I cant believe Ive never left a review for the Smoke Shack before! Ive been coming here for any and all of my smoking needs for at least 6 years now. They literally have everything - glass for all price points, super well priced vapes and my favorite salt nic e-juices, huge kratom selection, and so much more. Theres definitely been a handful of times I havent been looking for anything specific, but something found me! So many hidden gems on those shelves. By far one of the best shops in San Marcos and my personal favorite, I highly recommend you check them out! Recently scooped the Puffco Neon Lightning Peak from The Shack and I am OBSESSED

Come here if you are looking for an above board shop with great prices for amazing pieces. The shop warns you not to use the Bo word in a gentle way. Then you get to the shopkeeper and she knew each pieces manufacturer, the locale and the specialty of said glass crew. The piece has been home for four days now and we LOVE IT. We also confided in her we had issues breaking glass and she gave us tips and directed us to a silicone accessory that is making us feel far more secure.

Purchased a few 510 thread batteries and hemp wick from Smoke Shack over over years awesome experience and customer service everytime. Very fair pricing too and knowledgeable staff can answer questions. Give em a shot!

This store does t have many options but what makes it stand out from the other stores beyond the fact that they do things by the books is Dani(Danny). Dani knows the glass so well she was able to reconnect a piece for me that I loved! Than I came back with my dad a few days later and she finds him the glass he wanted and was able to talk to him about all the vapes and the ones for the dry herb. She knows the product here like no other employees at any of shop!!! She is what makes this place amazing!! Don’t know what you want ask Danny!!!

One great aspect or reason as to why I enjoy using the Shack as my go-to place for anything tobacco related is mainly due to their customer service. Ever since my first stop a few months back, the customer service has been nothing but stellar. I usually always have Fox handle my transactions or inquires since hes always up to date with whats new and improved. Always gives out handy advice or ways to better my tobacco experience. Definitely wouldnt be a chill shack without that kind of service. I WILL continue buying my supplies and supporting the local business. 10/10 guys!

08-07-18 I don’t get why workers choose to be annoying when they could simply just do their job, I walk in to purchase an item with a California ID stating I am over 21, and the guy starts talking about how he can’t sell me the item because some guy over the phone called and he wasn’t old enough, so when things start to escalate, the worker then gets in his feelings and instead of being professional he then starts making rude comments about my car saying that it’s ugly and is it my Mom’s? I don’t know what this business is going to do about this but if anyone walks in with their ID I feel that they should not be given any type of problem about making a purchase period point blank.

The Smoke Shack is an amazing gem in San Marcos, this might not be the biggest store but it’s filled to the brim with so many items. I love coming in and going to the shelf of locally blown glass, always changing so gotta grab it before it’s gone!!

Smoke shack is one of the best shops in town! All the employees are always extremely helpful and knowledgeable about all their products in stock and they’re always getting new products in! They have everything from kratom, cbd, vaporizers, grinder, pipe, and water pipes! And HANDS DOWN the BEST kratom section in SoCal!! They always have a cash discount too! Make sure to check them out if you haven’t already!

Ive been wanting to try Kratom and just happened to come across Smoke Shack so I stopped in to check out what they had. Having never tried Kratom before I didnt really know what I was doing although I did a bit of research regarding the different strains online. There was a nice young lady there that happened to be buying some herself and she helped point me in the right direction. This is the long way to say that Smoke Shack has Kratom and for someone who has no previous knowledge or understanding of Kratom, it worked for me just as described!

We were visiting from out of town and needed some supplies. This shop was easy to find and they had what we were looking for. Their prices were a little bit high but not steep. The stuff we picked up is great for travel and now we dont need to find a shop next time we are out of town.

One of the best smoke shops in Southern California! The lady named Kat was very friendly and helpful the first time I went. She answered any questions I we had and the prices are FAR better then any other smoke shop Ive been to since moving to Oceanside. The second time I went, Danny helped me out and blew me away with how informed she was about smoking accessories to herbal supplements. Danny went above and beyond and I would deffinatly just come back just because of Danny and Kat. Tell them hi from Nate if you do go in lol. I have seen a few pieces and accessories at other shops selling for anywhere from 10 dollars more to the thing I bought that was 30 dollars more at another smoke shop. If you are debating on trying this place out, DO IT!!! I cant hurt and I guarantee you will thank me 😁 (btw, Im sorry Kat or Danny if I spelled your names wrong lol 🤣)

Selection has dropped as of late and I noticed theyre carrying a lot more knockoff glass. Despite that, very knowlegable staff who are very friendly and helpful. My go to store unless im lookin to get a crazy rig.

First time here today around 2ish as I was trying to find another place other than american smoke shop (where there is this newer employee girl that is so extremely rude).... I was so impressed and relieved that the girl here was so helpful and pleasant, when I asked what I was looking for she guided me right to it unlike american smoke shop. Way to go guys, I will be coming back.

This shop has good hours and a nice staff. The selection is good most of the time, but can get light from time to time. The location is convenient, being right on the main strip of San Marcos Blvd.

I purchased a small water pipe for $38.00 and it wasnt functional. I used it once, cleaned it up, wrap it back up, and took it back to the shop. I just wanted to replace it with one that worked, (I did not want a refund) they would not help me in anyway. So if you purchase anything from them, make sure it works, or youre stuck with it. I will be taking my business elsewhere.

Spot on, every time. I find all of my glass and vape needs met with friendly service anytime I stop by to grab something! Have been coming here for about 3 years now and never have to look anywhere else.

Do not purchase ecigs from this business. Three weeks ago I bought two ecigs both with manufacturers warranty. I was instructed by the employee on staff to purchase the more expensive ones because the cheaper ones break easily and subsequently spent over $80. Within three weeks they were both not working. I brought them in and asked for a replacement or repair and was told they DO NOT & would not exchange. We did not want a refund nor anything for free, we just wanted two of the same ecigs, that we paid for, to be in working condition. Id like to also point out that we did not drop nor do anything to break these ecigs, they simply broke due to normal use. We were told there was nothing they would do other than sell us new ones or replacement pieces. I find this unacceptable and would now warn others not to purchase from The Smoke Shack. It is unfortunate that a local business treats local buyers this way, especially when the fix was so simple!!

Hi no problem with employee she was great only with a product you sell (incense)...had to relight some of them several times.

They had a good selection and the woman working there was very helpful in making a selection. It was nice that theyre open a little later than a couple of the other local shops.

The prices are high compared to other smoke shops in the area. The knowledge of some working there is thin and have had items misrepresented and selection isnt much. Dont have any plans of returning anything there also. Would say that you try the other smoke shops in the area who are all better than this.
