Sky Smoke Shop University & Lockwood

Just bought this . I shop here religiously. They are always so nice at university never had an issue . I also bought the Cuban elf bar because I always enjoy that one . They have now gone on but one get one for 25 dollars. Cool no problem . I did it a few weeks ago got the Cuban but instead got a different candy one with no problem . Last time it was the same but one get one 25 and the fir said if there was a problem just bring it back . I get home and open it and it’s full of juice oil in the bag . I call and ask if I can bring it back and they said no . And I said wait a minute before we go down this rabbit hole the girl said if I had a problem to bring it back . They said we will have our manager call you . This guy who is the owner calls cussing he out saying I cussed out his employee I would never do that and was screaming over a return on a 25 dollar vape . Well I have shopped there a long time . But never ever ever again . I would rather pay more than give money to a business that would actually call and cuss and yell at a customer over wants to just exchange a defective vape .Edit: to response to the owner to say you didn’t call and cuss me and yell at me over exchanging a vape I just bought . I will never shop or recommend your store to anyone. You have lost a very longtime customer

Poor experience. Came twice and each time was incredibly jarring. Just today I went to check up on new products and was greeted by a lady who was trying way too hard with marketing. Specified a budget and was shown anything and everything not in the budget. +1 for variety in multiple types of products, but thats it.[Edit]I was sold to before ☠️

Actual worst place ever the older man maybe 30 yo was RUDE (PROBABLY YOUNGER BUT LOOKS OLD), yelled to check me out instead of having the other staffer do it and then proceeded to tell me i can not get the item when i was going to pay. the store is extremely busy and has so much ( which can be good) but slightly hard to find stuff. staff is just straight out rude though.--- SAW your comment owner, i know where this happened and i know what i heard/saw

The shop is amazing been going here for years . Already have everything I need and always very clean and friendly . I would recommend this 10/10. The worker pat has helped me the most he knows his stuff very well . Pat can help with anything

I always leave with a big smile when coming here! I just left tonight and I just had to come and show some love to Heather and Tae. Heather helped me and was very sweet and showed me way more than I expected! I was there for a battery for my cart. She even offered and let me test one out! Then when I picked the model that I wanted, she went straight to the one that she thought I would pick, and it was absolutely the one I wanted! Made me feel like I was right at home. Thank you so much! I also interacted with Tae, who was so very kind and a pleasure to be in the presence of. Two great assets to the team! Don’t waste your time.I went in Here to buy vapes, you’d think it would be a quick, smooth transaction right ? They have the vape I want, on the shelf, fully stocked no problem… but they won’t sell me that specific flavor because it’s not in the system yet… sooo if it’s not in the POS system take them off the shelf until you have a way to record their sales. To be clear it’s not a new flavor, it’s not some weird limited edition, not asking for any discounts, this could have been a very simple transaction.

By far an amazing experience The costumer service that was given was superb. Tate and Tim provided us with knowledge and insights about our products we were purchasing. Each staff took their time with us and really helped. Thank you guys 💞👍😊

I enjoy shopping here. The employees are so nice and knowledgeable about everything I buy, they show me new items that just came in and tell me about the fun stuff that will be arriving soon. My most recent visit I bought something that didnt work and came back the following day to have one of the employees show me how just in case I was doing it wrong. Joey was not in that day but I figured anyone who worked there knew what they were doing. The young lady and I worked together and thought we had it right. I left and went home to use it and it still didnt work. Came back a third day and had another young lady try to work it and we just couldnt seem to get it to work right either. Then Joey came in and he originally sold it to me and he couldnt get it to work. There was another young man who I thought worked there and he tried everything and then some but it still wasnt working properly. So I said it must just be a bunk item and could I exchange it for another one of equal or lesser value and Joey made a call to who I assumed was the owner and he said I couldnt return it but they would give me 50% off toward another item. I wasnt trying to get my money back and clearly it was a bunk item and I asked why if it doesnt work. He said because I didnt come back the next day. I did come back the next day and told her who, what, when and where and she never made note of it or told Joey I was there the next day. Thank God the other woman sales associate was there at the same time and remembered me and told Joey who then spoke to the owner again and he finally said no problem after that and Joey and I picked out a new one and couldnt get it to work. At this point my husband was calling me from his cell phone sitting in the car telling me we had to go. Joey said let me work on finding a solution to this problem give me your # Ill call you when I figure something out. I ended up coming back on day 4 to a resolution that I was very happy with. I ended up with a little cheaper but just as nice of an item. I am thankful for everyone who worked together at Sky Vapors to make it happen and to Joey most of all who wouldnt give up on it and is a great salesman because I walked out of there not only with what I originally bought 4 days prior but another $50 in trinkets I probably didnt need but love them all. There is no need to go anywhere else but Sky Vapors!

I have been doing business with them for a couple years! I actually drive 20min out of the way each trip! I bought a faulty cartridge from a new brand! They exchanged it for another of the same kind! I had the same issue with the next one and returned to trade it again! At first I was told they would exchange for 25% off my next one! That didnt seem fair! So he called the owner and was told to only do a 50%! Now how do you sell me 2 faulty cartridges and theb tell me you wont fix it! He yelled at me as I was leaving at that!He also said I was the only person who had complained about these carts and he has sold a ton of them! I replied that was interesting because he himself a week ago had told me I was the first he had sold one to with how new they were! They still had the same amount on the hooks as the last time I was in! His reply was well weve sold 5 or 6 of them! I laughed and said you call that a ton! So outof 6, I have had 2 of them! Seems legit it may just be a bad brand!They dont care what they sell as long as you spend money and apparently arent worried if you come back! The old staff was completely different!

Everytime I come into this store they always help me out but this time was different. Joey knows I’m a regular and when I came in I was not having a good day. Very stressful, Joey immediately knew there was a problem and asked me what the problem was and took the time out of his day to listen to me rant, give me advice, help others in the store, and still get me the things I wanted. When I asked why he took the time to listen to my problems he told me “it’s the little things that counts.” If anyone deserves a raise it’s that guy!

Ive stopped in enough times to warrant an honest review. This place has a pretty laid back atmosphere, something someone with Anxiety seeks. I found the staff pleasant to be around and welcoming. Inventory is restocked regularly and stocks everything for your vaping habits. Ive bought a few delta 8 carts from them, 3chi in comfortably numb and Medusa indica are two of my favorites. If you havent, go check this one out. Theres a nice selection and a general chill vibe. 10 of 10.

I love a shop that won’t upsell a bad product just to make a sale. Top smoke shop. tobacco, glass, etc they have it. I came for my birthday and left with about 5 things that probably would’ve cost $80 plus and left spending $33 between the samples, discounts and love Mike, Paula, and the team are nothing short of amazing.

So i came here around 6/9 to buy a nova device. Cody is who helped me. my device kept acting up the first week i bought it when i brought it in i was told there’s nothing they can do about it because it was still hitting. so i come back on the 19th bc the coil wasn’t reading the pod. when the employee who was working called his manager he proceeded to say i couldn’t get a refund because it was past the 10days ??? mind you it was on the 10th day i have proof on my card transactions. so instead of them giving me a full refund for $65 for the device and the $15 pods i bought the manager said on the phone i could have whatever device i wanted for free which was nice but still doesn’t seem fair that i lost $80 worth of my own hard working money to get something free that’s worth $30. wish i still had the receipts but they took them from me. i’ve been trying to dispute the transactions with my bank but they keep declining them because of what your company is telling them. and i know i’ll never get that money back because the manager doesn’t seem to want to call me after i left my name and number and because apparently they don’t do refunds. that’s not my fault your employee didn’t seem to care to tell me you guys have a 10 day limit on purchased items. so with that being said i’ll make sure i never refer anyone for you guys and i’ll go to another vape store that’s willing to make a customer happy and not just steal their money like you guys seem to do.

I’ll b honest. The disposable I bought didn’t work but even though they make their clearance return policy clear they offered to help me out if I came in. Unfortunate I live an hour away and it wasn’t worth the drive but I was impressed with their dedication to their customers.

Never buying from here again. Everytime I buy a piece, its cracked. They do not offer refunds. My first piece was a bong that when I took home, the percolator broke. I took it back to the store and they exchanged it for a similar piece but when I got home with that one, I noticed a crack in the neck almost invisible to the naked eye. I called to complain and was told by the manager/owner that they couldnt do anymore. My second piece was an ash catcher that broke within days of buying it because the stem was too fragile. My third piece was a new bong that thankfully has survived to this day. My fourth and final piece was a new ash catcher that had a chip In it but I decided to let it slide because i didnt feel like dealing with another broken piece and being told nothing could be done because I already used it…Now my ash catcher that cost about $40 is shattered because the chip it had expanded into a crack that weakened the neck…. This is by far, the worst place for glass pieces. I DO NOT recommend
