Had an issue with an associate working at the shop and after I emailed the manager, he personally e-mailed me an apology. Thats good customer service. These guys have great prices and products and knowledgeable associates. Best vape shop in Spokane.

Ive been looking for a good vapor shop in Spokane and finally found one. Great customer service and knowledgeable staff. If they dont know they say so instead of lying to you. Wide selection of juice and products. I would definitely reccomend this place and will only be shopping here in the future!

Theyre not on Third anymore.I love this store. I knew nothing about eCigs when I first went in a few years ago. The staff was very friendly and helpful, patient with me every time I stop in needing help if my machine stopped working, or if I didnt know what I was doing. I am so sad they just closed the Third St store. Now Im going to have to drive to the other location.

Wanted something comparible to the mvp2 and they sold me something nothing like it. Told me it would last almost all day and I Had to change the batteries constantly. The device was way overpriced for what it was now that I have shopped else where and seen what is out there. It also broke on me after about 3 weeks of use, not only the box but the top also broke on me and wont tighten and leaked all over in my pocket. Would never buy a ecig from them again. Thought they were legit and helping someone who knew very little about ecigs and vaping but they jus took advantage of me.

I always luff coming into Sublime. Every visit is fun, my questions are always answered,they are quick to help and inform, patient with me when I am having moments of derp, and the employees are great to converse with and goof around with. By far the best experience in a vaper shop Ive had.

These guys rock! Staff is awesome, always helpful with good advice. Great vape flavors, have never gotten a bad bottle of juice. Highly recommend these guys.

Okay, I never really write reviews on here... but... here we go.Im a long time vapor, 7 years. So I do know my vape systems. I have used everything from cartridges, re-buildables, to my current sub-ohm 510 set up.I needed juice, I typically order online, but was in a pinch.I also needed a new set up. Was getting some harsh hits off my batt, so I wanted to try a joytech or something similar in a box shape. I use Aspire only products for the most part.Okay so I walk in. 2 guys behind the counter. 1 customer on the way out.Available customer service rep, What do you need completely uninterested. Some juice first off I say, he points at the giant binders, Over there. Okay no worries Im good, I think, but no, big unmanageable selection unless you have a fave brand. I like to mix it up quite a bit. And I love giving local places some love, trying their products and the like.I might need some help here, pleaseUninterested guy... What flavor do you like Okay lets skip ahead. I pick a flavor of thier brand of juice. Not enough flavor for my tastes, I prefer more of a hard hitter like The Cultured or Fog. Okay so hes off ringing me up, Im still trying to browse the store, its 3:45pm, so its not like they are closing.I get his attention and describe what Im looking for and why. His suggestion to ease my cough, up my nicotine. Yep, thats right, he recommended I up my nicotine to 6mg. Wow. I really just wanted a variable wattage mini box, he could have sold me anything that day, but he was so disinterested in his job, that I walked out with only a 20 dollar bottle of juice. Oh and I work in the medical field, seriously, up my nicotine..... just WOW.I then went home and ordered 300 bucks worth of stuff off my go to online vape shop. And couldnt be happier with my choices which didnt even require a sales associate it was all online. Sublime Vapors lose.Bad hiring choices = business that wont succeed

Really disappointed with this place. If you are a smoker wanting to get into vaping and have no clue what you are doing like all of us when we first started do some RESEARCH before you make your first purchase.One of the attractions about vaping for a lot of people is the savings that E Cigarette venders market so much. But what I have found from every E Cig vendor in Spokane is they are predators. There prices are jacked and in the case of Sublime vapor they sell knockoffsI live right down the street from these guys and I was really hoping this would be a great place to go but everything there is overpriced and the reason I decided to write this review is because they sold me a knockoff replacement coil from my Vivi Nova and charged me 4 dollars for it. The website I normally buy mine from I pay 10 dollars for a 5 pack. I was in a rush when I bought it and My replacements werent going to be in the mail for a few days so I payed for it and didnt even look at it until I got home. When I got home and realized I was sold a knockoff I took it back and they refused to give me my money back.So to sum things up if you are wanting to get into vaping you will save a lot of money if you do your research and stick to buying everything online. Mt Baker Vapor Dot Com is a great website with very competitive pricing. Same with Vapor Alley Dot Com. There are several other websites that I cant think of right now but those are two websites that I use the most and the guys who run those stores are great people who will never cheat you because they value your business and there shipping is super fast and to top it off they have great customer service. If you feel you have been wronged they will go above and beyond to do right by you. I cant say the same for the guys over at sublime vapor.

Just stopped in to get some juice. Good customer service. very friendly staff, but a little pricey. Wasnt expecting it to be as much as it was for it being their house blend, but overall good experience.

Unfortunately this location is now closed. Loved the staff and atmosphere; check out their North store and Valley store! They are trying to find a new building to reopen in downtown. The new landlord of this mini strip mall demanded almost 3 times their original rent. I wont be shopping in any of the other businesses there.

Every time that I visit this location I experience quite literally the best customer service.. that combined with the super stellar eJuice options, I didnt want to leave... lol, I would most definitely recommend this spot

Stopped in this morning to grab some liquid. Savage Pink man is amazing. Awesome shop, nice employees. See you on my next trip thru.

While this store closed they have another shop on Holland and the service and prices are great. The staff is helpful, knowledge and very friendly.

Great staff, girl even helped me build my first coil for my rba.

They are always out of stock on product which is kind of funny considering the fact that they dont have that much to begin with..there are much better vape shops in town.

Best flavors in town ;) I use Clouds of Cream and Vader was pretty good too.

Very little visible stock, walked around in the shop for about 5-6 minutes and didnt get so much as a Ill be right with you
