Great place, great workers (for the most part). Id be completely giving this place a 5 start review if it wasnt for a certain incident tonight because every other time has been a pleasure. However your hours say you close at 10pm. My husband and I drove 40 minutes to get there because we dont live in Sioux Falls. We got off work at 9pm, 40 minutes drive we should make it in time, right? Wrong. We got there and the guy closed up early, he was closing doors as we got there. We asked if we could get something real quick because we drove all this way after work and was told no. That hes closing. We said well the sign says you dont close until 10pm, and its only 941pm. He didnt care, he was still closing. So thank you, for completely wasting our time. Now 40 minutes travel time back home - empty handed... awesome. 😪

Make sure you check what you’re getting! AND ALWAYS GET A RECEIPT! Employees are giving the wrong e-liquid. It’s not like I can go behind the counter and get my own product. I asked specifically for a certain e-liquid. Employee charged me for the wrong stuff. When I noticed what happened and tried to exchange - NOPE. All sales are final, even when it is their screwup. This was my first time shopping here and it is also the last!

It feels like the staff knows you for years! They were extremely helpful and knowledgeable of their product. Felt super comfortable with their service, like I said before it felt like we already knew each other for years.
