Really wish the opened earlier since most of the time Im not off work in time absolutely hate running out of juice and not being able to get it. I really like this place but unfortunately might have to take my business elsewhere that opens sooner

Bought 3 devices , same device, different colors, and have been purchasing my vape oil and acc. from them since. No problems taking my money. Until I had a device stop working. Had to plead my case and explain to the employee in detail 20 mins till he finally swapped it out with another. Not even 2 weeks in, had a different issue with the replacement device. They refused to honor their written warranty again stating reasoning that didnt explain the fault, nor explain why the 2 older devices i have fail to replicate that fault. I Will not be back. Reccomend you take your money elsewhere

They wouldve had a lot more business from me over the years if their hours were longer/more consistent. But always a great vibe and great, friendly owner.

Spent almost 100 1st time here... had trouble with a vape brought back in the next day with the receipt and they wouldnt switch it out... 1st and last time going here vapor lounge for the win

This is the best place in town . Every time I go there the lady that works there is amazing. They have alot of options for all different type of peoples vaping needs.i would highly recommend this place .prices are decent and they offer a warranty on the products I be gotten from them .I dont know if its on all protcucts or not .I bought the geek vape aegis legend 2 and was so stoked so hard to find rainbow and they had a few on hand so happy . Lilac City vapor is and always has been my first choice in vape stores. I dont get here as much as I like, only do to store hours, and distance from me, when Im working a job that I get paid for all the time, not just when the boss is in a good mood or feels like Im about to go back to working an actual paying job. Lol. Little different sercumstances, hes one of best good friends and why am I telling you all this? What the....... Anyway the owner is one hell of a guy, always from day one has remembered my name and been really good to me. Thank you Brad!

Owner Brad Bellinger has been a pillar of the local electronic cigarette/vaping community in Spokane since the day he opened his doors over a decade ago. I was there the day he was putting the sign up. Hes one of the nicest, most honest, and helpful business owners I have ever had the chance to meet or do business with. Hes one of the good ones, and just an all around solid dude. Furthermore, each of his employees is well-versed in the extensive product inventory they have on hand and are always kind, courteous, and welcoming. This is one of, if not the best e-cig stores in all of Spokane. If you find yourself stopping in for supplies, you wont be disappointed!

I was having kind of a rough day due to the heat an this chaotic city we live in they were able to lift my spirits with positivity and still gave me world class customer. You can customize everything from the ground up mods tanks colors. And the juice selection is impossible to sample them all.. I peesonally went with the voopoo Drag2 super impressed would recommend it to anyone just starting out even the old timers thag been vaping since the begining... All in all great place

Just bought a new vape there. The customer service was amazing. The people there were super friendly and extremely knowledgeable about there products. I would recommend anyone go there weather. Its just for juice or a whole new set-up.

The “right now” tax on mods is rough but good guys, I’ll be back, just might make them my go to place as Vapor Lounge be slacking lately. Good juice selection.

Would not go there if you have a problem. They will just tell you that your using your device wrong even when following the manufacturer directions. There is nothing wrong with selling a defunct product just stand behind the products you sell.

This is my favorite vape shop. Ive been coming here for a couple years. All the employees provide an excellent experience. It’s very very sad my husband and I have been coming here for years spent countless amounts of money and come in today to purchase something and I’m looking at some things that are set out on your counter wanting to buy them then to be yelled at and accused that I’m going to steal it and it makes the girl working today uncomfortable ARE YOU KIDDING ME!!! There was another gentleman employee right in front of me!!! This isn’t the first issue We’ve had with her either she’s always very rude and never willing to help! We will never shop here again!!! So unbelievably unprofessional of her !!!

An excellent vape shop experience. Great prices and excellent staff. I arrived 2 minutes before they closed and they still let me in and stayed open an extra 15 minutes for me. I appreciate that. Helped me find the exact coil I needed and offered alternative coil varieties and newer tanks at decent prices and explained how they compare to mine as well as why its worth upgrading to a new tank. Very friendly and knowledgeable staff. Thank you for a great shopping experience.

Worst customer service!They will sell you a cheaply made vape for 60$ and let you know about the 30 day manufacturers warranty, but they will never honor it.Instead they explain how the broken vape is your fault because you are so ignorant about vaping, all in an attempt to not have to deal with those companies.They refused to take my broken vape back, because it had juice internally. I figured since they refused to believe me I would take it apart, there was not even a drop of juice internally, it was a faulty fire switch all along.

My first stop here was when I bought my subtank plus. They are extremely helpful friendly. I have made this my go to shop for all my equipment. Had a couple issues with my box mod but they were helpful set it right and out the door I went happy. I have bought 3 tanks there and all were authentic same with my latest box mod. Hands down worth the stop if you want outstanding service and knowledgeable staff.

Unfortunately this store deserves 0 stars. Employees sold us two devices that were faulty and lied upon sale that they could replace within 30 days. Staff members could not have been with worse attitudes and were very short and rude. I will not be giving business here again.

Best selection around with the most competitive prices. Their prices are higher than online stores but completely worth it. Ive been to a lot of vape shops in Spokane and Lilac has the most reasonably priced inventory of any I have found. The staff there is always helpful, friendly, and knowledgeable about their products. Far more professional than the other shops I have visited.

I dont go anywhere else in town. Theres a reason it has this many 5 star reviews. I would give it 11 stars if I could. Brad, Tyler, Manny, Kash, and Kody are the best team in Spokane. Ive been to many of the shops in Spokane for my e-cig supplies but once I found Lilac City they became the only one I continue to shop from. The staff is super friendly and the owner is absolutely amazing. They dont pressure you to buy things you dont need and are always more than happy to answer questions. Its truly impressive to me how much they know, how familiar they are with their merchandise and how able, willing and happy they are to help! Lilac City has a huge selection of vaping products. It may not be as pretty as Vapor Lounge, but their customer service and product knowledge is above and beyond. All of their employees know about all of their products it seems... (Unless you happen to catch a new hire, which is rare). Their prices are fair... about the same as the other vape stores in town, but they carry quality juices. They dont carry any of the cheap stuff.I do wish they had sales more than once in a blue moon. They do have one of those point systems at checkout, but those dont get you much and all the vape stores have them. There is also somewhat of a vibe like a car lot. Like you walk in and its hard to just be left alone to browse yourself. They kind of follow you as if its possible you could steal something. That is probably just my own personal con though, some people like having the hold-your-hand customer service. Anyway, aside from that, Lilac City is by far my favorite vape shop that I have been to.

Only went there the one time today. I always hear good things about them so when I had a problem my regular vape shop was screwing me around on a problem I had LCV gave me quick, easy, well priced solution. And I needed it Lol Plus they were friendly which is always nice. I looked around and they had like twice the selection Ive seen in stores twice their size so it was an altogether 5 star experience for me. I will definitely start going there more in the future 😊

If so, dont go here. The employees are rude, they talk down to you, and are little to no help. I was a new vaper, went here to get the tank my buddy gave me fixed. After I paid them to repair my tank, they told ME to do it and set me up with the worst yet most expensive juice I could buy. And being a new vapor, I didnt know any better. Dont go here. Go anywhere else but here. If youre in the area, down the block is a place called recoil... Just spare yourself the experience I had with lilac vapor and go ANYWHERE else...

They have a ton of e-liquid and theyre not struggling to carry 0mg options which are a lot of other stores anymore. All the personnel were vey friendly and knowledgeable. On top of which, they carry coils which will work with my vape and theyve got plenty of hardware to drool over. Their prices are fair and they deserve your consideration if not also your business!

Friendly staff who have experience and know their products. Good selection and prices. They had a color of a certain Voopoo box mod that no other vape shop in Spokane or the valley had. They also sell vape juices in the boxes where a lot of vape shops take the bottles out of them.

So I was in this vapor store the other day, and I was looking for some Myle pods. Unfortunately, this vapor store did not carry them, and when I asked where I could find some in town, I was told that there was nowhere to pick them up locally. Disappointed I turned to leave, and I was walking out the door the employee called me back. He personally took his own Myle pod and gave it to me and said, Keep it! I was shocked! Wowed! Did he just do that for me? Now that is excellent customer service! This is too genuine to go unnoticed! As for the store itself, it was well stocked with all types of vapor product, very neat and tidy. Little to say besides that I was very impressed.

Just went in to find a cheap atomizer to use while the parts for mine came in the mail. They couldnt have been more friendly or attentive. I will definitely be going back, no other store in Spokane has been this helpful.

I went in there with a battery and a top that my dad gave me. My dad told me that i may need to just get a new set up but Brad was able to get the battery working again and then set me up with a sweet new top and some juice and then while i was doing that my fiancee decided she wanted one and then he set her up with one that she wanted overall an awesome experience

The staff is very rude and unhelpful Ive been in 4 times now and I tried to see if my experience got better and it never did. They dismissed all my questions and got annoyed when I asked them about certain things. Would not recommend this place

Literally the best vape shop in spokane (have been a frequent to many shops since 2014). These guys are passionate about getting people off of cigarettes and onto a healthier alternative. Brad the owner, is by far the best local business owner i have had the pleasure of knowing. Tyler, Cash, and Manny are awesome employees and easy to connect with. Prices are fair, (Wa ejuice tax is just outrageous).

I thought I had my favorite Vape Shop ever in the one I used to go to and then I went to Lilac City and it changed everything for me. Their prices are the cheapest I have ever seen it anywhere in town, their selection of mods, thanks, batteries, juice is absolutely insane and they are far far cheaper on a juice than anyone in town and I spoke to the owner Brad and he said they will never raise their prices other than just a tiny bit each year to adjust for the cost of living in that kind of thing but they arent greedy whatsoever they stock a lot of stuff so they probably buy it in bulk and get a good price by doing it whereas most shops only have one or two of each thing and then when you want to order one it takes another week or two to get one in so you end up buying it for half the price online but lilac cities prices are already so low that I rarely even shop online anymore because most of their prices are the same or just a few bucks more and you can get it right then and there anyway. 860 milliliter bottle cost $18 of several different nicotine levels and flavors probably about 20 different ones and they are all excellent with a great PG and VG rating for 18 bucks. Any other shop in town would charge at least $30 for a 60 milliliter bottle easily maybe more depending on the brand of the juice so I will never shop anywhere ever again. I bought several things and no one in town (at least that the six shops Ive been to) can even come close to their prices whatsoever. They have a customer for life now. I wont go to my old vape shop anymore even though it was literally 4 minutes from my house on Monroe. I absolutely love this shop and I hope it does well for years or at least as long as Im vaping LOL

Honestly been to shops all over the states! Kansas to Las Vegas, Portland to Seattle. Ive seen a lot and tried a lot of different places to get vape equipment. Id recommend Lilac City Vapor over all of them. The shit shop in Vegas, the amazing shops in Portland (Id recommend the one downtown next to voodoo donuts, really nice guy who is very knowledgeable.) Lilac always has my back!

I used to love coming to this shop because they have really good prices Ive bought numerous vapes juices and coils with no problem until I recently bought a certain vape from them that continues to dump all my juice out of it. Brought it in to the store 3 different times and each time they blamed me for the problem and took the vape apart then reassembled it. Today I go in there because its still leaking and instead of just exchanging it for something that works (not even asking for my 60 bucks back) they tell me they cant and my only option is to buy a whole new vape. Fast and friendly service, variety of all things that you need for vaping, next to a bus stop, free parking, great prices, cant bring kids in but can call and preorder and theyll bring it out to you or watch your kids outside so you can shop. I drive from liberty lake to go to this store! The only thing that could possibly push them over the top is if they stayed open later on Sunday.
