I really love the atmosphere. They have great music, darts, pool and the drinks are cold. If you havent seen club 224 in the basement yet you need to check it out as well.

Only downside is they don’t have any food but drinks and pool tables and darts really chill place to hang out any day of the week staff are great and the owner is even better no issues!!!

Sheila was a very attentive and fun bartender. Lots of laughs and great conversation. She is honestly great at being available for all customers on the drop of a dime, really before the dime even drops. A1. Also, the fries at Luckys South 🔥🔥🔥 My food came out so quick I was very surprised. Super delicious and honestly some of the best fries in town. Stop going to Keg chicken for fiahhh fries and come here 💯

We went last night for the football game. They had lots of TVs the atmosphere was fun an creative. The staff was friendly. Im glad they have expanded an made the bar family friendly.

Show up at 0030 and the door is locked, bartender opens the door and says “I’m closed that’s why the door is locked”Open 4-2am btw.

This is a great place to enjoy yourself whether in a large group or as a couple. Plenty of pool tables, foosball table and electronic darts. The bartender was very attentive, had a great personality, and knew how to use my phone better than I did when it came to taking pictures.

Friendly staff and great drinks! Our whole wedding party had an amazing time and took over the downstairs.The bride made some random guy weep like a school girl with a skinned knee when she beat him at arm wrestling. Truly a sight to behold.

To the guy that says they steal money. The tickets expire the night they are printed. It’s not their fault you’re not smart enough to cash your ticket the night you won it… what even would you leave for without cashing it?

Great bartenders... same girls have been behind the bar since I was in my 20s (Im 36 now). The downside these days is that the whole damn place feels sticky, so cleanliness is an issue. Its also a younger crowd... which is all fine and good... but Im leaving this review as someone thats pushing 40. Lots of pool tables and a handful of dartboards. Overall a solid bar.

Its a nice, open, well cleaned bar. There are variety of things to do including: pool, darts, foosball and more. Also, they have great lounging areas and plenty of screens to watch. The bar staff is incredibly friendly as well. On the weekends, be sure to check out the downstairs area that has more pool tables and a Speakeasy style bar that is gives it that Roaring 20s Atmosphere. So if you want your 2020s to Roar as well, check out Luckys in downtown Sioux Falls.

Luckys is hands down my favorite bar in Sioux Falls! The bartenders are so incredibly nice and the service is phenomenal! Julie and her team always make sure that Im taken care of right away. The establishment is always clean and my drinks and food are made to perfection. They truly care about their customers and have provided 5 star service time and time again! Thank you Luckys for being the best bar in town! Keep up the great work! I love you guys! :)

Walked in and asked for a beer list. The bar tender seemed really confused. Not sure if thats because they only serve trash beer or if he just had no idea what a bartender does but after 3 asks he said yeah we dont serve whatever that is.

From out of town needed a fun night out on a Wednesday evening & found one here.. we played songs on the juke box, played pool and darts. Service was great Luke and Sheila both took great care of us and made us feel very welcome. Definitely would recommend.

Luckys will steal your moneyPSA: lottery tickets expire at midnight. If you play lotto here and come back the next day to cash, they will politely tell you to buzz off, your money now belongs to them.

The best time to go is on a weekday night, theres pool tables open, you can run the music and the bartender is fantastic. Buuut they need Dr. Pepper

Fun little (not so little actually lol) place. More than reasonably priced drinks, nice audio from the jukebox, and the staff is on top of it! Pretty sure they claim Michelle as a fixed asset on their taxes shes been there so long ;-) Always a good time there!

This place is an absolute joke, bought 3 pizzas, played music all night to an empty bar, and multiple drinks for 10+ people to have the bouncer with a man bun take an ID of a 26 year old which turned into an hour long debate to get an id back with police involved. Absolutely ridiculous plus the “manger” screamed at our table for their mistake of all 22 and older people who were not causing a scene and the other tables were so confused. Horrible service, horrible bar, horrible everything. A local to Sioux Falls but will not be back ever.

Potential for a great atmosphere and bar, reality it’s atrocious. Paid to get drinks and an appetizer waited over an hr and the waitress finally came over and said they were out of that appetizer and we asked for a free drink and they refused. They had a ten dollar minimum for running a card and it was over ten dollars with the appetizer and drink but we wanted to leave and go somewhere else and it still cost me ten dollars for horrible service and a bad time.

Stopped by here for a bit last Saturday night while visiting Sioux Falls and this place did get crowded but the people that were there were chill and friendly just out to have a good time! While this isnt a place for dancing this place is more of a place to chill and socialize and play some games such as pool. The beer prices here were average

Jon is by far the best bartender there, I havent met a bad one, but he is AMAZING. Always has great customer service, he even knows our drinks and usually has them made by the time we get up to the bar when it isnt too busy.

The best description of this place is that it has the feel of a college town bar but it is in downtown trendy Sioux Falls. Beer is cheaper than most other places around. However the place is also very loud and the clientele is very young

Had a really great time playing pool and drinking. Im not from the area so I asked around for best places to go and a lot of people recommend Luckys; we tried it and was definitely not disappointed! Id definitely go back if Im ever in town.

I wish I could give this negative stars apparently its ok for them to hier a bouncer with a man bun to assault women and laugh about it but when it comes to fighting a man they lock the doors run and call the cops if youre looking for a good time this is not the place go a few doors down to another bar probably a way better experience.

Sheila is the best! She’s an OG downtowner and love seeing her on the south side!

Clean bathrooms, newly remodeled, and outstanding bar staff. Played pool, Foosball and darts. A variety of drinks and all were poured well with generous garnish.

I stopped by Thursday night. I ordered 2 IPAs. 1st IPA tasted weird. I think the keg was out. Then I asked for a stone IPA but I was told to get a Sierra Nevada. Then I asked is that an IPA? which then the bartender said Yes. Turns out it was a Pale Ale which then the bartender said that theyre the same WHICH they arent.I left both drinks behind. Waste of money.Bartenders needs to learn her drinks.Bartender on Wednesday night was AMAZING!! 5 star for Wednesday nights bartender!!!

Signed for my one drink and tipped $2.50. Got my bank statement and found out Luckys doubled the tip amount. I emailed them and never heard back. AVOID.

Ask yourself, when you visit South Dakota... Do you want to be on meth? Or banana peppers?Please order the banana peppers. They go well with any malt beverage.Theyre served with ranch. Good place to play pool especially if youre looking for a big table...downstairs they have 3 7 foot diamonds with tight Pockets that are fun to play on and well improve your shooting ability and they also have a couple of 9ft tables 4 the guys that like to shoot on the bigger tables it really helps your league pool game

Its the only spot in town with a speakeasy. The staff are friendly and the drinks are perfect. Favorite place, by far, to have a drink downtown Sioux Falls.

Definitely my favorite bar down town, a lot more low key than everything else except the more high end ones. Couches to lounge in, pool tables, games, music and reasonably priced drinks.

Large sports bar downtown Sioux Falls. Had pool tables, darts, foosball and gambling. Good price on beer...dont think they have food but plenty of nearby options. Kind of dark and divey inside.

This place has a nice staff, makes a good drink, is usually very lively and has pool, darts and plenty of tvs. I usually avoid the tap beer here. Something about it is off. But the bottled beer and liquor are fine.

The staff was great and very friendly. We were there around 5pm and the floor was already sticky! The staff said they were too busy the night before and couldnt get it washed.

Pleasant staff, nice atmosphere, great selection. The prices arent what you are used to but you are paying for the maintenance of pool tables and daidt machines and they work as pronounced. Dont mess with the locals.

Dirty tables, we werent there long so I cant completely judge the service. Had a male worker tell my friend and me that we couldnt close the womens bathroom doors due to constant traffic back there. The cracks on the stalls were huge so anybody standing outside the door could see in. Major invasion of privacy. So I wont be returning EVER for that specific reason.

This would not be a location I would recommend to friends. A bartender told us they were taking our chairs so we dont get pushed up against the bar, it was not busy, poor customer service, and even worse food.

Great staff, drink selection, and location. The bar being right by the front door is kind of annoying because it gets clogged. However, its a DTSF bar so its usually the case in the area. Highly recommend

It being on the main strip of DT Sioux Falls can let it get a little out of hand but not bad. Depending on whos on table duty can make or break the night.
