I’ve been going here since i was 18 so 2017. But never have i ever had the experience i had this last week. Jeff was amazingly sweet, understanding, kind, funny and really knew what he was actually talking about. Was very patient with me when trying to pick out a vape and going back and forth. I brought my parents with me because they had questions and he answered everything. Amazing customer service from him. Please ask for Jeff if y’all have any questions! He will get ya what ya need.

This place is awesome. All employees are great! I knew what I wanted, they helped me make the perfect purchase. I wasnt sold or talked into anything extra..I love this set up.. Juice is on the $$ side, so I do cheat on them and order elsewhere but extra pieces or emergency juice they have always been ready to help me, without a waitThey have an okay rewards program..

The folks at the outlet location in San Marcos took time to help me with a return and fixed the problem on the spot. Go see them, everything is 1/2 price. Spent $90, saved $90

Updating my review years later, still the best vape shop! All of the employees are knowledgeable and friendly. I always enjoy just hanging out and chatting for a bit. They always offer good bundle deals and reward points too.Original review:Easily the best vape shop Ive ever been to in Texas. The owner, manager, and employees are all so friendly and knowledgeable. I usually find myself excited to go in to see whos working just to chat them up. Prices have been fair along with a good rewards program. Any issues Ive had with something being out of stock or defective like a bad coil is met with a solution rather than just being out of luck. I highly recommend this store.

I dont know the name of the guy who helped us, but he was very knowledgeable and helpful. I like coming here and learning new things about different products and how to use them. Excellent customer service and great quality products. Ill be a regular for certain.

Edit: Not an associate. He was the manager!! I’ve also learned of a friend who went in for mod juice and was sold salt nic juice and assured it would work just as well and not warned of the risk of lung damage by using salt nic juice in a mod. Also by the manager. Poor management qualifications in my opinion. What shop deems someone so inexperienced as qualified for management. SMHWent in to look at mods as my old one was small and wanted something new. Associate assured me when I bought a large mod kit that everything I needed was in the kit I had paid extra for. When I left and got home to set up my new mod I noticed it needed batteries and I was not asked or offered any when I bought the device. Severely disappointed and will be sticking to my main smoke shop Holy Smokes. The one by Chicken express. I’d advise others to do the same.

Went in for the first time today to see if they carry my juice, which they did not have. But I can say without a doubt this is the best vape shop Ive ever visited. My experience couldnt have been better.Dalton is an incredibly gifted communicator and truly cares about why you are in his shop. I highly recommend you try this place out if you need a shop in town.I learned so many things I didnt know about my device and the juice that I use than any store Ive been to. The guys were great. both locations are solid. they all know what theyre talking about. every time i go, they always solve my issues. cody worked with me last time i had gone to this location. he fixed my favorite vape & taught me the proper care. who wouldve known how to fix this thing. 10/10 recommend. they also have the best prices compared to other vape stores here in town. the prices on their cbd vapes and everything are the best prices too

Fast and courteous service from Mr Garza. He even went as far as to advise me not to charge my vape mod through the USB port in order to increase my batterys effectiveness. I created an account because Im definitely coming back.

Been going here often. Because its closer to the hotel Im staying in. Wide variety is always a plus in vape and CBD shops and they definitely have all that. But the folks working the joint are whats earning the 5 star rating today. The guys are very knowledgeable and super chill. Theyll have you in and out fast... Unless you really wanna hang.

Love this location. Every time I walk in, Im greeted and immediately helped. A few months ago I decided to stop using smokeless tobacco and vape, but had no idea what to do or where to start. These guys are awesome! I had so many questions to the point where I assumed I was being annoying and they took their time to answer every single one of them. The staff was really friendly and they always have great selections. A little pricey because I can get stuff cheaper online but I go here when in a pinch. One of the guys took like 20 minutes to take my coil out which was completely stuck inside my mod. Really appreciate the help. Thank you!

I broke my tank and it got stuck on my battery. Mario took the time to look at my issue and help. He went above and beyond by helping me by taking apart my vape and fixing the tank stuck on my battery. I decided to get a new tank and he was so knowledgeable about all the products. He is amazing! Best place to go for Vapes. Almost every single person that works there is super knowledgeable, and always friendly. They greet us by name as soon as we walk in and theyre always to the point and honest, not just trying to upsell products.

I was looking for an e-cig that is lightweight, easy to use with arthritic hands, and easy to maintain. I hadnt used an e-cig in almost 2 years so wasnt up on the latest ones. The 1st time I went to Create-A-Cig, it was recommended I try the Suorin Air; which is an excellent choice if you are trying to quit smoking. But the salesperson suggested buying a juice that was 25mgs. That was way too much nicotine and I got sick. Once Liam, the manager reached out to me, he was fantastic about correcting the situation. I am so thankful that he took such good care of me. I am now on a schedule to quit for good. I truly pray I can.

Not great on prices. Most of the vapes that aren’t box mods are way over priced. Store is decent on having pods and coils and will do singles sometimes.

They sold me a coil that didnt work so I brought it back and they tried to charge me for another one claiming it was store policy. Thats bad buisness. I wont be returning there. The crazy thing is two days prior to that incident they sold me the wrong glass replacement piece and I brought it back and the same guy switched it out!

I dont smoke (do you even call it that now, or is it just vaping) but I went with a friend who does alot. Place is clean and all their items are easy to see. Service is helpful if you need it and chill if you dont.

Informative employees, with consistency in keeping coils and nicotine levels in stock. The prices on Ejuice are a couple bucks more but worth it when stock is kept up!

Been looking for a vape for a while now, I shopped around San Marcos and Kyle trying to find a good deal went to all the big brand shops, but everybody wants to school you and just be plain rude, came to create a cig since I read some good review and I gotta tell you theyre so friendly and really know their stuff Fletcher was there on Saturday he helped me out and he also set it up for me, this is the place to buy ur stuff, best customer service hands down! !!!
