I stopped in to take advantage of the Flower Friday discount only to find out the discount is for top shelf only. Oh well, as long as I was there I asked to see some things in my price range. The clerk pulled out a couple of jars and kept a death grip on them so I wasnt able to see the product. She was very vague in her description. The other clerk mentioned another one that might be an option and she couldnt find it. After several minutes of this I told her I got the feeling she really didnt know her stuff and I was going to go across the street. As I was leaving one of them shouted well we wouldnt serve you anyway! I didnt even bring up the bong I bought on their recommendation that ended up in several pieces after 20 minutes of alcohol to clean it. Forget this place --Apex is right across the street with better quality, better prices, more knowledgeable staff and 1000 percent better customer service.

Easter Sunday 2024 long story short Im disabled decided to push myself and go for a walk today to get something to brighten my mood. Upon arriving I noticed the only one at the counter was the owner she has dark hair and probably about five three. I dont know her name but I can tell you she bought the place about a year or two ago I lose track now but ever since she took over ownership it has been a nightmare every time I go in there I am treated very rudely. When I went in today I told the owner I had vision impairment and was asking her to help me examine the Cart before purchasing instead of helping me examine it before the purchase she hurriedly ring me up and said if theres any problems feel free to bring it back. When I got outside I could see that it was all black on the top so I brought it right back in and owner was nowhere to be found she had had someone replace her even though it had been less than 5 minutes. She had one of her workers come out and tell me that she wouldnt exchange it after the employee had said it was fine to exchange if it was the same product. This owner who rang me up could see I was having vision issues in I told her that. She should have been more than happy to exchange it for another product instead she lost a customer. I tried to call to speak to her but again she had her workers covering for her I will go back in to give her a piece of my mind here soon but that will be the only reasoni go in I wont be shopping there anymore. .
Went in about a week ago to this location. It was a Tuesday and there was a decent discount special. When I asked the Budtender she said it was every Tuesday which I have never seen before but was excited. Just in case I called today before going in to confirm and ended up talking to the manager. She was immensely rude and told me I was wrong and that her employee never said that. She continued to be rude on the phone for no reason. Definitely not going to that location ever again. Would give zero stars if I could.

I should have read the reviews before I shopped here. I had a faulty cartridge and she wouldnt exchange it for me, like she didnt believe me? Even though Ive had this problem before and thats what the receipt is for, a faulty cart. She was rude and this is a scam out of my money and weed. I wont be returning and I highly advise others not to either.
I was going here for a few months untilA lady I’ve never seen before was super fing rude and told me my id didn’t work. She didn’t even ask for a double check I had to remind her then she still declined me . I just went across the street to apex they are way nicer.
Went to lovely buds, on Division. Asked, for four indica pre-rolls(bella rea). The bud tender, was rude to me? When getting in my car, I realized, that she gave me all the same kind! Returned, to store, with out starting my car, and there is nothing they can do? They are crooks, check everything you get, they dont care about the customer.
Naomi, Sophie and Mariah were all super awesome and knowledgeable on brands and what to look for. Even when they made a mistake on a promotion they were quick to fix it all and get me the appropriate price. Come check this place out, great staff, and huge selection! Ill 100% be back.

I dont normally go here and I was reminded of why yesterday. So I walk in, 3 women are working none of which greet me. One finally approaches and asks what I was looking for...she reads off some names of products, I mentioned one of them sounded good so she walks to the cash register, I mention a look at the products would be appreciated...she seems as if that was an issue so I walked out and thats the last time I will try that place, nothing will bring me back in! Plus the prices are way higher than Cinder or Kush 21 those are the dispensaries I would recommend. I thought since I was super close to lovely buds I would give em a try BIG MISTAKE! OH AND DONT GO NEXT DOOR TO APEX THAT ARE HORRIBLE ALSO!!!
The lady was RUDE, tried to gaslight me about the problem I had with my cart (they had sold me one half full, I didnt realize until I got to my car.) and refused to exchange it. They recommended garbage products as well, not sure who hired this lot but they need some more training.

I bought a cartridge in the morning before work, hit it after work only to discover the coil was burnt. Straight out of the package. Returned later the same day asking for a refund or a return to get the same thing. Got rejected. Told it was a flavor issue even though it made me puke. No refunds or 7-day exchange at all even though clearly stated any time you buy a cartridge.Plus, they had me try it on their tester and after so I told them it was burnt on that but I didn’t rip it in fear of puking.
This place is amazing now I changed my review because they do offer discount days every single day and the quality is getting better and the have a new discount point system that is incredibly popular

So after a terrible experience at lovely buds on sprague (see my review on their page) I still needed a 14mm banger. I wasn’t too keen on going to another lovely buds, but figured I’ve had good experiences at this location and wanted to see if they’d finally get me what I had already technically paid for but never got (seriously sprague store, get your act together).Cause division BLEW me out of the water! Extremely kind, helpful, made sure the banger was THE RIGHT SIZE (novel I know). It was downright…LOVELY ;3PLEASE give Lovely Buds at division a try, and please NEVER go to the sprague store.

Prices on website are incorrect, staff has no idea what they have or where it is and I ordered online with the 25% coupon for signing up and when I got there it wasnt on there for some reason so they just couldnt give the discount at all. Make sense why I only went there cause Apex was closed.

I regularly visit, and I always have a great experience. The reason I rate 3 stars is because there often seems to be homeless people waiting outside to ask for your change (which they know you have because you just did a cash-only sale). Ive had experiences where they try to follow me to my car. Honestly, if I find another place to buy from eventually, Ill switch because of this.
We have been going to lovely buds since they have been open and they ripped us off they sold us a jar of pre rolls that are $35 have bought them before plus they are marked $35 the person who cashed us out charge us $45 we notice it on the receipt before we left and they wont do anything about it they are thieves the people who work there are very rude, they use to be good people there but they have left do to the store manager and the work conditions dont shop at any lovely buds bad place bad people they are thieves.
Phenomenal place and atmosphere. Landon was incredibly helpful, answered every question we had and knew just what we needed. Great piece selection and lots of hand-crafted pieces. Did not feel pressured to buy anything, staff was super happy to chat. Mom-and-pop feel instead of mass-produced. Pricing is very fair for quality and friendliness. Best shop Ive been in, hands-down. Will be visiting every time we are in Spokane.
Been going once to twice a week since day 1! Greenstar rocked! Never had any issues with employees being rude and disrespectful. Until today I walked in and a bigger gal was serving a customer and gave me the weakest welcome I have ever heard. You could tell she was having a bad day or really just hates her job. I said nothing and continued waiting. She walked over to help me I said Im looking for an 1/8 of indica. Something I havent tried yet. SHe said with the same snotty welcoming tone. Well thats F-ing specific! After hearing her cuss at me and receiving a cold welcome.. I said I will wait for someone else to help me. SHe said no she was helping me and that was it. I said thats fine I will pick something out myself. I bent over and began reading the lables. She speaks loudly to her coworker across the shop. See how specific this guy is continuing to verbally harrass me with rude comments the entire time. I looked up and said you just wont stop will you. She says stop what. I told her she is being rude that no other employee has ever treated me this way. That typically the bud tenders show me a couple products and I choose one. She yelled there are hundreds of choices. As if I was going to make her pull out 100 things to show me! She then states that she makes minimum wage serving idiots like me who dont know what they want. I said you need to be fired go F yourself! She just continued making comments as I cussed my way out of the store. This person needs to be fired immediately! Im always quiet and polite to everyone there and up until now have always been treated with respect. I came as usual this person was mean, nasty and rude from the start. They intentionally provoked me. She did not want to serve me from the minute I walked through the door then stood over me making rude comments the entire time until I left. I feel as if she absolutely did this on purpose. If she didnt want to serve me which I was more than happy with. She could have allowed me to wait for the other lady with short hair. Going on to help someone else. Up until then I had said nothing to her other then I was looking for an 1/8 of indica something I havent tried despite of her bad attitude and rude comments. Instead this lady 100% antagonized me until I had enough and gave her some well earned comments of my own. I doubt anyone at lovely buds gives 2 craps. But if you do feel free to check out your cameras at 4:30 pm 11/29/22 this person should not be serving customers Or at the very least needs to leave their bad day at home!
Their prices are very reasonable but, this is about the fourth or fifth time in the past month or two that as a customer I have been let down. With no less than three customers waiting and one or two being waited on, you can watch anywhere from 3 to 5 employees in the back of the shop talking chatting and snacking, all white customers are waiting to be served. Again I repeat this is about the fourth or fifth time in the past month or two this is happened to me. I’ve been retail sales since 1994 as a customer service representative and this is very poor representation of your business for customer service.
I went in asking for a vape and am completely new to the experience. I asked the clerk for help and had him explain the parts to me, he told me everything would work and my total came out to near 200$... Because they only had one version available, the test version, I had to buy an already opened package that had been used by multiple strangers which I begrudgingly accepted because I needed a vape. I paid and left, one nearly home I realized none of the parts fit together and one was even broken when I tried to use it. I went back and they told me nothing could be done about the product and all sales were final. They wouldnt do store credit, they did exchange the battery and gave me one compatible with a single part and told me I had to keep the broke one because I tried to put oil in it before I knew it was broken. They didnt test at of the products, they didnt sell me anything compatible, they wont refund or exchange the items. They are scammers, absolute scammers. Do not support this store. Shop at any other lovely buds if you absolutely must use this brand but this store is completely incompetent and employees nothing but cowards and grifters. I didnt yell, I was extremely polite but upon leaving I was nearly brought to tears at the realization they sold me a product that doesnt work for nearly 133$ of my 200$ I spent there and it didnt even work, not only that but theres nothing I can really do about it.

Slammed my jars on the counter because I asked for a discount because Im a packager. This was the only place I went too. Like seriously why? The strains I get from lovely buds are usually good but the reps working there dont know the stains whether they are sativa or indica. Seems im always ending up with an indica and the rep says no its a sativa. Then when I get home I look the strain up to confirm. They dont know their stains.
Thursday is cheap dab day. Friday is cheap flower day. Everyday is a lovely day at lovely buds fam. Solid reward program and everything from edibles to kits. Stock is never problematic. Carts have not broke once. ATM inside.
Went in Christmas night and purchased four grams of oil and one cartridge. My boyfriend and his friend also purchased seven grams each because the store was 50% off. The girl that rang me up scanned the cartridge first, then she scanned the four grams of oil and then she scanned the same cartridge AGAIN! I didnt realize until I walked away and stood by my boyfriend and waited for him, then after he paid $145 for his stuff I tried to get my money back and the girl ringing him up said she needed a supervisor. The supervisor came over and immediately was rude and wouldnt even look at the receipt that clearly showed the same serial number rang up twice. She also dismissed me and told me that they helped hundreds of people since me and theres no way the girl that helped me could remember my transaction! She was still helping the same people she was helping right after me and the supervisornever even asked her. Then the rude condescending supervisor had the nerve to yell merry Christmas to me as I was leaving....I would not recommend this place to anyone! Horrible customer service and disgusting worthless workers who act like the minimum wage jetks they get paid to be.

Watch your receipt closely! My 20% discount turned into nothing, because the discount was not applied when I asked for it. Should have saved $15 on my large sale, PLUS the $5 tip I gave up....well, my 5 star rating became a 3 real quick. Mixed feelings. Sometimes the bud tenders are great - other times it seems they would rather be anywhere else. Last night, October 3rd - the bud tender was the least helpful ever. Hardley spoke at all, must not have known anything at all. Worst ever experience there. Had some super great help before, but not last night.
Product was good, prices were high, but the part I really didnt like is that the employees seemed very judgy about what we were looking for. We asked if they had some shake and got a disgusted look along with we dont sell that here. I feel like the employees at a place like this should be welcoming and helpful, not looking down on their customers, or other shops. When I visit other shops I feel like Im part of a community, walking in here felt like I snuck in the back door and they just wanted to feed me a $25 gram of flower and get me out of there. The ticket process is strange to me too. Just not somewhere Ill go again.

My first time here. The flower i bought was exactly what i had expected. I was very pleased with that part. However the atmosphere and the process is off putting. There is no interaction with the product at all, the slip of paper transfer is just unnecessary isnt it? It has the feel of waiting for your daily medication at a state institution. If I am looking for a specific top shelf flower and it is here I would consider a return. If the process changes i would for sure.
As a Canadian recreationist, I loved everything about this place. Yes, you have to show ID at the entrance, but that is more than reasonable if you ask me. Their vast products are efficiently organized, well-presented and of very evident quality. But the best part about this place is that the staff is outstanding. Friendly, approachable and knowledgeable. This is an inviting, impressive judgment-free store.
This is my go to spot......well actually its my ONLY spot cuz their the BEST in Spokane!! All of the girls that work there, or have worked there, are the absolute sweetest people Ive ever met out of all the dispensaries in Spokane!! These guys are great! I write for High Times magazine and have also written for Time magazine and Rolling Stone Mag. This store is very educated and polite. Its the best experience I have had to date with these recreational industry. The reviews are misleading. I read through them and seems like the same person writting the bad reviews. Does not seem at all like a head shop and area is very well lit. Ex military own and manage the store. These guys are number 1 in my book. Prices are between $10 a gram and up. All great quality and indoor grown. Another fact to add is they dont sell outdoor sun grown buds...I did have my curiosity, but after further research I found that the quality of a their 3 is not even close to a tier 1 or 2. Smaller growers buds last a lot longer and are more effective over all.
I really dont have enough good things to say about this place. My first time into a legal rec store in Washington, Ive been to some in Colorado and Ive been to Amsterdam but this place was so much friendlier and had so many choices. Ive worked in the industry for years in Montana and this is the model I would like to see in a retail shop. The guy behind the counter was extremely knowledgable and willing to spend as much time as you needed. The products looked great and the wax I left with extremely potent and flavorful. Just an all around great place and I cant recommend it enough. Ill probably make the five hour drive just to go back sometime in the near future. Stop in, you wont regret it.
Terrible experience went in with my mother and the young girl with green hair had THE worst attitude I was nothing but shocked and disgusted the way she spoke to us tried to belittle us in the process of us asking questions we will be returning just hopefully when she isn’t there! We unfortunately just ended up leaving she made us beyond uncomfortable! I get customer service can be hard but her attitude was absurd truly disgusting.

I purchased a half ounce here and when I opened it at home realized it was mildewed. I returned to the store to talk about a possible exchange or reimbursement of some sort and was told by the manager that there is absolutely nothing they can do about it. I’ve been to other stores where if something is defective they will exchange it or give a discount or some form of help, but not here. She essentially told me to leave and when I asked to talk to the owner she acted like I was annoying her, asked why I was being so rude, then rolled her eyes and walked away, told me I can leave my number and the owner will call me back and then nothing else, she just walked away. I wrote my number down and was waiting for her to come back and take it, she then saw me waiting and told me “You can get out of my face now”. I left with a bad taste in my mouth, to say the least. This is a long time customer who will never, ever be going back.
Product was fine, staff are a bit overwhelming, once in the store I feel like I am being herded around, Im not sure if being escorted through the store until you buy something is some sort of law, but it makes me uncomforatble and its not how I like to shop. I would recommend having your employees ask after the ID check if they need help right away, so I could respond, no I would just like to browse a minute.

Layout needs work, too far to walk to see all flower, random case in middle of the floor. Some employees are a bit chilly to me, as if they dont want to help me have a good experience, just want me to hurry up and buy something so Ill leave. Not every employee, but theres at least one at division and francis locations
I am reminded why I dont come here very often. Very bad service. They never know what they are talking about. I always hear oh the THC doesnt matter by bud tenders there. Ya ok. This is literally the last resort for your bud needs. These kids dont know nothing at that store. And yes ive been there plenty of time and other stores
I am a cigar/tobacco aficionado; I GET INTO what I smoke. Just telling me its good stuff doesnt work for me. Tell me WHY. Answer all my questions knowledgeably and youll have a customer for life. Excellent job Green Star; your staff makes every single thing I buy worth my money. I tried other stores, only to be continuously met at the counter by a kid who simply swears by all of it cause its good stuff.
After couple months away I went and returned to Green Star Cannabis and am glad to say that the atmosphere is much more welcoming. I had a nice 5-10 minute conversation with staff and enjoyed learning about the progression of medical service later this year for medical patients with lower taxes for them, yes resulting in a cheaper price for those in need. I want to also mention if you have any problems Zach is the man to ask, he is very knowledgeable and helpful. I look forward to visiting them in the future an all they come up with until then.
Lovely Buds in my opinion are hands down the best dispensaries in Spokane. All three of them have wonderful bud tenders on shift who are always very helpful, patient and happy to suggest things that always turn out to be good. This one on Division has the best selection. 👌

Honestly only shop here cause its close to my house. The prices are far from competitive. They have dist that they actually charge $10 more than anywhere else for. The bud tenders always expect a big tip and this has left customer service and satisfaction low. Because, you can obviously here the difference in how some workes talk to you based on a tip. So, I shop else where except when I need convenience. Like I said it is closest to my house.
They do have a great selection, and daily discounts. Too bad they hire staff who have no idea about the products, and do not care to help you with selection. I do my own research, and order online since it is no use to ask the employees about the products.
Absolutely wonderful place! Ive been going there a while, and recently had the best of all of my great experiences there, this wonderful little budtender, I believe her name was Kendyl, not only helped me pick out an amazing strain for my pen, but was an absolute doll the entire time, absolutely my personal choice for quality and consideration in the pnw!
I have ONLY been here twice, however they are the first marijuana dispensary that has actually been able to recommend a stain(Gods Gift or something like that it was a hybrid) that actually helps me with my anxiety and I was finally able to enjoy myself while visiting my family. So THANKS for that!!! Today I went in and got cheesy D and Blue Dream.. They both smell amazing and Im super excited to try them both. As for the staff they seem very helpful and knowledgeable(or atleast the ones I talk to are lol). I will be back again I like the atmosphere and the website is super easy to follow and navigate. Good experience with the folks at green star, the staff was knowledgeable and helpful, environment is clean and well organized, I hold a processor/producer license and hope to be doing business with this recreational store in the future. again employees knew there stuff and I had some tuff questions, definitely the place to go for all your recreational needs, who knows you might just taste my product someday!
This is my favorite store to shop for any of my marijuana needs. Multiple locations make convenient to hit what ever location you happen to be the closest. Their selection is huge with top shelf brands as well as your less expensive growers, this place has something to fit any of your needs!

This store has potential, but reeks of mediocrity. Its nowhere near as inviting as other dispensaries, and the inside looks more like a shady glass shop in a bad area than a bud store. The selection is pitiful, the staff were rude, standoffish and suspicious, and the bud purchased might as well have been dried parsley for as potent as it was. I have no idea whats up with this place, but its not good.
I am going to be 55 years old in less then two weeks. It tickles me that they card me it makes me feel good. I like going in there because I am always learning. The staff is friendly too.
Sarah the manager doesnt understand the medical marijuana laws and refused to let me get 2 ozs whichs clearly with in the limit stated on my card and asked me to leave after I had questions about the laws since she obviously thinks she knows them. Ive been there a lot of times and most of staff did not seem like they have more than basic knowledge about their products and was either dry or rude. I did end going to satori north and got 2 oz n couple of pens which never failed me with their knowledge, product or manners.
Not once have they completed an online order correctly or at all when i order. several time i have ordered online and been told oh we just didnt make it, with 5 girls standing around doing nothing. There customer service is god awful. Just a bunch of snooty girls who dont know anything about weed and can barely use an ipad. doing online orders shouldnt be this difficult.

Ive always been worried about what will happen when Marijuana was made legal for recreation. Worried about what would happen to the herb not society. Well just as I predicted. The quality goes steadily down and the price goes steadily up. I havent paid more than 40$ for an eighth in a decade and it was better then than what I got today. Support your local grower. These people are just capitalizing on convenience. You only get over cured, over priced, doubt if its even truly organic whatever from these guys. Even better you get to see the dude raking in the dough at his desk back there. Cut out the middle man. Get your quality for 35$ an eighth with the grower and let these clowns feed the tourists \m/
This store has no order. Two people out of three that walked in after me were helped before me. What business works like that. customers should be helped by first come first served. NOT HERE. DONT come here if you want to be helped in a timely fashion.
Green Star was the first cannabis dispensary i went to when i came to Spokane for a vacation last year i liked the atmosphere and everyone was super helpful and friendly. I have since moved to the area and tried other dispensaries as i wanted to try different Products, i have come to realize since i have complex medical needs that i have to be careful and know exactly what i am getting, Green Star compared to other dispensaries has never failed they are very knowledgable and honest on the different strains and their products are higher grade also. Green Star has a Loyal customer for now on extremely happy and impressed Thankyou :)
I have been shopping here for over a year and just recently within the last few months I have been getting mediocre service with little to no product knowledge at all and have since stopped shopping here and have gone to Apex across the street and I hate to say it but lovely buds isnt nearly as good as Apex I will shop there from now on. Also, Apex has better prices on everything
Ive been busy with the almost 150 recreational stores now operating in the state, and Green Star Cannabis continues to be in the top five for the entire state. This is not an easy thing to accomplish when most stores just sell the cheapest auto-trimmed pot they can find, so they can make a ton of money. Ive been to almost every store now, as its part of my work. And, these guys are still working hard to provide a total experience of customer service and quality products. The fact that theyre honest and comply with every law and rule makes them the talk of our group and the LCB in Spokane and Olympia. I dont know why people continue to complain about checking IDs and the price of pot in the State when everyone knows half of every price is some kind of state tax. Its weird! I snuck in on Friday because I knew their Pineapple Express was on their top shelf, and I love the taste and smell of that stuff. That grower should grow a lot! Thanks guys, and keep up the great work. Were with you!
When these guys took over for Green Leaf at this location, they kept the staff and the vendors, at first. After I stopped seeing the old tenders, I also stopped seeing a lot of my favorite farms. They seem to me, and Im willing to be proven wrong on this, that theyve replaced selection and service with attractive young women and standard retail customer service programming (nod along, suggest more expensive options). Might go back if I was catching a game next door, but I dont really think of it as a destination.
First off they have the most knowledgeable of budtenders they have fantastic prices to match their Wide Selection of Products some 9f tge best Deals in Town and if they dont have it what youre looking for at one location theyll try and find it at another one of there locations up north on Francis or a little ways down south heading east on sprague and if you they cant find what your looking for right across the street is the Marijuana Mall head shops Glass Blowing Shop and A couple of High End Dispensary Shoppes but I Guarantee the Ladies over At Lovely Buds will have just what Moment calls for Happy Toking and Smoke Responsibly
Lovely buds has a pretty good selection, comparable prices to other shops, but you have to get the right budtender, Josh was awesome and had a lot of knowledge, some of the newer girls dont know much about weed.
This was my 3rd visit before i chose to right a review but every time ive come in the bud tendors have been very rude an unprofessional. This last time the woman that was supposed to help me was on her phone most the time an was incredibly rude to me when i asked about the product. Im really huge on costumer service but this establishment doesnt seem to have any. Highly recommend most other shops in spokane.
They gave me the wrong thing and then told me they couldnt do anything for me unless I wanted to pay another 30$. The funny thing is someone who posted a bad review on Google said the same thing and they had no problem making that right. Their fault but I get screwed. So many other good dispensaries around here. Dont waste your time. Ive also read reviews put on Google about this despensary. When you put a bad review they attack you like its your fault. Wish I would have done more research first.

Went here on a friday night both girls were extremely rude and when ask about different kinds of weed was told how would i know.First and last time Ill ever go there.Ill be sure to refer friends to places with better and more knowledgeable service.
PAD THE BILL. Look Out. I went in here and got an e cig. I was not familiar with it or how to use ect. I let the sales man know this. After checking out, going home and opening e cig package I realize it has a charger in package. I was SOLD an ADDITIONAL CHARGER FOR NO REASON. I went back very next day, was recognized by the salesman and manager. The manager refused to refund me for the EXTRA charger. or explain why it was added. He said I need my receipt which I dont have, but will find , now. Its really sad these people are making money hand over fist and feel it OK to do something like that. I am Absolutely certain I am not the only person to have that or similar experience. Check your receipt! Make sure you got ONLY what you need/requested. IF you have had similar experience please post it in a review. Thankyou.Reply to response.... that Is Exactly what happened. ( Shame on You!!!!!) I will look for receipt and bring it in when I can, provided I can find it. Tomorrow wont work. I have an appointment. I left because I was told, in no uncertain terms, I Must provide receipt before anything would be done regarding charger I didnt need or request. This is a fact. No Shame here!
The staff and selection is awesome..The only problem I have wich is a small one is that the weed is REALLY dry when I buy it...I dont think it should be that dry and crispy... Ive bought 4 different strains there by the gram so far and all have been just bone dry...Other wise than that I love this place and has the best selection..:)
Try to return a bad cartridge that leaks everywhere. They say 7 days return but they refused. She was rude and very disrespectful to a regular every other day customer. Will never go back just going to yelp this to.

Love wax Wednesdays I can get a gram of my favorite brand for 18.75 lol the bus tenders ate all very knowledgeable and patient as I am a very indecisive stoner. My favorite person there is Christian. My husband and I frequent this location out of all the Lovely Buds in Spokane. You cannot beat $5 dabs, $5 eighths, and that is our forte. We come to Lovely Buds when we are kind of needing something cheap. In this area, this location can always be relied on. The staff is always helpful. However, for flower, we always go to the Green Nugget first because they have better quality and deals for less on said quality cannabis. This doesnt mean that Lovely Buds doesnt have great strains, they do if you need to make one stop. But in the end, youll still be happy.**Eighths are now $10 and grams of oil are now $7. They said lots of farms are going out of business. 9/2019**

They boast that the bud is good but its garbage, all of it, the prices are ridiculous!!! the old man that runs the joint is a greedy idiot who knows nothing about real good pot. Furthermore, I personally will not be shopping there anymore, there are a few really cool employees there and thats about all its got going for it. My advice is to go somewhere else, where they got actual good smoke, not small farm trash.
If I could post a ten-star review, I would. My friends and I own some cannabis stores in Colorado. Weve just finished a tour of 26 stores in Washington and Oregon. Dont be embarrassed Green Star, but we rank you #1 out of all of them! It never even occurred to me we could set up a store like Green Star Cannabis. Your customer service is spectacular, and we bought a lot of exceptional product. And, The Hunt Companys Stoopid and Holy Grail Kush is better than most stuff we sell. The best part was the owner. We like how he does not separate himself from his store by being in some back office. And, he actually stopped scrubbing his own floor to talk to us for 15 minutes: ON A FRIDAY! And the stuff he and his team know? Wow, I need to retrain my Budtenders. We read some of the negative reviews, and we just dont by it! When we asked the owner about them he said, We try to make everyone happy, but sadly, its just not possible. Besides, online reviews dont come with accountability. Now thats understanding. Were headed home to make some changes to our stores. What a great experience! You guys are without a doubt, REMARKABLE! Who knew?
We took several friends from out-of-town on a tour of shops in N. Spokane; Green Star Cannabis was, by far, the friendliest and best organized of all. We had a personal, sweet little tour of the shop and the selections were color-coded and organized by potency and delivery method. We even got to take a photo next to the poster wall of reefer madness inside. Just loved it!!
Only 2 bud tenders on a Friday night and the line was at the door. I left and went to cannabis and glass. Usually its ok-ish. Prices a bit higher also. Its meh.

If youre website and clock were right by digital time. Then you shouldnt be open. And when you were suppose to be open according to your website, and open sign...you turned down first time customers to this astablishment by closing your doors early. Lazy..try getting your clocks right. Should have checked your time. This place sucks.
All 3 of the ladies were super duper helpful and we had a wonderful experience. They were able to help us find some CBD primarily items and some edibles for my boyfriends mother.
The store is hollow and unwelcoming. The first thing is a table in the entrance that stops, warns and stifles you. Then there is a more than friendly sales person ready to take you on a tour...umm, save it for the people that look new. The signs are helpful but wheres the flair? Endless glass display tables with a few items on each shelf doesnt give me the abundance happy I wish to feel. The plexiglass cubicle that holds that holds the dealer and stash is the equivalent to adding bricks and chain link fence...it creates a certain element that makes me feel suspected and oppressed. I find the layout of your store completely void of charm or appeal with total lack of fung shui...oh but you got pot, so Ill smoke some and itll all be good....
Love the place but could be asked less what i want and more is there anything your looking for today, or just browsing? And thay could huver less but yet thay are very helpful ever time. Also could us so gimmicks or promotions. Which i could help with if need. wink wink

As with all the lovely buds locations in Spokane this store always has the best customer service, best prices, best product,BUT...You have to change the design of the entrance and establish an area for a line that is functional with your layout. The problem is this if you get five or more people in the store and you have to form a line guarantee dollars to doughnuts have two people in the store will want the left side half the people will want the right side but youre forced to line up in a way that is confusing if you have two girls on one side of the store and nobody on the other side everybodys forced to form a line facing One Direction and then if the girls go to the other side to help someone everybody turns around because theres registers on both sides, the best solution would be to have Bud tenders established on each side that you have a register so they dont have to run back and forth and then establish an area that is clearly an area for the line bad faces straight towards the back of the store that way whoever is next goes left to right and maybe even have to establish a left and right lane but its confusing it best and frustrating to go in there nobody knows where to stand which way to face the girls are having a back and forth back and forth back and forth people getting skipped you cant go in and peruse to see what you want without people thinking that youre line jumping its a great store but when you get people in there Stoners get confused easy you know how it goes otherwise youre doing a great job and keep up the awesome service
Ive been a regular to this store for over a year now and the staff have always been friendly and knowledgeable about their products. Ive been to many different locations, this is among my personal favorites.

Well then I recommend using a 20% off discount and getting Purple Persuasion #4 @ around $25+ (kinda vague I know). Or maybe you just got a FAT check and wanna spoil yourself with some HIGH quality dabs? Well then they have some dabs @ ROUGHLY 95%+!!yo😁👌🏼💨 If you dont mind the empty space in your wallet where the money should be ITS TOTALLY WORTH IT🙃 BUUUUT on off chance that you cant juatvtake my word for it.. I just left the store with a $3 pre-roll of Kosher Kush @ 28.9% total THC w/ 4.4% THCA & 0% CBD. Honeslty, I wish there was a little CBD but it was still Tasty!! As soon as I walked in I was surrounded by uneducated employees that only know one word: sell. Unfortunately the staff was not nearly as awful as the disrespectful bullshit spewing out of the OWNERS mouth. I am all for following laws, but I think I would rather read the recreational marijuana bill before believing anything that comes out of his mouth. Also....$18 a gram PLUS TAX! NO PEOPLE THAT $18 DOES NOT HAVE TAX ALREADY FIGURED IN LIKE THE OTHER PLACES. Lastly, the selection was fairly vast but the product looked like it was grown by an inexperienced farm. Nothing smelled or looked like top shelf marijuana. In short, take your business elsewhere so you will not be disappointed.
Theyre all right theyre good biggest bang for your buck not a lot on top shelf quality.. and some really lovely Buds work there.

Was told they had what I was looking for on the phone got down there 20 mins later and they cant find them or dont have them. Waited 20 mins for them to find them. No luck. Maybe get better organized or dont tell people u have something u dont.
Ive called this place 30 times. They NEVER have decent prices when your calling the shops around them, Madly expensive. 1/2 grams of wax for 30$... Every other dispensary in town has at least one day out of the week they sell for 20$ a gram, I called green star and he told me they will never have 20$ grams because they pay an extra fee to prevent cross contamination. If your familiar with the industry, youll know immediately that if a company was selling contaminated weed, wax or anything, they would be immediately be closed down. This is a cheep excuse to keep charging their consumer as much as they can. Green Star has the worst reputation in town.. Do your self a favor and visit your local Cinder or Satori.

I am a senior citizen who is a frequent out of town visitor to Spokane.I have purchased Cannabis (not marijuana) at 8 or 10 of the local dispensaries, but have not found one that compares with this one in friendliness, quality, or price.Also, the med-tenders dont look like they belong to some primitive jungle tribe, like in the other dispensaries.
I love all the staff. Very knowledgable and attentive. Favorite place. Hopefully one day i will work there. Lol. Ther literally have an amzing selection. Try it out.

I am a recreational enthusiast and have visited every shop in Spokane. I continuously come back to Green Star! Ive read several of the reviews on Google and believe that people are misunderstanding what recreational shop really means. Recreational means that you are going to pay nearly 20 dollars for a 10 dollar gram of product SIMPLY because the greedy government wants to punish us for voting to legalize cannabis. Its the sad truth, the only good thing about this is that our state has loads of new income that can (hopefully) fix our streets and schools!If you are a Bottom Dollar buyer, I will tell you right now this is NOT the shop for you! (Unless you get the 10-15 dollar pre-rolls (HIGHLY RECOMMEND!) However, if you are into quality, and want to have a great buying experience, GO TO GREEN STAR! I have only met ONE staff member that quite honestly, didnt know much about the products (He must have been new since Ive never seen him before). This guy seemed confused over the simple question of Is this mainly indica or sativa? Apart from that ONE employee, EVERY single person in the store is incredibly nice, educated, and informed about the constantly rotating stock of products they have!THANK YOU Green Star, for not being the A-Typical Cannabis Shop that purchases dirt cheap outdoor and claims its 25% THC!
