Staff was incredibly friendly. Helping me pick out new earrings. We had to go stretch them and they were very courteous making sure they scaled up the stretching rods and stopped to make sure that I wasnt pushing it too hard. They put safety first and I really appreciate that.All in all very knowledgeable very friendly very fun polite took great measures to clean everything. Had a really awesome relaxed experience and Im looking forward to going back for more services and jewelry. Very well done.

Great selectio of the thingd thdh carry**and the staff is always attentive and the place is very clean l. Dont expect too many smiles it is a Dungeon, after all.I needed to grab something there last minute late last night and was running a few minutes behind, and they stayed open for me. Wish i had time to buy other stuff. Ill go back and support them soon.

Apprentice piercer Annabelle was very sterile and professional for my nostril and helix. Summer is an incredibly friendly person who optimizes customer service. Friendly and cool environment with piercers who are inviting and listen to your wants and needs in regards to your piercings. They have everything available in the shop and piercers are very knowledgeable.

Friends of mine have gotten pierced there, and it looks great!! Very professional and wonderful people working there. Plus, the products they sell look pretty sweet, the place is way bigger than I imagined!! Annabelle and Summer are great piercers!!

I come here fairly often. Ive been pierced multiple times by Freya and every time is a positive experience. Today I was pierced by Lee and it was another positive experience. He described to me exactly what they were doing and they were very professional. Lee changed all my piercing jewelry for me today and did an excellent job. I highly recommend both Freya and Lee as piercers! They do good work and are super friendly and know what they are doing. Also The Dungeon has a really good jewelry selection to pick from to match anyones style which is nice.

Lee pierced snake bites for me with the help of their mentor. Both were super chill & pleasant to be around. Lee did a great job. I felt super comfortable around him. I appreciate the step by step commentary Lee provided through the entirety of the service. I highly recommend Lee, they are very sweet & down to earth. I will be back for more piercing. Came to get a piercing with a friend. Scheduled for 11 and 11:30. We got there at 10:50 and the piercer, summer was running late. She got there about 10 after 11 and looked drunk or high. We decided to continue even with our suspicions but it was 11:30 and we were still at the front waiting for her to process everything. I realized it wasn’t a good idea and I was running on a short time and decided to cancel everything. She said she was only 8 mins late so then what is the point of scheduling appointments then? She also said I had to be mindful that this process usually takes about an hour but to book with her it says the appointments are only 30 mins and her schedules are set at 30 minute intervals so I guess they just have you wait? I’ve had a couple piercings done before and they’re usually on it and super fast and efficient. Don’t know what happened here considering the reviews were good. Unlucky us, I guess!

Just happened to be online looking at piercings around 8:00 pm and the only place that was opened that late was the Dungeon and I was able to book an appointment with Summer for the same night at 9:00 pm and turned out to be the best decision and I’m extremely glad she was working. She’s thorough, clean, extremely professional and fast barely felt anything just a little pinch and my eye brow piercing was done faster than I was able to write this review seriously I spent more time on this review than it took her to pierce me so If you’re looking for a piercer with 14 years of experience Summer is your lady, don’t go anywhere else you’ll regret the quality, professionalism, and experience of this lady’s work it will blow your mind. Thanks again Summer Ill see you tomorrow to get a gift certificate for my wife’s birthday piercing and if I’m sending my wife if you at all know me I only send her to the best.

My girlfriend and I went in to get our septums pierced yesterday. My girlfriend had her appointment first with Summer and she was super nice and easy to talk to. After she was done we asked if she had time for mine and she was super accommodating and got me on to her busy schedule for an appointment later that night. When we came back she had the same great attitude and was ready for my appointment. It was unfortunate that I was unable to leave a tip but I definitely will be coming back for another piercing from Summer. She informed me she is having trouble with her phone at the moment so please let her know about this review and how awesome she was.

Was in Santa Rosa seeing my girlfriend and decided to check this place out for a piercing checkup. The piercer in question, Summer, came in REEKING of alcohol and was nodding off. Obviously very wasted. Will not be going back. Very embarrassing for a business to be run in this manner. The place should be shut down.

Freyja is the reason I come back. Her care for her clients is something you dont see everywhere. Whenever I come in she remembers me. Now, I live 1000 miles away and just visit, but she still always remembers me. She is highly knowledgeable with piercings. I can ask her questions, get suggestions, and she takes so much care with piercings. I came in for my doubles last summer, and not only was she super thorough, but I also felt safe. This is huge for me going anywhere for a piercing. Just feeling safe. She is so caring. Love her.

Went with my 9-year old daughter to get her ears pierced. Freyja was great with my kid who has a fear of needles. She was really gentle, kind, and explained everything that was going on to her. She also took her time making sure her workspace was sterile to keep things as safe as possible. Freyja helped her pick out some really cute studs, and my daughter is over the moon.

I had Freyja to pierce my nose and she was hands down the best piercer I’ve ever had. She was super chill and welcoming. She was super informative about my questions and overall did great work. Super quick and easy. I’d highly recommended her if you go to get pierced.

Got my belly button pierced here- went very smooth and honestly was mostly perfect which is why i came back. I got a few red flags at just how fast it went and the fact that Freyja didnt provide almost any information on aftercare and just general instructions. However, got my second second lobe piercings done here- once again, no info provided, super fast, she scraped cartilage on one side which messed up the healing process, AND the side with the screwup was an even SMALLER bar than the other )which couldnt have been bigger than a 6mm). Had to go to a different piercing place to have the small bar replaced with a bigger one because my lobe was eating the stud and it hurt horrifically. So this place is great if you want a quick cheaper piercing, but wouldnt recommend for less common piercings

Great place! Freyja was who pierced me. She is very quick about it, knowledgeable, friendly, and just makes the process of getting pierced overall suck significantly less. I can’t wait to go back to her for more in the future!

Went in for a piercing service and arrived 15 minutes early to my appointment which was met with the piercer rudely telling me to be on time next time instead of asking me to wait. During the service they were also unfriendly for such a vulnerable moment. Overall, the whole experience was just uncomfortable, and not a safe space for getting your body modified. I would suggest to go to another piercing shop for a much better experience

Brought my daughter (17) in for a second piercing. She forgot her ID so we had run home and back for it. Luckily we made it back before the 15 minute grace period was up! Marvel was awesome, friendly, informative and reassuring but efficient. I was impressed with the professional set-up, having had my own ears pierced at the fair as a kid and taking my daughters to Claires, this place was top-notch. Marvel took her time in explaining and in the piercing. Will definitely go back.

Came in to get my lip re-pierced and had the pleasure of Freyja being my piercer.I’ve been to a few shops in the area but from now on Freyja will be the only person I want to pierce me.I felt super comfortable during the entire process and she was incredibly knowledgeable of everything.If I could give her more than 5 stars I would.

I would give it more than 5 stars if possible. My fiancé had a rejecting eyebrow piercing that was pretty bad. He was a little freaked out about this (understandably) , and I knew a professional should be removing it, not me. I’ve had friends and family recommended this place to me so I thought I would give it a go. Unfortunately I did not get the wonderful woman’s name but she was super helpful, professional, clean, and understanding. It was a painless process for him and she was able to give us all some great advice. Thank you for helping us!

Terrible service! I used to love this place and always get my piercings there. Today I called to make sure the piercer was available to do a nose piercing and the guy who answered said yes and that she will be there told 7. I got there around 6 but she was piercing someone else so I waited, when she was done I told her i wanted to get my nose pierced and she said I wouldve had to call and make an appointment, if I had known that I wouldve made the appointment when I called but the guy never said I had to make an appointment. The piercer was very rude, I will never be giving them my business again.

Yesterday I went to The Dungeon for a piercing that one of their apprentices did. Her name was Marvel and she did an excellent job! She was very friendly and professional and made it a great experience for me. The piercer who was guiding her was absolutely amazing as well, unfortunately I didnt catch her name. I felt extremely comfortable with the both of them as they were talking me through it and the piercing guide was a great sport about me grabbing onto her because I was in pain lol. I will definitely be back soon for my next piercing and if youre looking for a free piercing and look through their apprentices be sure to ask for Marvel! Shes so nice and is great at what she does! 10/10 would reccomend!

Body jewelry selection is awesome, but they were a little low on some items; Which isnt a huge deal. The associate was polite and knowledgeable. She assisted me figure out a size of bar based on description, due to COVID. Every piece of jewelry fits and is almost everything I was looking for (my purchase was effected by their low stock). Its an awesome place thats CLEAN, has a cool vibe and everyone that works there, knows what theyre doing. Solid place.

I had a second lobe piercing that I thought had grown shut. So I made an appointment to have it re-pierced. Marvel was super nice and wanted to first ascertain that the hole had really closed up. Turns out it had just tightened up so she was able to take care of that quickly, painlessly and efficiently. We talked about lots of different kinds of piercings and I may go back when they are allowed to do facial piercings…as long as I can have it done by Marvel!! Highly recommend!

I got my nose pierced here yesterday by Marvel. She was really cool and nice. Made me feel comfortable and did a great job piercing. My nose looks great, zero sign of infection. It doesnt hurt at all and its not even swollen. Best piercing experience Ive had. Would definitely go back to her. My fiance also bought a bowl piece from the smoke shop. He loves it! Great quality glass.

I got double helix piercings about 9 weeks ago from Rosé . They gave super clear instructions, were super sanitary and were great. I went in for a check in and they were again awesome.One of my earrings fell out tonight (it’s like 1:30an rn) and I messaged to get it back in and they’ve already responded and given clear instructions and will get me in ASAP

Went in for a last minute piercing and the piercer was amazing, quick and clean. They helped me answer all of my questions and concerns! 10/10 recommended for piercings!!

I’ve been getting my piercings by the dungeon since I was 13 so I had high expectations. Two weeks ago I went to get my nose pierced by marvel and the placement is in uneven from my other piercing from the other side of my nose. They went to mark it and I told them to move it but they seemed in a rush because there was people waiting, and they told me it would look good so I trusted them. When I got in the car I realized the piercing was uneven and was really close to my cheek. They also gave me their Instagram to message if I have any questions and I realized the nose stud was to short for my swelling so I messaged marvel a week ago and still hasn’t gotten back to me. Now i have to go to avenue tattoo so they can fix placement. The guy in the back was very helpful cause she charged me $97 instead of $67 and he fixed the issue. Trust your gut on the placement of the piercing don’t let the piercer convince you otherwise.

This shop is extremely clean, efficient and stocked! My piercer, Rozé was super kind, knowledgeable and took hygiene very seriously. They answered all of my questions, told me all disclaimers with honesty and how a piercing might turn out with my anatomy [partially deviated septum] were awesome to chat with and did the piercing in a quick and nearly pain-free manor. The shop takes covid protocol very seriously, which is extremely appreciated. I would definitely recommend this shop and Rozé for your piercings! I hope to be back in again soon.

Rozé was very professional and worked with me despite me not having the most ideal anatomy for bridge. I didn’t feel a thing and it came out exactly how I wanted it! 10/10 would recommend this place. I’ll definitely be returning.

Went in to get a piercing and buy some additional jewelry and clothes. No one greeted us or came to help us after hanging around for 5 minutes. Then a door dasher came in and was warmly welcomed. I guess they don’t want our money.

Marvel pierced my daughters ears for her 13th birthday yesterday and they were so kind, so patient. My daughter has a mole that had to be worked around and they found a way to make it all look perfect. I wouldnt go anywhere else for piercings for myself or my kids! Thank you!

We got a nose piercing done here from a nice woman named Marvel today, she was great with my sibling who is a very shy pre-teen. She helped them to engage and relax by calmly saying everything needed to know about the healing and up-keeping of the piercing.Marvel also helped my mom out on finding a new nose ring that sits better in her nose. Needless to say we were there for quite a while procrastinating, goofing around and having fun. Marvel was so patient, professional and helpful to us during our time here. We will be returning for our future piercings and jewelry.

This piercing shop has a great variety of merchandise, such as clothing and novelty items, and body jewelry. The staff/piercers Ive dealt with have been very friendly and knowledgeable, helpful and patient! My only complaint is the parking situation...I wish there was more available parking. As this situation is of no direct fault of the Dungeon, my 5-star rating stands. Thanks!! I highly recommend.

Great experience!Because of how often everything is closing and opening due to Covid, I was very tempted to give myself a cartilage piercing with a piercing gun off Amazon. A couple of internet searches set me off that trail, and my experience here has made me realize it was the correct decision.Tools are meticulously sanitized with vigorous hand washing, temperature checks are conducted, and equipment touched by both me and my piercer was sanitized. I can say things were much cleaner and organized than they wouldve been in my hands.I now know that when purchasing a piercing, you are not paying for somebody to shove a needle through your whatever. You are paying for proper equipment, a professionals knowledge and experience, sanitization, and most importantly, your guaranteed safety from blood born diseases, infections, shattered cartilage, and mutilated flesh.My piercer, Marvel, was very friendly and made me comfortable the whole time. She was completely transparent about the Dungeons practices and her experience as a piercer, which made me feel like I was in safe hands. She also gave good advice for placings and safety while still respecting my opinion. She let me know that getting more than one piercing on an ear at a time could lead to complications, but let me insist on it.Thanks for safely stabbing my ears three times in a row!

I was able to easily make an appointment for some piercings online with Rozé. The business is practicing safe precautions for COVID-19 and requires anyone who enters to wear a mask. I was greeted and welcomed upon arrival, very friendly atmosphere. Rozé has been piercing for 5 years now and is passionate about what she does. I felt like I was in great hands as she looked over my anatomy to see what piercings would work best for my ears. She gave me her professional opinion on what she believes would work best and let me know that the industrial I was looking to have done probably wouldnt work well with my ear anatomy; and provided me with multiple alternatives that I actually look forward to more than I was the industrial. I appreciate how open and honest Rozé was and trust that she knows what she is doing. Overall my experiences at The Dungeon have been wonderful and I look forward to coming back for more piercings in the future.

I bought a vape in the smoke shop and it didn’t work when i told him he said he didn’t believe me even after i showed him the light won’t come on, his excuse was “no one has said this b4” i asked to talk to his manager he said he was on vacation. i talked to another person and she basically said the opposite of what he said and told me it happens a lot and she could call the manager but she don’t know what will happen i left because i was being lied to by one of them.

I’ve had two piercing done here and every time it was an amazing experience. The people there are great and really helpful. I’ve been pierced by kelly both times and I will continue to go back to her. All the needles and equipment were sealed in packages and the whole store is very clean.

Marvel pierced my 11 year olds’ ears. She was so so professional, and kind. She took great care of my daughter, and I appreciated so much. My daughter loved her experience and wouldn’t do it any other way.

Ive gotten my earlobes, industrial, nose and eyebrow pierced here and all piercings were easy and healed great. Jewlery is priced well and good quality and the workers are very friendly and helpful

Bought a faulty septum clicker that will not come out. I tried everything Google tells me since it is tricky. One of the horseshoes I found is bent upon coming home to try on. Probably by the piercers there, who knows. Also bought a black horse shoe which I haven’t been able to use yet so we’ll see if the paint chips off once I get this clicker out someway.

Got my industrial piercing here. It was great! All the times I’ve come by, they’ve been very helpful and nice. Great customer service and great selection.

Called the smoke shop to inquire about Mendo mulcher in stock. Was told med size was in stock when arrived saw a bud would barely fit in the size he had. Thanks for waisting my time and the taxi I took to get there.

This shop has a cool unique vibe to it! Its like Spencers but better, the clothes are really cute here and the staff is really friendly and there are alot of jewelry options , and its conveniently located across from the santa rosa mall

The gauges here cost like $40 minimum and you can find the same ones on Wish for like $4. That, and twice in a row i had an employee push a pair of glass gauges on me and after the purchase found that they were chipped. Do not buy the gauges they suggest. Its their way of getting rid of broken jewelry!! Oh, and when they pierced my septum they pierced the cartilage and now i have a painful permanent hole between my nostrils.

Theyre alright at piercings Ive gotten my belly, tounge, nips and root done by them and my tounge piercing was not streight and also on one of my nips and my root piercing got infected twice until I went somewhere else and no more infections and they charge up the ass!

Cute piercing jewelry but got my nose pierced and they somehow pierced my septum at an angle. And the clothing is over priced and depending on whos there, you might get poor customer service.
