Wow. Worst massage ever. Not only did the masseuse not have any idea about what a massage is or how to massage a persons body. The room was freezing. I asked the woman at the beginning of the massage to turn the air conditioning off. That I was freezing. But she did not. At the end of the massage I got up to complain and then was told oh we can turn the air conditioning down. Awful experience. Do not go here.

My wife and I happened to run across this place on our anniversary and my god did we come to the right spot. Ray was my therapist and I could not have asked for better attention, the only regret I have is not getting the 90 min(I got the 60 min), will definitely be back. My wife was extremely pleased with her therapist.

My husband and I both had a massage here and we were absolutely blown away with how good it was. Both of our massage therapists were very intuitive and used the exact pressure we liked (very hard in some areas and very soft in others). Absolutely the best massage I have had in 2 months travelling through the country. My husband says it’s the best massage he has had in two years.

Amy was the best massage therapist I’ve had over the years, she has firm but heavenly hands, great job! I will request her again.

Reasonably priced massages. For Thai massage, massages are not too tough or painful, but stronger than other massage locations.

Just bought a package of 6-90 minute massages as a 4th of July special. First massage was great. I worked with Audi, super professional, very nice temperament. He treated the areas I requested my lower and upper back and it definitely helped. Very happy with the service so far. This establishment is very clean and the staff is very friendly.

Had a great massage! We were able to get a same day appointment within a couple hours of calling. The spa is small but very clean. The massage was pretty amazing and relaxing!

The therapist are wonderful. My grandson (21) just got his 1st massage and is now going to go as often as he can. I love the calming music they play.

I have been coming to the Massage place for a while and have always enjoyed the massages and treatment of the ladies. The last two times I feel like the women have not given me the massages I have asked for even though I have communicated about the stress knots I get on my back and neck. I have left with still pain in my back. Today I communicated this with the receptionist and she did not seem to care too much, despite me telling her that I have communicated and have not been happy. I’m not sure I’ll come back.I’ve been getting massages for many years and it’s supposed to feel stress free and enjoyable… I have not these las two times.

I booked a deep tissue massage. We even spoke about it before we started, I also explained I had a very tense back. He was very nice, however, this was more like one hour of stroking than an actual deep tissue massage. I feel he only stayed on the surface, like a Swedish massage at best. Never got to the severe knots on my back. Very disappointed, expected much more after the great reviews

Janet did a great job! I told her my neck and shoulders were stiff so she spent extra care and time to ensure I was satisfied. Left feeling great.

I had a wonderful experience here. I received the deep tissue massage from Tiger. This individual was highly recommended on yelp and I can confirm Tiger is a great masseuse. This building is clean and the staff are very polite! I left with my knots in my neck and lower back loosened and eucalyptus oil was used to aromatherapy. It was massagd into my neck and temples.

They provide a great value on massages as long as you don’t consider their absurd tipping recommendation of 50%. The therapists are hit or miss so if you have a package, find someone you like and stick with them.

Ask for New, she was hands down the best masseuse at this location and Ive tried all of them. Every time I go here I feel like every bit of stress in my muscles is taken away and I gain at least another year of life.Also tip your masseuse well people. They dont make much off the Massage itself and survive mostly on tips. They put In a ton of work to fix us its the least we can do.

Nice thai massage I never had in my life. I have problem about my shoulder,neck and lower back before and after I received great massage from there I really feel better all problem almost gone. They know about how to pressure the right spot and of cause include more stretching like yoga in the end. Ill go back again soon. Thank you for make me feel good.

Excellent customer service staff at this location. I bring in my 95 year old father and always patient with him. He loves coming here and have been coming here for about 3 years. Waiting for another Ocean Park residence special, but will still continue to come here.

My massage was very mediocre. She asked me if I wanted the pressure harder but she did not increase the pressure. Either that or she is weak. Please do not call it deep if it is not deep and strong. I also asked her to focus on my upper back and right deltoid which she did not focus on either. I would give her 2 out of 5 stars. Thank you. I will not be back.

Pailin does not do deep tissue like I had requested. It was relaxing and soothing like a Swedish massage but even for Swedish it was very light and did not address any of the tightly bound knots that I described that needed to be worked on. Been here a dozen times and this is the first time I have truly been disappointed and feel like my money was wasted.... if you was a deep tissue massage that works on back issue such as knots, book with a different therapist and keep your fingers crossed they actually do deep tissue. I will come back again, just not to this therapist

Im giving them 5 stars because Gloria is awesome. Ive been coming here on and off for the past 5 years and never felt like I made a good connection with any therapists. Gloria gives the best massages, targets the sore areas, and you can just tell she knows what shes doing.

Excellent massage at very fair prices

Tried them because they are close to home. The person was very rough with the massage and actually badly injured a muscle in my foot. I was in pain several days unable to walk. Makes me think that the training is not adequate on how to handle the human body properly.

Fantastic. Ive been to both the Venice and the Ocean Park locations. Two different masseuses, first time I had massage with them. Home run on all accounts.

Ive never had a bad massage here. And greatly appreciated that they moved the tables to the roof so they could continue offering services during the pandemic.

You cant go wrong at this place. Front desk is the sweetest, great management, excellent staff. These ladies will GO IIIINNN on your muscles haha. Neena and Pailin are my favorites. Combo massage is great. Very relaxing but great stretches as well. Worth it

Ive found a young woman who provides great deep tissue massage. I have used massage for many years to recover from some major injuries and to help keep my body tuned up.

I have always enjoyed getting massages i try to get a massage at least once every 2 weeks stumbled into this place while out on the westside the pressure was very low and when i explained that a wanted a deep tissue it did not change the therapist i guess just wasnt strong enough

A great place for a basic massage. When you find a masseuse Im sure that you like stick with them they get to know you you get to know them massage is always better
