Smokn Rays Smoke Shop

Went in to buy a battery for a cart. After 3 months of using it would die quickly no matter how long I charged it. Tried to do an exchange since I was told it had a year warranty. I was told it had to completely stop working in order to exchange. Another month passes and it completely stops working. Went back in and was told they don’t sell that battery anymore and the warranty won’t apply to anything else.

I just started coming here for my smoking needs and everyone has always been so kind. Celena is always awesome to talk to :)

Smokin Ray’s is absolutely amazing! I mean I know there’s a gazillion and smoke shops all over the place to choose from, but I will always give my business to Smokin Rays because not only is the selection great, they always have everything that I need! But the staff is super awesome. Super , knowledgeable and helpful. Eric runs the one here in Sparks by my house, and he hooked me up really nicely today went above and beyond and helped me out when he did not have to and I really really appreciate him for that! So go shop at smokin, Ray’s, you will not regret it!!!

This is my store! Ive been coming here since moving back to the area. Erik is the manager of this store and hes now my official vape guy. Dude can fix anything. And I love that him and the other employees are so knowledgeable about their products.Did you know they used to tell a joke when youd call? A new one each day! Lets bring that back, Rays, yeah??! :)

I was in the Smokin Rays shop on Vista on Wednesday afternoon for a few supplies. The woman behind the counter, I did not catch her name, was awesome. Great customer service! This is the level of customer service I want each of my customers to receive whether they be on the phone or in person at my counter. Thank You! Great Job!

I had an issue with a product I bought here and the late shift guy at the vista location, Shane I believe his name is absolutely would not let me leave without making it right. I went in and was ready to buy a replacement, because it was a manufacturer issue, not smokn rays issue. He made it right, and then some. Its rare to find somewhere that the people take care of you. This guy deserves a f@

I walked in and was never greeted by the employee. I spoke to him and he didnt even reply to me. I see no reason to buy anything from an establishment that treats its customers that way. I also see no reason to ever return. Just avoid this place.

Came here from out of town and needed a quick rig for cheap. Didnt catch the guys name who helped us but he was fantastic! He was willing to answer questions, take the time, and make me feel listened too and understood in what I was looking for. Would definitely recommend.

Heres the deal, Eric who typically works mornings through early afternoon is usually who I deal with when I go in.Let me tell you, this dude knows all the ins and outs of the products in store. Also very knowledgeable of other products.If you know what you are looking for or if you dont know at all, he will lead you in the best direction. The cleanest, most well organized, and comfortable environment around. No weirdo crowd here either. By far the best smoke shop I have been to, especially in the reno sparks area. Nothing but professional.Thanks guys!

Anytime I go into the store the people there are always friendly, and helpful I just bought some vapes and stuff there and hit them in the store to make sure they worked and one of them didn’t work I said that she immediately took it back , opened a new box and gave me a new one that worked love this store will definitely be coming back

Over priced knock off glass. Staff does not know what there talking about. They refuse to acknowledge customer. They add some weird fee to my purchases sale price did not reflect sticker price at all. They refused to provide reciept. Are aknowledge sticker price to sales price, this is by far the worst smoke shop in reno. Do NOT BUY HERE. especially if its a emergency.

Employees are nice guys. Helpful. But after visiting Happy Dayz (I think thats how its spelled?) on Rock Blvd.- the huge selection of- pretty much EVERYTHING in conjunction with the amazingly LOW prices....I believe SmokinRays has seen the last of me.

This store does not stand by its products. It doesnt matter if you spend a lot of money. I will never recommend this business to anyone. Nothing that I or my friends have purchased at this store still works. Hit me up people,as a business person who frequents a lot of local businesses this is by far the worst ,yhat includes product and customer service.

They advertise a full taste bar online, for all their stores. when my husband walked in & asked about the taste bar, the person working said “I don’t think so, maybe in California” the guy was nice but not knowing what you offer & suggesting that maybe another sister store might, instead of asking for help from another associate or the owners would have been at least a bit more helpful than just saying that they don’t know

Worst customer service ever! Ive been a loyal customer for years but last week I got a vape for my sister for her birthday that was defective. Not only would they not exchange it but had no intention of making it right. Lost a customer for life! I recommend the Vapor stop on pyramid they fixed me up right plus gave me free stuff for my horrible experience at smoking rays.

Pretty cool shop but I paid $40 for the Rolo Smok, brought it home and it was faulty. Didn’t charge and a piece was disconnected.They didn’t let me exchange it for a new one. Just sucks to be me I guess.

They have a very large amount of things to choose from and the clerk was very informative and helpful. He also recommend a product that I absolutely love! Great shop!

Love the store layout. Helpful staff, but prices are all over the place. Way high on some, ridiculously low on others!

This was the worst experience Ive ever had my life The representative that I had behind the counter had such an attitude That I would never recommend ever going back there to anybody Worst customer service Ive ever had in my life and Ive been going to smoke shops for a very long time and I will never be going back stuck up attitude with the no customer service skills!!!!!!!!!!!!
