I take back what I said. My issue was resolved and Im a happy camper I was just having a rough day and that lil situation made it a bit more rough. Shout out to Toni because she makes things right and she is such a sweet person and patient with me because I get social anxiety easily and she doesnt make me feel like I have to rush. Your employee was very rude and annoyed with me asking simple pricing questions. Was on his phone, had an attitude. I left instead of buying and will spread the word that RED EYE ACROSS THE STREET IS BETTER IN EVERY WAY!

James is the man! This is my go to shop for everything I need. If they don’t have it, they can get it very quickly for you. I’ve never had such a pleasure experience walking in and being greeted with a smile and positivity. 10/10 recommended for anything smoking related.

This store is honestly very organized and cleaned and it always smells good when walking in. I really appreciate the large selection of things to choose from. For it being in Sanford, they sure do have a lot.

Dishonest people. Never going to buy anything here again. I purchased a Wulf Uni pro. They sold me a return used item which was totally different model than the one supposed to be. When I walked out of store and opened the package I noticed the packaging was a little damaged and it looked like a return item not new. The charging cable was also missing. I returned to the store and told her about it and she gave me a cable. Then I noticed that this Wulf Uni is not the same as the one I purchased a month earlier. This cheaper model had no digital display. What a rip off. $42 for nothing. Most of these reviews here are fake.

They were try to they word. They told google what time they open and when I pulled up they were open. I went to 3 other shops that stated they were open and wasn’t. Love this shop.

DAMIEN CAME TO ME WHEN I FIRST WALKED IN THE DOOR. I HAD NO IDEA WHAT I WANTED, NOR WHERE TO START. I WANTED TO GIVE A SPECIAL IN MY LIFE WHO I JUST MET A SMALL GIFT. HE STARTED TO ASK ME…WHAT WERE SOME THINGS THAT SYMBOLIZES HIM LIKE HIS FAVORITE COLOR, CARTOON ECT. BINGO I TEXTED MY FRIEND AND HE SAID HIS COUSIN WHO PASSED LOVED BIGGY SMALLS. HE SHOWED ME THE 3D ROLLING TRAY THAT COULD BE USED TWO DIFFERENT WAYS, AND I LOVED IT AND WENT WITH IT. IM SO HAPPY CANT WAIT TO SEE THE SMILE ON HIS FACE. DAMIEN THANK YOU SO MUCH.

This was by far the cleanest and most organized smoke shop I’ve been to. Very helpful staff, one of the people named zoar was very helpful and didn’t mind explaining anything or answering any questions and made it an overall great experience. Would highly recommend this shop!

Im already a big fan of the original Proper Pipe on Colonial so I was excited to stop by and check out what was going on inside their third shop! THANK YOU FOR OPENING ONE CLOSER TO ME!Walking inside I was greeted right away by one of the familiar faces from PP1 and a completely redesigned store! Its so bright and everything is laid out so you can easily see everything thy have available! Their prices are STILL the best compared to some of the other shops in the area, plus they have a pretty awesome heady case :D I didnt grab any glass THIS TIME, but I did grab a Puff Bar on the way out and will be back!!
