Bought a hookah here earlier. $40, only to get home and theres no bottom piece that goes in the glass to make it bubble. Sooo disappointed and embarrassing as it’s NYE and i was bringing it to a party — and it literally can’t even be used. If someone can reach out so that I can get my missing piece, that would be extremely professional. If not, i’ll be in store next opening!

Owner & her son are super friendly, helpful and patient.If you have questions or need suggestions, theyll assist you as much as needed.While the price point may be higher on some of the items, I always find that the quality of the items they offer are better than most in the area. Every bong or pipe Ive purchased from here has had much thicker glass than other local options, and just generally much higher quality.If youre looking to find a great piece as a gift, this is the best place to go.

Nice people, decent selection, outrageous prices.I stopped in to purchase a Yocan Uni Pro, but their price was a very, very excessive $49.99. I offered to give them $40, but they declined. So I bought one 15 minutes up the road for $31.99.Id like to see this local business succeed, but they would do well to review their pricing strategies.

I bought something there... It broke in less than a week... Its not their fault, they didnt make it. But you know how it goes... Not this time.. I had no receipt..I threw it away.. they went out of their way to replace the item... They also took the time to charge the item and make sure I was happy... Five stars...

I’ve been coming here for three years now and every time they have an amazing selection of glass, cigars, tobacco products, and so much more. The cashiers are always kind and have great insight if you are unsure of your purchase. Can’t recommend this place enough.

Purchased a scale from this place, today. I went into my car and realized it was a triple beam and only went to 20 grams. I went back in the store to do an exchange and was informed they do not refund or do any type of exchange. Even though I had just purchased the item a minute prior. I will never do business in this establishment again!!

Nice people but lousy products. These are very inexpensive cheaply made accessories. They have a wide variety but they are on the lowest end of quality. Before you purchase something go home and Google the branch of buying and you will see exactly what you are getting. Which explains why the prices are so cheap. And nothing is returnable.

This place is amazing. Everything you could ever need as a smoker/vaper, plus some. A friend of mine mentioned it and Im extremely happy he did. Every different style of pipe you can think of, plus some you cant. All kinds of beautiful, fancy vaping units, and the coolest odds and ends youve ever seen. But my favorite part is the amazing customer service and the prices that beat everyone around.

Cant understand why the reviews are so great.. Place is nice workers seem friendly, But there so OVERPRICED and take advantage of the location since its right over the bridge and smoking laws are 21+ in Fall River and Swansea. My suggestion would be goodfella in somerset if your under 21+ they charge normal prices and not 27$ for a pack of juul pods told them i was all set and drove an extra 5 min to goodfellas and paid $16.50

Sold me a broken pipe and refused an exchange. Terrible products and worse customer service. Dont waste your money here! Owner then lies and insults you when confronted as i went back in person. Tried to resolve and got nowhere. Horrible all around.

I like the place and the workers there. They’re very helpful and friendly and they carry a large variety and selection of vaping products at a reasonable price.

They used to be a great shop. They sell inferior products. Their customer service has gone way down hill. Until today, I was a repeat customer. Not any longer.

This place is awful. I purchased something and when realized I had the wrong item, and went back in MINUTES later. Person let me know they do not offer exchanges or refunds of any kind. Place has awful customer service. I will never shop here again!!

Worst costumer service skills I’ve ever seen!!!! So rude and they don’t know how to talk to people. Do not recommend this store to anyone. First time ever being in the store and I got disrespected.

I always come to this store and I got a bottle that was leaking yesterday and I went back today and the MANAGER was there and I explain what Happen he told me it’s my fault bottle was broke. Very disrespectful and unprofessional DONT GO THERE tell me there’s nothing he can do wow and have proof of everything
