The staff at this shop are awesome. Thought my mod died so I went all over town stopping at 8-10 different shops, all of them were happy to show me their selection of mods. The staff at this shop asked if they could try something, swapped out my batteries and what do you know, my mod came back to life. While their batteries felt a tad overpriced (compared to prices online, they were fair for a local shop at $15/battery for LG’s) I was happy to pay it considering even at that price they saved me $50 beyond the price of the batteries had I replaced my mod and I’d still have had to get new batteries. Great customer service, thank you!!!!

Every time Ive been in this place Ive received great customer service. I went in today planning on getting my first rebuildable atomizer and had a load of questions. The woman working was very knowledgeable, seemed more than willing to educate me, and answered all of my questions thoroughly. She didnt have the type of attitude that made me feel stupid for asking a million questions. When I walked out I felt good about giving this business my money. Ill definitely be going back for all my vaping needs.

Amazing customer service! Both times Ive gone in Ive been help with exactly what I needed! The most recent time the guy helped me fix my mod (which took some doing; after I dropped it the coil was stuck to the mouth piece). I really hope they dont have to close with all the hype over Vaping caused deaths... Id love to sign their petition to stop the v as ping ban!

The atmosphere and service here is outstanding. I cant remember his name but the redheaded guy is so nice! I love going in and having him help me because hes so patient and helpful, I dont feel rushed and he doesnt make me feel stupid since Im still rather new to vaping. I absolutely love this store and I wont go anywhere else for my vaping needs!

Bought a battery for $27. Worked 4 days and they said they would not replace it nor give any credit toward a new one. Second time this has happened. They said my gripe was with the company in China. They charge $22 for juice and $20 for a box of 5 atomizers. Went to a different store on the South Hill and paid 45% less for both with a 30 day warranty and an exchange policy if not satisfied with a 20% restocking fee. Smokin Legal Customer service is nonexistent. Never do business with them again. They lost the business of 5 of my family members. Thank you Smokin Legal for taking me for a ride for two years and forcing me to find a much more consumer oriented place to patronize.

Best store in town. I love the staff and Ill go there just to hangout. The girl with the starburst hair is really friendly and helpful. Honestly I couldnt pick better people to be on your crew. Thanks for the amazing store and performance!

I want to give props to Kinsey at smoking legal vapors. Knows a ton of knowledge on E - cigarettes and is very helpful with all the questions I have when I visit. I would recommend to anyone who visits this store to ask for her. Shes straight to the point and honest

Manager there is awesome! Had some issues with my first vap I bought and took it back and they took it back with no issues and bought a new one. Would highly recommend the division location! Great customer service

Smokin Legal and the big no-personality sales guy are the worst. No warranty or credit on anything they sell and twice as pricey as their competitors. Sorry to the owner to downgrade your Google account. Hope others heed my words. Beware
