Mark comes very recommended. I had a pulled ligament in my elbow. After a month, i thought the pain would go away, but it just got more annoying. My wife scheduled me to go se him and i was very happy I went. Mark asked me lots of questions to determine exactly what was going on. After the first visit, my elbow felt a LOT better. I went in for another visit after a week to get another massage and consultation. After that my pain went away completely. Months later, elbow feels absolutely free, no pain, and full mobility. Give them a call. Youll be happy you did.

I have never written a review before. But my experience here was so bad I think I need to. If you intend to use insurance to get massaged here, DO NOT. The actual massage therapist that I saw the few times I went there (Jodie) was great, and not the issue. The issue was the other women who worked there. I need massage for a medical condition so I use insurance. First, they told me the first appointment only I have to pay the full amount even though I have insurance, so I did cause I just wanted to get in, which is not right but whatever. Then every single time that I went in after that, they would say “oh it looks like I don’t see your insurance information here, can you pay the full amount and we will pay you back when it’s confirmed?” even though they confirmed with me on the phone they had got the referral and information before I even made the first appointment. And every single time I said no you definitely have my insurance and I would have to sit there for 10 minutes telling them this and the girl would go get her boss before they finally agree to me paying my correct co pay. It felt like they were trying to scam me. But I dealt with it cause Jodie did a really great job and helped my chronic pain a lot. Then on my last appointment, I walked in and one of the other ladies tells me randomly that Jodie no longer accepts my insurance so I can’t see her anymore. Nobody called me or warned me. So she asked if she wanted me to do the massage instead and I agreed, to see how it would go. She seemed angry the entire time she was massaging me and did not even touch the areas I said I needed. She just aggressively rubbed down my arms and legs and part of my back and it was really weird and not even a massage. She didn’t say a word after we were done and angrily told me to go pay my copay. Safe to say I will never be going back and I wouldn’t recommend anyone goes here.

I have been going to this place for a while after my car accident. I was taking care of really well Ludmila and Mark great people. I got good therapy to recover from this accident. Highly recommended

Nice massage but..... Staff was talking very loudly to each other as well as to customers, in Russian mostly, which I find a bit rude to do as well as the volume being way too high for a relaxing Massage environment. When you go for a massage you want it to be a relaxing setting, this was not. If you want a relaxing Massage here, bring earplugs and for goodness sake, oil the squeaky front door.

Our family had a bad rear end collision and we where looking for a place to recover. Found Warm Hands and are glad that we did.Very knowledgeable, professional and polite staff. They worked around our schedule and the type of massage based on how we were feeling at each visit. Very customized to each person per each visit.They even gave us complimentary latte and snacks. Which were better than Starbucks! A+++Highly recommended.

Im not the type of person to leave reviews, let alone a bad one; but this was hands down the WORST massage Ive ever had. This place has so many 5 star reviews and i genuinley dont understand why.1st of all, I paid for a Deep Tissue massage. And what I got was a rushed, aggressive rub down. The massage therapist didnt listen to my problems areas at all. She hardly used any lotion/oil and felt like she was just rubbing my bare skin. The whole entire time I just wished it was over.2nd of all, the person before me was late, which bled into my time and therefore I did not receive whole 55min massage. It felt very rushed and she didnt even massage the areas I complained about.3rd, when you book online you have to prepay and pre-tip....which if I knew how bad this massage was going to be I wouldnt have tipped at all.I will NEVER come back and I really wish I could get my money back.

Thanks to Mark for a quality massage, he corrected a sore spot in the spine, relaxed stiff muscles in the neck, pain from the lower back disappeared. I will definitely be back if I have any problems again!

The service is great from all the staff. They have all beautiful techniques. Jodi is wonderful, she will make you laugh. But make sure you are okay with getting better because she will whip you right into shape.

It was a wonderful experience and Im looking forward to my next massage there. Clean and nice facility with friendly staff made it very comfortable.

The building is a little hard to find, as its a converted house right off Argonne and Broadway. That said, the staff was sweet. Bought massage gift certificates for three people while I was at it. Decent size selection of services to choose from. Warning, book way in advance.

I walked in for an hour massage. Luda was amazing! I wish I could go back, but Im moving. Definitely give them a try for all your massage needs! Very clean, very professional!

Mark is very knowledgeable in what he does. Great back massage. Finally found someone who can do a deep tissue massage. Also gives ideas for stretches after the massage. Yes I would reccomend warm hands massage

Lyuda gives the ultimate relaxation massage! I have fallen asleep, with the soft music, gentle, soothing touch! BUT if you need deep tissue and therapy in a specific area Mark is the one!if it is an in between touch, Sergey is who you should book with... you can’t go wrong with any of the team!
