Do not shop here!!! They sold me a volcano with a European plug. This means I spent $600 on something that cant be used anywhere in North America. It took me almost a year to get this resolved (while they kept my money for a product I couldnt use and repeatedly questioned me as if I was the crook). The owner, Rahul was an absolute nightmare to deal with and very cruel. I originally tried to resolve it with Storz & Bickel and they said the store should never have sold me this model in the first place, or had it in their possession. When I called the store, Rahul didnt even take my call and told the person I spoke to tell me to get an adapter. This doesnt work with Storz &Bickel products and at this point, I should have been taken more seriously, as this product should have never been sold in the US in the first place. I sent Rahul a very angry email because he was giving me the run around and he told me I was threatening him and he wasnt going to work with me. He called me suspicious because I took so long to reach out (because I had already been trying to work it out with the manufacturer for months). This is not customer service.... You should not viliannize your customers. I worked VERY hard to get my money back, am out money after all this because I had to pay for shipping and adapters. I have so much more I could say about how awful this situation was but thats the just of it. Rahul is abusive, even to his staff! Check out the other reviews that he is trying to drown out with positive ones. The whole thing was super suspicious and I just recommend you go somewhere less sketchy, with more respectful people!!!

This is the best smoke shop! It is so clean and has the best inventory of items. Definitely beats any other smoke shop in San Marcos. I never have a bad experience at any of the Smoke Screens locations. I live in Houston, but go to this location when I go to school.

Their prices beat everyone else’s in town. Unfortunately the employees tend to make “mistakes” that make the whole experience nauseating. At times the staff seems oblivious and can be rude, even after they screwed up! All in all this is a good shop, just need to work on customer service. It’s like only the manager can complete a legit transaction without me losing a few bucks in the end. Twice now I’ve gone when other people are at the register and first I received the wrong change, the second time, wrong ITEM! I recommend avoiding this place if she isn’t there.

Ive been meaning to check out this new place and as I left tonight, Im glad I did! Sooo happy to see more ladies behind the counter! They made me feel comfortable and at ease shopping. They were very helpful and knowledgeable about the products they carry. They helped school this old bird on the newest products out there without judgement...thank you! As both a former employee and former regular customer, I can wholeheartedly say this is the worst smoke shop in San marcos. As an employee they were very strict on their duties and policies, monitoring me via camera and audio. Despite being the only employee on a shift, they dont allow you to be on your phone at all, and they are quick to point out and hold you accountable for the smallest mistakes or errors.As a customer, dont expect any kind of compensation or fair exchange for any faulty product you buy, which is embarrassingly likely. They very rarely refund or exchange and will usually tell you to get in contact with the manufacturer of the product you bought instead of taking responsibility themselves. Overall dont go there unless you like wasting time and money

Lovely store, but staff isnt very knowledgeable and sélection is surprisingly limited given the very spacious store. Prices arent very good either making the whole experience disappointing.

I loved the layout of the store! Everything was clean and organized. When I asked the associate named Sam she was polite and helped me find everything I needed with a quickness. Definitely the best smoke shop experience I’ve had and DEFINITELY going back!

Had a fantastic experience, crazy amount of options to choose from and Sam was the best representative you will find. She helped me with whatever I needed, as well as showed me items that I didnt know about before walking in. The place is 5 stars and Sam was 10 stars!

Place always says open but no one is in the store and its locked during business hours.

All the lights are on in the store all of the signs in the windows are on including the open sign and there is a note on the door saying they would return to normal service on April 10th but it just seems that nobody has been in the store for like a month.. I guess I will just have to find a new regular smoke shop.

I was in San Marcos on Vacation and stopped by. I had a horrible experience at another smoke shop in town, I stumbled upon this place and was shocked at the prices !!. I’m from Dallas and I frequent many Shops. This place by far …..has better prices and better customer service hands down. I’m here 3x a year and this will be my new shop. Thanks ! 🤙

This store has some interesting items but due to not being able ti shop inside , nearly impossible to view and purchase. The sales person sits at the far back of the store and acts like it is utter inconvenience to show you anything. And the final , I never got a reciept for anything and even paid with a card nor was I asked if I wanted one so thought it was in my bag so no idea what items cost. I would pass up this place and go elsewhere for sure

Went there to buy d8 but the girl insisted thc-o disp and it gave me mad headaches when i called them they said they’ll give me discount on d8 but when I went in they said they don’t do discounts. What a waste of $50 and I still gotta buy another disp 🤦🏻‍♂️

If I can put 0 * I would it’s hard to do review when you enter the shop blonde lady didn’t even acknowledge you , she didn’t move from her chair she didn’t say hello or nothing, very disappointed!!! Ive been to a few smoke shops and this one is my favorite by far besides great pieces for great prices that staff is friendly and helpful and dont make you feel dumb when you have questions. I would definitely go back and recommend shopping here

By Far, Hands down my favorite vape shop in San Marcos. Cheapest prices by far. On glass pieces, durable rubber pieces, vape juices, disposable vapes, vape systems, hookahs, ect. Even on wraps and filters!! Ton of variety with a professional set up and very knowledgeable staff. They also have an points reward system!
