Went in today after smashing my favorite bong…I was devastated, but Sam was super helpful and kind and I found a great new piece for a really good price. Location was super clean and has great vibes. 10/10 would recommend this location.

The blonde woman working there was very nice and helpful. I usually use one brand of vapes, and she suggested another that fits what I like/needed. She even made sure I understood how it worked and had me use it before leaving to make sure it wasnt faulty. Great customer service, good prices, clean shop. Ill be back!

Oliver an employee there, Is so friendly and helpful. I love the shop so much and have had multiple friends work at one of their locations, but not all employees are friends and helpful; let alone friendly. Justin must be going through something because he is unhappy individual now that we are three for three on pleasant interactions. He has his Reasons I’m sure, life can be life outside of work, and put you down. But when a customer asks a question about your products, the expectation is that you at least respond. Best Of luck, man, and we love these shops!

I really like going here because the staff is normally very helpful and fun to talk to. I always get two to three disposable vapes at a time when I stop by. Yesterday I picked up two Orion Bar disposable vapes. I opened one in the car on my way to work and it was great. Fast forward to last night when I did end up opening the other since my back up died. Took the first pull and it wouldnt stop going. A little weird so when I went back today to exchange it. I tried to explain what happened I was told that because I had left the store there was nothing they could do. THAT is ridiculous! So not only are you not going to stand behind the products you sell but also expect a person to open multiple vapes at a time in store and try all of them before stepping outside. No. Ill be talking my business elsewhere from now on. The customer service I received today was subpar and I personally dont want to support a company who wont stand behind their products.

Seriously the most friendly staff around. I purchased a peak and a peak pro from them with a 3d chamber. Not only is the guy working always cool as hell.. I was in yesterday and this morning I noticed something very cherished to me was missing. I left it at their store but I wasnt sure where I left it. I called and the guy was like, Yeah man, I got your bag!. He could have kept it and sold it and there would be no proof! You want to do business with honest people with great prices? This is your place.. I will never shop anywhere else for my smoke and vape needs. Again, thank you kind people at Sky High!

There is always a be right back sign on the front door when I go there. And I’ve been there at different times. Im really sick of this place always being closed, luckily there is a much better smoke shop right across the street. I will never be going here again!

I just moved here and my car is still a few states away. Last night I took a 8 mile round trip ride to this establishment to make a much needed purchase. My Lyft driver pulled up at 11:59 pm and by 12:00 pm I set foot in the door, which displayed an open sign as well as it being open was a good indication that my mission was going to be accomplished. Far from the truth. Now I realize the Jag-Baggeriness in being that late night customer. I have been on the other side of that and it isn’t fun , but it’s not all that terrible either.I came through the door celebrating that I had made it. There was a gentleman here who said sorry we’re closed. I said all men come on. I just drove 3 miles. For a vape he says I’m sorry I clocked out already. I said, can’t you make the transaction? No very monotone very angry very smug. I knew exactly what I wanted. It would’ve taken a few seconds. I’m out $25 for a round-trip Lyft driveAnd I still don’t have a vape.where is the greatness?
