Tbh any shop sells what you need so truly no difference in product here so if ur looking to go in quick and grab something cool. But the customer service there is bad. So if you need to ask questions about anything just go anywhere else besides this place

This place is good for the necessities. No heady glass or great glass quality but they have what youll need. Great people

Im so glad I found Sammies smoke shop! I was looking for a specific type of pipe, and the staff was so helpful in helping me find what I needed. They were also very friendly and knowledgeable, and they took the time to answer all of my questions. I really appreciate their help, and I would definitely recommend this shop to anyone looking for a great selection of smoking supplies. Leo is the best!

Was charged more than $35 for a POUCH of Am. Spirit, 2 packs of papers and a pack of filters. THIRTY. FIVE. DOLLARS.Also in response to the owner telling me its not a 99 cent store... Im well aware of how much these things are suppose to cost. And then you try and insult me by calling me cheap? You tout yourself as having the best prices. That is an outright lie.

This is the best smoke shop anywhere near Santa Rosa. The staff are very polite, very knowledgeable, and the prices are better than other local shops. The guy with the ponytail should get a raise!

I have been coming here since they opened the shop. I was immediately welcomed by Sam (the owner). He has always been kind, welcoming and honest. I have also had the chance to meet his wife and daughter on occasion and they were just as wonderful to talk to. My two kids and all their friends love Fagos (carbonated sodas with different kinds of flavors ex. Cotton candy, Carmel candy apple...) I’m always stopping in just to get those too. Sam always recognizes my kids and chats for a little bit with them too.

I go by this place everyday on my way to work and I have only come in three times because the prices are way higher than other stores in the area. I gave them a 2 because it is a nice shop and the staff seams nice but the prices are out of control.

The store is very clean. The owner is very friendly and nice personality. Its not the largest store ever but big enough for little Rincon Valley. Saves a trip into greater Santa Rosa, which is great to avoid traffic and drama.

The owner and staff are all really good people. They will answer any and all questions you have and are eager to please their customers. I truly enjoy stopping here just to chat with them before heading home. Their prices are by far the best Ive found ANYWHERE in this area!

Sign said two for 16.99, proceeded to charge me $41.00 while I wasn’t looking. Didn’t ask if I wanted a receipt, clearly was scamming me out of money. When I asked why the sign said two for 16.99, all he said was “Oh I need to take that down”. Even if they were each 16.99, he charged me $8.00+ of tax. Ridiculous.

Absolutely the best place to buy ciggs, pipes, rolling papers, CBD tinctures, vape pens & accessories, bongs, etc. The owner is awesome, friendly and extremely helpful. He treats you like family. And of course the prices are right.. best in the area! Dont miss supporting this excellent local business.This is one of those gems of a business that absolutely deserve 5 stars (from opening day til now.. it only improves more & more).

They sold me moldy tobacco. I went right back In and they traded It for a second pack which was moldy too. I came back the next day with what a fresh pack is supposed to look like and the guy told me he couldn’t exchange it or refund me. Not good.

I dont smoke too often, but I do like to occasionally pop in to either get some extra e-juice or possibly replace a coil. Let me just say... THIS STORE IS AMAZING! First off Im not normally the one to judge on looks, but this place blows me away every-time I walk inside. Theyre constantly expanding their store adding more options for every type of person that may walk in there (and if you had any problems finding something) Sammy is always there to go above and beyond! Ive never quite had an experience of such amazing customer service and selection from a location like this and it pains me to not be able to rate this place higher. If youre looking for any type of accessory/mod/liquids/tobacco or ANYTHING related to smoking, make this store your first and only stop for those needs. Secondly, Ive personally made some mistakes selecting certain coils, or having issues with my mod, Sammy was there to not only just outright replace them for me out of the kindness of his heart but he didnt hesitate to fix my mod and shrug it off after I offered to pay for it. You will never find any other shop better than this!

The staff are extremely helpful & friendly! I used to go to another smoke shop, but they were always out of product. Sammy’s keeps their shelves stocked better. This is the only place I shop now.

I have purchased multiple mods. All of them failed in under 30 days.two of them failed back to back in 4 weeks.the owner was cavalier about not warranting his product unless it was day or two from purchase.who does that?anyways this place is complete ripoff and they dont back up there products. They are not that cheap and there products are garbage.

They get 1 star only because I have to leave 1 star to review. Sold me a dripbox kangatech starter kit, it had a different brand extra coil set up ,came without the extra squeeze bottom feeder tank. I came back to either have the clerk tell me what I was doing wrong or exchange it for a different type vape per clerks words when purchased. He messed with the coil and used all my extra cotton and after an hour said he didnt know(watched 2 YouTube videos while trying to figure it out) not to mention the 50%off certain items and brands hanging in front with their GRAND OPENING sign. I tried to purchase a sale item (case of whip its ®) he rings it at 25$???I remind him its on sale to which he replies that it is the sale price as his retail price is 49.99? Anywhere else full price is 20$. His rects are not detailed i.e. item $xxx.00 for everything they ring up which rubs me wrong as well. But I bought a kangatech product had the scancode but kit missing 3huge parts.
