10, she had not showed up for work which is not good.

Just meh - place is loud with the front desk taking calls all the time so it’s very distracting. Masseuses also keep talking to each other which is also very distracting. Avoid if possible.
