Carmal (sp) was my massage therapist. This is my 3rd time there seeing her. She is fantastic. She listens. She gives me my whole time and only talks if I’m the one to start the conversation. I feel so much better today. I highly recommend her.

PREDATORY!!!I had two gift cards totaling $300 to Massage Envy. Two weeks ago I booked both a 90 minute facial and a 90 minute massage, BOTH at the introductory price (because who is paying $225 for a massage at massage envy?!) I had my facial last week (that didn’t even last close to the 90 mins) and thought maybe they would redeem themselves for the massage… WRONG.I get a text today that my massage therapist has moved locations and my massage that is now 2 days away is canceled. The same person is now booking 2 weeks out and they also won’t honor the original pricing. I guess my gift card will have to sit unused.You can find better quality and way better amenities for the same price, which is what I will be doing from here on out.

The front desk ladies were so nice and kind. Cindy was my Therapist and let me tell you I feel new today! Cindy was sweet kind and worked out the horrible knots I had in my back. She felt around my back and knew right where I was having issues. My muscles feel so relaxed today & I feel so rested. I will send my mom and husband to Cindy soon! Thank you Cindy for being so great & when I said less pressure you totally did it and always checked on me. See you soon I’ll for sure be back! Wonderful massage experience!

Ive been to this ME location many times and havent had a bad experience. I highly recommend Corey, especially if you prefer firm/deep pressure. She really listens to whats bothering you and adapts the massage to your needs. One of the best massages Ive gotten!

If I could give this Massage Envy a -10 I would. HORRIBLE MANAGEMENT BY KATHERINE AND FRONT DESK. I have cancelled my membership I have had for over 10 years because I cant stand to be yelled at for appointments I didnt make and being charged for!I was assured upon closing my membership that all appointments were closed because I refused to attend there for my massages any more. Yet I was YELLED and RAILED by the front office that I had to go to and be charged for appointments I NEVER MADE. She said too bad, we would be charging us %100 of the fee -for an appointment I NEVER MADE, then hung up on me.This was the second time I had an argument to close down my account. When I physically showed up to address her, to say she was SHOCKED was an understatement. She recoiled and was afraid to talk to me face to face when I called her out.I was TALKED OVER CONTINUALLY. I contacted the corp. office and made 2 formal complaints. They must have contacted the Massage Envy in San Marcos as well as Katherine, because Katherine tried to call me back (obviously corp must have called them..smsh.) and play nice, suck up and talk about it. I have no desire to speak with her or anyone else at that location. I hope they crash and burn. RUDE PEOPLE.

Corey was my last ditch effort before I cancelled my account due to the issues Ive had with ME and I am so glad I waited. I have issues with my shoulders and neck and she has been the best masseuse Ive had for them. She automatically adjusts the pressure to what I need. All 5 stars are for Corey, if I had to give ME a separate rating, it would be a 2 star review at best.

I had a great massage and facial experience. Viv was attentive and listened to my concerns and worked those problem area with the proper pressure. Very relaxing. My facial was the best and I have tried 2 others. Alex was fantastic, she explained the process, took her time, and offer recommendations. You can tell that she loves what she does by her attention to details and her clients concerns. Thank you Viv and Alex, see you soon!

Chachi and Lori are wonderful!! Chachi takes the time to tune into what your body needs. I always leave wanting more. Lori applied just the right amount of pressure and helped drain my lymph nodes. Both of them are keepers!!

Jacque is one of the most amazing masseurs I’ve ever come across! She genuinely cares for the patients well being. She’s very attentive, provides just the right amount of pressure based on her communication with you. Best massages hands down!!

My therapist, Cindy, was very good. I wish I had her the last 3 years i have been coming.I have a suggestion for the front desk: Please do not start a conversation until we are at the desk. You are yelling across the room and it disrupts the reason we are here, to relax in a calm atmosphere. You may say welcome and wait until we are infront of you. It also gives the impression that you are rushing us.

Maria was perfect. Just the right amount of pressure. Advice was helpful. She was just plain pleasant!

She did an amazing job ,was very careful I made sure I was comfortable at all times with what she was doing. I feel amazing the next day and thought Id be more sore and she really did work it.

I wasnt asked what type of firmness I wanted of a massage. So when I told the Massage Therapist that Id like a Firm Massage, she said well, you shouldve told the front desk so they couldve booked you with someone capable. Hmmm. I wont go back.

Corey is a wonderful therapist. She is both technically & experientially exceptional. I went into my ME appt. tired and sore; and left relaxed & flexible.The font desk staff are friendly and helpful, and make the whole ME experience smooth. Thats why I am a long time member!

Corey is the best! I always feel so relaxed after one of her 90 minute massages. I am already counting the days until my next massage with Corey!!! Also… I just tried the brand new Himalayan salt, hot stone treatment. Fabulous! Not sure how I will ever go back to just a standard massage… But Cori is the best!

I have been a Massage Envy member since the 2017, originally in Pacific Beach. That location closed due to Covid and we got transferred to a Claremont location without even having an option not to, and were told that it’s the next closest location and that’s why we got transferred there. Things went well until I moved to live in Fallbrook, and Clairemont location was too far so I started booking massages closer to my location. Last one that I’ve had was at 145 Las Posas Rd. in San Marcos, which was on 3/22, booked the massage, even called the front desk. At no point they said there there is a “market adjustment fee” until after the massage. I’ve politely asked why didn’t they let me know over the phone even tho I called, and the manager AUBREE said that that’s what they’ve been doing since January (not true, I’ve had massages and wasn’t charged), and the only way I could avoid these charges is to transfer my membership to that location. I filled out and signed the form only to be called few days later and told that “corporate“ decided not to transfer my membership. When I asked why, she said “because there are many locations closer to that one”, which makes zero sense. On the positive note, Cindy the therapist was great, and I which I could get more massages there without being charged the “market adjustment fee”.

I enjoyed my massage with Corey so much, I already booked two more for next month!

Erica is really good at releasing tense muscles, pleasant to work with, and I leave my sessions feeling great.

It is a great and relaxing experience. Viv is ver good and tells me what areas need more work. Highly recommended!

Was a great experience and relaxing. However, it was definitely not 60 minutes. I got pulled back around 4:04ish… on top of getting asked the questionnaire and taking off my clothes and getting onto the table, which added more time (i did read that the 60 minutes includes some time to change). It was 4:14 when i put my phone down and got onto the table, the esthetician entered the room shortly after. We finished at 4:54… and i was changed out and finished paying by 5:00pm. If you’re going to spend $200 i recommend going somewhere else, not worth it. I also don’t understand the point in doing the questionnaire ahead of time, if they’re going to ask in the room and waste time.If i were to account for the 10 minutes to change and consultation… that is still 10 minutes i was cut short of my facial. It was a 40 minute facial oppose to 50 minutes (10 minutes to change and consultation)

Above average massage very attentive to sore spots. Felt like 90 minutes massage in an hour!

Corey was great. Front staff was good, but when I called back because I couldnt book appointment online they said try back later or call to book appt. Should be easy to book appointment online. I registered myself online, then I could book appointment for future.

Viridianna is amazing! Her technique is that of a musician, rhythmically massaging like a beautiful instrument! I also appreciate that she checked in several times throughout the appointment to be sure that the pressure was ideal, and there were not any needs for adjustments. I will definitely request her again!

My massage was restful and relaxing. Vivi listened to my problem areas and tailored her approach to my needs. I always feel special coming to this location. The staff are helpful and friendly and there’s nothing negative I could identify at this time.

The management at this location is absolutely awful! They are real quick to take your money but when trying to cancel your membership, no one calls you back. I have attempted three times, been told I’d be contacted and I’m still waiting…. I ensured to cancel in the required timeframe but because they’re delaying, which I suspect is on purpose to get another months worth of money out of me! The ownership needs get on top of their management!

I booked a massage and facial online for me and my friend. I was called and told that the massage I booked was only for a 90 minute slot and I booked for a 60 minute so they would not honor my booking. They said their system does not catch that error. Im very disappointed in the customer service. I feel like they should have still offered me the time slot. They said they could try for another weekend but couldnt do anything for that day.

Vanessa is a wonderful massage therapist. She pays attention to detail and does a great job at helping you to have a fantastic experience.

I had a very relaxing facial and would recommend her.The only thing that I think need improvement is the office staff. No one answers the phone and I left several messages with no call back.This has nothing to do with my facial. That was amazing.

Another great visit. Jag is always focused on her clients massage needs. Always asking if she is on point with location and pressure. Todays massage was again top notch.

I’ve held off making this review, but it’s time. I have experienced multiple cancellations with this location. The cancellation comes at the last minute. This morning I was pulling into the parking lot for my massage when I got the call that my appointment was cancelled. I have been trying to use up my membership credits so that I can cancel my membership, but my appointments keep getting canceled. I am beyond frustrated with the lack of customer service. If you’re thinking of getting a membership with Massage Envy, I strongly warn against it. I am at the point where since I can’t actually have them keep my appointment, I might as well just accept the loss and cancel my membership anyway.

I always feel so much better after a wonderful massage from Corey!

I came in with a pinched nerve and she found it and I literally felt it release. She used the exact amount of pressure seemed to know when I needed more and when I needed a min. Probably the best massage Ive ever had. I will ask for her again. She really understands the body

Booked my husband for an hour massage, as he works a physically laborious job, and his experience with Viv was amazing he said. He said she found many areas that had knots and worked them out. She worked very hard throughout the process and he appreciates her and feels like a more relaxed man now. Thank you, Viv!

Corey is one of two of my favorite massage therapists at the San Marcos location. She is professional, knows what shes doing, and I always leave with fewer knots in my neck and shoulders.

I have had a massage envy membership for over a year now. I have enjoyed many of their services. I am an RN so I spend many hours a week carrying for my patients. Its such a treat to be able to go to Massage Envy and get pampered by the therapists. I had a great experience yesterday when I received a facial from Lavonne. She was experienced and knowledgeable and I really appreciated her caring for me. I gave the 4 stars for two reasons. The music that is piped in to all of the rooms is awful. Come on ME you can do better than that. The second reason is their website. I am unable to log in and make appointments. I have asked several times if this problem could be fixed and although the employees have tried they were unsuccessful.

I absolutely love going and seeing Erica! She is so intuitive with all of my needs, and I will always go and see her. I feel so spoiled with how good she is to me. I have recommended her to all of my friends and family and a few of them also see her and refused to see anybody else as well. I recommend massage envy, and I extremely recommend Erica 🌻

Corey gave me a prenatal massage and it was the first time I enjoyed a head massage. She is very skilled and could tell when I felt a bit too much pressure and asked if I needed a lighter pressure. I am looking forward to my next appointment with her.

I used to have my doubts about Massage Envy, but Viv has put those to rest…every time I come she makes sure to assess my needs and make sure that my experience is comfortable. I always fall asleep, which is a compliment to her because I have rarely fallen asleep during a massage.

Britney was so bubbly and took the extra time to really talk about my skin needs/concerns to make sure the microdermabrasion treatment has a positive outcome for my skin. She’s so gentle and truly understands how to work with people! It’s the next day and my skin is glowing and my inflammation has definitely subsided. Everyone at the front desk was amazing as well and so nice!

I was given a birthday gift card for a one hour massage and it was not until after they collected the tip that they told me I owed another $70 for a $145 …55 minute massage. Additionally, I tried to move it to Encinitas two an hour & 1/2 after booking it, and was told I would be charged half. So I felt forced to go in. Additionally, I felt rushed to get in quickly (on a Sunday) with a phone call at 4:32 asking me where I was…while I was driving for a 430 appointment. Not a good experience trying to use a birthday gift and ending up spending $90 of my own money because I did not join permanently so the massage was more. I felt taken advantage of. No one charges 145 an hour for massages except here and maybe the Bellagio in Vegas! It was not worth the time and hassle at all. The one star is that the masseuse was nice.

I have been seeing Cindy every month now, the only therapist I have ever intentionally scheduled ahead of time. She has such lovely technique and really listens to what I need.

Vivi provided a relaxing stretch session and a wonderful massage. I especially enjoyed the scalp massage and the added foot exfoliation treatment. Thank you for a very relaxing experience.

My massage therapist applied the requested amount of pressure. She was VERY attentive to increasing or decreasing pressure and speed as needed.Very understanding and responsive as I gave feedback on my first experience with Rapid Tension Relief percussion technology device used to relax tight muscles.A wonderful massage experience !!

Ive been trying to set up a massage for about a week and NO ONE answers the phone or calls back after leaving a request to call back.

I had a full body massage session with Brindusa at Massage Envy, and it was perfect! She loosened up my tight muscles before she started, which was great in and of itself! But then her firm touch for the actual massage was exactly what I needed! Thank goodness for Massage Envy and for Brindusa, she’s truly an expert!

Viv gives you a relaxing experience while working out the knots and kinks from everyday life. Say yes to the hot towels!And she’s super knowledgeable about stretching. I suggest taking a 30min stretch with Viv before your massage.

Cindy was absolutely fantastic!!! One of the best massages from San Marcos BUT who ever assigns the rooms UNACCEPTABLE how can you enjoy next to the break room and supply closet NOISEY NOISEY NOISEY seriously.

A handful of times this location has canceled my scheduled appointment. Usually only notifying me 30 minutes before the appointment was supposed to start. Most recently they called me to let me know my appointment was canceled as I was pulling into the parking lot.

Mareesa is the best aesthetician! She was always very thoughtful and caring about the service that she provides. She’s very thorough and knowledgeable about the products. She uses as well! Treat yourself and go see her today!

I enjoyed a facial with Mareesa and a massage with Erica yesterday and they both were amazing!! Mareesa takes the time to customize the facial to meet your needs and Erica’s massage was the best I’ve ever had at any Massage Envy location! The absolute best massage I have ever experienced.

Do not go to this location! You pay for an hour massage and maybe get 40 minutes of massage time. Then if you use a card even one time they save it and will use it as a backup card even if you dont authorize it. I used my card on my boyfriends account to pay for a tip one time and months later they charge me $150 for his membership. Then they wont refund the money due to it being fraudulent charges on a card that I didnt authorize for the membership fee. Now they wont cancel the membership and want to keep charging us. They have very bad customer service, do not return calls and do not care about making things right. Please do not waste your money on such a bad business. Support a local massage therapist that will honor you and your hard earned money.

Been going to Massage Envy for years. By far my favorite esthetician is Mareesa! She is so personable, kind, patient, knowledgeable about the products and my options to achieve desired results, she’s great about answering my questions thoughtfully and not just about selling products. She tries things so she can give a good assessment recommendation. I look forward to each time I have an appt with her. I feel like Mareesa cares about her clients. I’ve had some of the best laughs and relaxing moments just enjoying her company and skillful techniques. I will be taking my daughter to see her soon. Highly recommended for any facial or chemical peel treatment!

Vivi is thoughtful, compassionate, and in tune with the body. I rest easily in Vivis care and always fall asleep when I get a massage from Vivi, which for Vivi is the highest compliment :)

I tried the Massage Envy in Oceanside and San Marcos and left messages. Within two days I have not heard from them. So I called again and it was unavailable but expected that for the short notice however had they call back the days that I called them we might have been able to do this. Not necessarily the big fan of them but you still need to call back people. Whether it works out or not.

Mareesa is an amazing aesthetician! She’s professional, knowledgeable, and sensitive to her clients’ needs. She is my go to for chemical peels (or any facial)!

A year ago I signed up for their membership (admittedly at a different location in Florida) and was told that it was a month-to-month program. A few days later I found out this was a lie. So I called their HQ to complain and request cancellation only to be given the finger and told to cancel in a year. I accepted it and ended up using my membership at the San Marcos location from 12/2018 to 12/2019.My experience at the San Marcos location has been lackluster. I am of thin/athletic build and the massueses typically use very heavy pressure and the experiences are generally more painful than relaxing, even though I make it very clear before every session that Im here to relax and prefer lighter pressures.My experience today was particularly awful. I have a few credits saved up from my membership so I decided to use one on my roommate as an early Christmas gift. Typically there is a $10 transfer fee to give someone else a credit, which I expected because I have done this for her once before back in August.However, AFTER our massage I was told by the receptionist that I could only transfer a credit to the same person once every six months and had to pay $70 for my roommates session. This is absolutely unacceptable as businesses must inform consumers of all charges, hidden fees, etc. before services are rendered. My massage today also only lasted 45 minutes rather than the full hour and for as long as a I can remember at this location, the massage oil was never even heated.I still have a few credits saved up but I am hesitant to use them, especially at this location. I plan to cancel my membership as soon as possible and take all necessary action to be reimbursed for the money Ive spent today, if not the entire year.

Recently had rotator cuff surgery and Rebecca was very gentle on that shoulder. She released a lot of tension in my neck which was much appreciated! She has healing hands! I always benefit from a massage from Rebecca!

Brindusa is amazing! Literally the best massages I have ever had, she really knows what shes doing and is so so kind! My favorite massage therapist!

I’ve seen Britney for several facials and my skin has never looked better! She tailors my facial to my skin every time and always provides recommendations to keep my skin looking great between visits.

I have been waiting since last Friday for a call back from the manager regarding issues I have had with my account and their accounting. I submitted several messages through their Massage Envy website for membership and customer service, last Saturday, and even went in to the location, and was told I would be contacted within 72 hours .... it has been well over 72 hours. I called the corporate office yesterday to complain and was told someone would contact me and I am still waiting. All I want to do now is cancel my membership because of my experience and can’t get anyone to return my call to do so. I would highly NOT recommend getting a membership with them. Part of my issue was when I put my account of a 3 month freeze. They have no record of the freeze, but have a record of me unfreezing my account. It would be nice to have a company that provided good, quality customer service and returned their clients phone calls. This is not the first time it has happened either. When they switched their systems over to a new one, I left two messages with the receptionist about changing my credit card on file, to which I never received a phone call back either. The follow through is horrible. I also called in February about having my ex-husband and my account separated from each other, which come to find out was never done even though they said it had been. So disappointed and frustrated.Update: Within 30 minutes of posting this I received a call from the manager and was able to cancel my account. She said she would send me a confirmation email, which I wanted. It has been an hour since I spoke with her and I have not received a confirmation email. So, yet again, I called into the store and left another message so that I can get confirmation that my account was closed. So frustrating!

Erica is one of the best therapists Ive ever experienced. Her knowledge is incredible and her technique perfect. A wonderful person as well!

After posting this review I did get a follow up call and the issue was resolved. I’m happy to say my memberships previously accrued massages were put back on my account, and my husband and I have booked massages. Thank you. :)Ive sent emails, left voicemails, and had other Massage Envy locations call this location to help me with my husband and Is accounts. We both had a year-subscription right before and during the start of Covid. We were very understanding of shut-downs, payments freezing and restarting, more shut-downs, etc.And then we moved out of state. And tried to use our remaining massages at another massage envy location- but this one was closed and wasnt able to assist them in transferring those paid-for massages because no one was there to answer the phones or emails.Now its been a year and a half. Every couple of months I call, voicemails. Email has been unanswered.We had about 3-4 massages left that we had paid for, and have been unable to use, since the start of Covid.What do you even do at this point? Theyre expired but not due to us not trying to use them, or having not paid.

Brindusa is mindful of my request related pressure on different areas of my body. Has the electric blanket on when neededI would recommend her.

I am updating my review, all the good therapists are leaving this location, I cant seem to get an appointment booked with a preferred therapist with 5 week out notice. I had 3 therapists that I liked and they are all leaving one by one, unless this location can get some good therapists Ill have to either cancel my membership or find another location

After being a member for nearly 10 years at the same San Marcos, CA location, you would expect a little appreciation for my loyalty and customer service. Not what happened today with manager Summer Jackson. She was extremely UNPROFESSIONAL and rude and argumentative and was in no way looking at the bigger picture or knows how to treat good paying clients. It took over a year and a half to accumulate enough PAID services to complete their promotional punchcard to earn ONE complimentary service to find out they discontinued the cards after all these years just a couple months ago and will not honor it and was asked for it back to destroy! I was shocked! The least they could do is honor it especially after being a paying member since 2008 or earlier. That alone should earn some type of GOOD customer service for loyal clients! She later tried to offer something else but said she would not give it if I might cancel my membership! Horrible way to run a business. This was my first bad review ever in my entire life, so it must have been bad. Seriously.

Well who doesnt like a good massage? The massage is great and the staff is great. Stay away from the contract! I was given a gift card for Massage Envy at Christmas time 2013. In January 2014 I went in for a massage. Wonderful! Well while you are feeling wonderfully relaxed they high pressure sell you on their contract. I very clearly stated I did not want a yearly contract. Well how about six months? Ok, feeling so wonderful I fell quickly for the six month. Well for the next six months I tried to get an appointment using the internet scheduling. Each of the four times I tried someone would call me back 2-3 days later to let me know they had no openings for the time I requested. After 8 months had passed I was called and notified that my payment was late. I let them know I had no intention to continue their service. Oh, the only way to discontinue the service is to complete their 30 day notice to discontinue service! Seriously?! When did a six month contract require a 30 day notice to quit! It seems to me that the only way this contract will work for one is if one were to book their appointment a month in advance. This would hopefully guarantee that you would actually get an appointment. I am sorry, but there are a lot of things that I can schedule regularly, but my body dictates when I need a massage! Typically it doesnt let me know on which day I will need a massage 30 days in advance!People, dont get tricked into purchasing this contract while you are under the influence of a massage. READ THE FINE PRINT!

My wife received a voicemail today from someone named Brooklyn who said our account was 3 months unpaid. She called back the San Marcos location and asked for Brooklyn. Someone named Alexandria picked and said there was no one there named Brooklyn so my wife asked for the Mgr. Alexandria then told my wife that she would need to fill out a service request in writing and wait 3-5 days for someone to help her. Because my wife thought something strange was going on and never had to ask for help in writing since 2004 of being members she insisted to ask to speak to Mgr. Meagen came on the line after they put my wife on a long hold and she told my wife she had to come out of her office to take this call. Meagen seemed put out that she had to take a call and it imposed on her that she actually had to help someone. She was unwilling to help and was very rude to my wife. We have never experienced any rudeness from Massage Envy until Meagen at the San Marcos Ca location. This Mgr spoke to my wife in such a degrading manner my wife had to end the call. We are going to move our accounts to a new location. BTW our bank statements show that we have never missed any monthly payments to Massage Envy. So there was never any 3 months unpaid .. They have been receiving their money monthly all along. What a poor experience by a very unprofesional and haughty Mgr.

Ive been a member for a few years and I was a happy customer but then I caught on to their tricks. If you are a member they have availability but the moment you want to gift some of your hours/ points to someone they no longer have the appointments available. This is not the first time this has happened to me. I booked an appointment 1 month in advance for 2 member and 2 non members gifting our hours to 2 potential new members, and they call me 1 hour before my scheduled appointment stating they could not accommodate one of my guest and that there was nothing they could do. They lost 4 customers that day. This is how they keep your money and get your points to accumulate and expire. This goes for all locations. Notice: If you say your a member, they have availability and the moment you say would like to gift the massage they no longer have it available or they JUST BOOKED it. I tried this method at multiple locations and the result is the same. Dont get suckered into the contract. It is a waste of time and money. The program itself sucks and has too many loop holes.

Clean, very professional, and several great therapists. I so appreciate the RTR gun to get deep into the muscle and Biofreeze. I have a few favorites - Jathen, Brindusha, Mike and Heather. Each therapist has their own unique techniques which adds to the overall awesome deep tissue massage I enjoy!

They cancelled less than 24 hours before a coupled massage. Concerned that I was called back to confirm prior and I had to tell them I originally booked for two.Did they forget to book two?Really? All you offer is a rebooking when we organized our day around the appointment.

This place is a scam and will rip you off! $100.00 for a 50 min massage and no one tells you this until after you get the service.Im disgusted that the front office staff is so nonchalant about ripping people off and basically stealing from you. Like other reviews here, Massage Envy San Marcos has made $240 charges to my debit card that I did not approve. All of a sudden they have no record of my approved account freeze. Without notice, took the money from my account. I have called twice and went in and no manager on site. No call back. SCAM!UPDATE: Write to guest relations - heard back and still no response or refund from Massage Envy San Marcos.

I was gifted a massage! The gifting party made my appointment. I have an immune compromised family member. I called to ask if my masseuse was vaccinated-I was told it was a HIPPA violation for “them” to ask and disclose. No problem- I asked if they’d have my masseuse call me between appointments- they said no, it’s against their company policy. But, they said I could ask when I am in the room with the masseuse. Hmmm

I was gifted the hour session. The facility was clean Sadly the walls were too thin and the room next door folks talked too loud and too much. The hour was shortened for the 10 minute explanation.Not sure would repeat this experience.

Very unprofessional and a scam. no one explains there is a 100% cancellation fee (a 60 min massage is cheaper than the cancellation fee itself). Also, how is it legal to charge someones card when you did not authorize them to keep it on file or are a member. I have never cared to write a review on all social media on any company, but this one has been by far the worst company Ive had to deal with.

This locations setup is awful. WHY WOULD YOU HAVE THE TRANQUILITY ROOM RIGHT NEAR THE FRONT DESK? The front desk girls are chatter boxes, LOUD CHATTER BOXES and it really ruined my before and after experience here. How can I possibly relax with you talking about traffic? I am sure they did not mean to be rude but they should also be aware of their surroundings.....

(Important: Please Read - Corporate Policy is to Steal your Money, this is not a reflection on the San Marcos Branch but to overall Corporate Business Model)So I have 12 sessions that I havent used because of my schedule. $840 dollars worth, I tried to freeze my account so I didnt keep paying until I could use the ones I had then just reactive my account.They said I have two options, 1. Stop my account and I loose the ability to use the ones I paid for because I dont have an active account (I.E. Thier not getting anymore of my money) or 2. Pay $10 dollars a month so i can still use the ones I have.So I already paid for the services and they want me to pay again to keep them. Im making sure everyone I know cancel thier account and never uses their services again. I Promise this with conviction.

Not only is he great with physical therapy deep tissue massages, but hes always made me feel comfortable. Side bonus: He actually listens to this crazy cat ladys stories! Jaytham is the BEST & deserves a raise!

Horrible. Unprofessional. Their desk staff is a mess. I used to like this place but they have cancelled my last 3 appointments without notifying me. Its the opposite of relaxing when you drive somewhere and then find out it was for no reason. Too bad they already have my money. Im going to ask for reimbursement and cancel my membership. I been trying to cancel Massage Envy San Marcos for the last two months and they are refusing to send me a cancellation form, eventho I been a member for years! I have called maybe ten times and went in and no manager on site. No call back, or if I speck to someone there they say Only a manger can cancel membership, but management won’t call me back!
