LOVE this place!! The guy that works there is very friendly and extremely knowledgeable. Every time my man & I go there we end up talking with him about all kinds of stuff. I can also say that I know with 100% certainty that we will be taken care of when we shop here, he knows about every item they sell & nowadays thats hard to find.

Great customer service!! With never any pressure to purchase!! Staff is VERY knowledgeable & helpful explaining the differences - pro & cons of all the products. They even registered my geek vape online for me with Regis so if anything happens to it, it’s registered! This is what other shops should strive to be like!! Thanks Dabs!! :)

I wish there were more stars available to give this place. I absolutely LOVE this place!! Brandon & the other gentleman (Im so sorry I forgot his name) are ALWAYS super friendly & helpful. Theyre the main reason I go here. The store itself has good assortment and good prices & is ALWAYS super clean. I work @ the rock yard up the street so its also very convenient as well

Definitely not the place to go for visitors. The guy was very rude & dismissive. Told me he was the only smoke shop in Santa Rosa that follows the rules so don’t question him. He said I could go to one of the other smoke shops down the street if I didn’t wanna buy a box of cigarillos for $16 to meet his $7 minimum when I only needed one back. My first time in Santa Rosa… at least I can say he was the only rude person. Everyone else here has been really sweet.

Absolutely LOVE this shop! Literally nothing but all about the customers and if they dont have what you want or need, dont be scared to let them know and next time they might just have it! Id recommend this place 100%

Shop is great of you need a fair priced piece made in the USA. Not much branded glass but when everything in the store is 250$ or cheaper what do you expect. Bought a beautiful Dab Rig for an extremely fair price and the piece has held up for months in my clumsy hands. Would definitely recommend for someone shopping on a budget.

On the pricier side of things, and nothing special, really. They did have a replacement tank for my vape when mine broke a while ago, and nowhere else had it in stock, other than that seems like the same stuff as everywhere else for a few dollars more.

Brandon is the best! I stoped in on my road trip from LA to up north, he made us feel like home! This store has more then you think and if you are into awsome $1 stickers, then this is for sure a stop for you. Check em out!

Seriously the Best prices in town. You can get a big glass bong with ice chamber for 30 bucks! After a few weeks I broke my bowl and stem and bought a replacement at the river for 20 or 25 plus tax! Cheapest I could find for a similar replacement. Really showed me how good their prices are. Plus the lady is super cool and hella smart.

They are selling bad Kratom, no its a problem an just marking it down, I told them and acted surprised,but Rilly they new and then told me that the other brand was good .nowing it was same.it was all the cash I had he was so nice wile he hustled me.the were very nice wile they robbed the guy today to.shame on you.

This is the place if you take dabbing seriously cuz they have almost everything you need except the product itself for that I might know someone DM me and we can talk ha ha lol

I just went in here for the first time today. Even though everything in there was cleary overpriced, I bought an e-cig battery to smoke concentrates with. The woman behind the counter seemed unhappy that that was all I was buying, even though I was the only person there then, or that I ever saw in the hundreds of times Ive driven by. She grabbed a battery from a different shelf then the displays, then ripped the top and bottom off the receipt when she gave it to me. Ill admit that I am a fool for walking out with it then, but I did. Got home, the battery had clearly been returned for being defective. I doubt this review will even damage them much, because it looks like their very little business is from one time chance customers anyway.

Great customer service...great prices...AND they carry desert flavored e-juice and Salt...instead of just FRUIT flavors like most places. This is now my shop of preference.

Cool-cool, coolest smoke shop ever!Update: I bought the best ecig that Ive ever set lips today! The Aegis, Geek Vape, with Cerberus tank, blows biggest clouds ever! Not too mention last night was the first time Ive changed the coil since I bought it. Incredible, no burnt taste, it was good til the end. IP67 water, shock and dust protections only add to the appeal. They call it indestructible Lol! Ill be judge of that!

Bought a Kangertech Nebox on sale charged me $120 outrageously overpriced, plus all there E-juice is over priced. I will never shop here again period, sad most vape shops in Sonoma County are overpriced undereducated and similar to this experience. One of the only places I will probably shop if ever no online will be Smoke & Mirrors on 3rd street. I try to support local businesses in every chance I can, but gave them several opportunities to make it right. Stay clear if you looking for Vaping equipment, E-Juice or anything priced reasonably or good information.

Dont go here i bought a water pipe and it had 3 very little holes in it called the store the next day and they told me they cant refund or exchange. They dont care about there costumers all about the money for them

Told the guy behind the counter i had no idea what vaping was. (i acctually know about vaping)the guy was a vape genious. he knew everyting about vapeing and hooked it up with a bomb single coil for my tesla cylindrical vape and a charger and batteryscome vist the vape genious
