I recently enjoyed a massage at Foot Finesse and had a wonderful experience. The staff were exceptionally friendly and attentive, making me feel truly cared for. The facility was spotless and conveniently open late into the evening. The prices are very reasonable, making it an excellent value for the quality of service provided. I highly recommend Foot Finesse for a relaxing and rejuvenating massage experience.

Me and my Dad go to Foot Finesse a lot.... The staff is excellent... the massages really help my back pain, my mobility and help me relax. I also do Cupping there and I find it very beneficial...I highly recommend Foot Finesse to everyone....

The massage was usually very good in this place in the past so I went back there last weekend. However this time it was very badly organized and the massage person switched between people and also left for a long period of time in between the massage and not doing a good job. To make it worse, the front desk lady was rude and asked for more tip than was necessary. I doubt if I will return to this place.

I’ve been going here for a while now, I’d say about 4-5 years. The people that actually massage are hard working people, and do a decent job. I didn’t really have a specific person I would get a massage from but they all did a decent job. However, in the past few months, there seems to be a management change, most definitely for the worse. The front desk lady was rude, definitely talked some crap about the tip (I generally tip 20-30% depending on how much I enjoyed the massage). This time, my massage therapist changed 3 times within the first 25 mins. I still tipped about 12% and the lady loudly says the amount to embarrass me into tipping more. I took my card and walked out of that place for the last time. My sympathies for the therapists there who work hard day in and day out.

Mo and David did an amazing job on my husband and I. We did not have appointments and they took us in for full massage right away. Great service & will definitely be back.

I just got massage from there massage was ok but I prepaid 2 hr with tip begin. But they cut 30 min . Previous owner was great now new team there bad service

I noticed there was a change in customer service since they switched to new management. They are definitely more rude than the old management. I went there 6 months ago and told them which massage I wanted and ended up receiving the most expensive massage on the menu. I assumed at that time it was due to a language barrier so I didnt make a big deal of it. They also told me increase my tip to 40% after giving me the wrong massage. I ignored this issue.During my most recent visit there, the person at the front desk insisted that I receive my massage by a male therapist even though I expressed my discomfort several times and told her I would wait for the female to be available. I briefly agreed to the male therapist after she continued to persist. The male therapist then asked me to remove my shirt during the massage even though the woman at the front desk said he wouldnt. I stopped the massage to wait for the female therapist. The massage itself was fine so I gave a tip to the therapist directly. While paying for the massage, the woman at the front desk looked very angry at me for disrupting the massage and then told me I should have tipped even more.I will never be going back there again.

Been going here for years, most affordable massage place around. Despite the low price, they still give pretty decent massages.

Staff is great, very friendly. If you want a really deep deep massage, just ask for it and theyll assign a strong guy. Prices are good. They are open really late too.

I have been to this place for years. I like the new management better than that of the old one. The new management is very polite and friendly. For those who want to get a great service, you need to establish great relationship with the therapist. They are human being too. If you are nice to them, they will take care of you well too. Once in awhile, they may be giving shorter time like 5 min or 10 min, let it go. There were times they gave me more time too when they are not busy. Give them good tip, they will be eager to massage you. I often give 100% tip when the therapist massaged me well. You can tell when they are do their job seriously.

Massage was OK for the price. Table was uncomfortable. It’s a big room with little curtains so you can hear EVERYTHING. Couldn’t find anyone to explain to be carful for my birth control in my arm. I was planning on tipping at the end but the gentlemen who did my massage rushed out. I waited a few minutes then decided to leave. I was later approached IN THE PARKING LOT WHILE REVERSING. A woman came running, knocking on my window for a tip. Not even the man who did my massage? What a joke! I will NEVER EVER come back here again.

The service is always good. They seemed like they have remodeled their lobby. And prices are below average. I do recommend it but I have not tried any other places recently to compare.

I’ve been coming to this place since last 14 years, and this place has never disappointed me! Their service is excellent, and the masseurs are all incredibly well mannered and polite.There is a high demand, and you can walk in, but it’s best to make an appointment. The place is always clean, always looks good and is has a really relaxing environment. Also, you can always ask for a male vs a make, or vice versa. You can indicate the level of intensity of your massage, as well, but even during the massage you can very easily change your mind and indicate otherwise. The masseurs are always asking if you’re okay throughout. If you don’t feel okay, let them know, and Excellent experience for me. Had a 90 min combo, and did i have a great massage!!! Very reasonably priced, sufficient lighting, totally dry towels were used !!! They even have free bottled water after the session. Would definitely go back there... and recommending it to all.For these prices, this massage place cannot be beat!!!

11/28/2022Absolutely the BEST massage I have ever had!!! I went in for a 90 and ended up taking the two hour session with FREE hot stone for $80!! My therapist, Emma, was AMAZING!!! I went in feeling worn out and broke down and left feeling like I have a brand new body! It’s crazy but I am on the verge of tears, tears of joy, for how wonderful I feel. I will absolutely be back again next month. Emma has a client in me for LIFE! If you’re searching for a place to go and are reading these reviews to get confirmation, this is it! And for these prices, you can’t beat it! You won’t be disappointed!Update: 10/1/2023 ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️Just updating because again, I just had the best massage ever!! Today, I saw Kylie and she was absolutely FANTASTIC!! She worked out every muscle and joint in my body!! She incorporated stretching, acupressure, joint mobility, and some Thai massage. I feel like a whole new person!! This will always be my go-to place for revitalizing, relaxing and rejuvenating!!

I asked for a hard massage. They worked me hard especially on my back where they felt i was most tense. They also would ask if i was ok to continue. Very tense massage but then very relaxing towards the end. I will visit again.

I want sure what to expect, but was pleasantly surprised. Excellent massage and very relaxing. I would give 5 stars, but the clients in the next room were loud and obnoxious. Downside to having curtains vs doors, but will definitely be back.

My husband and I stopped in for our first time. Thought it was just a foot massage but turns out there are many types you can pick from. We did $50 combo package each which is very reasonable for the hard work they do. I’ve had many massages in my life but I swear this was the most comprehensive and deep massage I’ve ever had. I felt like it was more a health- enhancing massage than a relaxing one but the relaxing effects come on over hours afterwards. My husband absolutely loved it, too.

I had wonderful experience at this place!! Their deep tissue massage just helped my tiring body to relax tremendously! It’s clean and nowhere else can beat the price! It’ll be my go to place in the future when I need a massage for sure!

We always forget how awesome the 90 minute massages are at foot finesse. We went in today and found out they use stones. which only enhanced the massage. My back was in knots before the massage and was completely relaxed and “open” afterwards. I wish I knew my therapist’s name as she was so strong and I left feeling so relaxed and stretched out. Thank you!

I enjoy deep tissue massage and have paid a fortune for them over the last 30 years. I have never visited a place better than Foot Finesse in Schaumberg IL. I am an athlete and nobody works my achey muscles better. This truly is my happy place! The prices are the most reasonable on the planet! I highly recommend their full body deep tissue massage! THEY ARE AMAZING!!!!

I feel its clean and quiet. The massage they give is also very good. But I found the staff a bit rude. Thats why the 3 stars.

I usually go here from time to time with my friend and usually frequent another foot massage place and even have paid top dollar at massage therapists and PTs.Today I got the absolute BEST massage ever in my life by Tom. I will definantly request him from now on and encourage everyone to do the same. He literally put me to sleep during the foot massage part and I requested the 90 min (30 min foot, 60 min neck, back, arms/legs) and man did he make me feel like I could move again. I am a barber/stylist with severe neck and shoulder pain amongst one of the tightest backs ever filled with an obscene amount of knots and also having rheumatoid arthritis and nerve damage in my lower spine, left leg and hips to where most people hurt me down there but man did he do a great job. I have NEVER left a massage feeling almost completely better. I can’t rave enough at how good this massage was. Amazing. He literally made me feel like I was 21 again and all my stress esp that I carry, just gone. I even took a minute just laying there on my elbows after it was all done bc I literally just couldn’t get up from such relief. I’m so so happy I came and got chosen with him. 20/10 def recommend. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

I used to love going here until the customer service changed. They had me waiting a hour laying on the bed and still had the audacity to forcefully ask for a $25 tip. They didnt want to give me my card back until I said yes to the $25tip. I still said no and had to keep asking for my debit card back. I tip based on my experience and the experience was HORRIBLE. I came out super stressed and very upset. I will NEVER be coming back.

Not only massage service went down but they are greedy. Gave them my card to charge $40 for service and $10 for the tip. And she charged $55 and pretend she is not understanding whats the difference between 50 and 55 since she was speaking perfect english at the beginning.Anyways it Was my friends turn to pay and he specially told her $50 coz he saw what happened with me. She had the audacity to charge him $55 and pretend she is confused and all.Its not about $5, its about when we happily paying the tip dont just start stealing…Well they lost two customers coz of their greedy behavior

The massage is very relaxing. Specially, with the foot area is so soothing it put me to sleep. I enjoyed the entire massage,it was very relaxing. They hit all the major tense area in the body. I must go back for another.

So, I attempted to schedule an appointment several times. An Asian lady answered the phone. I attempted to explain that Id like to know more about the different types of massages that they offer. She couldnt understand what I was saying. I asked if I could speak with another employee who could provide me with the appropriate information. She still didnt understand what I was saying. IT LOOKS LIKE THERES A HUGE LANGUAGE BARRIOR for those who dont speak Chinese.

This use to be a 5 star place until management changed. You are always pressured into a more expensive massage and no matter how much you tip they want more. I use to go monthly but plan on never going again

Very disappointed with the new management as they tried to scam me. They told me i got 15 mins extra of back massage on top of the hour. Walk in no reservations, they didnt start on me till 2:45 pm then finished at 3:29pm.

A very basic type massage parlor. Not as much privacy with general rub down tactics. Not bad if youre looking for a quick full body rub down. Nice people and the masseuses do look for comfort in your massage. Recommended for an on-the-go massage experience after a long day.

I have visited this location several times. They are always wonderful. Very professional and friendly. The place is beautifully clean and you can see they are adamant in their efforts to sterilize everything for COVID. Great massage and the price cannot be beat. I highly recommend.

Front desk person laughs at you if you choose a cheaper option. Forces you to tip 1/3 the cost of the massage and the massage isn’t even that good and is rushed.

Used to love this place. Good price but their staff people is ruining it. The only thing I dont like is when their massage therapist has a cold they still let them work. And they cough all over you. But you can always talk to them to get you another one. There was also a time when i got bitten by a bed bug here. But they cleaned it up.Update 1.27.2016 - I havent been to this place for months since there has been a new spa near here that is only $23 and they have a sauna and hot rocks. But a friend of mine invited me to go here because they travelled far and the other place was fully booked and Foot Finesse was the only one who can take us. Sadly, the person that I got a massage from was a total nightmare. I told him to not be so hard but he kept on doing it anyways. When we were going to pay (our guest had gift cards) we were gonna give a tip (come on , the massage is 28 at least give a decent tip, we usually give $7 tip each) but we were gonna card it since we had no cash to with us. The registry girl was not pleased with us using a card and asked if we have a card and when we said we didnt have cash she was unhappy with this. But come on, its still money. They are lucky that even if I didnt like my massage I still left a tip. I almost walked out of there when the person giving me a massage wont listen to me that he was hurting me already. I was aching all over my body for weeks. Ive been traumatized since and I dont feel good coming back here anymore.

It was mediocre. I treated my guy there and we had a room towards the front for our couples message. Pleasant people and management who spoke very little English, however very impersonable. The guy who massaged me didn’t ask two key things “what kind of pressure?” And “would you like your face touched?” So my massage was very rough and hard. The noise from people outside didn’t make it like a “spa” but overall it was ok. It think it would be better if one day they moved locations to a quieter building or strip.

I have been visiting Foot Finesse for three years. The massage is strong, but I prefer that. No harm in asking for a gentler massage if that is preferred.You cant find a better deal- $28 for the hour. Give a good tip, they deserve it.Will continue to go there.Thanks!

I would not recommend this place anymore. Ive been a few times (whenever I visit family in that area) and felt violated on my last encounter. Im a female and I had a male therapist(which Ive never had problems with in my past experiences) but he straddled my backside, while massaging my back. It felt totally unnecessary and inappropriate. If you are a female; I would request a female therapist or at least beware that you may have a young Asian male straddling you from behind half-way through the massage. Not sure if this is common or if anyone else has experienced this but I wont be back.

The price is inexpensive and service is good. but it is sometimes rough. it is not gentle and soft massage especially on the back. Another thing I dont like is the counter lady always complain tip too small even I paid 20%. She often ask direct amount for the tip. If they want, they should include it in the price. I may no longer visit here because of too reasons.

This place is organized and efficient. I have had many different people and each one does the same thing. It would be nice to have a new experience but its a good value for an hour massage.

Quality of massage and service is great here. Some privacy concerns and you definitely lay down. Not a seated foot massage. But done with love.

I have been going to this place for years. I’ve introduced a bunch of friends to it as well. It used to be utterly amazing to get such a good massage at the $28 price. Within the last year or so the quality has really gone down. Today my friend and I went to get massages. Mine started out ok. We both had male massage therapists, my friends was super rough on her and possibly bruised her skin. Mine was a little rough which I didn’t mind. Shoulder and arms were fine, he did a decent job. After they took the water bucket away, and he started working on my feet, it started getting weird. His pressure started out strong, then faded quickly to eventually nothing. That’s right, he fell asleep while massaging my foot. It happened about 15 times (after the 3rd time I started to keep count) when he had me turn over, he started out rough with me again. He then proceeded to get on top of me and massage my upper back with his hands, and my butt and hip region WITH HIS KNEES. I was face down so I wasn’t sure how he was pulling that off, until I picked my head up and saw him literally on top of me. He asked “is this ok” for like the 10th time, and I said no! There was multiple times where I felt his groan again my butt and head while he was massaging my back! It was very inappropriate and I feel completely violated. After the massage I tried to speak with management and tell them about this horrific experience. She sat there and acted like she did not understand a word I was saying.I will NEVER go back.

I use to go to this place on a monthly basis up until I moved. Havent been there in over a year but havent been able to find any good massage places out here in Belvidere. So I get there, go through the usual routine. Massage was pretty good, very nice up until I go to pay. I pay the standard $28 and as I start to head for the door, she asks if I left a tip? Ummm, okay. So we go in the back to the guy, I give him my $2 change and as I walk away, they have the balls to call me out and say no, the tip is $5. Im sorry, but screw you! A tip is optional, NOT required and seeing as how I drove all the way out from Belvidere, in a bad freezing rain storm, just to get a massage, you excited me to pay a tip? Last time I go there, complete garbage! ! By the way, the only reason Im giving a 2 and NOT a 1 star, the massage WAS good, but the service after was garbage!

For the price this is an amazing place to visit! Only issue is each masseuse has different techniques. Sometimes I walk out feeling relaxed, other times I walk out feeling beat up. I need a happy medium.

Relaxing music and calming environment. Message was average. When you walk in for message, the first thing will be soaked your feet into the warm water tub and that felt so heavenly. Prices are reasonable.

Massage was really bad. This person was kind, but obviously hasnt studies about nerves etc. When I requested a receipt the receptionist said that there is NO receipt. Looks like I should be calling the IRS. Refusing receipt sounds illegal to me

What more can i say, then ahhhhhhh. What a relaxing experience. The massages are out of this world. And so relaxing. Prepare for total relaxation if you go to foot finesse. Its a great gift idea. And a perfect idea for couples. On a day when you have nothing else to do.

Had a massage with a guy with frosted tips in hair.it was horrible.i feel more messed up than I went there.he didnt finish the quadrant he was working on and didnt do a very good job to the point I wanted to walk out.ive had issues with this place before.so from now on if I go anywhere Ill just wait till the end and just wont tip if they suck.gonna have to try other places again.gotta love when you have a problem .all of a sudden they dont understand English.but they will realize no tip...

I did love this place at one point. However everyone (3 people) that i saw for 3 years stopped working there. Unfortunately i tried 5 others and they have not done a good job!!
