As always Robin, @ Body Therapy by Robin, was superb. In addition to my usual troubled areas, I had a recovering Rt arm/shoulder muscle strain that was still aggravating me some. After explaining the issue to Robin she was able to work that lingering kink out and I haven’t had any pain in it since. In addition, the full body massage did the trick in relaxing me both physically & mentally. Thank you Robin!

Every time I visit Body Therapy by Robin I’m greeted with a smile. The office is always clean and smell so nice. I’m big on clean restrooms and she never disappoints me with how clean it is as well. The service she provide is unmatched. My husband is very hard to please and he was taken back by her ability to stretch him out and his a big man. Personally, I love her anointed hands. I’ve been going to her for a very long while and she always take care of me.

Went for a yoni steam on 6/3/23. And it was a great experience! Coming back for teeth whitening soonWent for a sauna detox on 3/23/24 and again 5 stars. Advice for big girls like myself....come with extra bra and panties. The bra and panty she gives you is kinda small. ❤️❤️❤️❤️

I had a lymphatic massages done on yesterday 5/22/23 and when I tell you Robin was on point BELIEVE ME‼️ OMG she was extremely good, she payed attention to details, gave awesome at home advice/tips. I felt 💯% better after I left. I couldn’t wait to call and tell my friends about my experience. I will definitely be going back. Amazing service! I had an adrenal gland drainage massage and it was just that. Some places just massage, but Robin had a very clinical approach and she just has that instinct when working with the body. She would subtly hover over areas where I had pain, but hadn’t mentioned it yet. I felt 100% better after my appointment and will book again. Amazing care and knowledge!! I highly recommend!

My initial session with Robin was amazing. I started out doing the 60 min sessions and did not want to leave so I extended to the 90 min sessions. Let me just say I still dont want to leave....lol! Robin know how to read the body and if she feels tension best believe she will focus on that area and work it out. I made myself a promise that I would visit Robin monthly because its well worth it. Worst massage ever. There was a new guy, he stated he had just started, it was obvious. All he did was rub oil on me, worst experience ever. I did contact the owner to disuss the issue, no reasons back. My massage was $160, so NOT worth it. He even used profanity while expressing how he was new, etc. Very disappointed with the whole experience, not worth a $160, no way I received the services paid for.

Massages are such vulnerable experiences and I completely trust Robin. She is so sweet and welcoming as soon as you see her. I felt completely comfortable and cared for while receiving my massage. Thank you so much Robin for an excellent experience!

This was an experience! Imagine arriving with your body in knots and a tension headache... I left pain free and my body felt rejuvenated. I arrived 15 mins early to complete paperwork. As soon as I entered the door I noticed the cleanliness of the spa! Everything looked great and the atmosphere was so calming. The massage was very professional. The room, warm massage table, and music was perfect. During my massage I felt my tension and stress melt away. I think I may have snored a little too. Lol. This is a great investment for self-care and I will definitely book with her again.

This lady has magic hands you may go in tensed but you leaving feeling rejuvenated.🤩☺🙌 ( emjois was needed because I need you know Im overly excited lol) She is very attentive to your issues and has a positive energy that welcomes you. I suffer from severe back issue from the epidural and my stress level be through the roof ( no meds can help, trust me) I started my journey with massages and this helps so much I make this a routine to see her twice a month not only for relaxation but release of pain. SUPER UNPROFESSIONAL‼️ This makes the second unprofessional interaction I had with Robin, the first being she failed to book my appointment for a PREVIOUS 30 minute appointment that I paid for and when I showed up she completely forgot. Then was rude about it and didn’t even apologize! THIS TIME I paid $90 for an HOUR massage; I paid friday today Monday. $90 was the deposit and an additional $90 was due today after my massage that I never got. I called, emailed, texted and no response until 30 minutes later on Facebook and she tells me the deposit not refundable. MAAM, YOU WASN’T THERE AND AGAIN NO APOLOGY OR EXPLANATION. I’m 14 days POST OP & I would’ve appreciated to have had some kind of communication that she wasn’t going to be there before getting out. DO NOT BOOK HERE, zero stars. I also reported to BBB, which led me to a previous incident almost the SAME EXACT THING with another Individual. It’s public record, you can look for yourself. She is taking people deposits and then ghosting them. She called me today and told me she was inside the whole time but because I left after knocking and calling with no answer, I can’t get my FULL refund back of $90. Keep in mind, she did not respond to my MANY of messages and calls after standing outside her establishment until 10:27am & my appointment was at 10:00am. If I would’ve been the one late, then I would forfeit my deposit. Even with her being the one late/no show I still can’t get my deposit and that makes NO SENSE.
