This locally owned family business is the best shop in town. Stephanie and all the employees are wonderful,friendly, and very knowledgeable on all their products. When I go to the store I feel like family. Great products,great prices!! I recommend them to all my family, friends or anyone who vapes. Keep up the excellent work!

These people are always so polite! They change my coil for me, clean my mod and are more than willing to answer any questions you have. Prices are a bit high for ecig juice but thats alright. I always come for the awesome service they offer. Very knowledgeable

I manage a vape shop in Bellingham, so Im pretty picky when I walk into a new shop. These guys were awesome and helpful, they have their customer service down! They could use some more selection, but they hit all of the main points!

Long before I became an employee I was a customer. I can say that I was always treated with the best customer service and the staff always made me feel like family. As I have now been an employee for over a year now I can say we all strive to provide the best customer service. I love being able to have a chance to help someone and well all I can say is I love where I work and love all our customers.

So I went here for my first MOD set up. Samantha was very helpful and informative. She provided me with an amazing box mod and tank! She also happens to have the same name as me, so that was a neat cowinkydink! Would highly recommend!

The people that work there are amazing. Every time Ive walked in with a problem I walk out with it fixed for free. The juice is amazing and the hospitality. Prices can run high compared to online but thats typical. Highly recommend it.

The female who assisted me is friendly. I had 100 dollars to spend. Bought two batteries. A three pack of coils and three 60 mil bottles of Naked juice. 10% off for us Military folk. A pleasant visit

Well after 1 day the tank had broke on my e cig. And good to know that they dont offer any sort of warranty or customer service for somthing that was sold the day prior. Had receipt and original package but they would not exchange or replace the broken part. Real good business strategy.

I absolutely love Smokin Legal! The juices are the best! The products are great quality. Something I have learned over time is electronics are electronics and welcome to the year 2015 electronics have issues occasionally.... Smokin Legal staff has always helped me with any issues I may have or have had in the past. Im hard on my electronics I cant even tell you how many times I have busted an e-cig from dropping it (my fault) and they have helped me either fix it or help me find the next best product to buy! The team there is great. Thanks for being so awesome!!!

Stephanie at Smoking legal helped me get into vaping when the pens were all the rave! Since she has been instrumental in helping me keep up to date on what works for the individual customer and not just the sale. I would recommend them to anyone wanting to quit smoking. Jeff and all of the people at this store are always more than willing to answer any question about any products. Most of the time theyre even willing to just sit and chat with you. You are going to pay more than an online only store, but they have overhead and employees to pay. I dont mind paying more for such good service. Have been a customer for over a year.

The environment is comfortable, the prices are affordable, and their juice and ecig selection is huge! So many options and they explain what each products strengths and weaknesses are. This place has very friendly service. They go out of their way to make sure you get what you need and make you feel welcomed. When the FDA put out all their regulations they found ways for customers to still check out products while following all the rules and regs on the state and federal level. Like the newer rule where if you allow sampling and Vaping inside a Vape shop minors under the age of 18 are not allowed in the store.I was in The north Y store the other day and a gal got all mad because she brought her kid into the store and they were only following rules and the kid had to leave. The woman was also with her husband/bf who could have easily left the store with the kid and and let his wife/gf do the shopping.Instead she got all mad and started yelling about how all the other shops let her do it and how all the customers in the store were going to leave because of this (which they didn’t, they couldn’t believe this woman acted this way).No one left because of it. In fact we all kind of thought geez...glad she finally quit her rant and left.I have shopped many times at all the other Vape stores and the ones who have been around awhile don’t let kids in that I know of because they all follow state and federal regulations when it comes to Vaping laws. I’m not sure about a couple of em but I know smoking legal and a few other well known shops allow Vaping and sampling so therefore no minors. It sucks but it’s the rules.We don’t have to like the rules but if we wanna keep Vaping we sure gotta follow em!!!Steph, bre, Nathan, Nathan, and crew are all awesome and have impeccable customer service and knowledgeable about Vaping. This store doesnt stand behind the products they sell. I bought a tank that broke the night i bought it. And they refused me an exchange. On the plus side tho. The customer service was excellent. They attempted to help resolve the situation but it was a management call and because of that i will not be returning nor recommending business.

First of all, I recently found out they overcharge an absolutely ridiculous price for their juice. I found their number one selling brand has actually been rated one of the worst brands and cheapest Washington made brands on the market, not only that but its outrageously expensive, and they charge double price from one of their nearby competitors for all of their mod accessories, and almost 60% more for their juice. The sales clerk was rude to me when I was simply asking a normal question out of curiosity and he seemed to talk to me as if I was an idiot and he was some master electrician, as if i had to apologize for my lack of knowledge. I bought a product, it had failed within a very short amount of time; I then was unable to exchange the item, because apparently I had misused the tank and it must be cleaned once per week. I handt the chance to even use it for a week.This experience has left me with a bad taste for smokin legal, and I will not be shopping at any smokin legal store anymore.

The selection is awesome and the workers help you with anything. The discounts are also awesome deffinently recommend getting an account you save a lot. The manager is awesome and super friendly I go here almost every week and they treat you like family ♡

I sent my mom in to purchase an e-cig for me. They were able to take my current tobacco status, what I was looking for, by phone, while she was there & then gave me a few options to choose from (I happened to be speaking with one of the owners). They had a wealth of knowledge about their products to help a newbie like me understand. Ive called after the purchase with questions that theyve helped with & even shipped me e-juice since I live so far away. They even were able to tell me what type of e-juice works best for my e-cig and make some flavor reccomendations! They are definitely a shop you want to talk to if your purchasing an e-cig at any level!

This is the happiest place on earth! The staff is awesome and so helpful!! Great variety of flavors and mods to choose from. All the stuff you need to vape is there at your fingertips. I always look forward to stop in!!

I live in Lind, an hour from any vape shop & need coils mailed to me quickly. I called every vape store in Tricities & none of them were willing to do a phone order or had a way to purchase online. I searched Spokane vape shops, called them & they helped me figure out what coil I need, took my info and are mailing out a pack of coils today- Wow!! What awesome service! Thank you!! When I experienced my first spokane winter I realized I was not going outside to smoke cigarettes anymore. I tried a couple other e cigarette stores but was un satisfied with their liquid and level of service. That is until I stumbled into smokin legal anywhere. I was greeted by a very friendly lady named Stephanie and she was full of Insight and passion for vaping. I had been using a mechanical mod and was not satisfied with the results I was getting, they helped me soooo much! Ive now graduated to a 36w defender model with a LCD screen and they turned me on to a new flavor called vct by ripe vapors, its a vanilla caramel tobacco and its amazing! I highly recommend all of my friends and family here and I stop by at least once a week for my juice. Jeff is extremely helpful too!

Look at the pictures of the storefront online. The only product they have advertised on their STOREFRONT is a product they no longer carry, but just have not bothered to remove the advertising after 2+ years, wow. That is all you need to know about this business. I recently went in and was reminded why I stopped taking my business there. Dont bother.

This place is fantastic, it is so sad that Gov LORD Enslee and his pitiful health department shut this awesome business down! So many lives saved, shutting this business down is going to cost lives...Great job Gov enslee. All five stores gone!

Just got kicked out of this place because I had my kid with me! When I have gone to every shop in spokane, and they have let him in. Wow refusing customers not just me but my husband. Was appalled by them, and so was other customers because of this.

Used to be my go to vape shop until I found sublime up the street. Some of the family members have terrible customer service and I felt like I didnt wanna come back.
