Absolutely the worst company I have purchased from in a long time, stay away. Bought a Trio to use with raw thick distillate, lost a gram in 2 days due to leaking and flooding the chimney. I reached out to Yocan Canada as that is where I live and I was told they have no affiliate to Yocan USA and to contact the manufacture in China. I reached out to Yocan USA over email, twitter, Ig and Facebook and got stone walled not even a reply. DO NOT WAST YOUR MONEY ON THEIR GARBAGE PRODUCTS AND GARBAGE CUSTOMER SERVICE, STAY AWAY.
Terrible customer service. Got an item that has stopped working after 3 weeks. Emailed customer service and the told to turn it onNo sh÷t. I have been using it just fine for 3 weeks. Now they will not return my emails.
